I was on the forensics team in high school, so I guess that counts as acting. I usually just did improv scenarios, but for my senior finale I did a dramatic reading from one of the most illustrious magazines in the country. My delivery was in pure monotone, it was pure genius...unfortunatly I was not allowed to finish my reading or the tournament...it seems as though the judges did not appreciate the fine literary intricacies of Penthouse Forum.

The deal was 2 for $1 not 1 for 50 cents. The guy is out of luck, if he doesn't want the last pie someone else will by it.

Writing Today's Poem [M -- As a Precaution]

the kite I wonder and I wander about the dreams you made for us together. Didn't you realize that I want to be alone, unfretted caught in a warm breeze. -
The great Gabbo asked Bart to throw a prize possesion into the fire, the item was some firecrackers that he bought from Great Gabbo's brother Crazy Talk. Edit: I'm sorry, the Great Gabbo was the vantriliquist, he asked to stay in the hotels best suite, and they gave him coupons to the buffet. Bart pretended to be his puppet and Gabbo actually thought his dummy came to life.

I'd probably have to be a nice domesticated dog...maybe a collie. I am both playful and lazy. I am usually upbeat and loving but I have my brooding, angst ridden moments. I love to play and I am often amused by the simplest things, yet I will do things that seem uncharacteristically smart from time to time. I can be greedy, and sometimes I bite the hand that feeds me, but never without an immediate feeling of remorse. I am comfortable around a select few, yet I tend to shy away from unfamiliar faces. I am actually taking a longweekend this upcoming weekend, and heading to my favorite place...NYC!!! I am so excited I cannot contain myself :p

Liberals or Conservatives: Who is the bigger threat?
Heaven's Cloud replied to Harry's topic in General Discussion
I actually think the group that is the most dangerous is comprised of people that argue and bicker over which side is infallible. -
Originally posted by Rikku Well, not a genius, but you have to take classes and go to a boot camp for a total of three months. All the people who don't go to Church....
Heaven's Cloud replied to eleanor's topic in General Discussion
Originally posted by anime_gurl My mom has to do some interview thingy for a bible study class she's in. She has to ask people who don't go to church: 1.) What thoughts or words come to mind when someone says, "Church" 2.) Give two reasons why you don't go to church 3.) What qualities do you think a church needs to be a "good" church?
1. Preachers molesting children of their flock...okay that was a little harsh...how about a community of people that worship God in a similar way. 2. 1: I feel that God does not need you to go to church to know that you belive in him/her/it and praise him/her/it. 2: I have never accepted the bible to be the absolute truth about God. 3. I think that for the most part, church is just a social orginization that does good deeds for the community that surrounds it. Therefore, most churches are good...but I still am not going to go... Well, if you want to see combat, learn combat skills, and be a soldier, then it truly doesn't matter...although the Marines is usually a more likely choice. If you want a job with the possibility of reading maps and doing technical work, it is usually safer to join the army...at least that is what my buddies in the millitary told me. I always thought that if I joined the service, I would go in as a Marine, but that is just my preference.

I would almost guarentee that it will be Austin that "ends" the Rock's career, if it does indeed end at Wrestlemania. The Rock and Austin always have epic battles, because they are epic trash talkers. I am a huge Goldberg fan, but I can't see them signing him to end the Rock's carrer, however, I can see them bringing him out to help Stiener and Booker T combat the Evolution.

One of the guys plays that crappy "Swing Swing" song at the gym. I swear if I hear this song tonight that guy is going to seeing a barbell swing, swing at his head. This is quite possibly the worst band ever...I think all of this new punk music is just a bunch of little skate board punks that all want to be "johnny tough guy", but in reality they are all a bunch of BSB rejects hoping to sniff Brittany Spears panties. Actually, this thread gave me a great idea, since I haven't evolved as a good musician, maybe I'll frost and spike my hair, dawn some baggy denim shorts and a wife beater, and write crappy pop-punk songs poking fun on other EMO bands...that'll give them a taste of their own medicine

L.D. 50 was alright but Mudvayne is so mediocre compared to bands like Down, Slipknot, COC, and Boy Hits Car...I just really never developed a huge liking for them.
Originally posted by Sara *clobbers H Cloud* Speak not ill of my childhood idol!
Come on Sara, what do you think he meant when he sang to children "oh please won't you be my neighbor" with those come hither eyes. Do you think a grown man keeps a toy train and a bunch of puppets in his living room unless he wants to seduce young children? It really wouldn't suprise me if old Freddy boy was a member of NAMBLA

I never trusted Mr. Rogers...I always thought he liked children a bit too much, if you catch my drift. He always seemed so creepy with his quite drawl, his cardigan sweater, and all of those wierd puppets. It wouldn't suprise me if Fred Rogers had shattered some childhood dreams before he passed away.

I always thought Blake to rather stuffy, but some of his work is very brilliant...besides The Tyger this is my personal favorite. MAD SONG The wild winds weep, And the night is a-cold; Come hither, Sleep, And my griefs infold But lo! the morning peeps 5 Over the eastern steeps, And the rustling birds of dawnt The earth do scorn. Lo! to the vault Of paved heaven, With sorrow fraught My notes are driven: They strike the ear of night, Make weep the eyes of day; They make mad the roaring winds, And with tempests play. Like a fiend in a cloud With howling woe, After night I do croud, And with night will go; I turn my back to the east, From whence comforts have increas'd; For light doth seize my brain With frantic pain. Duh, go out with them both lame brain, I am sure you can play both sides of the table for a couple weeks :p

I don't know...I tend to disagree with most of the people's opinions on this issue. If she doesn't think that she can deal with carrying a baby for nine months then she should have an abortion, I think it is better then if she mistreated herself and miscarried after the first trimester.

Writing Today's Poem [M -- As a Precaution]

My past haunts me. I can feel its phantom grasp gripping, ripping, icily on my shoulders. My burden both beckons and tortures me. I scream for release, but my load only grows heavier. Oh Alysium! I hope to find you and end my eternal servitude, my eternal suffering, with a good natured laugh. Unfortunatly, it seems that my pain is preordained and I shall shoulder my load through the infinite. -
For me, revenge has always been a double edged sword. I always feel guilty when I do get even with someone, but when I don't, I tend to dwell on the situation way to much.

Karma: Do you think such a thing exists?
Heaven's Cloud replied to Orien_Xel's topic in General Discussion
I do belive in Karma, just for the simple fact that everything bad or immoral that I do tends to bounce back and bites me in the rear. I guess the good things I do also catch up with me, but I do so few good deeds that I guess the rewards are hardly noticable. By the way Instant Karma by John Lennon rocks. -
There is lots of repition in life, but you have to make the best of the time you have...look forward to the little things, like video games and lounging around. The older I get, the more I enjoy just sitting and reading, lounging outside on a sunny day, or strumming my guitar late at night. I guess you just have to live your life and hope you can find enjoyment both inside and outside the repetition.

Working out gets me really hyper, at least until the adreniline wears off and the pain kicks in. Watching wrestling or a good action flick gets my juices flowing as well. I also love surfing (even though I suck at it), nothing gets me more pumped then hitting a wave just so...

Deb is having a baby, Deb is having a baby!! Congrats LM, I am so happy for you, I think you'll make a wonderful mother!! I would start celebrating right now, but I am at work...Ah to hell with it...::Jumps up on his cubicle desk and starts dancing around::... PS: I can picture your kid being the next rock virtuoso:p Double PS: Could I be the estranged uncle Charlie that you only converse with via PM's on a message board?
