[FONT="Microsoft Sans Serif"][SIZE="1"]Actually, there's one that takes place chronologically before .hack//SIGN, and that's the novel .hack//AI Buster. Then, after GU, there's Link, which has a manga, and soon to be game and anime adaptations. Personally, I prefer the games over the anime. A lot of people enjoy SIGN, and there's nothing wrong with that -- it's a good show. Just, very few people seem to want to follow it up...and they're really missing out. Also, it should be noted, with Legend of the Twilight, the manga is canon. The anime is not.[/SIZE][/FONT]

I sampled the first episode some time ago and put it on hold, but I'm definitely keeping with it on Syfy's run, as I'm already hooked two episodes in. And considering how dark that series is supposed to be [and out of pure boredom], I randomly decided to start watching [B]The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya[/B]. I've only seen the first three or four eps of the actual Haruhi series, and read a little bit of the first light novel, but I figure I know enough about it anyway to enjoy it. And I do, it's a cute, fun little series in 2-5 minute-long episodes, so I can watch a good handful at a time. I'll probably wind up watching [B]Nyoro~n Churuya-san[/B] next for the heck of it.[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]
