Unfortunately, since you wished for yourself and no one or nothing else, the wishing gods put you on top of Mt. Everest with no supplies far away from human contact. You have yourself all by your self. Eventually a group of explorers finds you dead of hypothermia in the fetal position. You wished for yourself, you got yourself, and you died with yourself. I wish to control other people's minds/actions.

Ceyla watched as Vincent and Kacela went after the bandits. Each fighter had taken one man out but there were plenty left. She saw Cellah faint on Dalanius's horse. Leaving the huntress with the paladin, she rushed to where the other warriors fought. Neko had joined the fray as well. Ceyla quickly but silently rushed behind one of their attackers and knocked him out. At least one of the men needed to remain alive for questioning since it was possible they worked for Zylon. She bound his hands with rope from their supplies. The assassin felt the presence of some one behind her. Before she unsheathed her stiletto Kacela struck the man with an arrow. She smiled briefly at the Huntress and went to look for more of the bandits. She gripped her dagger, ready to shed blood.

Huzzahs for you, you are Mr. Gates with a shot-gun! Unfortunately, there are too many people who hate Bill Gates to be stopped with just a measly shot-gun. You run out of ammo in five seconds. The last people to have their hands on you are the rabid and dangerousNintendo(my console) and Sony fan-boys, as well as all the angry X-Box fan boys who had to wait so long to get a 360. I would go into detail, but as any true gamer knows, fan-boys will commit any number of unspeakable acts and are more dangerous than even Chuck Norris! I wish I had a team of loyal ninja assassins trained to serve my every whim.

Dinner, because I get too hyper off of sugar. Even without sugar, I get up and run around at night and can't go to sleep and post on OB at one AM, so I don't need any extra help. (Plus dessert has more calories. :animeswea ) Would you rather be strapped to a tree during a tornado with absolutely no protection(not even clothes!) or would you sit naked in a tub filled with non-poisonous snakes and spiders for two hours?

On a deserted island, I would take Hao from Shaman King. Food and shelter would not be a problem. His Spirit of Fire can change to a different element if needed, and Hao is strong even without his spirit. I mainly want Hao because he is an evil bishie with great hair, which is my major weakness in anime guys. I want him all to myself!:catgirl: And if we ever got back to civilization, I would be able to see how he decided to punish the moron who changed his name to Zeke. :smirk: :naughty:

Congratulations on talking to animals! Unfortunately, the animals bother you all the time wanting youto feed them. No one will give you a job because you smell like animals, so you cannot buy them food. The animals turn on you and decide you taste even better than Purina cat chow. Anime I Should Not have Watched 1.Kikaider--They switched the plot around and gave it a bad ending. 2.Inuyasha--How does Inuyasha keep getting stronger and yet he still can't easily kill most demons? If there were such strong demons, wouldn't they already rule the world? Why doesn't anyone give Kagome a kimono, or at least some clothes that would offer protection while fighting? Why don't they just let Sesshoumaru kill everyone in the series and then let him start a cosmetics and feather boa company? 3.Reign: The Conqueror--Freaky bloated midgets and grown men in codpieces with no pants. Your banner and avatar match without being too similar. The violet and pink complement each other, and I love the simplicity of the branch in your banner. The picture of Athrun(?) seems a little too gray and the texture of the pic doesn't match the rest of the banner as well as it could, but it still fits together nicely. Lovely set, 8.5/10.

Rurouni Kenshin was one of my favorites. It stayed true to most of the manga and the animation looked like Watsuki-san's original art. They aired all of the episodes through the Kyoto arc. The rest of the episodes were just filler because they never animated the Jinchuu arc, so it did not bother to not see them. Another show I liked was Yu Yu Hakusho, whch is older than a lot of anime but still one of my favorites (I am not a Hiei/Kurama fangirl, either). They did a decent job with the voices, and I can understand if they had to edit some parts. Goodness knows how much we hate violent television in America. :rolleyes: Sadly, both are of Toonami. The Naruto edit isn't too bad, but I think that the past anime were better. *edit* This is April 1, 2006. Last ep. of Yu Yu Hakusho was shown. Because it was on at [B]5:30 AM[/B]:mad:, and because I have not seen one ad for that time-slot, I did not get to watch. If they do continue to air it, it will be months before it is on again. This does [I]not[/I] make me a happy girl. Revenge will be exacted wthin 48 hours.

Luffy sounds like a 12-year-old who smokes too much, and most Shaman King fans can never forgive them for changing Hao to Zeke. *shudders* Most shows on Adult Swim have decent dubbing, and I usually end up preferring those dubs. Subtitles don't bother me at all, though. I usually go on a case by case basis.

Horseback riding was nothing new to Ceyla. Her brothers had often raced horses with her when she was younger. All the assassin did was bruise them a little; she killed only when needed. Ceyla explained to one of the older guards her reason for coming to Mecki and he let her pass. The king needed the best fighters he could get, even if Ceyla was a little rough on the knights. As she entered the royal chamber, she saw a half-elf maiden bow to the king and walk to a group of warriors. Ceyla slowly went towards the throne and gave her stiletto to a guard before coming too close to the king. She remembered all rules of etiquette from her childhood. She had actually met the king at a royal gathering once. Ceyla kneeled before the king. After waiting for him to acknowledge her, she said,"Your Majesty, I traveled here because I heard you need great fighters. In all honesty, few can match my skill. Your guards outside can prove that. I offer you my blade and my loyalty. You are a ruler I honestly respect." "Rise and join the others, Ceyla Ashwind," the king said. Ceyla was surprised he knew her name from so long ago, but that was why she wanted to help: he ruled with kindness. She reclaimed her blade, bowed again, and stood near the other warriors. Most of them seemed like they did not like to work with others, either. Ceyla smiled at the shy half-elf that entered before her. "I think there's only one more," said a paladin carrying a claymore.

Almost every culture in the world has some type of dragon. It seems unlikely for Asia, Europe, and South America to all have their own forms of dragons when the rest of the culture evolved so differently. Animal Planet had a really good show about how it is possible for dragons to have existed. Even the Bible mentions them.

Fan-fics are probably the best way to deal with anime-induced depression. The loverly writers out there find ways to by-pass the laws of nature and give you a happy ending that wouldn't happen otherwise. I want most series to end happily, even if you wouldn't get the fairy-tale ending in real life. Cowboy Bebop is one of my few exceptions. :catgirl: The Fullmetal Alchemist anime ending was beautifully done, but the story didn't turn out how I wanted it to. Fortunately, I still enjoy it because I can completely ignore the ending. The manga is still going in Japan, and the anime changed much of the plot around. Hiromu Arakawa had almost nothing to do with the anime, so there is still hope for the short blond bishi.

Religion is a great thing to have if you are willing to accept that all people do not think the same way. I live in the Bible Belt of Tennessee. People rarely like it when you live here without having religion. Some of my friends treat me differently because I do not have a religion. Christianity gives me the depressing feeling that God greatly dislikes me and that I am going to Hell, and it shouldn't be like that. I am agnostic, which translates to sitting on the fence. I like different ideas from different religions. If there isn't a God, then I will be dead and won't be able to care anymore. If there is a God, I hope he chooses to judge me on my life instead of my ideals. I wish people could learn to accept each other, but with all the prejudice that people have for other religions, races, and lifestyles, I doubt that everyone can learn to tolerate each other's differences. Hope is still a good feeling, though. If you are religious, I am sincerely glad that you have beliefs you choose to stand by. I have my own morals and values, too, and I do not need to be converted. Let's just be friends, okay?
