The game looks simply amazing. I will definitely be getting the collectors edition for my GAMECUBE. The game's graphics look pretty eye pleasing as well, and if it plays as good as the movies look, then I will be very happy with my purchase ^_^ As for a fan of the series, I used to be, but I just stopped watching it. I would like to get the series on DVD. It would be awesome to have that collection of shows =) Oh well, we will see.

Will Sasso was THE best thing about the show. MadTV was only good because of him in my humbled opinion. Two words - Steven Segal! That was one of the funniest skits on the show I ever saw. Most of the others on the show are just way too scary to watch more then three minutes *shudders* I have not seen MadTV in some time, so I can not say that I even knew about Will Sasso leaving. That is pretty upsetting, but oh well. I don't watch a lot of shows that I used to. At least TNN still shows reruns of the show pretty frequently. I suppose they will have their few skits/characters that will be funny to watch, but . . it just won't be the same, lol. As for SNL, I love the oldies, the only thing I really look forward to on the new episodes is the Weekend Update. Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey(spelling might be off) are just so funny. They are really funny doing their job, and seem to have a good enough time doing it, which of course makes it more enjoyable to watch. I am not saying that the others aren't funny, but those two are my favorites. =)

Top Ten Ways to Freak Out Your Roommate
Originally posted by Tigervx hehe, i went 2 this site, and i found thoughs plus 90 more. Heres the funniest one in my terms 99. Create an army of animal crackers. Put them through basic training. Set up little checkpoints around the room. Tell your roommate that the camel spotted him/her in a restricted area and said not to do it again. Ask your roommate to apologize to the camel.
Hahahaha, that is great ^_^ I did something like that to my roomate. I have a few Spawn figures on my desk which is right next to my main door in my room. One day, I came back home and my door was open (not like I was really worried that they stole something. . ). I asked my roomie Erick what he was doing in my room, and he gave me . . some response. He didn't even argue, and I tried to get funny with him. "You know how I knew that? Spawn told me. . He said next time you came in with out my permission that he was going to kick your butt!" It was a good laugh =) But it would have been even better with the animal crackers, lol. -
Wow. . I love this topic ^_^ I LOVE Coke - I was born in Michigan, so I am used to saying pop myself - For me, it's Coca-Cola, or Coke, all the way. I have always prefered the taste of Coke over Pepsi. Pepsi is WAY too sweet. My favorite thing to do at sit-down places is to add a lemon to my Coke - and I was doing it WAY before Pepsi tried selling it off as an original idea, so where is my share of money?! >_< As for Vanilla Coke - I love it, I just wish they had it out in 12oz. 12-Packs or 20oz 6-Packs. . A lot lighter on the wallet if they would hurry up and market those. Anyways, if you couldn't tell, I am an avid caffiene-drink . . drinker. . ya. The funny thing is that it's not about the caffiene or anything. I have drank so much of it that it doesn't affect me now. I have taken a few caffiene pills (very rarely, just when I am going on a full day with no sleep. . and that was a few years ago - why am I defending myself?? . .*shrug*) only to have them have NO effect. O.o Well, there are always Yellow Jackets, until those lose their effects. ^_^ Well, just my say in this happy-go-lucky topic. Coke for me, please!

Top Ten Ways to Freak Out Your Roommate

I don't know. . perhaps I am wierd, but 2 and 4 are my favorites ^_^ 2 is something I have almost done. . I have been known to just come running out of my room, and start a song and dance for the stupidest reasons =) I wouldn't want to glue shoes to my cieling, but that would be something else wierd that I would do ^_^ I can play off me doing something REALLY stupid with a straight face, lol -
Originally posted by Anna :toothy: I just don't think it's fair to lump everyone of a certain gender together at all..... period. I know *plenty* of guys who only talk about sex and only get with a girl because of that reason, but I also know of girls who are the exact same way. But that also doesn't mean that all teenagers are raging hormonal monsters! I personally know a few (yeah, I have to admit the intentional use of the word "few") guys who are virgins, aren't ashamed of it, intend on staying that way until marriage, and from just knowing them as well as I do, sex isn't on their minds, or at least they don't give in and dwell on it. And I also know a lot of girls who are the aforementioned description, including myself. It isn't fair to slap a label on someone's forehead just because of which chromosome they got. People as a whole are all different.... remember that children! :lecture:
*raises hand* I am a virgin. . and I am 21. That's not to say that I am really waiting for marraige, but I have refrained for many reasons. I have not found the right woman, most of them that seem right turn out to become good friends more then anything further. Oh well. . that is my story =) Perhaps some day I will find the right woman, I just hope that she is someone that I really get along with =) Anyways, I totally agree with you saying that it is unfair to lump everyone together, and I suppose that is what set me off before (if you call my monotone replies - being set off). If you try to stand out so hard from what everyone else is like, only to be cast in the same group as them, it is upsetting, and I took offense. .

Wow Shyguy, I really hope that it is stopped or at least contained a bit before you are forced to evacuate. While I have been very fortunate never to have been in an area where fires have ever started on that big of a scale, I can definitely say that a tornado or two have come near us. The first one happened when our family had gone to Michigan to visit family. We were coming back, and just saw everything destroyed along the highway that we were coming down. We were really worried but fortunately, our house was untouched. The next time it happened was no where close, but we remember hearing how it was supposed to come our way, and when the tornado actually turned our way, it was like - oh no! - fortunately, it changed course again before it finally died down. Both weren't seriously close to our house, but the fear from the second one is still in my mind. .
Originally posted by PiroMunkie Meh, I pretty much took it as a combination of the two. As in "99% of guys would say yes and instantly fall flat on their face and grovel at a hot chick's feet is she asked them out." Both of your statements mean pretty much the same thing to me..
I think those are similar in some ways, but I can see what she meant to say now. But lets look at this a bit more in detail. When you say that we would go out with them, I suppose that is sort of an unfair statement. How are you supposed to get to know the person if you don't go out with them. When I say go out, I don't in any way mean a date. . It is a bit unfair to assume that because someone talks to a guy that he is only thinking about one thing. I suppose your statement can work because it is so general. But what you are meaning by it, I don't agree with it. I am sorry for whatever happened to you WristCutter to make you think that we are the slum of the earth. Well. . maybe some are, but I don't think you should feel that way about EVERYONE of us. *sigh* once again I feel that I am yelling. .but just because my luck with women hasn't been exactly the best, I don't hold a grudge against every one of them. Guess that is cause I am a wuss ^_^

Actually, on the third page, her right leg is bent and she is sort of resting on her bottom. Her left leg is the long leg you see hanging down to the bottom of the page. ^_^ As for the hands, I still can't seem to get those right. On the third page, you don't see her left hand, since it is on her side. On the second page, well. . I just messed those up, and on the first page, ^_^ I totally screwed her's up. I will have to keep working on it. Thanks again for the comments

Hey, it's alright by me =) I know I am not a great artist, but if you think those were bad, you should really see some of my early drawings ^_^ I know I have a long way to go before I can really impress people. . but everyone has to start somewhere, right? Thanks again for your imput! and I will be sure to post here if I get some more drawings up there.
Originally posted by Heaven's Cloud I agree 100%...I'd say yes.
I don't see how you can agree with that statement. The one with the 99% of males saying yes to an attractive woman/girl. I would not be in that percentage, and I am not gay. I am not sure how many others are like me, but I am not really a guy who would just fall for a woman just because she asked me out. I usually take the time to get to know someone before just going ga-ga over them and trailing them like a puppy. I am sorry. . perhaps I may seem to be yelling, but it is pretty sad when people make petty assumptions on everyone because they got hurt once or twice and are holding a grudge on the whole male race. Oh well. . probably making no sense. . *bows*

I was bored and was glancing around some websites. You can tell that these are all freehanded, and no tracing. I am not that good of an artist, but it was a lot easier looking at these. . who knows, maybe these were what I needed to give me a little push? ^_^ One of the biggest things I have problems with is eyes. Well. . I think I have greatly improved on that aspect. From dots to. . something that resembles eyes. LOL Page 1 Page 2 Page 3 While they are no where the best - I would like some criticism about these =) Thanks~

Hmmm. . Perfect Dark or Metroid? *waves goodbye to Rare* While it IS a shame that Rare is leaving, since many of their games were my favorite on the N64, I don't think I mind as much as I thought I would. When I first saw the articles or posts around forums about it, I was freaking out! No, not Rare! Now it comes down to what some have already said - their speed at making games. Rare was just too slow! They didn't put out games on a fast enough average to really rival anyone. Sure their games were awesome, and I am sure they took the extra time to polish up their games, but come on! I am happy that the Goldeneye crew is working on Time Splitters 2. That is my new FPS that I am looking for. As for some of their other games, I wasn't too big of a fan of them, and gladly so. A few games that I won't see again is alright, but if I was a HUGE follower of Rare, I think I would have to shed a tear or two.

I guess PS2 just came out and picked up the PS1 market. While yes, I am aware that people play the PS1 still, that is just more fuel for Sony's fire =) The sales of Nintendo, while I want them to be WAY higher, I think will still be short. If anything, I think the next coming year should show a bunch more GAMECUBES being sold everywhere, with all the great huge titles they have coming out. I just think most youths feel that the GAMECUBE is just a kiddie system, and I think that really hurts Nintendo. Real gamers give it a chance, as do parents with young kids, but the age that I suppose controls the market - the Tony Hawk group - will continue to buy the PS2 since it is . . . totally cool dude! Oh well. . As for the reserving of GTA: VC toppling over the X-Box's sold - O.o I am amazed by that!

I love all games, thus I love this one. No really though - this game was really fun. At 4am in the morning with nothing better to do, I tried to play this game. It was so easy I could play with one eye open. The whole town building structure was pretty interesting, and I loved some of the dungeons. The monsters, while not too hard or bright for that matter, were pretty fun to kill sometimes ^_^ If anything, the biggest problem I had was with the weapon upgrading. No, it's not that it was hard. . but I just took all my time trying out different main weapons, and never leveled anyone elses. When I got to the last boss, my gypsy with the rings that shoot out energy was SOOOOO weak, I couldn't kill that stage of the boss. Sooo, in recap - LEVEL EVERYONE'S WEAPON! It is the key to beating the game in my opinion. The other small thing that bugged me was all the running. I mean. . it was just so slow that I sometimes felt - what's the point? and would turn off the game in sheer frustration. After playing a bunch of other games lately that you go everyone really slow, this one isn't too bad. I will probably pick it up again from my friend and give it a second, well deserved, chance.

Do they not allow you to change the controls in the game? If not. . that will suck =P I will probably try to rent it first with that warning, thanks Sephiroth.

While it is very important to have a good heart, sometimes that can be too little to hold onto a loved one. If your 'girlfriend/boyfriend' does something bad to you, and you just let it slide cause you are a really good person with a very forgiving heart, then that person slowly but surely will start to walk all over you. It won't even matter how much in love they are with you. . sometimes it just becomes something that the mind will do and they can't stop it. Now while I don't know how much sense that makes to any of you, I had a friend who totally ruined a perfectly good relationship he had simply because his girl loved him WAY too much. He wanted arguments, fights, whatever . . . and she really cared for him too much. He got irritated with that, and started really trying to hurt her. It wasn't on purpose in my opinion, he just wanted to see what sort of buttons he could push with her. What happens when you start getting irritated at all the little things? Everything start to really wear you down and you slowly start to see the relationship crumbling apart. While some of you might think that was off subject a bit, I think it was right on cue. Oh well though, that is just me. As for personality being better then looks. . well. . I half agree and half disagree. Obviously, you could be one of the best looking people on earth, but if you don't have a personality and a good heart, you will find yourself with nothing but losers. (once again, I could relate this to another friend, but let's not, one friend a post is enough . . don't want to bore you people to death). Similarly, you could be an average or 'ugly' looking person, and have a heart of gold with a great personality, and most people will never look at you twice or even want to get to know you. It takes time, but I suppose it will happen. Honestly, I think the real secret is laughter ^_^ I try to make people laugh, not that I have had much of a track success, but people NEED to laugh. It makes them feel better about themselves, it helps people to lower their guard, and be more open (no really, it does!). I think if you can show people you are a funny person, you already have one foot in the door ^_^ Oh allright, *shuts up*

No need to feel stupid, you nailed it. I actually like that shot. . Blade is so much better then Blade 2. glad you asked for Deacon Frost instead of anyone from Blade 2. Stephen Dorff looks just. . bad *** in that movie. Oh well. . just my opinion at least. They did a good job of making the 'younger aged' vampires seem very sleek and sexy . . those hottie vampire scan take a bite out of my anytime. . wait. . >_< that would be bad. To answer your question Renegade - I would go with the Brolli avatar if you are curious about my opinion =) The one you have now is fine. . but the whole point of the avatar in my opinion is to express some of your interests. Not saying you don't like any of the things you made avatars with, but whichever you like more, perhaps go that route? ^_^ Whatever you decide, the boards are going to be with you almost definitely!

Out of curiosity, did anyone think that Hitomi was a little bit. . ugly, plain, whatever. . . simply because it is easier to understand her character that way? If she was head of every sports team, really beautiful, and very popular, I don't think I could have seen her in that role. She wanted to fade away because she was going through some really rough times. That leads me to believe that everything was NOT right in her world. I just had that floating around in my head for a while ^_^ so yeah! As for Van - he has to be my favorite anime character next to Parn (from Record of Lodoss Wars). He was just a very strong character, who was very noble, being the ruler of a lost kingdom, and a very good fighter. I loved him and Escaflowne together, and felt real passion from his character. Overall, this has to be, hands down, one of my most favorite animes out there right now. The whole midevil setting with giant mech suits was just a winning combination for me. I love it, and can't wait to get the money to buy the whole series on DVD. I have the movie, but wish I had the whole series to match it. I suppose if I have waited this long, I can wait a little bit longer =)

I thought he was talking about paper-machiete *shrug* On a side note - are foriegn cars just cheaper and easier to upgrade to a 'racer'?. .that always puzzled me as to why there are always hundreds more of them then American made cars. OR . maybe it's just that no one wants to screw up their beautiful American cars. . ^_^

While I am definitely NOT a dancer, I can say my sister IS. She takes ballet, and even teaches some classes. She has been doing ballet for a while now, and while I am not a big fan of it, I am glad she has found a passion in something, and am happy that she is happy with it. Ok, back to me (I know, I am sooooo selfish)^_^ I am not a dancer in any means. I think the last time I went to a club, I went because I was fiegning over someone. Well, I can say now that she was a mistake -_- but that is besides the point. I tried my best to dance out there (after being begged to dance for like ten minutes straight) and finally caved in. I finally got out on the dance floor and tried my best to . . shake it!? LOL, that is just funny to me. I was basically just bobbing back and forth, shifting my weight back and forth between each leg. . I felt like such an idiot, but of course, she said I was doing fine. Well. . whatever. The first few times I tried to dance, I have a female on each side of me, grinding throughout a few songs. Throughout all of this, I noticed one thing - people don't really look at each other. Everyone is in their own world and I think they are quite content to do so. . lol. I think the only thing that could get me out dancing again would be a mixture of a beautiful woman, a lot of alcohol, and no one else around for miles (including cameras and and recording items). . lol. . ok, perhaps just a beautiful woman would do it for me if she begged enough. *shrug* I am wierd, what can I say?
Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel I don't really hate any type of music. I can't get into most rap, country, current R&B (the old stuff was great... really old stuff hah) or some other off genres. If other people want to listen to it, that's fine by me. I know many people who'd rather die than listen to some of my favorite bands, but I think that's their problem lol.
I pretty much agree with what you just said Semjaza. Although, I think country is my least favorite type of music, there are the few artists that I really like. Toby Keith, no matter what anyone might say about him, is one of my favorite country artists. And for country, that is really saying something big coming from me. A lot of rap now isn't really rap anymore, it's just talking (or complaining) with a beat going on behind you. . . lol. I think a lot of music on alternative stations is all cry babies, whining about their lives (or. . at least what they wrote down on their lyric sheets. Oh well. . there is something of every genre that I will never like. Such is the way~

The only good Transformers is the original series and the movie. . that is where I draw the line. Beast Wars was bearable, but any of this new stuff. . ughh, how I hated it. When Beast Wars(don't remember what that was called) went back to cybertron, it lost it big time with me. As for He-Man, I am still unclear on if I like this series or not. It is a lame series for the fact that each episode is so predictable. The animation humors me though, since everyone fights like they are martial arts masters, with all the blade twirling/tossing, the jumping, the battle stances, and some of the fight scenes are like. . this isn't He-Man! The voice of Adam/He-Man is . . ughh. . annoying! I will probably keep watching the show as long as it keeps coming on ^_^ Cause, that's what I do. . hahaha.

I love Adam Sandler. Happy Gilmore was a cult favorite with our group. We would watch it almost every time we would get together. It was just awesome. I was never a fan of Billy Madison *ducks* I know everyone else is, and that is usually their favorite. Waterboy was really funny too. I liked Little Nicky and Big Daddy. Airheads, while not really HIS movie, was really funny, but I loved it, so I had to mention it. As for the topic at hand - Mr. Deeds - It felt like a mix of an Adam Sandler movie and an attempt at a real serious movie. Most of his others are just flat out comedies, this one tried to be more of a love story, and I think remaking an older one is hard anyways, let alone with someone who is not THAT experienced with producing movies anyways. Not to slam on Adam Sandler any. I LOVE his movies. But this one just felt a bit off from all his other ones. I like the movie, and found it absolutely hillarious watching John Turturro as the butler. Oh well, while I did enjoy this movie (though, not as much as I would have liked it to be), I hope that his next movie will be a bit better =) Till all are one!

Ahhh Futurama - the show I never got to watch because I always worked on Sundays. Finally started watching the show again, since my job I have now closes decently early in the evening. But NO, now they have to go off and cancel the show >_< I definitely rate Futurama in the top five animated shows I watch (including anime shows and stuff). I will miss new episodes, but am glad that I will still be able to see them on Comedy Central ^_^
