The breakfast finished, Akira walked around camp, with nothing to do. "What do I do.." she mumbled to herself, when she heard Sky calling to her from camp. Might as well tag along with practice today with Yasir, she thought. Pulling her sword from her belongings, and sheathing it, Akira ran to where Yasir was teaching. Yasir didn't seem to notice that she was late, and continued his lesson. After his long speech, he gave the recruits something to work on. Attacking skills. Akira wasn't so good at that. Yasir came around looking at everyone. Akira couldn't manage to get a good hit at her target when he came. "Harder! Harder!" was the remark.

Akira stayed away from the group. She was one of the recruits, but she didn't want any attention. Her wolf ears seemed stand stiff in the cool morning mist. Was there an unwanted visitor in the midst of camp? Akira shook off the feeling, knowing she was always so sensitive. "Breakfast!!!" called some random person helping the chef. Her stomach rumbling, Akira silently walked to the long line up of recruits, new and old at camp. One month had blew away, and still she was the loner. The chef dumped her some warm soup in a bowl. She sat away from the others, who were chatting amongst themselves. This had seemed to be a replay of the lonesome childhood she had.Why did she have wolf ears? Freak.

Her long sleep finished, Ishina limped to Neko's house, leaving Heilku as he was.Maybe Ishiko was doing better, and she could help with the wound There was no blood coming out, but she felt dead weak. Ishina knocked on Neko's door. No answer. After waiting, and waiting, (for some time), Ishina began to feel dizzy. No... she thought slowly, panicking. Thump! Went her body to the ground. Damn... was the last thought she had before everything blacked out. The thump seemed to catched Kerkou's attention, so he opened the door, where he found her.

Name:Akira Age:17 Personality:Serious and shy, but she can be friendly, when she"wants" to. Appearance: Has long, silver hair, and wolf ears(grey). Her eyes are dark,(brown) but are almost black. Wears a normal t-shirt(grey), a necklace with a cross, long, black jeans, and tall, knee high boots. Bio: Never really knew her parents. Her fake mother told her that she was just abandoned on a park bench shortly after birth. But she was slain by the humans. She's been searching all this time for her parents and killers, despising all humans since the death of her fake mother. Weapon: a long sword, with the power of fire inside it.

Ishina was walking home, still shiccked form what had happened today. She had been unable to do anything, and while Keroku, Neko, and Ishiko were celebrating their almost defeat of Heilku, she had a dilema on her hands. Tap tap. That was the footsteps of someone else, following HER. Ishina turned around, hair whipping around. Who? What? Why? where the questions that jumped in her thoughts. It was Heilku! Damn! Just when she couldn't figure out how to get the spear again, Heilku was here to murder her! How disappointing, that my life will end here, she thought grimly. No! Ishina shook that feeling off, and took a look at Heilku. Heilku was bleeding(severly, but starting to heal). Heilku took one look at her, and pulled out his sword. He ran towards her with incredible speed and stabbed her hard. "AUGH!,"Ishina screamed from the pain.Heilku smiled(evily,duh!) with pleasure fro her pain. She staggered away, attempting to run away. But she failed, and Heilku stabbed her again, but the wound was less deeper. Blood streamed down her shirt. And this was my best shirt.... thought a grim Ishina. Her sight became slightly blurry, due lose of blood maybe. Heilku came again. Ishina closed her eyes, imagining death, ready to suffer the pain.But another presence awokened inside her, and she opened her eyes, to see her spear with the lightning aura surrounding it. There was still time! Ishina ran, avoiding what would happen in a few minutes if she missed. Blood dripped out of Heilku. He staggered away, almost as if he wanted to die. She came at him ready to kill. The look in his eyes revealed that he was frightened for his life. No.. everyone is innocent, even the villains, was the thought that made Ishina stop before the final blow. She pointed the spear above his head, and swung it as softly as she could. Thunk. Heilku dropped to his knees, unconsious. Now, to get him to safety.. thought a tired Ishina. She carried him to her house(althought blood was dripping to the ground), put him on her bed, and she went to sleep. He'd better not kill me.

Ishina just happened to be passing by, and Neko waved her over. "Hey!" was the greeting both of them exchanged. Ishiko seemed to keep her mouth shut over something, but Ishina didn't notice that. "What a beautiful dress Neko!" exclamed Ishina excited and joyful for her friend. Neko smiled, but slowly turned to Ishiko, a frown planted on her face. "I want to know the truth about why you made me buy this dress.."Neko said, slowly. Ishina was confused. Why would Ishiko make Neko buy a dress? Strange enough, Ishiko was growing more and more nervous with every moment. The cold, long silence lasted for a few minutes, until Ishiko gave up, and blurted out the truth. Ishina's eyes widened as she heard about the dinner party. So did Neko.

While the rest of the world was rejoicing and relaxing, Ishina was still stuck on how to tap into her inner strength. It went on for most of the day, almost non stop except for the usual, like lunch, etc. But how? It wasn't normal. There had to be something that could help. But Ishina was alone in this situation. No one probably knew(except the enemy) and she wasn't going to make public. Ishina sat alone, at lunch break. She tried to remember to how she got that spear. Wait? Was it.. protecting others with strong will? Her thoughts were interrupted by Neko knocking on her door.

The oher perosn had alreayd disappeared. Kerokou sighed, disappointed not being able to show his new move, burning sord-jutsu. But what Ishina had done, was out t of the ordinary! But, for now, he wanted to sleep. There was no school tomorrow, so he took the time to sleep in. The memories of his father constantly haunted his dreams. It was a flashback, of when his father was near death. He could remember it clearly.. himself, 10 years old, crying over his father's corpse. "Be brave.." was those last words. Kerokou rememebered the phrase, and made his motto. It was his duty to avenge his father. His mother had died, before he was 2yeras old. He couldn't remember her so clearly... but she had a gentle smile. So that's where he got his smile..

Ishina quickly thougth back to the books she had read at the library. To contorl an element, you must concentrate your chakra on a certain element. She made a new hand position,closed her eys, and concentrted her chakra on the element of lighning. Nothing seemed to be happening... yet. She opened her eyes, moments later, and saw a ball of lighitning glowing in her hand. Kerokou and Neko seemed to be astounded. Now, if only she could convert it into a weapon. She thought hard on a spear, and soon, there was a glowing spear, with lightning sourronding it. She ran in front of Ishiko, and swung it into Heilku. Heilku yelled in pain when she struck him. But she stopped, feeling another presence near her. She stepped back, and saw the same person who broke into her house.

Kerokou blushed.. a lot. He just admitted it to the girl he liked..... such a dramatic moment. But in front of her sister? That would brand him for life.... he thought. Now, Kerokou wasn't your guy who actually knew anything about girls..... he needed help.. now who to ask? he thought, in his bedroom. Sasuke.nope.He doesn't think girls exist. Neko. Maybe.... Ishina.Sounds good. She knows Ishiko more than he did, that's for sure. He sighed deeply. I should be focusing on avenging father right now, Kerokou thought. But he couldn't let Ishiko disappear. But family comes befoer friends, and avenging his father was first. He picked up his sword, and went outside to practice his swordskills, like always for hours and hours in the night. Kerokou felt a presence nearby, but wen he looked, the presence vanished, like steam coming out from a pot. He shrugged, and continued practicing until midnight.

Ishiko and Ishina agreed. Ishina grabbed her books and followed Ishiko and Neko after signing them out. They bade each other good-bye when they each reached their homes.. Ishina lay on her bed, exhausted. Then that's when it happened. She heard glass shattering. What is it now? she thought furious. She blended herself with the shadows, and then she saw the person, who had just broke in. It was a tall boy, with short,black hair, and dark eyes. He held a long sword ,sorta like Keorkou's, but she could sense that it held lots of chakra. She held her breath, slightly firghtnened. He took a few steps, hera and there, stopping to inspect everything around. She saw that he was looking at the old family photo, before everyone left. He came close to her, but didn't notice her because it was too dark to see. He left, jumping out the shattered window. She sighed. He was handsome,sure, but he obviously seemed to be assoicated with the assasin that attempted to killl Ishiko.She could tell, because there was the same marking on his arm as the one on the assasin. Too late to think right now, she thougth yawning. She went to bed, and went into a deep sleep.

Ishina grabbed onto Ishiko, and ran off into the ooposite direction. A bolt of lightning whizzed past her, nearly shocking her. Ishioko was asleep, on her back, while Ishina was running.They went to the librbary, where Ishiko finally woke up, but she only went to read manga...Ishina was still thinking about what happened yesterday. It was strange, yet interesting. Who had the power to use ice? She would have to find out, herself.No on seemed to be concerned about this right now. At break time, she walked over to the library. She took out heavy books, filled with information about controling chakra in elements. That didn't seem hard, she thought. Neko sat herself rigth beside Ishina, not noticing her. "Hey, you're one of the new students, right?" Ishian asked. Neko nodded and relpied," No one seems to help around here.." Ishina looked up. "What do u need to know?" "I need to know what the heck was happening yesterday.." "Oh that. A assasin was after Ishiko, and hit her with lightning before he escaped." Neko seemed to understand, and nodded, staring at the books. "Oh, that. I'm researching on how to control elements with chakra." Neko's eyes rose. "Can you show me?" she asked, curiously. Ishina shrugged, replying"I'll try after I can manage to control an element myself." Ishiko cam in, joining the twosome. "Hey, how are you feeling?' asked Ishina slightly worried. Ishiiko smiled, and just replied," Feeling fine.." She began to bombard Ishina with questions about what she was researching. Ishina had to explain everything again, but all three of them were excited about learning to control an element. But someone was watching them, even in a public place like this...

Kerokou had enough of one day... first he made friends with Sasuke(coolest guy in class), beta him, brought Ishiko to the infirmary(after her getting hit by lightning), and comforting Ishina. If that wasn't enough, he was getting calls from girls to try and get a date with one of them. He sighed, on his way home from the Academy. He was walking with Naruto, who was complaining about Sasuke. He couldn't help but smile at him, and laugh. "What's so funny?" Naruto asked. "Hey, Sasuke's a good guy!" "You have got to be kidding me! He's only friends with you!" "Well, just be nice with him, and you guys can be pals.." Naruto scowled. "No way... we've had rivalry since day 1." Kerokou thopugth back to the conversation he had with Ishina, who explained the hard truth. It was hard, losing your family... he thought heavily. Naruto stopped his thinking, and told him to come over to his place. Oh well, it's not that bad... he thought. Most of their time there, they stuffing food into their bellies, and sparring. Karokou looked like he was going to throw up near the end of their feast. So did Naruto. They managed to keep it down in their stomaches, and slept on the couches.

The running footsteps awoke Ishina back into the real world. She shook her head, and groaned with pain. The pain had worn off, but there was some blood where the wound on her arm had been. CRASH! She jumped, and ran out, to find Kerokou holding Ishiko. "What happened?" she cried, shocked. Kerokou explained the deadly assasin who was there to killl Ishiko,and Ishko threw herself into the path of ligthning. "Let's get her to the infirmary..." she quickly said. Kerkou nodded. They put her on Kerkou's back,and brought her to a bed. "Let's leave her here, we need to let her rest," Ishina quietly said. Kerkou agreed, and they walked back to class. A few shocked faces were here and there, especially Hinata's. Sasuke walked over to Kerokou, and asked him what happened. Ishina was so tired, she accidently fell right into Sasuke. "Sorry.." she muttered. Sasuke just smiled, and replied,"You should go home Ishina. "But she managed to get through class. Kerokou later on asked curiously," Why was Ishiko crying about earlier?" "Nothing, it shouldn't concern you Kerokou.." "Tell me.. because I just know I'll understand." "Fine... she was crying about her dead mother.." Kerokou's eyes rose. "But she's not the only one who's lost family... I lost everyone I loved..." Tears began to fill her eyes. Kerokou seemed to understand, because he hugged her gently. She smiled, but soon frowned. "I need to know who my parent's killers... or kidnappers... to avenge them, so they can rest in peace, or live like they used to.." Kerokou began talking about the things he did with his own father. They laughed, and smiled.

Ishina walked over to the sobbing Ishiko. Ishina just had the feeling that it was something important. "Wha's the matter?" was the best she could say. Ishiko sobbed more and more. "Mother..." she choked out, in between tears. Ishina knew this feeling for some time, since her parents left home 1 year ago, and didn't come back, plus her sister disappeared. " You're not the only one who has to bear the pain alone Ishiko," she said. "I've lost my own family, but I still manage to smile now and then." Ishiko looked up, and wiped her tears."She died, protecting me.." Ishiko quietly said. "Well, thank her for saving you." was all Ishina could say. Ishiko smiled, and gave her a hug. One problem solved, Ishina thought to herself. Then it happened. A hard pain came down on her. "Ishiko!!" she yelled. She held her head, trying not to scream in pain. Nearby, water froze into sharp spears of ice. They flew , and nearly hit her. One of them caught her in the arm, and the pain overwhelmed her. She closed her eyes, tumbling into the darkness.

Ishina took one look at her partner. It was Hinata, who had a crush on Naruto. They were close friends, so Ishina had to be friendly.They gave each other a smile, and the battle began. Hinata threw a kunai at her, narrowly missing her head, whil Ishina concentrated on her new technique she was practicing. "Ice spear-jutsu!" she yelled. She used some of her chakra to take some water of a nearby river and freeze it, and she held it, ready to strike Hinata. Hinata quickly dodged a slash at her, and made a ball of fire in her hands. Hinata threw it towards Ishina and her spear melted. So much for freezing it. They were both threw some shruiken stars, but none hit their target. Ishina jumped into a nearby tree. Hinata looked around wildly, confused. Ishina made the signs of dopleganger justsu, and pulled out her kunai. They jumped down, making circle around Hinata. HInata pulled out her own kunai, but was too late, because Ishina had her own kunai against her neck. Victory.. she thought, slightly tired. Hinata just smiled. She disappeared. What? A clone? Then she finally saw where the real Hinata was. Right behind her, with two kunais, pointed at the sides of her neck. Ok, I'm beaten... Ishina thought, slightly tired. Hinata pulled away her kunais, and smiled once more. "That was great, " she said gently. "No way, you were awesome!" Ishina blurted out. Hinata blushed. "I hope Naruto will notice," Hinata smiled. They walked back, just in time to see the other pairs returning. Kerokou panted. He just finished his battle against Sasuke. They were both tired, but they didn't give up. He had won, but he felt a bit guilty for injuring him, when he wasn't supposed too. Sasuke just gave him a smirk. He smiled back. They all returned for lunch break, with the other students. Kerokou was new, so he just sat beside Sasuke. "Great battle," he said in between mouthfuls. Sasuke nodded. "Hey, wanna battle again?" Sasuke said randomly. "Uh.. sure.." Kerokou replied, swallowing his sandwich. "Hey, uh.. do you wanna practice at your place?" (Kerokou) "Ok."(Sasuke) Sasuke smiled, even though it was a small one. "You're pretty good." "Uh.. thanks." It was the first time he was complimented by someone other than his father. They had a lengthly conversation, which took some time. By the end of lunch, they were laughing and smiling. Kerokou yawned during one of Iruka-sensei's long speechs. This was boring and he was tired. It was probably from training with his father's sword every night for at least 3 hours. Kerokou swore on his father's grave that he would kill the person who had murdered his father 2 years ago. He pushed his short, black hair from his eyes. The last thing he needed right now was long, boring, lectures.."And now, the squads.." Iruka-sensei announced. Kerokou eyes opened up, finally. He hoped that he would be with Ishiko, or maybe Naruto at least. They had a lot in commun. He smiled, ready to accept what he was going to get."But first, we shall have time to battle." Iruka-sensei announced, disrupting Kerokou's thoughts. There were groans in the air when he uttered those words. Kerokou looked up. This could be a chance to show his swordman's skills and and just MAYBE get a chance at a good spot in a squad... "Now, I will announce your partners..Mizu Kerokou and Uchiha Sasuke!" Kerokou shot a glance at Sasuke. He seemed to be pretty strong and smart. This could be hard, he thought. Iruka-sensei continued a long list of names.. while Kerokou was heavily imagining defeat. "Sakura-chan!" yelled Naruto. Poor Naruto... he doesn't know Hinata like him, thought Ishina. Ishina turned around to face Sakura..who was blushing at Sasuke."Hey.. uh... Sakura?" Ishina mumbled. "I just want to let you know that about all the girls like Sasuke, since he was in kindergarten." Sakura just smiled. "Who cares... I'll beat them all just for him." Sasuke just sat there, acting as if Sakura didn't exist. Beside him, Keroku(new student) was talking to Naruto in low whispers. Iruka-sensei walked in, and everyone went back into their seats."Today, we are going to arrange you into your actual squads for when you pass," He said, eyes bright. Ishina just wished she'd be with someone nice at the least... Sakura was probably crossing her fingers for Sasuke right about now, she thought. "And the squads are.." Iruka-sensei began.

Ishina stared outside the window.. this was boring, listening to Iruka-sensei blabber on about missions. If he could talk about them so much, why wouldn't he lead a group on one after all? Isihina, your smart ninja here,but still lazy. Loves to battle with other ninjas, ." Psst..." Naruto whispered to Ishina. "Can I have your answers to today's homework...?" Typical Naruto.. Ishina thought lazily. Ishina pulled back her short, black hair. Homework was easy... for her. It was probably because she had do some much homework at her house. "Fine...." she sighed. She pulled out her sheet, and slowly handed it to Naruto. Ishina thought was she going to fall asleep from boredom when Irauka-sensei announced," We have new students joining us tomorrow.. do your best to welcome them here." New students, huh? thought Ishina curiously. Let's just hope they don't mess anything up.. Little did she know that the new students weren't their average ninjas.

Death_Dragon92 told me to write Keroku for him... (so don't ask me why i'm writin this.) Ugh! thought Keroku. He was late, for his first day at the Academy already. It was probably because he practiced with his father's word every night. His father died 3 years ago, leaving Keroku. Keroku swore that he would avenge his father, with his own sword. Keroku ran as fast as he could, in the direction to the academy. Unfortunately, he seemed to be in the way of some village thugs. The leader sneered." What do we have here?" he laughed. "I'm late, so leave me alone.." Keroku said hastily. "No.." the leader laughed. "Forget it, you're already late." Keroku had no choice but to pull out his sword and battle to get to the Academy on time. The leader laughed again. He pulled out his kunai. Keroku practiced a technique that he was working on."Burning sowrd jutsu!" he yellled. Rings of fire surrounded his sword.Now, for the attack. The leader looked frightened, so he called off his pals and ran off. Now.. to get to the Academy. He ran, and in about 10 minutes, he arrived at the Academy, just in time to hear his teacher talk about some important things. He was soon seated right beside some cool ninja. The ninja took one look at Neroku and ignored him. Rude ninja, thought Neroku. Iruka-sensei soon introduced him to the rest of the class. The cool ninja was Sasuke.Let's hope I don't get the bad side of this guy, he thought heavily. He seems to be one of those strong, tough, good with the girls ninja.

Ishina stared at Ishiko for a few minutes. She seemd nice enough, to her. She smiled back, for the fun of it. It must have worked, because Ishiko grinned. Ishina put her head up, and began to pay attention to Iruka-sensei. He went on about squads and headbands that they would were if they passed the test. Ishina's eyes glittered. She had wanted one so badly since she saw her own sister Kamri receive one 2 years ago, before she disappeared. Iruka-sensei seemed to be on the verge of saying something, until Naruto started to goof off. He started to jump up and down, yelling,"Believe it! I'm going to pass this test!" Near the corner of her eye, Ishina saw Sasuke(top ninja of the class), stare dumbfounded at Naruto. Ishina couldn't help but laugh. Then another student burst into the classroom. He had short,black hair, (wore black and blue), and carried a long sword. "I'm sorry," he panted heavily. "Keroku Mizu," he said shortly, replying to Ishina's thoughts. Iruka-sensei quickly pointed to an empty seat right beside Sasuke. Keroku brought his sword with him. Must be precious to him.. thought Ishina.
