akira did indeed work on GT.... anyway, whether ssj4 is a real stage or not is uncertain, many sides to it as was already said, the first time someone goes ssj4 they have to turn into their ssj self with their tail back and transform into a golden oozaru, they go smaller and turn into ssj4, after that they can turn ssj4 whenever they want, in actuality, it is not a proper ssj form as they do not show previous ssj trademarks, like the hair for example....

[/B][/QUOTE] the series has not been turned into an oav, its only out in Japan as a series of doujinshi's (non hentai of course, but there are the hentai one's too), the real official doujinshi only spread over a series of 12 issues, the OAV only spread 2 of those issues on one tape, the unnofficial doujinshi's have been going on for a while....

I prefer the manga to the OAV, the OAV is only 1 tape, good yes, but I wanted to see the rest of the episodes made into OAV, the tape has episodes 1 and 2, the manga is about 12, there are non official ones which have been going for a few years now....

when son gokou first went ssj, it was just awesome the way it was set out, I also loved the episode where they made a movie of how mr satan defeated cell, lol....
