I thought the movie was horribly, and does not serve justice to the BioHazard series, maybe they will improve it with Resident Evil 2, seeing as character from the game will be making appearances, such as Jill Valentine....

Rating systems don't work, no matter how hard they try, those that are under-aged will always somehow watch/purchase the film/game....

Hmm, there are quite a few animes that I rather dislike.... Mermaids Forest was quite poor, you can tell by just looking at the boxart, very low quality, and looks like it was a screen taken straight out of the movie.... Lensman was another poor adaption, true that this movie is very old (pre 1990), but there were still some very good anime's created before then (look at the popularity of the Dragonball series) Legend of the 4 Kings was a HUGE disappointment for me, my friend kept raving on and on about it, and when I finally sat down to watch the series I got bored stiff after episode 1, but still carried on watching, hoping that the story will pick up, which it didn't.... Tekken the Movie was another huge disappointment, being a huge Tekken fan I was disgusted with the quality of the movie, we need to see a REAL Tekken anime....
