If You Could Fly, Who Would You Spit On?
Hanabishi Recca replied to DeadSeraphim's topic in General Discussion
She is beautiful, not like you. I really respected you and you have spit on it (literally). If you are having issues with your faith then i am sorry, but if you were ever truly on the path of the lord than it will find you again. I'm not even religious, but i believe in him and worship religiously. I am spiritual in my own way. A bad example of a human being is a person who has lost their way and takes it out on others.
Ah, well sorry. I never really think that I would ever have an impact on anyone because I was always told I was an *** not a good guy. I didn't stop loving God, I am not able to go to church. Therefore, I am not ever able to get told what I'm suppose to be doing at this point in my life. I never get told who is the one who made the stars, sun, and moon. I'm only told that I'm the one that is the pathetic excuse for a human being. I'm never told to go on. So, I suppose that I'm the one to blame for me ignorant attitude. For letting people run over me and change myself. I didn't really think people would take it that hard. It was a couple of months back when I posted last (before this week or so) and now people here are being abusive. Man, I'm getting more abuse than when I was talking all that stuff you guys don't believe. Oh, also... If the fat person is cool, then there is nothing wrong. They have honourary non-fat status. I suppose I have changed a bunch. *Edit* Anyway, we are getting off of subject. So, if you want to continue this conversation, PM me. And about my faith finding me again... we will see soon enough, ya? -
If You Could Fly, Who Would You Spit On?
Ah, so you have abandoned the faith you so vigorously spreaded here just a while ago. You know, the one that tells you to love thy neighbor and not to judge people but to leave that to a higher power... *coughhypocritecough* Seriously, I would spit on you. No matter if I could fly or not.
*laughs* Yeah, seriously. Who does that guy think he is? Ah, who am I kidding? Ah, though you are right, I've always hated people. I mean, I can't say that I never had and nor can anyone else. What can I say for myself? Nothing really. I can't say that I've been acting "Christian like" lately. I can't say that I've really say that I've been doing anything that is really "Christian like" lately. With that being said, I've pretty much laid "Christian life" aside. Because I wasn't really fooling anyone else besides myself. So, I desided to just set most of that garbage aside. Ah, I've been having more fun anyway. But what I can say, is that I haven't really been living out what the Bible says and never really lived it to the full extent. I suppose the only thing I can say is, "sorry for being a ***** before." (And I really mean that, I actually got annoyed with myself)
I agree with Sandy, your the first person I'd spit on.
Go for it. I suppose that I would deserve it for being and idiot before. Seriously though, I bet there has been people on this forum that has quit something and regret everything that they did before. :/ -
If You Could Fly, Who Would You Spit On?
Hanabishi Recca replied to DeadSeraphim's topic in General Discussion
*laughs hardly* Ah, I would surely spit on fat people. I have no idea why, but I don't like them at all. For a couple of reasons really. For example, being fat shows something about them. They are lazy (obviously), they don't really care about themself enough to do something, they are addicted to something un-healthy, and a couple of other things. I'm not trying to be mean to anyone on this forum (I'll tell you why later in this post). I just seriously don't like obese people. They don't look good, smell good, and probably won't live too long. I think that people who are fat are a bad example of human beings. Seriously, I don't hate anyone more than a fat person. I don't know why, I just hate them so much, that I don't think that I would be able to hold myself to just spitting on them. Well, I would like to say that if there is a fat person, but they are an awesome person, then I don't mind them at all. They have honourary non-fat status. I mean, I wouldn't like them as much as I would if they were to be thin or in shape. Thin people can do more stupid things and not get me angry. A fat person can come up to me and say something stupid and I would beat them in the *** until they are thin. Yet, a thin person can come up to me and say the exact same thing and I would laugh it off. My hate for fat people is as to a fat person's to a diet. -
I've actually have a couple of songs that I've listen to a bunch this week. Tupac - Thug Mansion (Which you could also put Nas' Thug Mansion) (I don't really have an idea why, I just like it. I like the way Tupac raps) Tupac - Life Goes on (I like the feel of the song. Its kinda sad, but I like the way its told) I know, I know, Tupac all day. But who actually reads the other peoples posts? *edit* Here is the lyrics for Thug Masion -> HERE

This is a different thread, so I have to post in it. It would depend on a couple of things. For example, if the other people would have guns or not. Because if they did, well I should probably just run instead of sitting there and try to take them on. Thats just obvious. But, if they all were going to try to beat me with their fists, then a gun would be my choice.

Ah, I wasn't going to post here, but I have nothing better to do. Felix Santiago Well, you had me, so I have you. We've known each other for a while now, though we don't talk as much a we used to, its still nice to know that you are alive and doing well. Niki12345 Yeah, you. Well, you put me on here, so I suppose I should put you here also. Lets see, we talk every week or so (when I can get on), and you always seem to be able to respond to what I say every single day... Up4anime Ah, yes. I don't have much to say about you, though I've known you for a while, ever since I came here I think. You are just a good person in general, thanks for the wonderful conversations *smile* Mangamaniack You are awesome too *smile* Even though I have the least to say about you...v.v Other Random People Worth Being Mentioned Dragon Warrior, Cicatrice Du Adieu (*laughs*), Lonley Fighter (sorry if I forgot anyone)

Ah, I don't see anything wrong with it. I basically look at it as sex, but with one side getting paid. *shrugs* There is nothing really wrong with it for that reason. Its not likes its rape or anything. Sometimes, men have a hard time getting it on *laughs*

Real Name Dorothea Current age: 46 Height: about 5' 6" Hair: Dark Brown Eye color: Brown (or I believe so) My Mother works at a 7-11 (day shift (2 to 10)). She's just another worker, nothing special there. Though she is going to get another job sometime in the next year or so (Because she should be higher than she is, she was just blamed for something she didn't do, so now she can't get any higher than just another worker). She does enjoy her job though, so she might end up working at another store somewhere in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She was actually born in that area (of Fort Worth) and now she's going back. She was a single child and hated her Mother (and still does) so much that she went to the Army to get away from her. She is part German (her Mother) and part French (her Father). At first (or so she says) she wasn't into men until she was about 23 (or 25). Which is when she got about of the Army and started to work at a store (Target to be exact) which just happen to be where she met my Father. Even though they didn't meet whenever she started to work there, she met him a bit after she started (because they worked different shifts). About my Mother and mine relationship? *laughs* I'm not to nice to her (even though she is a single Mother) becuase she is pretty fat and always pretends everything is okay, even when it isn't. She would always go to church and laugh like there isn't anything wrong in our life, like she doesn't believe it. I know that you shouldn't really bother other people with your problems, but come on, you shouldn't pretend nothing is wrong when almost everything is wrong! Thats just... obvious. So, as you can probably read between the lines, we aren't very good with each other. Even though she had all boys (and I'm the youngest), I'm the meanest to her. I just don't think I have the power to be nice to her. I just can't stand her thoughts on everything. They are just so... good (I suppose). I don't mean to sound like I'm emo or anything, its just... she never really has any other emotion than that. Its just... very very annoying to me.
I know that social skills aren't something you're given at birth, but I really have a problem socially I think. I like to talk to people, and never have a problem with conversations when I'm talking to friends, but I have a problem with starting conversations or going up to new people, and this sucks because there are many people I'd love to talk to but just feel too shy/akward to talk to them. Does anyone have any advice to help me out?
Well, I'm pretty much in that same situation myself. Because I've started public school and I've gathered some friends, but I haven't brought some friends to me. Though I don't think that matters much for me (because I only care about having friends, not how I get them). Before I went to school though, I though some ugly things about friends and how they would treat you. I thought that they would just move away and there is not a single reason to even try to get friends for that very reason. Even though, my friend back in first through third grade did leave me like that, I moved on and got some friends of my own, or they came to me rather. I see where you are coming from though, I never really needed anyone to talk to because I'm pretty quiet in a public area. Then, in one of my classes (health) no one talked to me and it sucked pretty bad, I was pretty angry about it because I didn't know anyone there and so no one talked to me. I did end up changing that (despite my old habits) and I'm very proud that I did. I suppose that you should just get out there and do it. (Basically, I just wanted to say that I was in your situation at one time myself and I hope the best for you. You know, all of that jazz)

I once lived in an apartment and it was a mostly black neighbourhood. Nothing bad with that, but it was seriously alot of women yelling for no reason. My closest neighbours were a black family (it had four rooms in a complex). They had two young girls that were really ignorant. It was about 9 o' clock in the morning an d they were right outside our door talking really freaking loud. My brothers thought of this great idea that we should take a watergun we had, fill it up with hella cold water and let it loose on them. So, we cracked up our window by our front door and shot them. Of course, they screamed, but they never did that again. So, more about the neighbourhood. There were many black kids there that we played football with. I think that is one of the reasons I don't exactly hate black kids in general. So, this was about the worst place to live in. Even though the rent was low, the police where there every night. I was really young when I was there. But, I didn't have to say, I remember it really well. I once busted myself open because I was afraid of my brother. He wanted to have some fun and fight with me (well, wanted me to block his punches). I turned my head and busted my head open. Right above my eye. I ran outside (because thats where my Mother was) and yelled, "Mom!" and she was like, "Wait a second, honey.". Then I said, "Mom! I'm bleeding!" and she looked and was like, "*gasp*". She ran inside and helped me with my cut. It ended up that my up-stairs neighbour had some butterfly bandaids and she gave us some so I could close it up. It was nice to have some neighbours though. Thats all for now Dae
My friends see it as me acting heartless, but I see it as being realistic. What do you guys think?
When my grandfather died, I didn't really feel bad in any way. I didn't know him that well. Though one of my brothers was crying, because he knew him more and was older and knowing what the whole thing was about (That it was going to be the last time we see him and such). When my grandmother died, my Father let us know, he was crying and feeling sad. But, I didn't really feel bad. There was nothing that was really sad about it. If one of my family members die, I might feel bad about it, because I know them more than I knew my Grandfather/Grandmother. Now if one of my friends died, I wouldn't feel bad. I have no reason to. So, you know that if one of my friend's - friend die I wouldn't feel bad for them. It wouldn't mean much for me to know that someone died that I knew, nor if I didn't know them. I wouldn't feel bad for them, because I would expect the exact same response from them If I was feeling bad that someone died. I don't think they would care (Even though I would probably care less). *First of all, I'd like to ask how old are you? 14 (Novemeber 17) *How would you say you feel about abstinence? Indifferent *And how many times have you been in a situation where you had to make a decision to abstain from sexual activity or not? (It's cool to estimate.) None *How many relationships have you been in? None/one (One if you seriously want to count it, I wouldn't but for statistics sake) *How often would you say you see public displays of affection? *shock* Public school is mostly relationships! I've been homeschooled for the past years (three or so). I've decided to go to public school this year. I've been there for about 4 weeks now. I've seen so much affection than I thought possible in 6 months. *When you see these public displays of affection would you say you're offended in any way? Not at all. It seems that it is just natural (Humans are supposed to act in certains ways). I don't think anyone could get offended by such things. Of course, somethings are better held in private. *Would public displays of affection be alright for you to show? Obviously, as I've said right above. *How far would you say is too far for a public display of affection? Kissing and hugging is okay. Once it comes to the point where people start touching each other, groping each other, or having -oh lets call it- extended kissing sessions, its going too far. *In your opinion have school dances become too sexual? I've never attended one. *At what age do you think that dating should begin? I believe at a age where people are mature to a good level. If people start dating at a young age like 12 - well they aren't intellegent enough in my opinion. Unless they mature faster than others. Its all in how mature they are.
If I were you I would ask myself: if I don't know enough about Japan and Japanese culture to name my characters well, why is my story set in Japan at all?
*laughs* Even though that would be logical, most people think that Japan is the easy-est place to hold a story. I mean, if you really look at it then you would probably base it in America or so. But, most people don't think. I'm not talking bad about you Niki. *crosses eyes* Sometimes people base things with a different culture because they think that it would lengthen their storys and make it better. I know most people would think that Japan is a very easy place to set a story because of how popular it is. *silence* And thats that...
About the only theory I don?t really agree with is the one presented here by Hanabishi Recca:For the simple reason I don?t think it?s possible for something to force one to be afraid. [strike]And because I don?t believe in religion, but that?s another topic.[/strike'] If Satan were real he would strike me as someone who is supremely stupid and inept. Not someone capable of truly terrifying others.
Well, I'm just saying that Satan made the fear in people. Seriously, if you met Jesus (just saying even if you don't believe in Jesus) do you think he would be afraid? He was never afraid in the Bible and he wasn't afraid whenever it wasn't recorded. *laughs* [strike]I believe that Christianity is a family not a religion, but thats another subject.[/strike] All I'm trying to get across is that Satan made fear. He is real in my mind, otherwise bad things happen because either you did something bad or its random on how bad things happen. I always think that the best thing should happen. But, this all goes into a personal openion.
Whether or not the Bible quote The Boss used is old or new Testament, it is the bible regardless. On top of that, God is omnipotent and all that jazz, right? Well, if that's the case, and if the Bible is God's word on paper-format, then technically he never contradicted himself; whatever is in the Bible, despite evolution of laws, shouldn't be thrown aside.
Jesus has always been love. I'm talking about this age and the old age. The old age was the ten commandments. Thou shall not kill. Thou shall not steal. Thou shall not lie (false witness if you care). All of that was in the old testament. We are in the new, and Jesus is here. The Bible says that we should be like him. That the world should see our good works. The new testament commandment: Thou shalt love one another as I have loved you (John 15:12).
Simply put, this is possibly one of the best songs ever, and forces people to recognize and respect the talent of rap artists. Alphabetical Slaughter by Papoose.
Hey, to respond to your (rap) song I'll hit you with one that is seriously my song of the week. It seems weird, because I've been listening to alot of rap lately. Every day or so I wake up open up iTunes and listen to rap. So, heres "my song" of the week: Changes - Tupac If you want to listen to it go ahead (I have no link like you) and find a random music video on youtube. *laughs* (Edit) I listened to I'm not going back (Nas). I just wanted to say that, see what you think, boss. *laughs*
The Bible Says Thought Shalt Not Kill, but yet it is full of death, war, and smiting. I think when God said "Thought Shalt Not Kill" he meant in a cold-blooded murder type of way, like Saddam did. How else would you explain all that divine retribution in the Bible? I'm a Christian, but I'm also a liberal. While I don't have a decided stand on abortion, the last time I checked, a pure fetus isn't on the same spiritual level as a rapist genocide-committing, war criminal/dictator.
First of all, I would like to say, its nice to see you are alive. I'm not sure if you have been very active lately. I guess I haven't seen you though, so I wasn't sure. *laughs* Oh how your post amuses me though! The Bible said that in the old testament and we are in the new. The law was laid out because of the people not even being able to contain themselves from sin. Making it (the law) a way that they would actually want to follow it and act correctly (if they didn't - well they get the stoned/whatever). So, that being said, you look at Jesus Christ himself. What did he do? Did he love or hate? Did he kill or make life? Did he do good or bad? Was he righteous or sinful? Now with that, the Bible also says that we should act like him (Romans). If we are to act like him we should love like him. God is love - Satan is hatred. God is kind - Satan is rude. God brings life - Satan ends it. Now of course I'm not taking sides. I just wanted you guys to know my input. I know Saddam would have died either way (kia or executed). I knew he would die. I don't care what anyone says. He would die no matter what he did. Dae
I'm also getting a 360 this year (Wii is great but everybody needs a little Gears of War online in their life) along with a bunch of games (Gears of War, Dead Rising, Halo 3, Fable 2 (?) particularly interest me) so that'll drain a lot of money.
*laughs* If you want to have fun with Gears of War then you better not play it on insane. It will make you insane and you will hate the game for a week or so. Some of those achievements are deadly and you (probably) would want to do them. Just to warn you some of the spots just seem crazy. "I just want to let you know, no matter what happends out there, I with you... *cries*" So, Halo 2 was a big upset for me and my brothers. I didn't like it at all, I'm not sure if I really want to play that, I know that it might be different. Thats exactly what I'm hoping for. I want some change in the game. If they don't change it I'm going to cry until my tears turn to fire. I might tell you how Dead Rising is. I'm going to get it in a couple of days (thank God for netflix). So, I'll tell you then, okay? ----------------------------------- I don't see any games that I want to play this year that has come up. I want a Wii so I can play the Zelda. I've almost beat every other one (I know most of the other people have also), but I just want to actually beat all of them, ya know? Besides that, Virtual Fighter 5 should be really fun (I'm into fighters as you will see). Gain some money from this game. Its supposed to come to the 360 a couple of months later than the PS3. On the subject of the PS3 they have a download for Tekken: DR (which started in arcades). So, I want to get a PS3 but just for one game? Thats absolutely not worth it! Dae
Actually, the idea that once you are older you can choose which parent you live with is a myth. I am divorced myself and I have many friends who are divorced as well. The thing is that once a kid is over 16 often the judge will actually listen to why they would prefer one parent over another and even then the judge still makes the final decision.
Okay, well thanks for telling me that. When I was there thats all I was told so I just went with it and ended up believing it. Its nice to know I was lied to *laughs* Well, I guess you can only talk to a lawyer (like almost everyone else said) because he knows your rights more than anyone else. I think you should talk to a couple of them if you deside to. Because sometimes you might end up talking with one that sides with women and they might tell some false info. Who knows? I was obviously lied to by my parents/lawyers. So, I guess you should try to talk to a couple, okay? Dae
-
I'm sure that at the age of 13 you are at the age where you can choose who you are going to live with. You don't need any proof of your rights, most sites lie anyway. You can go live with your Father. Your parents have to pay 1k though. I pretty sure thats how it works. So, maybe your Mother doesn't want to spend that money so you can go to your Father. Who knows, I was once at that point. I was 11 (Or around there) and all of my other Brothers were old enough to make their choice. So, I could go live with my Father now, but I'm waiting for him to (at least) get his own house. SO, I won't have to deal with his brother. Most of the time, you get to choose if you want to go live with him or not. But I couldn't choose because I was so young. Now thinking about it, I'm pretty sure but not very sure positive. You can look into it, just be careful. Thats all I know about the whole deal. Dae
The question you have to ask yourself is this: What happened, deep in the hidden eras before history began, that could effect the entire human race so evenly as to give the entire species a deep, instinctual, and lasting fear of pale beings with dark, sunken eyes, razor sharp teeth, and elongated faces?[/size']
Well, me being a Christian, I believe that Satan made us have fear in some ways or another. He made us have anything bad. All Satan wants is to steal, kill, and destroy. Theres nothing else. I know some people have been frightend that they won't be able to pay the bills or their children have been afraid that they would go homeless. I've been there. I do believe that people need to fight that fear because other way, what are they going to do? Sit there and lose? Satan has been working with human beings for a long time now. So, he knows what can scare us. He knows how our minds work (most of the time). Unless we use some thoughts that are positive. His job is to make us fail. With most people he wins. I love this thread. I have not one idea why. I just do. Maybe its because everyone has been scared before. I know I have. I've even been scared for about two days. Because of my fear that I would be taken away from my Mother. I bet that most of you would have been afraid if you were young and hearing that your Mother didn't have enough money to pay the bills and the rent. I sure was. Thats just myself though, I guess not everyone would be scared of that. Dae

Double o' six was good for me. I of course had some bad times, but thats expected. Everyone has some bad times, so I wouldn't really count those bad times in my yearly rating. I would rate this year 100 out of 100. I did everything I wanted to do and I don't have any regrets. Leave no regrets on the field, ya? I mean, I won a tournament (Well tied with one of my brothers), I did the hardest program ever (it is supposed to help you get faster. I just finished 3 or 4 days ago), and I was able to jump out of my boundries of being scared. I had alot of fun this year. If you ask the same question next year, I will still give it a perfect score. Knowing that I will have no regrets. Thats my life for you, though I would like to have some things done by next year, I know I will do them. Dae
Yeah, I know what you mean. But the expression, "live every day like it's your last," really isn't an accurate desciption of what you're talking about. There's a big difference between simply not putting things off and actually living like you're going to die tomorrow. When you don't put things off you still care about what's going to happen in the future, but if you truly expect to die within a day anything that will happen in the future is irrelevant, which changes your priorities and thus your behavior. I've never liked the expression because of that.
*laughs* I sure wouldn't do some of the things I do if it was my last day, so you're correct. I wouldn't play video games that day, I would try to do stuff with my family and have fun. Now, if they wanted to play games (in which they probably would) then I would. When I say, " live everyday likes its your last" I mean try to enjoy everything. Because you might not have another chance to do it. I know some people out there have that problem. I suppose that if it was my last day (and saying I actually had something to do like a job or school) then I wouldn't do them. Because what is knowing math going to do in the after life? *laughs again*
-
That's a nice sentiment but it doesn't actually work in practice. Who would bother going to work/school on the last day of their life?
Remember now, you can do your daily work and still live like its your last, ya? You can always live likes it your last, for example, you can always be happy or try to make up with people quickly. Because you know, there is no telling when you or anyone else is going to die. We could go anytime. I mean, it works for me. I always think about it. What if this was my last day? Would I go and have fun or sit here and be depressed? Its easy to tell which one I would pick. Basically, I think that its easy to not become depressed. All you have to do is stay happy. Of course other people have other ways of being happy and expressing it. I don't always sound happy, but its probably because I'm tierd. *laughs* Dae
-
Why not live every day like its your last? I would probably call my friend and tell then that I would be leaving, (NightmareVC - even if they didn't remember me) then I would (I know this sounds stupid) let you guys know that I going to die. I don't have anything I want to finish really. All I wanted to do I did. I just do things that come my way and come in my mind. Its really easy to live like this. I would probably tell my family that I'm leaving, I know that they would take it easy. Just because they know I wouldn't want them to be sad. I guess whatever came into my head I would do. I would try to do something to take all of my time, so that I can't think about it. I would tell everyone I loved that I wish them luck on this world. Dae
