A female bodyguard named Balsa travels back to the new Yogo Empire after so long. There she meets the second prince,Chagamu. After she saved him from some trouble, she learns that the prince isn't what you'd call ordinary-he carries in his body the egg of the Water Spirit, which makes him,as the title says, the Guardian of the Sacred Spirit, which only happens once in a hundred years. She is then tasked to take Chagamu far away in a safe place by his mother, the Empress, due to the fact the Emperor, his father, does not seem all too pleased with his son being a guardian so decides to do away with him. Also 2 other supernatural beings are hunting down for Chagamu, well, the egg in him anyway. She accepts, she'll recieve great help from the Imperial Court all the way.:whoops: Based on the first two books from the acclaimed Guardian series, Guardian of the Sacred Spirit is a brilliant and wonderful anime series, complete with the production genius of Production I.G.:animesmil SO cool!!!!!!XD pic from:http://allaboutanime.org/images/reviewposts/seireinomoribito-reviewpost.gif (always remember to cite sources!!!)

Anime Even I'd Like Some Reccommendations!
hyuuga_hinata replied to 2010DigitalBoy's topic in Otaku Central
I also wanna recommend Gantz, the story is about Kei Kurono who dies in a train accident & becomes part of a semi-posthumous game in which also several recently deceased people are forced to hunt down and kill aliens. The missions in which they embark upon are often dangerous. Many die once more on each mission, but they are replaced by others in the same manner as Kei's appearance. its first season has 13 episodes & the same goes for the second season. -
Anime Even I'd Like Some Reccommendations!

If you're into the Psychological & emotional type anime,I would highly recommend u watch Jigoku Shoujo or Hell Girl, the main concept is about Enma Ai or Hell Girl (as she is widely known on the internet) who will take up requests via Hotline To Hell, she will appear before you & will be the one to ferry the person straight to Hell (before that, they will encounter psychological torment, making them experience a part of Hell) Another good series is Red Garden, i haven't watched much of it but reading the plot,i highly recommend it. There are about 22 episodes of it. Also Petite Cossette is another good anime, it's about Eiri, a boy who works in the shop of his uncle, who happens to stumble across a glass, upon touching the glass, he receives visions of a girl named Cossette, her spirit haunts the glass. She's been waiting & searching for 250 yrs. for someone who will be able to see her,& now she needs Eiri's help. -
There are people in my school who don't talk to you when they find out you like anime, in my school, there are people who think anime fans are just weird (which we are,but who isn't weird?) i've always wondered why there are some people who consider us inferior for liking anime,it makes me mad at the fact some of my friends are bullied for liking anime (which got me into a fistfight with 2 guys, which i was able to beat),i know it seemed so childish to fight with them, but i snapped when they made 1 of them cry. Can you believe it,they were bullied just for liking something!Grrr...can anyone please tell me why there are some people like that???

Anime does anybody know a good online cosplay store except ebay?
hyuuga_hinata replied to a topic in Otaku Central
most of the time, some costume parts can be found at discount bins, malls, sales or places that sell cheap clothing & other stuff,i also had a hard time looking for cosplay materials, but you just really gotta look hard to see the good stuff, your hard work can pay off most of the time because they can come cheaper than the normal price, sometimes you just have to add more stuff or you just have to go to a tailor to let them sew whatever else is needed(but you can sew it yourself if you think you can),the key word is hard work;) -
Manga Question for the Otaku Anime/Manga Artist.
hyuuga_hinata replied to Saya Minatsuki's topic in Otaku Central
whenever i think up of something to draw & try to put it on paper,i listen to different types of Japanese music, whenever i want to draw goth,i listen to songs like Moon on the Water,Aizome (Indigo),Karinui (Basting),I Call you Love or any sad sounding songs, but when i want to draw chibis or regular drawings, i like listening to Mr.Raindrop, Hit in the USA, Pray, My World Down or any cool sounding songs, but you can actually get in the mood with any type of music, all you gotta do is concentrate.;) -
their engrish is abit weird but their songs are just so addicting to listen to,i wonder if they're selling their albums anywhere around here...

Ever since I heard them play the OP of BECK:Mongolian Chop Squad's Hit in the USA,i had to hear more of them, they're a 5 piece band who perform with cardboard boxes of their faces printed in a dot-matrix printer, their band includes Tōru Hidaka (vocals, guitar), Masahiko Kubota (bass), Tarō Katō (guitar), Maseeta [real name: Hirofumi Yamashita] (drums), and Keitaimo [real name: Keita Tanabe] (keyboard),they're also known as BECR,was instigated at the end of 1997 by Hidaka-san as an experimental U.S. Lo-Fi Indie Pop unit. Their former members are Mitsutaka Umuyashiki, Takayuki Araki, Hiroyuki Tai to eventually form a new band ANITA CHILI PEPPERS,wherein Tōru-san had eventually recruited 4 new members, which make up the Beat Crusaders today. Later on down the road, their song "Hit In The USA" was used for the opening of the anime Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad, which moved the band out of the indie scene hitting Japanese music. Since then they have released several more albums including a cover album of American and British songs entitled "Musicrusaders." More recently their song "TONIGHT, TONIGHT, TONIGHT" was used as the opening of the anime Bleach. In 2006, the band's music made its first American appearance as the opening theme song, "Hey x 2 Look x 2" (Aka "Hey Hey Look Look") to the Nicktoons animated series, Kappa Mikey. source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beat_Crusaders they rock so hard,i love their song Hit in the USA the best of all!

Hana Suzuki loves nothing to do but eat & sleep, but one day while Hana bumps into rich but bored Izumi Oda's car & damages it (which is so weird considering the fact the car should have hurt her & she was just perfectly fine!)Izumi seems to have taken interest in her & tells her if she doesn't wanna pay for the car,she has to join the hockey team he started(Hana doesn't know that the car had insurance)thus, ending her glorious days of doing nothing but eating & sleeping. I love the artwork & plot of the series :animesmil poor Hana-chan though.. :animeswea

Lucia, Mermaid Princess of the North Pacific Ocean, saved a boy from a shipwreck seven years before the beginning of the story, the boy to whom she entrusted her pink pearl. She eventually found him: a surfer named Kaito . But as the human form Lucia assumed, a girl named Lucia Nanami, has little resemblance to her mermaid form,so Kaito cannot recognize her. She cannot tell Kaito who she really is; otherwise, according to mermaid folklore, she would turn into foam. So she tries to convince Kaito into figuring out who she really is (since the legend does not say anything about the other person discovering a mermaid's true identity by himself). At the same time, Lucia has been told that a group of water demons have invaded the marine world and she must gather the six other Mermaid Princesses and their pearls to resurrect the legendary goddess Aqua Regina to stop them. To fulfill this, she joins forces with Hanon and Rina, Mermaid Princesses who came up to dry land, use their pearls, turn into singing idols, and use their voices as an offensive. Also whenever they're in love, their songs power grows. i love this anime, the story's very cute & the drawings as well :catgirl: CD cover with the 7 mermaid princesses in their power up form

indeed she's very cute, but she's been through so much pain, like
being shunned during her childhood being called a monster & the fact that she must send people to hell in order to save her parents from eternal damnation,it was revealed she's much more emotional than what she led us to believe.
:animecry:
her whole life seems to just be 1 big painful memory.
I really admire her for keeping her face straight for
her parents
Ai Enma once again returns as the Jigoku Shoujo, who uses Jigoku Tsuushin (Hell Hotline) to allow people to post their grudges on their tormentors, sending them straight to Hell. In exchange, the users of the website will end up in Hell after they die. Meanwhile, a mysterious girl with purple eyes called Kikuri appears and seems to have strange intentions towards Ai and Jigoku Tsuushin's operation,& a little boy named Takuma Kurebayashi who awakens Ai's past memories once more. I'm sorry if its too short but I don't want to give away too much, but feel free to ask me if you want to find out more. :catgirl:

Himeko Tsubaki is a xenophobic schoolgirl in a tennis club who, thanks to a couple of idiotic foreign thieves,by accident comes into the possession of a magic crown that turns her into a princess. Unfortunately, this crown makes her a target for the thieves, a nonsense-speaking little foreign girl named Na-Na, a cat-crazed club, an assassin bent on killing her but fell in love with her as well, a bomb-happy little foreign prince - and even a pink cat king from some other planet. Of course, comedy & nonsense can't help happening. I love this anime, full of nonsense!the drawings & opening & ending songs of these are so cute :catgirl:
