Seth: So that pretty much leaves north. Screw it, Let's go. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Don't type drunk, I don't recommend it.
-
I actually thought it was pretty good. True, there are some parts that could use improvement, but I didn't leave the show wanting my money back(like after seeing vanilla sky). It's worth seeing.

(This is what I wanted, this is what I crave, this is what I wanted, this is what I crave, this is what......................) *these are the thoughts going on repeatedly inside Seth. He always was a warrior, but only now, as he lets his struggle rest, does he become bloodthirsty. In the back of his mind, he wonders if getting the souls are worth it. He has to fight for control of his own body with melcros and his sword doesn't obey him at all when he uses the soul's powers. When Seth does finally have the other souls, will he be able to maintain control or will the wizards be born again in Seth's image? He wonders while melcros' power courses through him and shatters his opponents one by one.*

Nope, and it's not going to happen with ffx, becuase I can't stand the blitzball! That's also the reason I'll never get Wakka's world champion! But I did have one on FF7, the game is really easy with all materia (my favorite is hades)

I've been hearing alot lately about them making an online version of ff in the future. I hear that you will be able to design your character (to a certain point) have your own place and that it is going to be really detailed. The only downside I heard is that we'd have to buy an attachment (internet) for our ps2. Also there'd be a monthly fee. What do you all think about this and if it happens, will you play?

The site is screwed up. Anyway, I was talking to a friend of mine and he told about this before I heard about it here. I would love to finally have a final fantasy sequel, this had one of the best storylines for it. Also, I don't think that ff VII needs to have a sequel. They gave you an idea of what happened (eventhough the ending sucked). FFX had, what I thought was a good ending and then left room for them to work with some ideas. I think that they were comtemplating a sequel when they started making that one!

The angels have attacked unprovoked. I think it was the 16th angel, when Rei used the lance of longinus that the angel attacked first. In fact a couple of others did too. The angels were more like a military force than anything, attacking and using various techniques to do it. Don't you think that it's ironic that the last angel was humanity? -
Originally posted by Eddie Winslow Spoiler for anybody who hasn't beaten the game yet. so mystfalcon25, tell me have you beaten Indalecio with his powerlimiter off yet? Insane uh? I know someone who was at level 200+ and he was still trouncing his party like they were nothing.
Yeah, Indalecio took forever to beat. I used claude and ashton to get on both sides of him and slice him to death, while celine was casting powerful spells, and Rena was healing everyone and catering to all the items needs. I got him though.

Seth rolls up his sleeves and readies his sword. Seth: On three! One, Two, Thr..... The all take off running at full speed towards who knows what. Seth is somewhat anticipating a fast-paced battle. In fact, he craves it........... His wish comes true.

I live in Il and I'm 21. You are all making me feel real old right now.

Why not? It's only human. I love singing in general so shower songs are a must!!! I'll sing whatever is in my head, unless it's a song that would raise questions as to what I was doing. (i.e. my body, touch me tease me) Cause I don't want anyone having any funny thoughts. But right now I live in the dorms, so I can't really sing in the shower. Heck, it's hard to sing like I want to around here without putting on a show.

I think red! A final fantasy skin wouldn't be bad either. But I'll be happy with how it is now, if the alternative means taking my otaku away for such a long time again!

Seth: I guess we don't have a choice in the matter. Let' go. Oh, here ya go, cutie! He takes off his gray shortsleeve shirt and hands it to Valeigh. Seth: Don't get me wrong, I'm loving the view, but I think you'll be more comfortable with this. She doesn't say anything, but tears off the sleeves and puts on the shirt. Seth, pleased that she has accepted, once again admires her body and sheaths his sword. It's now time to leave this area.

Darkness replied to ~Mystical Pan~'s topic in Otaku Central
Not to impose, but can we make this an all out NGE explanation thread? I just finished watching all of the series, including the movies and I have plenty of questions and self-generated answers. As for your question, I'm not sure. The angels weren't too smart, but evolved as the story progressed. It is simply possible that they just didn't know. They had to learn the truth, same as we did. By time they actually figure out that the angel in the facility is Lilith (Kaoru) it's too late. But I thought that Gendo had Adam in embedded in his hand the whole time. Kaji does refer to Lilith as Adam earlier in the series, so it's evident that he didn't know either. At least not at that point. -
I've beaten it before. Truthfully, I was not too pleased. I play alot of rpgs, and this was not one of my favorites. Oh, Dias ends up being mediocre at best. The best characters end up being Claude and Ashton. I still haven't played anything quite as good as Final Fantasy III.

ridiculous weather (global warming?)
Darkness replied to Lady Macaiodh's topic in General Discussion
Hey, If you're from the midwest(like me), this weather thing is kinda normal. At least it finally stopped snowing!! (Although I wouldn't be surprized if it did) -
A Spiderman movie is not a bad idea. Casting Toby McGuire as Spiderman, horrible. I won't pay to go see it.

Seth was about to struggle to his feet, but then he took a look at Valeigh. It seems that the blow to her collarbone had also sliced some of her shirt open. Seth: I concede. (gesturing toward her chest and smiling) There's no move I can do to top that one! *Valeigh looks down and sees that she is putting on a show.* Seth: uhhh. *Valeigh just turns around* Valeigh: (to herself) First time that's happened.
-
Seth takes the opportunity to make his present known. He catches Valeigh with a violent uppercut to the mouth. She is clearly knocked off balance, but she uses the momentum to deliver a hard elbow to Seth's chest. He is winded, but not out. Dark goes after Valeigh once again. This time she isn't prepared.
-
Seth, not liking to be taunted, lips curl into a sinister smirk. Seth: You have power. I like power. He goes to attack Valeigh but Dark wants him first. This lasts for about whole minute. Seth ends it with a kick to the back which sends Dark right into Valeigh, who in perfect synch, knocks out him out with a strong right hook. Seth once again focuses on Valeigh. Seth: (looking down at an unconsious Dark) He's good, but he's not a warrior yet. Valeigh: (going back to that original stance) Come. Seth: Where was I...... Seth advances his mage killer glowing with power in response to Valeigh. She just Smirks. So to start it off, he backhands her. She isn't pleased. Seth: No games!!!!!! With a rage in her eyes, the two go blow for blow.
-
And Dark pays the price for turning his back on Seth; he is hit squarely on the back and then Valeigh follows suit. Dark: Ahhhh! Seth: Still think that you can take us both? Dark: Don't count me out yet. *Seth dodges his sword blow, but Valeigh receives a solid kick to the stomach.* *She is not phased* Dark: Wha......? Seth makes a motion like he's going to thrust, but drops his sword and punches Dark in the mouth. Dark responds with an uppercut before being on the wrong end of a round house delivered by Valeigh. He's dazed and they all look at each other and decide that a battle royal would be better.

In the distance, the cavern falls. A magical implosion with the colorful flames engulfing all that once was there. Valeigh, Seth, and Dark look on as it happens. Seth: Ironic. Dark: What? Seth: This is probably the most unworthy death that a warrior can have, yet the process itself is......beautiful. Valeigh seems a little shaken from the words that are being spoken. She turns and looks into the distance without saying a word. Seth and Dark both notice, but know better than to acknowledge it. Seth: Anyone wanna get some sword pratice in while we wait for Piro and Voltage? Valeigh turns to him, gives a small smile, and unsheaths her sword.

And she ends up at the point of Dark's sword. He pulls back when he sees that it's his comrades. Seth: How did you get past the guards? Piro: Knocked him out. Without saying a word, Valeigh knocks out Piro with the flat of her sword. Voltage turns to react, but falls sick to the floor. Seth: This place is sacred. By attacking the guard and entering you have difiled this place. When we leave, this temple has to be destroyed thanks to you. Being too sick to reply, Voltage just looks up and vomits. Seth: By the code, this crime is punishable by death. *he puts away his sword* But, knowing the pain you have caused should be enough. Voltage: (coughing) How was I ..... Voltage: (coughing more) supposed to know?? Valeigh: (with disgust in her eyes) Let's go. *she grips the guantlet tightly as they leave the room* The guards will level this place. Voltage: Wha....? Seth: For failing to protect this place, they will bring this place down and take themselves with it. A dishonorable death for failure. Seth, Valeigh, and Dark lead the way as the group emerges from the entrance.
