I wish I had thought of making a picture, hehe, so I went and found a picture and did. Just for laughs I'm going to edit it into my post. lol As for that emote...*snatches it and looks slyly in Allamorph's direction* That's so cute! :catgirl: Oh and if your curious...here's the picture I made for Brittany:
Now if only we had a puppy :). *takes off his poke guard* and looks like i'm safe as long as Allamorph is around. -

I ran back to the room after our group split up and noticed some commotion in one of the hallways, the explosion took us by surprise but half way to the location we decided it best to spread our ranks out more. I saw Mother and Japan standing there over a fallen body, I couldn't make it out at first but I rushed in anyway. I stood over a concerned and near weeping Mother who had her hand in Peacock's hair. 'Shit...' I thought to myself. It didn't look like Peacock was seriously hurt, but that was hardly the point considering the case. "Dammit, what happened!?" I asked in a concerned tone. Japan was speechless, but Mother looked up to me while placing her hand on my wrist. "He's fine, the wound is shallow. I hear the shot seconds ago, Platypus can't be too far." she said. I took off without a moment's hesitation and ran into Gurt and Birmingham halfway through. "It's Peacock, the traitor pulled a gun out on him. We need to find him." I said, catching the two off guard as they stopped in their tracks. "Son of a bitch, this was all planned out afterall. Well I for one refuse to let some dirty terrorist get the best of me." Birmingham exclaimed angrily, Grape Ape entered the room only seconds later. "What's the problem?" he asked, fiddling with something in his hands. "Platypus is trying to escape after taking a shot at Peacock, I intend to find him." I quickly reported, awaiting Grape Ape's go ahead.

I thank you Clurr, I've been in the middle of deciding between a murder mystery theme or another for the RP i'd like to put up soon and you've made my decision for me since now i'll be able to take part in both. Go ahead and count me in, since it's already a mystery from the very beggining, tis already interesting.

Discuss The Panopticon Underground [M-LSV]
>_> If I delete the post and redo it, will you accept it? It'l ltake me another day or so to change it up, but I want to know if everyone's willing to go along with it. if you've already lost trust in me to create a fun last round, then I won't bother, but if you're willing to let me I will redo this.
I'd say simply allow SunfallE to post along with the rest of us, but you've already confirmed that she has no characters left. It probably isn't a big hindrance, but it does take away a bit. The way you portrayed the characters i'm sure is the least of the concerns atm, especially since it has happened before. The big point here is to make this last round worth all of our time. That's your job as a host. The simplest thing to do would be to award Sandy and SunfallE two special cards so they can mess around with the other characters without having death cards so they feel involved. If you don't feel as if you have enough time, i'll gladly PM you some ideas. But in any case, we should all be allowed to post regardless of who has characters. -

DB, some of your claims are pretty silly especially when you say you didn't know who belonged to who considering that you had to look over characters in order to approve of them upon submission. It seems like your trying to wiggle your way out of a logical explanation, rather than give one or simply admit you don't have one. Also, SunfallE is not so childish to accuse you of screwing her characters over in terms of allowing them to be killed eaiser but rather the way you treat them is demeaning the established personalities of each one that we've developed throughout the chapters. Please don't misunderstand what she means. Also in reference to you not really knowin how to start or run chapter 3, you could have consulted us. We are in the game together so surely you could have considered trusting us to give our advice on how we would like to play the game further. However, i'm also not saying that the original suggestion you based your method off of isn't good, but you could have enhanced it a bit by allowing those with no characters left a special role, or give them some sort of special card so they can feel like they would make a difference in the chapter as much as those who have death cards rather then not allow them to post. I appreciate that you can admit that you havn't really had confident control the whole time through but there were many other ways of solving that issue. Also considering you've been improvising a lot here it isn't as if you have been doing all that terrible of a job, other members I have spoken to have also said this. However, you seem to be a little lazier now then you were earlier in the RP. Whether it's due to your new one being put up or just a general lack of interest, I do not know and i won't make any accusations. In any case, we have reached the end chapter. Let's try to get through it so we can put some closure on the game. Back and forth arguments or accusations don't have to add to the buzz already in this thread. Everyone already has around 50+ posts in it (unconfirmed >.>), heh. -
Geez, I've never seen anything like it. Was Grape Ape taking his meds or what? He was in this odd euphoric trance...like he was daydreaming. Maybe this job was really getting to him. We pretty much sat through the deliberations with him only present in body it seemed though. I wanted to express my thoughts but it seemed the process was equally as easy to figure out between everyone. I looked over a few seats to Mom, I felt so bad for her and it seemed highly improbable that she could be the traitor. The part about this job though is to not let your judgement be run by your emotions though, so it wasn't as if I could just completely set it aside. Ploppy certainly explained well what was going through my mind, though he pinpointed more suspects then I would have. The fact of the matter is that none of them could really be considered one hundred percent innocent. Grape Ape seemed a tad troubled though, even though we were on the verge of cracking this case. Japan and others stayed very silent throughout the discussion, was it because of how quickly everything was layed out on the table, or was it because they would rather avoid saying something potentially incriminating? We were getting close, after this was over we could get back to business. Granted there isn't too much of a period of mourning for our discovery...either way we look at it, losing who we thought to be a reliable member of the CTU would be a big hit either way.

TheOtaku Contest: Haruhi Dance Challenge
TheResplendent replied to Japan's topic in General Discussion
I can totally do that dance . The Haruhi part even. Though it's more of something i'd do in the confines of my house when nobody is around rather then something in front of a camera and sending it so hundreds of people can see, lol. I'm still waiting to see if there are any attention grabbing performances though. -

Hee, Youtube is indeed an interesting site. Lesse: Misc: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u4yeUS5cQa8 - Bleach compilation done to the Moulin Rouge love medley song. Quite halarious because of how well it fits. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ub_zMpLPRfk - Wrestling fans will appreciate this one, but the humor might appeal to others as well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yn71hIsm0U8 - This should need no introduction or explanation.
My concesus is **** sexuality, i'll bang whoever I want and you can make up your mind about what to call me.
Anyway, on to the subject at hand. Awareness of sexual orientation can be realized as early as pre-teen childhood so if your curious, willing to experiment, or even just clear but unsure on how to approach it...your reluctance or uncertainty is more than likely not due to age. It's really quite as simple as that, but if you also want to know what it could be attributed to then I'd say just your lack of experience and therefore not yet having a solid foundation for basing a confident decision on. Whatever you do, don't try to supress feelings that seem to be arising naturally within you because it isn't popular or anything deviant from what you've noticed about popular society. If you want to figure it out, then let things play out so you can either confirm or denounce the feelings your having. Some people are lucky enough to have things figured out for sure early in their lives, others take a while, some don't even figure it out until their thirties. I for one am thankful that i figured out I was straight for sure before going into high school, but don't fret if you can't figure things out that quickly. There's no standard or time limit that you have to adhere to. Things just seem to clear themselves up before a certain age for most people.

Hairstyles included.
This ending is much more climatic than the chronological one which feels rather bland and faded out.
S'ok, cause I'm an alien. But shhhhhh. With that being said....ah. Then watch in it's intended order I shall. As long as Haruhi keeps up her oh so crazy antics.

Alright...after all the curiosity and whatnot i've decided to check this series out. There has been some nice
fan service between Haruhi and Mikuru so far which has been quite comical and interesting
, plus I absolutely love that Haruhi's VA is the same as Misa's from Death Note ^_^. However, being on episode 4 currently, I have to ask...what's the deal? Are episodes not in any specific type of order, or does everything eventually connect? Or...am I just going crazy? You'll have to forgive me if this has been explained already (which it probably has) but just like with Death Note and other anime threads here i've posted in before completing the series, I do not search previous posts to avoid any threats of spoilers. The Iron Chef: Who's cusine reigns supreme?
TheResplendent replied to miss april's topic in Noosphere
I am a fan of the original Iron Chef, I have watched them since the french chef before Sakai and throughout all three japanese Iron Chefs (Michiba, Nakamura, Morimoto). It was benig shown on the food network over here during nighttime for a while but sometime last year they stopped showing em andi 've been forced to settle for Iron Chef America. It isn't bad, but those chefs are a joke compared to the originals. Morimoto is the only one I ever root for. I got quite a few interesting recipes from there a few times, but ultimatley I enjoyed watching the most. They found a way to make cooking seem exciting, :p. Nobody was better than Iron Chef Chinese though, nobody can deny Chen Kenichi's total dominance. -
I concur. *nods* And since I sort of called (not that anyone has dibs on anything so if someone else want to creat one, I'd be pissed, but I'd still join out of fun) the next installment to the death-card series... I was actually planning on taking a break before starting it... Although, it would be nice to know that some of you would reserve your spot now... I kid, I kid... Some new faces would be nice too. While we're on the topic though, do you guys think it would be a good idea to keep the character creation at three or bump it back to two??? Oh and, does anybody have any ideas for a good name??? Labyrinth, Maze, Panopticon... The thesaurus doesn't give me much else besides Plexus and Network... And since Plexus is the opposite of Nexus, and nexus was an element used in the original Labyrinth, I don't have anything to use... After party? Heck yes! Can't wait!
Actually Darren, if your entertaining suggestions I did put together a little mock idea a while back after Labyrinth for a similar game but chose not to run it. It was called The Castle, where the participants would be taken to a large medieval style castle or something. You can run with that if you want, I think it would be a really cool venue for this kind of survival game. For anyone that has played FF8, I had Ultemecia's Castle in mind the entire time I thought it up. Tis just my favorite Final Fantasy final dungeon ever :p. Also, three characters works for me, I liked that about this game. With an average of 8-10 players it's already been proven that we can go at the very least a strong three rounds, with great potential for more dependant on the cards. -
The Inevitable O-Lounge Blondes Vs Brunettes!
TheResplendent replied to Andrew's topic in General Discussion
First Sandy and now you! *sob* Haha, I kid. I still stand by my earlier statement that slightly longer hair is very appealing on guys. Regardless of the color. ^_~
Hehe, remember I said I havn't met many. You guys exist out there somewhere ;). Hehe. Where I live though the stereotype is all too true. In some cases, it's kind of cute. In other cases...it's just plain lamentable. -
The Inevitable O-Lounge Blondes Vs Brunettes!
TheResplendent replied to Andrew's topic in General Discussion
Have to say I tend to be more attracted to girls with dark black/brunette/red hair. Blondes are great, and believe me i don't often discriminate, if a girl is hot then a girl is hot. A lot more things come into play when deciding that in addition to hair color, eventhough it's a large aspect. Just judging based on what my preferences seem to be due to my experiences and interests, redheads and dark haired girls win in almost every aspect for me. In looks, intellegence, personality, etc. Not saying there aren't smart blondes or blondes with personalities that stand out, but I just havn't met many :). -

Heh, I got 52 posts in this thread myself. I remember being at 600 posts in April when i had my first year anniversary on OB, and now i'm already passed 800. I think I might be misunderstanding your intent for the final round a bit especially since you've changed things up because of a hole in your original plan, though if there is one player with characters left at the end of this round it seems like a good place to end it, then the fourth installment can get under way (though not immedietely, we may need to take some downtime after we have our Panopticon afterparty ;P). If not then we can go along with any plans you think up for the last round. -

Maybe people should receive little trophies in the form of "golden death cards" for the awards they win, lol. *fixes tux* Anyway, I wonder though. How are you going to judge who gets rezzed based on?
