1.
I'd be willing to post again, also, but I'm not a hundred percent clear as to what the Sapiens are doing. If that could be cleared up, I'd be glad to write up another post. ^__^
I appreciate the fact that there is still somewhat of an interest here, lol. In any case, I'll try to find the time to make another post and move things a long a bit to see how things progress. No hard feelings to those who have not posted though. Also the Sapiens are simply engaged in a battle/defense at this time, simply to ensure none of the Legion breach the gate to the city.
 2. As dinner concluded, Ben took his time leaving his area while the servants took the guest's empty plates away. Most of the people looked a bit uneasy as they left, some from what they were forced to confess, others from what they have heard other's confess. Ben shrugged it off inside and just stretched out and took his leave as well. 'Well, it doesn't appear as if I've made too many friends during dinner. Guess i'll have to manage somehow' Ben thought to himself sarcastically remembering some muffled comments made toward him back during dinner, not really caring if either Sena or Allen or anybody else for that matter liked him or not. The only exceptions being the ladies perhaps. Ben didn't have making friends on his mind, at least not past getting to know a couple of ladies well enough and of course the rewards of winning this little challenge as well. Ben walked passed the two casually and just gave them a smug salute with two fingers as he contemplated just how much of a psychological edge he had on everyone because of dinner. Afterall, Ben's card didn't nearly disturb him as much as other's have disturbed them. As for his own news, he only knew that Sena was disgusted, but he returned that notion because of Sena's confession. It was 2 forms of the same general concept it seemed. Ben passed by some of the others on his way up the main stairs, ignoring them for the most part while he made the left turn at the top and headed for his room. The moonlight shone subtly through the hallway windows as Ben reached the door to his room minutes later. His eyebrow raised as he noticed his door had been opened and left only slightly closed. Ben remembered leaving the door unlocked, but didn't really expect anyone to actually go in, especially considering everyone was supposed to be at dinner. After a few seconds of further thinking, he concluded that it must have been one of the servants. He disliked the idea of someone else messing around with his room, even if it was someone who worked for Dante; the provider of his room. He opened the door slowly and turned into his side of the room, the left side of the room completely dark and empty. 'They work pretty quick, all of my former roommate's stuff is already gone' Ben thought to himself as he stopped in his tracks before entering his room, caused by the sounds he heard coming from inside. A woman's screams, not long and frightful, more like stress relieving screams...accompanied by the sound of his heavy bag being struck. 'What in the...' Ben curiously peeked his head into the doorway first, unsure of how exactly to guage the situation. His eyes widened and his mind was set immedietley to ease as he noticed Ally there taking shots at his bag. The top she wore to dinner was tossed onto the floor beside her, as she stood clad in a rather body hugging white sports bra, traces of sweatdrops adorned her the curvers of her body and her tight stomach muscles. Her hair was wildly tossed around, her entire presence was like a slightly wrapped christmas gift sitting in Ben's room, waiting for him. He quietly walked over to the main door leading to the hallway and locked it as silently as he could. He returned to the inner doorway to the main room containing his equipment, bedroom, and his eye pleasing uninvited visitor. "Our we in the habit of entering other people's rooms uninvited and using their things without asking? Or am I a special exception?" Ben said out loud, leaning against the side of his doorway. Ally spun around startled and instinctivley wrapped her arms around herself to cover up, but figured it didn't really matter at that point. 'I can't believe of all the rooms I walked into, I ended up walking into Ben's room...' she thought to herself, unsure of what she should do exactly. "I..i'm sorry, I wasn't really thinking. I felt like I needed to blow off some steam and I just happened to stumble into the room." Ally tried to explain, as she tried fixing her hair. Ben gazed at her with his eyes, scanning her up and down from head to toe. He subtly licked his lips and soaked in the pleasure of her body and the natural scent emitting from her body. The female sex phermone was indeed the most potent aphrodisiac known to man. Ben pushed himself off of the wall and walked closer toward her. "Ha, it's alright Ally. I was kidding, obviously you are quite welcome in my room. Though I must admit, it is a rather pleasent surprise." Ben said, smiling at Ally to help her be at ease. "Well...thanks, but I should probably be going." Ally said, as she bent down to pick her shirt up. "Oh no no, please. If it's steam you want to blow off, believe me I know the best way to do it." Ben said confidently, as he walked over to the ring in his room and grabbed two pairs of gloves. He tossed one to Ally, landing in her hands while she looked at them with a bit of a confused grin. "What do you want me to do with these?" she asked, glancing up at Ben for a few seconds. "Why, I want you to hit me of course. Going to town on a punching bag is quite different then hitting an actual person, trust me it works much better. It will be a harmless little sparring match, that is all." Ben assured Ally, shooting her a convincing straight face. "Oh, I don't think so. Thanks for the offer though..." "Come on, it will be fun." Ben said, not allowing Ally to say anymore. "Ben, I'm not going to spar with you..." "Are you not confident in your own abilities? Come Ally, it will help. Trust me. But if you really don't want to be embarrased I guess you may leave..." Ben said, tightening his gloves and smashing them together on his fists. "Embarrased? Believe me Mr. MMA fighter, you'd be surprised how elite the french army's hand to hand training is." Ally shot back, being drawn in by Ben's taunts. "Oh, I'm scared. Why not show me if your so sure?" Ben said, pointing to his chin as if allowing Ally the first shot. She couldn't help herself from grinning a bit, as she began putting the gloves on. It was strange, but it was like she wanted to all of a sudden. Not so much because of Ben's taunts but because she began to wonder just how effective this little sparring match might actually be. She figured Ben had more experience with actual sparring partners, since it was a big part of his training, if he had been doing it for so long and hasn't yet lost interest in it then it must be worth something. Ben grabbed the back of his shirt and brought it over his head and tossed it onto the ring ropes and began loosening up his wrists and arms. Ally looked up from putting her gloves on and noticed Ben standing there topless, doing some quick warm ups. She had little control over her captivated eye focus onto his well built body, she had no idea how good it looked though she could imagine from his profession. She felt a tingling inside her body as she shook her head and tries snapping herself out of it, as she felt herself starting to be overcome by adrenaline. "Well then, are you ready?" Ben asked. He focused his own eyesight on her chest, noticing the beauty of that part of the female anatomy when not constrained by a normal bra. Ally nodded and went into her stance. They approached each other and started off by throwing out some check punches, to size up the movements of one another. As time passed the movements became more vigorous, knees and kicks begun being thrown on each side. Ben was legitimatley impressed with Ally's hand to hand form, though it never once took the primary spot of her most impressive feature to him. He grinned a bit and waited for an opening. Ally's threw up a high left kick which Ben blocked with his left arm, and reached around her other leg from the inside with his right one and took her down to the floor. "Ah! Hey!" Ally said, startled not expecting the takedown. Ben dropped down with her and held her hands down to the floor with his face hovering over hers. "Not bad, how do you feel?" Ben asked, staring deep into her eyes. "Well...much better actually. Except for one thing..." Ally replied, taking deep breaths. "Oh? What's that?" Ben asked curiously. Ally answered by launcing Ben over her body with both of her feet planted into his gut. Ben braced himself in mid air but hit the ground and turned on his side, a surprised look on his face. He looked at Ally who was smiling at him, he pushed himself up to his feet the same time as her. "Well, looks like I dropped my guard." Ben charged at Ally and threw a light punch on the right side causing Ally to dodge her head, Ben took the opportunity to dip his body down and take Ally up in his grip and run her toward the wall. He planted her lightly against it and pinned her hands together with his left while his right wandered down to her waist area. He rubbed it slightly with his fingers and looked into Ally's eyes lustfully. "Now that i'm more prepared...what will happen?" Ben said in a low tone, holding Ally there as tight as he could without actually hurting her.
 3. Looks fantastic Zeke, the midi won't play for me for some reason (as I have the plug-in, so i'm not quite sure what the prob is) but I trust it will for Sandy as well as most others. The lyrics look pretty good, the only thing I can see that might be a bit weird about it is how different the two verses are in terms of how the names are mentioned, with one naming 2 in one line and the other giving each 2 lines with the pattern for description being different. Sandy has been quite nit-picky about certain details in the past, which is why I bring it up. It shouldn't be that big of a deal though.
 4. I don't think there's much else to do other then to find ourselves a good copy of the song, preferably with no lyrics, but if it cannot be found by anyone (I myself have also had no success in finding one) then we can just as easily use a regular copy. I think Zeke is perfecting the graphic with other details and such, I am unsure. So once that is put up all that needs to happen is for the lyrics to be put in (unless you want to add them before revealing the finished product, Zeke). Here is my section of the lyrics, lemme know what ya guys think :p: Verse 2: From Down Under, we are graced With Mary?s expertise Our newest member, her name is Zeke Her graphics genius is the key Just trust me Our time is now We simply cannot lose Our mighty band will defeat Any team that we will choose. Now we wait for Mary, so we can put all the verses together.
 5. This is awesome, Sandy. Not only is it funny and clever, it's a damn good piece of artwork as well. Very "FFVII Turk like", hehe. Im in agreement with others here, you should totally do more members. Zeke looks like she should have some kind of giant pet tiger, lol. P.S - That modrod looks a bit painful >.>
 6. As the title says, I would very much appreciate a nice SG:A banner/avi set. Whoever undertakes the request can have as much creative freedom as they like, just be sure to put "BK" somewhere on the banner, somewhere discreet. You can use whatever pictures you'd like, but I want the main focus to be on the city itself. I've provided a few, but as I said there's no need to be restricted only to these: Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 Many thanks in advance for anyone who gives it a shot. 7. Just to give a better idea, Naydine's new attire is fashioned similarly to Talho's first style of clothing from Eureka 7, seen here. Just with the specified colors and any other specific alterations obviously. But cha, that be her new look =).
 8. Naydine's pleas and whines could be heard throughout the corridors as they walked through each part of the ship to get to the holding cells. Kain just rolled his eyes as he has to constantly had to distance the guard from himself in order to convince him that he had no intention of struggling. "This is so unneccesary! Your kindness is just being wasted because I don't intend on thanking you, you got that! You might as well just let me down, I can walk just fine." Naydine said, flailing her arms and legs, which was stopped by a sharp pain shooting up her ankle to her calf. Kain just sighed as Jaden didn't struggle much with Naydine's 115 llbs frame. "That's what you get for complaining so much." Kain said in a droned tone. Jaden stepped onto the elevator, followed by Kain and his guard as they descended to the brig area. Pretty much all of the other cells were empty, and there seemed to be a section for men and one for women...though not much seperated them, just a single gate and 2 walkways. The guards opened the respective cells as Kain walked into his, and Naydine placed down onto the bed of her own, across from Kain's. "I'm sorry, but you'll have to stay here for a little bit. I don't believe either of you to be all that dangerous...but we think it's best until we get everything straightened out." Jaden explained as he began to walk out of the cell. "Ha, aren't YOU supposed to be the captain of this ship? I mean that's what your uniform suggests. It seems like that doctor up there is the one giving the orders though. So what kind of authority do you have around here anyway?" Naydine asked, a bit annoyed at Jaden's odd personality considering his position. "Well...you see..." "Captain! Your presence is being requested on the bridge!" a call from Jaden's communicator interuppted, a high pitched male voice on the other end. Jaden acknowledged and replied and looked toward Naydine before retrieving something from one of the guards behind him. "I have to go, Neron should be down soon to talk to you both. Here though...it should be comfortable enough." Jaden said as he place some folded up clothing through the bars to Naydine's cell, and returned to the elevator, leaving one male and one female guard. Kain seated himself on the bench inside and cell and just sighed as he leaned against the wall. Naydine meanwhile reached over for the clothes from her seated position, being cautious for her ankle. "Hm, so YOU get a change of clothes huh? Meanwhile I gotta keep this crap on, I haven't been able to change since being loaded onto the transport ship." Kain said, not really glancing over. "Hmph, whatever I guess. Though I could really use a shower too. But I guess that's asking too much" Naydine said, as she observed the clothing Jaden gave her. The top was navy blue and white, fashioned like a tank top with the front and back pointing out longer than the sides, and the bottoms with matching colors fashioned like a tight pair of shorts with a black padded belt. The boots were black, ending just a bit under the knee. "Yeah, that would be nice." Kain agreed, as he turned his head over to look at his former partner in crime and turned back. Naydine shrugged and stood up, trying to ease off her ankle the best she could. She pulled her shirt off over her head, and undid her bra and tossed it to the ground as well. Kain glanced over at her meaning to speak to her, but caught Naydine in the middle of her changing. "What the...Nay, you going to do that right now? I can see you, you know?" Kain said, glancing away quickly. "Yeah, so? Is something offensive about my breasts?" she asked sincerely, as she began taking her bottoms off too so she could change into her new clothing. "Hmph, what breasts would those be?" Kain said, responding with sarcasm. "Excuse me? These are C cups you know! and very perky too, thank you very much!" Naydine protested as she pointed to herself with both fingers. "Hmm, you're right about that. You're in pretty good shape aren't ya?" came a female voice from beside Naydine's cell. Naydine let out an "Eep!" and quickly covered herself the best she could with both of her arms. The female guard left to watch after Naydine looked through the bars and giggled to herself subtly. "H...hey! How about a little privacy here!" Naydine yelled, reaching for her shorts while trying to keep her arms huddled by her body. "Hm, now you want privacy? Just before you were bragging about your chest." Kain said smugly, leaning his head back onto his arms. "You shut up! The both of you can just leave me alone." Nay mumbled as she proceeded to dress in her newly acquired attire. Several announcements were made over the ship's com system as an hour passed before Neron made his way down to the brig. He peered into Naydine's cell as the guard greeted Neron and took her leave. Nay glanced up from her laying position and saw the doctor standing there. "So you decided to come afterall?" she said sarcastically. "My apologies for making you wait, though technically the prisoners don't have much say in matters like this anyway." Naydine turned her head away with a "Hmph". "Anyway, how are your head and ankle feeling?"
 9. Boy, a lot of people have had weird experiences upon losing their virginity eh? Everyone seems to be making it seem like when your a virgin you don't have a clue what to do and your doing everything wrong before you finally find out how to do it right. Trial and error is a part of everything, but nowadays it's extremely rare for someone to go into having sex for the first time and legitamatley not know how to do it. The larger is issue is how good it is and the actual quality of the performance more so then figuring out how to perform. Not saying unknowledged virgins do not exist, but it's being spoken of on too large a scale IMO in this thread. Especially when it comes to married couples and their honeymoon. Whether you've seen a porno, been talked to by your parents, or have just grown up in a public school system, chances are by the time you make the decision to have sex for the first time, you pretty much know the fundamentals of how to have sex, even if you're not Ron Jeremy.
 10. Our progress thus far sees our song nearly finished with only 2 sections of it needing to be finished still. Myself, Mary, White, and Beth are on lyric duty while Zeke has already provided us with an awesome graphic idea. It is unfortunate, but Mike has not peeked his head into the team thread since before the previous challenge, I am unsure of his active status. Everything seems to be on track however, and completion in a few days seems probable.
 11. The graphic looks great Zeke, though don't trouble yourself with the pokemon shapes as I don't think they're really neccesary. If you do however want to give each of us outlines and you have an image in our head already on how to do that, you can give that a shot. Everything looks very good though. Also, i am unsure on how to place a table within a table. The only thing I can imagine is to place the same coding with different specifications inside of the table that you want to be on the outside, probably where the text goes. Beth and White, great jobs on the lyrics (and Mary is right, we can just replace Mike with Matt since they are both one syllable, or if Mary wants to just add me instead of mike then whatever will work). I should have my lyrics up at the absolute latest by thursday, since i've been working on two papers and studying for an exam all on wednesday. If I have the free time i'll post it earlier, but hopefully we can put everything together by the weekend and have it up in the main thread. Concerning the MP3 of the song, if anyone can find an instrumental w/o lyrics for the theme than we could really use it. If not, we'll have to use a normal copy. I'll report our progress thus far in the main thread, as Sandy wants.
 12.
At the end of the day multi-format is actually a good thing in my mind, at least from a consumers point of view.
That's exactly it, from a consumer's POV. It could easily spell trouble if the price and convenience for a multi-platform big name were not in favor of the system. It wouldn't bother us, because so long as we get the game in a fashion that best benefits us we are content. Sony is going to have to appeal to to the consumer either in this form, which means lowering the price of their games or taking it a step further (where applicable) offer something special (i.e Knights of the Nine with Oblivion, despite the PC having the expansion out). The concept should be clear. My attraction to the PS3 initially were due to it's big exlusives that I would gladly shell out the money for in order to play, mainly MGS4, FFXIII, Assassins Creed, DMC4, etc. Two of these titles have already been decided to be released multi-platform. So obviously, being a 360 owner it will be more convenient (and probably cheaper) to play these games on the 360. It would be considerably hard to find a reason to get a PS3 if even one of the other 2 (MGS and FF) go multi as well. But that's just my personal bias, I wanted a PS3 solely for specific games, where as i've always seen the 360 as a more reliable system for constant new releases of the obscure and popular kind. In the long run it's a stronger system in that aspect for me. One way or another I'll probably find myself with a PS3 in the future, because I'm far too strong a Metal Gear Solid fan to miss out on 4, and the same goes for Final Fantasy with FFXIII. But aside from a few big releases, I don't see PS3 being reliable for the long term the way things stand at the moment. Sure, things can change...but the way things are now there is much that needs to be done in order to get to an ideal level.
 13.
I disagree. PS3 may not dominate like PS2 did but it will still do well. With games like Home and LittleBigPlanet coming out there are still plenty of reasons to buy a PS3. Just not at the price it's currently selling at.[/FONT']
There is no denying the PS3 itself is a beautiful piece of machinery, even if you don't intend on playing a single game on it. But the price is definitly rediculous for any of it's features, that goes without saying. Sony is taking some pretty big hits though, not saying they are completely out of the mix yet...but 360 shows no signs of letting up (the original Xbox's mistake), and Wii's afforadable price and mid-year big name releases will be quite the combination to a system already leading ahead. PS3 will need more then just a couple of games, IMO. But yes, most importantly a price drop.
 14. Personally, I've always seen the PS3 as a half-assed launch from the beggining. Saving their larger releases for the holiday rush against 360 is a foolish move considering they have more to lose, since Microsoft has had their system out long enough to establish their top titles already, their holiday titles add onto a plethora of big titles already where as the PS3 seeks to define itself with them. I won't discuss the Wii, since they've been ahead for a while. Nintendo systems seem to have a way to keep appealing to their fans no matter what, though I personally believe the "wow factor" of the motion sensor will dissipate before long without a good amount of exclusive releases (which seem to be coming rather soon between May and June, Metroid Prime 3, MP8, etc) Though I also personally believe out of the 3 next gen downloadable content, the Wii virtual console is by far the best. In any case, I've given the PS3 the benefit of the doubt many times. The future, however indeed looks bleak. Another interesting tidbit while we're on the subject:
One more platform-exclusive title may be going multiplatform, it has been revealed. The latest news appears to be that Square Enix's latest epic role-playing game, Final Fantasy XIII, may follow other titles--including Saints Row, Assassin's Creed, and Devil May Cry 4--that have now been announced as appearing on at least one other platform as well. Sony Computer Entertainment France president Georges Fornay dropped the bombshell in an interview with French-language newspaper Les Dernières Nouvelles d'Alsace (subscription required). He said, "The development costs of games have exploded, and it has become more difficult to have exclusives, outside of our own games. But we have for launch day [in France] 30 games, including MotorStorm, Resistance: Fall of Man, and Virtua Fighter 5. Moreover, we are expecting 200 games [for the PS3] by the end of 2007...As far as Final Fantasy XIII goes, I can tell you that the exclusivity is in discussion." Fornay went on to say that he believed that the PS3 would be particularly successful in France, and that there had been approximately 60,000 preorders made (compared to 40,000 made for the Xbox 360, and 75,000 for the Wii). France will be getting approximately 150,000 of the 1 million consoles allocated to PAL regions. He also answered questions about backward compatibility for the next-gen console, responding to fears that the console would not support many PS2 titles without the Emotion Engine. Fornay said, "Now, if you ask me whether this was a blow to the launch, I would say that [Sony] would have done better to be sure that the console would be completely backward compatible before announcing it. But hey, when it becomes clear what the PS3 is capable of, gamers won't really fancy playing PS2 [games] anymore..." Square Enix had not returned calls to comment as of press time.
That's sure to get people talking.
 15. Ben looked away from Sean after Ally ran out of the dining room, and looked down at his pepper steak over rice dish. 'The perfect room, and the perfect dinner, yet something in these envelopes of ours that makes a child cry and a women run away. Looks like playing by the rules does have it's disadvantages' Ben thought to himself as he took another bite of his dish. He glanced downward at the envelope in his pocket, and then back up. 'Perhaps I'll wait a bit before I decide to volounteer myself for anything here.' Ben glanced back over at Sean and just gave him a casual shrug and a bit of a grin, sending a unusually casual message considering the horrible confession they had just heard from little Mariko. Dinner progressed on when another women stood in her place and began to bang her spoon against her glass as if she were prepared to make some kind of joyful marriage announcement. Ben wondered rather curiously what this young lady's card could say, and wondered why she looked so unusually elated. "Ah, Miss Fayworth," Dante greeted. "I suppose you, too, are ready to say a few words about yourself?" "Why yes," Wendy replied, bouncing up and down a few times out of excitement. She had too many things to say and didn't know where to start... "I have a few things to say, maybe more, time-allowing!" Then Wendy began to really speak. "Fellow members of this fate-struck planet known as Earth, I truly respect your presence. My name is Wendy Orla Fayworth. ...My father calls me Orla. Anyways, family origins are really off-topic as far as I'm concerned... Now, I admit to being a crazy person--who wants to be normal?--and in fact..." Wendy paused a moment before continuing, another smile on her face. "...I am a witch." Wendy laughed to herself at what she just said. She noticed a few surprised stares coming from the audience, but nothing too disturbing. Ben looked up with a slight rising of his right eyebrow in mid bite of his fork, his focus sliding over to Wendy's oddly seductive sounding voice as she announced her secret. 'What in bloody hell...a witch? Is she joking or what? This Dante guy sure picked a few odd ones. Next she's gonna say she put's curses on people.' Ben thought to himself, generally unconvinced by her unrealistic claim. He continued to listen on as her tone of voice tended to remain constant, with occaisional interupptions from Dante himself, urging the young lady to get to the point. She continued on, and not so much to Bens's surprise actually went on to talk about four people she has placed curses on in the past. Pictures began to be passed around as well, Ben simply glancing at each one and passing them off to Sean next to him, each time with a smug grin as if trying to make Sean feel like Ben held him in friendly esteem, as if Ben's facial expression kept saying "Hey man, guys like you and I don't believe in this crap". The last picture came around followed by Wendy's proclamation that she respected everyone in the room and did not intend on placing any curses despite claiming she was fully adept at it. Ben leaned over to Sean and kept his voice about the volume of a whisper. "Ey, Sean...maybe she thinks not putting a curse on us is doing us a favor, no? Haha." Ben said, Sean just smiled back, not really wanting to answer Ben but was trying to be polite at the same time. As Wendy sat down, another stood up and began his confession. It was the older man named Sena. He looked a little reluctant at first, but it didn't matter as a video screen descended with a video playing, it looked like some kind of poorly filmed home movie or something. The contents of it caused Ben's eyes to widen, as it was difficult for him to believe that a man that looked like Sena could be capable of such things. Ben looked around as other's seemed to try not to watch, while others watched on with disgusted looks. He himself felt a tad bit disgusted, as despite being with many women he never once raped one of them. The man gave his explanation, one that would seem like utter bullshit if he weren't so broken up over the fact that his uprising was truly mislead. Ben shook his head and felt more sickened than sorry, but he still felt bad that Sena probably hasn't made many friends in the mansion thanks to his confession. Ben glanced down one more time at his envelope, just slightly more curious now as to what kind of dirt Dante could have possibly dug up on him. He pulled it out and just held onto it, not opening it quite yet. Next up was the woman he had ran into who was talking with Ally. Ben traced her from head to toe, thinking she was quite attractive, but not nearly as desireable as Ally. He placed his finger on his chin and leaned back as he watched her. His eyes briefly ventured over to the side of his face and noticed Dante glaring directly at him, or more specifically right into his eyes. Ben returned his eyes to the center, a bit creeped out by the odd feeling from his piercing stare. '...the hell is he lookin at?' Ben wondered, refocusing his eyes on Jennie. She spoke about her loneliness, as it seemed to get to her a lot more then she seemed to let on. Maybe her story didn't seem like much in comparison to the others, but Ben found it hard to believe considering she seemed rather normal. 'No friends, eh? I can be a pretty good friend, Jennie. But i'm afraid you'll have to wait your turn.' Ben thought to himself, leaning back in his chair now finished with his meal. Allen was the next one up, he spoke about his father and his religion...everything seemed to set itself up pretty typically. Ben figured Allen was going to say something rather sacreligious, but he didn't expect what the situation actually was. Upon hearing his confession, rather bluntly put at that, his eyes turned a bit apprehensive with thoughts like 'This boy better not try any moves on me, or he'll get an elbow straight to the mouth' ran through his head as he finally decided to kill his curiosity and open up his own envelope. He read it with a inward sigh and almost broke out into laughter after reading a certain part of it. "How many? Am I supposed to count or something?" Ben said out loud suddenly, not realizing his voice was loud enough to be heard. He stopped and looked up, just noticing that he had drawn the attention of the table. "Benjamin, it sounds as if you would like to be next? If you would, please." Dante instructed. Ben shrugged and stood up, feeling like his confession would be emotionally easier then many of the others that have been said thus far. "Ha, well. First thing is first, no? Meu nome Benjamin Moraes. I doubt anyone sitting at this table has heard of me, though internationally I am somewhat of a celebrity." Ben said as he reached into his back pocket and tossed a copy of "Men's Fitness" magazine on the table, with him on the cover with his fists up, his trusty MMA gloves on his hands. "I am a mixed martial arts fighter, I have fought on 3 different continents and my total record is 16 wins and 2 losses. 8 of those wins by knockout, 4 by submission...which in my industry, is quite good. But anyway, I guess I should get to the point, or else our gracious host Mr. Dante here will probably urge me along like our beautiful young witch here." Ben said, turning his gaze to Wendy and giving her a nod. "Let's see...I guess what the good master here wants me to admit is that I've had quite an active sex life. I mean being who I am, it's quite difficult to absolutely turn down a girl who wants to be with me. I don't think there is a thing wrong with having sex, so I won't talk about it as if i'm ashamed." Ben said as he began to sit. "Mr. Moraes, please be aware that I do know what is on your card." Dante said coldly, not taking his gaze off of him. "Hehe, hey it was worth a try, no?" Ben said, shooting a grin at Dante, who returned his look with the same indifferent stare as before. "Oook, well then. Let's see...a number? Pardon me while I run this through my head, if I had to estimate..." "Mr Moraes..." Dante started, as if implying something with his tone. "Alright, alright! 145. I've slept with 145 girls. Some more then once, and I probably could have had more but i'm quite enamored with my training sessions as well. It's safe to say I dedicate quite a lot of time to it. It's no big deal. At least in my case, it was all consentual," Ben said, aiming his comment at Sena. Ben could almost hear Sena's quiet resentment of him and his comment, but he turned his head back to the center with an eased look in his eyes. "For the sake of our gracious host, I will even go on to say that I only wanted them for sex and tossed them aside after I was finished with them. What can I say, it's hard not to have desires when you are constantly surrounded by beautiful women." Ben said, trying to make it seem as if he said it only because Dante wanted him to. It didn't quite cover up the fact that it was true though, and pretty much everyone at the table knew it was, already grasping the idea of what the card confessions were for. The brazilian MMA fighter sat back down and was quietly glad that Ally was not in the room to hear his confession. It probably would have made it quite hard to get any further with her if she knew. He was curious though as to what her card said, and why it caused her to run out on dinner. He looked around the table, some stares aimed at him. "Well now, there are still people left to go, no? Let's keep this party moving." Ben said, leaning back in his chair again.
 16.
Growing up, people I knew lost their virginity at about 13-16 range. If you were 16, and a virgin, you were considered pretty old. [/font']
I'm in the same boat as Peanut here, me being from NY and her being from Cali it doesn't surprise me that the situation is similar. I myself lost my virginity at 16, which as she said is considered being pretty late. Though personally, it's fine with me. I'm extremely safe about everytime I do it and every person I do it with (yes i've done it with more then one person, however offensive that may seem to some people, heh). So there's my situation, out of the way early. Being a virgin has always been a choice people need to make themselves, and whether when they believe they are ready will end up being regrettable or favorable depends on their very first experience. But here's the thing, whether the person really IS ready, or just think he/she is...things can either go wrong or go perfectly regardless as it takes two to tango. Some may say that regret in this category is impending even, so a good way of getting around this is to simply believe that there is no designated right time to lose your virginity. Simply make the time a "special" time yourself, take control of it the same way you'd take control of procuring a job or asking someone out. It's not about finding the right time to jump into it, it's about creating the right time. You can't form someone's opinion or desires for them, you can try and help guide it...but in the end your input by all rights should mean very little. That's the truth of it, as making the decision for yourself is a giant part of knowing the truth about what kind of person you are. People are going to have pre-marital sex...it's ineveitable in the times we live in. There is too much incentive to do so that is conveyed by all forms of media and peer pressure. But I can't tell you how sick I am of hearing about people saying that they want to have sex with someone because the person they want to have it with wants them to, or because the person they want to have it with says they are ready FOR them. Being influenced by something doesn't mean that you have to surrender your decision making rights. In any case, there's nothing wrong with being a virgin just the same as there is nothing wrong with NOT being a virgin. I dislike how either have gotten their bad rep in the eyes of their respective supporters/admonishers, considering that not everyone's experiences are the same (not everyone who has had sex with more then 5 people or over 400 times is a slut, not everyone who is a virgin is a prude who can't get any). Certain situations are more frowned upon then others, perhaps rightfully...but judgment is often too quick and too shallow when it comes to how to label someone based on their sex life. Personally, i'm more then happy with an active sex life, and think there isn't a single thing wrong with it. I don't think i deserve critisism for it, nor do I deserve praise. It's something that makes me happy, and shouldn't have to concern anyone other then myself and the girl i'm having it with. Of course, that's in an ideal world. It seems unavoidable nowadays that most everyone's sex life will affect someone out of the loop in some way. If i were a virgin i'd say essentially the same thing, it's my choice, shouldn't concern anyone else, etc. These are simply my personal beliefs. It doesn't mean i've NEVER judged someone on their sex life, if i have it was because I knew enough about it to make a proper judgement, however it hardly concerns me to the point where I feel the neccesity to intervene willingly in their life. The furthest I might have gone was expressing discontent (normally only with someone i care about somewhat), but being fully aware at the same time that my words are simply an explanation of how I feel and not instructions on how the person should reform their life. The most important thing in any situation that involves pre-marital or non pro-creative sex though is that it is done safely, which has also been said previously. I'm not going to admonish you for tearing into her wrongfully since it IS none of your business, because it's been said several times already. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say you did it out of concern. You're entitled to your feelings about it and entitled to the expression of them if you want, but scolding her about it is going in a bit of a different discussion. So just next time (theoretically, there may be no "next time") you'll know how to handle this kind of situation.
 17. Alright then, Zeke should be working on our kick ass presentation. Meanwhile time for us to get crackin on the song. I like the idea of the writers doing each other's names to add to the closeness and collectiveness of the team. White - Go ahead and work on our chorus since you've got some ideas goin and you were anxious to lend your services for the lyrics. Guess you can tackle the bridge as well. I leave it in your hands ;). Beth - You can take the first 4 lines of verse 1. Include my and White's name in there. Mary take the last 4 lines, include Beth and Mike. I will take Verse 2 and include Mary and Zeke, as well as the last 5 lines of verse 2 unless Mike shows up around the thread and wants to take this part. Always keep in mind that the words should be compatible with the basic scheme of how the song sounds, doesn't have to be the same exact syllables or rhymes, but it should flow comfortably with the tune. When your done with your part, post it up and we'll put the finished product together when it's all done. Also, Zeke you may post or PM the graphic once you've completed it.
 18.
Ahem. If you have played through SH: Covenant, you should know that
Karin is Yuri's mother, "Anne", due to a timewarp. That makes the whole pairing kinda gross...[/spoiler'] XP
While I agree with that statement, how things can be understood from that point on is debatable actually. But more importantly, if it is true that doesn't change the fact that at one point in time
Karin could have loved Yuri and because of the paradox of time travel, that would have simply been an occurence of the past, or the future if you will. When transported back, it is as if she starts over with the closest she can get without being able to see Yuri again...as hinted in the park scene while Karin and Yuri are speaking, Yuri mentions that he was named possibly after his mother's first love
. In essence,
the pairing seems gross. But it's hard to really judge it like that when considering that in THEIR time, Karin and Yuri were close to one another in age (in fact, Karin is younger then Yuri), and the ending was the end of a series of events that began a new life for Karin with Yuri in her heart for the future she paved with his father, leading to the eventual birth
. Their potential relationship
through blood doesn't mean that Karin's feelings for Yuri were fake, or forgotten.

 19. The entire SH series is a great one, and Yuri is an awesome main character. This particular game I can definitly call my favorite, though SH1 was probably one of the most captivating RPGs i've ever played. I really loved the spooky overtones and the music was fantastic, as was the music in 2. This was the first real RPG for the PS2 that really caught my attention upon playing it (yes, i played 2 before 1...simply because my friend picked up 2 eventhough I told him to buy 1) and i can honestly say that you really don't even have to play 1 to enjoy it. You'd miss out on this and that, but overall Covenent is a fantastic game in itself. The battle system with the judgement ring is great, innovative, easy and challenging at the same time, and has great customization options. The crests is a great magic system, though i've always been more of a fan of person specific magics where it is in some way innate rather then learned. Aside from all things battle, I really enjoyed the storyline. Mixing fictitious elements with an actual historical timeframe, with largely memorable characters (at least I think). It was especially interesting to see the evolution of
Kato
between SH1 and SH2, as the differences in his character are quite noticeable. To really get the full enjoyment out of it though, if you are interested in the series itself rather than just one game, whether it's before or after you should really play 1. Everything considered (I won't go into it now since there would be too many spoiler tags), I am definitly more for a
Yuri and Alice
relationship then I am for a
Yuri and Karen. Eventhough I absolutely love Karen, and she's one of my favorite female RPG characters ever.
On a sidenote, Phenom. SMT: Nocturne specifically happens to be one of my favorite RPGs ever to come out of Atlus or the PS2 period. The DDS games were great, but I got a special place in my heart for SMT:N. Nothing beat coaxing demons to join your party and constantly fusing new ones to see who your next favorites are going to be.
 20.
Sounds good. Dunno if it's necessary to mention you being the captain, though. Then we would have to mention SunfallE was and so on and so forth. Too much work. Anyway, just assign me some lines and as soon as the person before me submits theirs I'll write mine. Also, I think we should put our names in our own lines. Kind of like the DK Rap. :O! Maybe we should to the DK Rap! :P
I was merely using it as an example to convey what I meant by a brief description. Don't worry, i'm not here to take all the glory ;). So White, Beth, and myself are already good for lyric duty. I'm not sure why Mike hasn't peeked his head in for as long as he hasn't, but if he's willing to do some as well then he can get a part as well. I'm waiting for Mary to reply too if she is willing to do some writing as well. As Sandy said, I want to make sure everyone has a part to play.
 21. Alright, Zeke will be on GFX duty. She'll take care of the presentation for the song, and anything else that ya feel will enhance our overall outlook. =) Before we start deciding who does what verse or whatever method we should use to get the actual song written, let's decide where our names should be mentioned. We could either include them all within the chorus, or dedicate sections of each verse to us, giving us a miniature description as well. Like for Verse 1, the first 2 lines can be dedicated to myself with a short description of me, maybe talking about me being the captain or what have you. Then the next two lines dedicated to Beth, the next two to Mary, etc. Following this pattern, it leave the last 5 lines of verse 2 open for a collective description of us as a team which will lead into the bridge and final 2 choruses. In this case, the chorus should be something powerful that encompasses our dominance, something clever and truthful.
 22. Espers were most definitly utterly useless for the most part. It's hard to argue that. The only exceptions may be
Zodiark, Ultima, and Chaos
. Quickenings on the other hand I found to be quite useful. When you start getting the chains up into the 40s and 50s they really start pile on the damage. They are typically better used in the later half of the battle though when your sure the boss can be taken out by it. That way your MP is preserved for healing matters. Also yeah @ flying enemies sucking. With Fran in the party casting shock, scourge, and flare non-stop though they go down rather quick. Telekenisis totally would have been so much more useful if gotten earlier then when it's possible to get >.>
 23. Haha, I just got an idea but it would probably be pushing it. If we could do the ending song too, we could use our names in place of the pokemons when they start saying em really fast. lol Though there are only 6 of us, heh. Just rambling and thinking out loud :D No worries on memorizing the song...garauntee you the majority of us know it >.>
 24. Naydine cursed in her head at not being able to get away in the field. Kain stood beside her, they looked at one another and nodded in agreement that this would probably be their last chance. With only one person infront of them and one person behind them, it seemed almost too easy to get away. "You know, Doc. We're really sorry...but we won't be able to help you out." Kain said as Naydine flew her elbow back suddenly and knocked into the young looking man who had just walked in through the door. Kain and Naydine criss-crossed out the door and each ran down a different hallway. Neron stood and ran only as far as the door, and looked down at the fallen man. "Captain, are you alright?" Neron asked. "Oh, fine...fine. No need for medical attention, doctor." Jaden responded, picking himself off and brushing him off. "Perhaps we should take slightly more forceful measure in questioning those two." "Everything will be fine, Captain. Just wait." Neron assured him as he just stood by the door. Down the left hallway, Naydine turned herself around a corner and caught sight of a stairwell. She didn't know where it led, but the hangar was toward the bottom of the ship so it was a good start. 'All I gotta do is make it down to the hangar and meet Kain there, we'll grab our volkers and get the hell out of here. No problem...hopefully the layout of this ship isn't as huge as it looks from the outside' Naydine thought to herself, with a sweatdrop rolling down the side of her forehead. A few yards away from the stairs, she was surpsied by two female guards stepping out from the corners and blocking the homestretch to the lower level. "Yikes!" Naydine yelled as she tried to put on the breaks and turn around, but her ankle twisted causing her to fall head first into the wall. Her body dropped down infront of the two guards, who just stood there staring at her. "Owwww..." she whined, holding the side of her head. She didn't even notice the pain in her ankle until she was helped up by the two guards and returned to the infirmary. Outside the office, she saw Kain being escorted as well. "Heh, guess they were better prepared then we thought." Kain exclaimed, as the two of them were shoved into the infirmary. Neron looked up from a clipboard and returned his attention to finding out what they were doing there. He noticed Naydine's limping and her quick decision to find a seat. "Are you hurt, young lady?" Neron asked. "Just twisted her ankle and gave herself a little bump in the head." one of the guards who witnessed it spoke up. "Hey! It was YOUR fault it happened..." Naydine shot back, still holding her head. Neron walked over to his desk and searched through one of the side cabinets for a few seconds. Kain watched on wondering what he was doing, as it looked like he was fiddling with something. Neron emerged a minute later with a syringe in his left hand. He walked over to Naydine, who just noticed at that point. "Here miss, hold out your arm and this will help..." "EEEEEK! GET THAT AWAY FROM ME!" Naydine screamed as she jumped out of her place and latched onto Kain's arm, hiding behind him. "What the...!? Nay, get off of me!" Kain shot out, trying to shake her off his arm. "No way! I don't need a shot!" she said, hanging on tightly still. The guards, Jaden, and Neron watched on all dumbfounded. Though clearly it seemed like Naydine was afraid of needles. "Um, miss? It's just a mild pain killer, it will help with your head and ankle." Neron tried to explain. "I'm fine! Don't come near me!" "Nay, would you start acting your age!?" Kain yelled trying to pry her off of his arm now. "You're one to talk! There have been plenty of times where you've acted stupidly too!" "Yeah, well atleast i'm not scared of getting shots!" "I had a bad experience, ok!?" Neron's confused expression didn't change much, but he placed the syringe down beside him and put it back. "Alright, so we'll skip the shot. Now if you two would be so kind as to tell us your situation?"
 25. Heh, boy that brings back memories. I agree with Zeke's idea of each person doing a set of lyrics for another member rather then us doing out own. But before we handle that, we should think of a central theme we should be singing about, as it concerns our team. Which will probably be the chorus. Perhaps something about incomparable domination ;P. Or The Titans reaching our destiny. Thoughts/Comments?
