Roy Mustang, definitely. Besides the obvious (I'm a sucker for pyrotechnics,) almost nothing fazes him and he's always there to help (when he's not stealing your girlfriend.) Runner-ups: Ed: He's fun. Probably the most skilled alchemist in the series and he nearly explodes in your face if you even think "short." Al: He hides cats inside himself. That's comedy. Major Hughes: This guy was genuinely awesome. His doting over his daughter was both funny and sweet.
His death may have meen the first Manga scene to genuinely make me cry.
Izumi: So violent, yet so caring. Plus the whole coughing up blood running gag is pretty funny. Hawkeye: She's just awesome. There's no word to describe to what extent. Winry: ...I don't think I dislike anyone in this anime, come to think of it. And Black Hayate. One of the best animals in any anime.

Chibihorsewoman's back... again! Yeah, so I've never played DnD, but it sounds pretty fun. I'm usually into stuff I can do on my computer or game systems.
For starters, it's a prime example of what American editors do to Japanese shows. If I here BELIEVE IT one more goddamn time, I'm going to kill myself.
Believe it or not, that's not totally localization's fault. Japanese Naruto constantly says "Dattebayo," which means roughly the same thing. Naruto is one I can personally take or leave. I understand the appeal and think it's a decent alternative to the crap that's usually on Cartoon Network nowadays, but I also think it's getting way more publicity than it deserves. The fanbase can be pretty stupid sometimes, too.

Gaming Wii Freeloader: FTW or WTF?
The Spectacular Professor replied to MaskedRider's topic in Noosphere
The really odd thing is that Game Boys (and the DS too I believe) have always been region free. It's only been the consoles that have been region coded. I assume there must be some reason for this but I just can't find the logic in it.
Probably because one day I'll import Ouendan, and if I must buy another DS to play it I will kill someone.:p -
Gaming Wii Freeloader: FTW or WTF?

Ah, this. I've gotta say, When I found out Nintendo screwed over the Gamecube Action Replay with one of their system updates, I was a bit upset (Animal Crossing gets boring after a while. I cheated. Sue me.) My main problem was the fact that I paid for the product and now big bad N wants me to play my games fairly whether I like it or not. It's almost like stealing, frankly. and then I remember that it was a freeloader as well. PS3 is region free, why does Nintendo have to suck in this regard? We're paying for their products. Why not let us use them? -
Manga One Piece Manga [Warning: Spoilers]

490 is pretty epic. The halfway point has been reached and it's starting to make me feel nostalgic. Camie is a pretty awesome character, too. I really, really hate her lips, though. Looks like they crawled out of some horror flick. -
By the way, to the original poster--do you post on NeoGaf? I notice that you have the same avatar as someone on there.
Nah, I stole it from Court Records, though I do lurk at NeoGAF from time to time. On topic, The only real beef I have with this game is that
Kristoph had a really weak motive. A double homicide, attempted murder and manipulation of the law for 7 years and his main driving factor was jealousy? That kind of sucks.
Overall, it's a solid game and some of my favorite characters in the series are in it (Guy Eldoon. He wears a bowl of ramen on his head.) Also, despite the aforementioned shortcomings, this game's main villain is my favorite in the series (and as far as I'm concerned, it takes a LOT to beat out JFA's final "boss.") -
Oh man, I need to get an SD card reader for my PC. Someone's written a program to extract SSBB screen shots and save them as JPGs. Me and my friends could have all sorts of [strike]perverted[/strike] fun with that.
Ahh, those were the days. Kudos to all my fellow gamers who discovered certain... Secrets about Peach's outfit in Melee. (I think you can pick up a USB adapter for SD cards at Best Buy or a similar store, incidentally.)

http://objection.mrdictionary.net/go.php?n=2426852 Anyway, I saw the Guitar Hero III soundtrack in Fred Meyer and it said that it had 3 downloadable songs. Anyone played them? If so, how hard are they and are they any good?

Gaming Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
The Spectacular Professor replied to The Spectacular Professor's topic in Noosphere
Okay, got it on Thursday, beat it an hour or so ago (haven't been on because I've been out of town.) I have a new favorite Ace Attorney game and case. The whole game is basically linked together in an intricate manner that is not revealed until the last case. Nick's in the background most of the time, but is pretty prominent nonetheless. Trucy is amazing (
Mr. Hat
never gets old) and the Grand Finale is so intricate and all-inclusive that you can't help but feel satisfied putting that psycho away (what psycho? Find out yourself.) I loved 2-4, but I nearly died with satisfaction on 4-4. Plus, the plot twists start coming fast and furious in the tutorial case (
You end up pointing that attorney finger at your mentor not too long in
.) And then there's the Perceive system. Poker faces in the courtroom. Awesome. -
Frustrating Situation

Well, the only thing I can think of is to tell him how uncomfortable it makes you feel. If that doesn't help, I'm not really qualified to go beyond that. -
I imagine it's somewhat like West Side Story- Bowser's family moved to the Mushroom Kingdom to escape from problems in his own country and is trying to take over Mario's gang territory. Whether there's some sort of Tony/Maria thing going on between Bowser and Peach is anyone's guess, though. She does seem to let herself get captured rather a lot...
Nononononononono. Maria was a Puerto Rican. I predict that Wendy O. and Toadsworth have a thing. So, Captain Falcon gets to be Officer Krupke, right?

Guess what everybody? It shipped today! I plan on having this game tomorrow, but even if that doesn't work out, I'll probably have it by this Sunday. -
So, is Bowser law enforcement or just a rival faction?

Hai. I put two in the Super Smash Bros. Brawl thread. They're basically people with too much time on their hands playing Smash.
Mario's Italian-American. Of course he's got mafia connections. "It's-a nothing personal, eh?"
Suddenly that "cement shoes" bonus from Melee has taken on a whole new meaning.

I'm only concerned with what appears to be happening to Popo in that pic. Wandering related?

I just realized all the awesome Monty Python quotes I can use! "I'm not dead yet" "I think I may pull through!" "I'm getting better!" "I think I'll go for a walk now." "I feel happy! I feel happy!"
