So, you didn't like my choices? I'll try to make my choices a little softer :) 1. Hugging a cute, fluffy white kitten? 2. Rubbing noses with a sweet, gentle bunny rabbit? 3. Petting a puppy that's only a couple weeks old?
:animesmil Funny, Adahn. But if we're gonna play the game, let's play the game, alright? Seriously, no pussyfootin' around (not to be taken in refrence to #1). And to answer your question, I would fear rubbing noses with the rabbit. If the rabbit was to bite me in any way, shape, form, or fashion, people would see the darker side to me concerning the way I murder that animal.
My turn. What would you fear most: Having you neck broken slowly so you know what it feels like before death? Being buried alive in the midle of nowhere? Having (ah... say) a dozen Brown Recluses bite you and leave you with no antidote until you decay?

So, whoever is next, which of these would you fear the most? 1. Permanently forgetting everything about anyone you've ever met, and everything you've ever done, without any hope of recovering your memory. 2. Realizing that you have an overwhelming urge to rape and murder young children. 3. Being tortured painfully and continuously for one year, after which you would emerge without any physical deformities, and with your mind intact, but never being able to forget what you suffered.
Dude... it would be number 2... seriously. C'mon now, having an overwhelming urge? This is a child we're talking about and I love children. Not to be downing you or anything, but why did you even put that option up there, Adahn?? ...
Anywho... next.
Following hot on the heels of Ken and Gavin, I have a really strong feeling I'd have big beautiful boobies if I were born a girl.
I would **** indiscriminately. I would like to talk about a topic today that concerns everyone here on Otaku: Money. Assuming no one here is over 30 (No offense to anyone, if any), we'll talk about how we can generate around or over $1,000,000 before we retire. I made this thread to post some helpful hints on how to save money and help yourself out of trouble before you even get into it. I also made this thread because other people here on Otaku may have some tips of their own on how to make oodles of money. Either way, I think the information will prove useful to everyone. Money Multiplier 1 Money Multiplier 2 Money Multiplier 3 Money Multiplier 4 Above are four pages of information that I snagged from a Maxim book out of the restroom. :animesmil As I read the book, it was to really look at hot women (February 2007 Issue: Eva Mendes). But as I finished reading the info of Eva, I turned the page and saw information on 'How to Make Your Money Multiply'. I loved reading the information that I had and wanted to share it with you all on OB. So I ripped the four pages out. Hopefully the info will help you all as much as it's helping me right now and soon, hopefully, we'll all be stinkin' rich. :D

Another popular Hero thread. ;) Hmm. I really don't consider myself popular, Hero, but thanks for the recognition. If anything, I consider myself to be an above-average RPer at best. However, when it comes to people I like, I have a tight circle of friends. Strangely, however, the friends I do have don't really talk with each other on a regular unless their in the same event. *Shruggs* ForgotteÑ-HerÖ - Your determination constantly inspires me. You never give up, despite your flaws, and that's what makes you special. BKstyles - Since me and BK first met, we clicked. Add that to the fact that we joined OB at around the same time and you know friendship was bound to happen. He truly is the ying to my yang. Boo - In Mafia, I thought we were gonna kill each other (literally). Now that we have an understanding between each other, I understand that he's just as cool-minded as I am. White - Before he became a mod, White and I talked on normal occasions. It's weird because I don't look at him as a mod -- just regular ol' White... with member-banning powers, of course. :animesmil Allamorph - Mafia was the meeting point for us and since then, we've enjoyed picking each others brain. I swear, if Allamorph gets any smarter, i'm gonna have to pull up Merriam Webster and leave it up while I talk to him. Aaryanna_Mom - While I haven't got to enjoy Aaryanna's company, A_M more than makes up for it with flowing wisdom from every keystroke. I enjoy talking to her a lot. That's it.

Febuary 17th, 2007 Hey again, Journal. Tis me, Cassidy Blaque, giving you the low-down of my life for today. Today... Today I just... Have you ever felt like you wanted to just curl up in a little ball and make yourself vanish? Well, yea. That's how I felt today. I saw a female friend of mine, 'Keve', today. she was wearing a blue turtleneck and some skin tight pants. Well, i've been knowing Keve since after I came back from Iraq in 2006 and I thought that she was the best thing since sliced bread. I hit on her, she hit on me back, we hit on each other; we had a nice little arrangement. Now, while we are working together (Yeah, tell me about it, Journal) I see her walk to me and give me a beautiful smile. Naturally, I fall for her bait and walk her way, admiring her shirt all the while. She stretches out her hands for a hug. "How come you didn't call me Blaque? I texted you and everything." "My bad, Keve, I had... things to deal with yesterday. (Read Feb 16) I didn't mean to ignore you or anything." "Whatever. You talkin' shite again; I know you were talkin' to another female." "Keve, i'm hurt. Look at these eyes of mine. Do these look like the eyes of a man who would stab you in the back?" "You're married, Blaque, so yeah, you would." "Guess that rules out the 'Do you trust me' question then, huh?" Yeah, good times. I hated work but I loved the different women that I met at my job on a daily basis. They were my drug; they kept me sane through the eight hours of bullshite that I had to endure. As I walked with Keve, I noticed something on her neck: A white piece of cotton. Being the diligent man that I am, I picked the cotton of of her turtleneck and blew it away with my [fresh] breath. She giggled when the cotton hit her face, letting me know that she loved being special around me. But I wasn't feeling special anymore when she dusted off the neck of her shirt. as she wiped the top portion of her turtleneck, I saw bruises on her flesh. I was thunderstruck. I couldn't -- wouldn't move an inch. "What the hell?? Who did that to you??" I got it then; she had wore the turtleneck to hidde the marks. Who knew how many more were on her body. I got madder by the second because as flirtatious as I am, I have a strict 'No physically hrting women' policy. "It's nothin' Blaque." She tried to leave but I grabbed her arm so tight, she didn't force herself away. "Did your husband do this to you?" Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you, she's married, Journal. Oops. "Yes, but he had good reason." "Wht-the-f*ck-ever. Like what?" "I asked him if he was cheating on me." Ow. So I felt a little two-faced because of her comment since I was flirting with her and all but I was too mad to care. "That's somethin' that you can inquire about without gettin' the shite choked outta you --" "Shut the f*ck up, Blaque! We are at work." "Sorry. He... he had no right to do this to you. None." Ok... Journal. Am I a weak man for getting sympathetic over another woman -- that i'm not with, mind you -- who got hurt? Anywho... "I don't wanna talk about it anymore. Just drop it Blaque before you make me cry too." ".........Whatever." and I walked away from her. I was more mad at her husband rather than her. At work, I could do nothing but think about how to kill the guy. I even yelled at a couple of callers because of my stress. Eventually, I pulled my self together. I had to leave early because I felt that if I didn't I would've taken my stress out on someone random. I didn't even tell Keve bye. Today's Lesson: It's easy to forgive strangers, it's hard to forgive the one's you love, but it's damn impossible to forgive a stranger who hurts the one you love.

Well... first, an introduction. The Journal of Cassidy Blaque is basically a journal of myself -- Cassidy Blaque is my own personal nickname from years ago. The only difference being that this journal will contain all of my hidden secrets, my thoughts and my life. Yes, some things will be made up (What, though, I won't say :animesmil ) but the majority of this journal will be true. For this reason, i've rated this as M. I would like to rate this as PG-13 but I can't assure you as readers that something I say won't offend you. Also, i'll try and make daily entries but I know i'm not allowed to double-post, so any input -- any at all -- would be appreciated. -------------------------------------------------- February 16th, 2007 Hello Journal. Forgive me this evening, for I have sinned. Today at work, I had the time of my life and it wasn't with the woman i'm spending the rest of my life with. Heh, I wish you could see what I see at work. Once you walk through the door, you enter a circle of nothingness. This... void you could call it, is totally blissful -- filled with nothing but women that have this urge... desire to jump any man that come within five feet of them. And oh my god, journal, this is the bad part... these women want me. Bad. One woman -- Taffy, they call her -- totally keeps stalking me whenever I take phone calls for my employer. Huh, why do they call her Taffy, you ask journal? Well... because she's thick. And not the 'fat' type of thick, I mean 'thick'. Oh man, she walked up to me yesterday and gave me her phone number telling me to call her. Well naturally, she sees the ring that I have on my left finger and instead of leaving, asks me if I truly love my wife. "Of course I love my wife. why do you think i'm married?" "Just because you're married doesn't mean you're in love, Blaque." Taffy shot back. Wow. I was shocked. Not at Taffy but at her words. They had never made so much sense. Is it true that just because i'm married, I don't truly love her? Did I make a mistake. Instantly doubt fills my mind and chokes me. But before my mind dies from the smoke, she continues to talk. "Does your wife make you truly happy?" Hell, does she? I didn't know anymore. And right then she did the move -- she licked her lips as if inviting me to take her here and now. hold on Journal... just thinking about that scene makes my blood hot. Whew... okay. Anywho, she licked her lips and left. I had this weird choking feeling in my throat keeping me from taking a call for the moment because the phone was ringing. "Blaque, answer the damn phone!!" My employer yells. "... Yeah." Of course I wanted him to burst into a million flames as he interrupted my thoughts of sex but I did as instructed. The rest of the day after that was a bit fuzzy because it seemed every phone call after that was a turn-on to me. *Shruggs* Anyway Journal, I called the number when I got home and sure enough it was her wanting me to come over to her house. "Maybe later." I told her. Im sure that she'll try to talk to me again tomorrow. Today's lesson: The temptation of sex is even more addictive than drugs and there's no cure for it, either. ------------------------------------------------- Well... that's the first day. Whether the mods lock this thread for the level of 'realism' or not, I just want to say that it's finally nice to get my life out in the open without having to look over my shoulder now. Hopefully, this does stay open because I would rather type out my feelings (Though, truth is mixed with lies) than try and keep them in an actual journal. Ugh.

February 16th, 2007 Jaheim Mendez walked through his usual block on 9th and Walker, quicker than usual, eager to get to the doctor and check on a female friend of his who was in labor. As he walked briskly down the street, he wiped the lavender hair from his eyes and looked up towards the sky. A drop of water landed in his eye. "About time this storm came," Jaheim said quietly to himself. " I was tired of waiting." As the 22 year old looked back down to eye-level, he noticed the hospital on the right side of the street, three blocks over. Realising that crossing through an alleyway at the next street would be the quickest route to his destination, Jaheim walked quickly. As he reached the alleyway, he was bombarded by two homeless men who had obviously been drinking. Jaheim took a punch to the jaw with such force that he flew to the wall of the alleyway, furthest away from the men. Dazed from the punch, Jaheim hardly felt a bottle slammed against the top of his head while he tried to regain composure -- he only felt the blood trickle down his skull. "Talk about foreshadowing," Jaheim said to himself. "Can't I walk down an alleyway without getting attacked??" "Hey you, chinese boy," One of the men said in a gruff voice. "Gimme all your money and maybe me and my friend here'll let you live." "I... My mother was mexican and my father was white, thank you." Jaheim said weakly. "Whatever. Give us the money" The short man said. Jaheim stood up with his regained strength, though, still speaking weakly to the two homeless men. "Look guys, I... I don't have any money, sorry. I'm actually trying to get somewhere. Sorry I couldn't help you two but... i'm sure you'll find money elsewhere." "Then you die." The short man said. He pulled out a pocketknife and walked towards Jaheim. "This is ridiculous." Jaheim thought. "...Forget it." As the short homeless man lunged into the air to stab Jaheim, he made the mistake of closing his eyes for the kill. Expecting to dig his blade into flesh, the short man was totally surprised when his face hit hard concrete, knocking out a tooth. as the man opened his eyes -- now from pain -- he looked as his partner, now in shock. "What happened fool?!" The short man said. "How'd he escape so quick??" "H-He v-van-vanished..." His accomplice said out of fear from the unknown. **As the short man was talking to his counterpart...** Jaheim re-materialized from rain puddles in the back of the hospital just as a intern was picking up a patient from the ambulance. Thankfully, the man didn't notice a blue puddle form into a human since he was so intent on doing his job today; the intern only yelled at Jaheim. "Hey! Get from back here!! Hospital staff only!" "Sorry about that, sir." Jaheim said walking away from the scene at hand towards the front of the hospital. He slowly rubbed his jaw as he moved. "Man... what I wouldn't give to learn to fight." Jaheim said to himself. Jaheim Mendez Special Abilities: n/a EDIT: Oooh. isn't that cute? everyone has a pretty background except for me. :animedepr
Well Hero, I have to say that on the rhyming aspect of it, it was very well done. However, I found it to be very confusing and hard to read. I think it was the choice of words, and the length of those words. Now, this was probably because I was reading them out loud, but these were my two cents.
No real argument here, Matt. Hero, you have a really great poem here; I really like this piece that you came up with. But, like I talked with you about, grammar is key: the difference between a comma and a period is crucial. I also noticed that you had a couple of statements in your poem that were stopped abruptly by a period. Think of a period as a 16-wheeler -- it's gonna stop pretty much anything coming at it. Now try to read the poem to yourself and stop where there's a period. I'm sure you'll figure out what you need to fix then. But, nevertheless, I loved your poem. :animesmil

...OB is by far one of the niftiest places on the Internet.
Those words ring true; this place is the shite and I wouldn't give it up for anything. [strike]...Hmm... Maybe for a six-figure sum...[/strike] Yep... not for anything in the world. :animeswea

For me, adventure takes the cake, fantasy and comedy getting the consolation prizes. If you look at my RP/SPAR with BKstyles and company, Sinister Nation, that was nothing but good ol' action in mercenary format right there. Of course, Citius Altius Fortius -- made by Matt (Doublehex) -- was a great RP as well and it was purely fantasy with a dash of comedy.
