I saw an interview with him on VH1 and he was extremely intelligent sounding. It's usually the smart ones who like to freak you out XD. Seriously, though, I can think of many other of these cases. Rob Zombie is okay. The only White Zombie I know of is Thunderkiss 69 which I like, but the only song as Rob Zombie I particularly like is Living Dead Girl. I have Hellbilly Delux, but I think it's pretty "meh". I don't do scary movies, so I never saw them, save little clips and extras from the DVD my friend got. I like his style, the sick bastard.

My strongest emotion is the word ****. And I'm totally serious about that. As far as actual emotions go, it's a combo of loneliness and hopelessness. Hopelessness to ever see the world prevail, and loneliness cuz I ain't got no one. These two mixed with an inferiority complex and a hero complex creates a constant feeling of pure, unadalterated, ****.

Well, it's utterly average, not very good, and boring. Nothing new, nothing to attract me to it. The chorus sucks, and the last verse doesn't rhyme when the others do... other than that, nice job. Try a little harder to be at least the slightest bit origional.

Well, long ago I was obsessed with Basket Case by Green Day. Listened to it all through childhood. Now I have a new obsessed song every other week. Right now it's probably In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth: 3 by Coheed And Cambria. Before that, it was Cassandra Geminni, L'via L'viaquez, and Cygnus... Vismund Cygnus from The Mars Volta album. Gotta love Stealing Society and Radio/Video by System Of A Down. Another recent one was /-Enima by Tool, and Habits Of Clay by Bad Acid Trip. Why do I get obsessed so easily? I buy new CDs all the time, and listen to them till I memorize them, and if a track sticks out, it's my favorite. On second thought, I think Welcome Home by Coheed And Cambria is my current one. Be back next week I'm sure.

Telling us that a band or a song is awesome doesn't tell us what we need to buy. So, here's a thread for the best CDs ever, in your opinion. 1. [COLOR=Navy]The Gorillaz ~ Demon Days[/COLOR] The Demon Days CD masterfully bends genres and breaks away from the average in an orchestral style masterpiece, deviating from the average. Intro - 1: 08 Standard Intro Last Living Souls - 3:16 A very light song full of precussion instruments and keyboards, with calm lyrics. Kids With Guns - 3:51 A heavy piece full of all kinds of bass and low keyboard. Lyrics are sung in a deep voice until the chorus where it gets higher, and ends with a highly instrumental run full of overlaping voices. O Green World - 4:37 Lots of guitar with a sort of hymn of voices in the background and an on-and-off bass along occasional keyboarding. Small verses are scattered throughout the song. Dirty Harry - 3:49 Begins with a heavy bass and a lot of light keyboarding and joined by the voices of a childrens choir. After about two minutes, the music changes slightly and a rap verse is sung before returning to the choir for the end. Feel Good Inc. - 3:45 Honestly, who hasn't heard this song? Anyway, it begins with a deep bass, keyboard, and shifting instrument. After a bit it is joined by a mellow hip-hop style verse which sounds like it's sung through a turned-down megaphone. The music then calms down, inviting soft keyboard playing under an acoustic guitar. The music speeds up for a rap verse, comes back down for a longer acoustic part, then returns to the origional beat under maniacle laughter. El' Manana - 3:56 A beautiful ballad with tons of keyboard and light bass. The verses are sung in a quiet sad voice and retains it's form throughout the entirety of the song. Every Planet We Reach Is Dead - 4:58 Opens with bass, keyboard, and what I assume is guitar. The tune shifts for a very low sung slow verse. After repeating this process, the melody slows down inviting a hum of background singers and piano under another verse then the pace quickens up again and begins a roughly 21/2-minute orchestral length. November Has Come - 2:47 The music is comprised of a simplistic beat, light keyboards, and hand claps. It begins with a rap verse, hits a calm chorus, then another rap vese, then another chorus along with smooth background singing. All Alone - 3:35 Begins with some strange horn noise over strong bass and is joined with keyboard as the rap verse kicks in with music that actively follows the lyrics. After the chorus, the music calms down into a short verse in a calm girl's voice, then the music picks up again into the chorus with extra instruments. White Light - 2:13 A dance song comprised of a steady beat and keyboard noises along with the words "white light" and "alchohol" strewn throughout. DARE - 4:08 Another dance song with a steady beat and keyboards. The lyrics are a combination of a girl's and guy's voice sung throughout most of the song in a sort of love-shack style. Kudos to anyone who can figure the secret meaning behind the lyrics. Fire Comin Out of a Monkey's Head - 3:20 A constant beat along with multiple keyboards and the hum of background singers is overshadowed by a man telling the story of the Happy Folk, stopping twice for the sing versus. Don't Get Lost In Heaven - 2:05 An orchestral ounding upbeat and happy tune with light but demented lyrics overtop in a sort of Beetles fashion. The chorus is sung by a sort of choir. The song ends abruptly to transfer into Demon Days - 1:46 The continuation of Don't Get Lost In Heaven with lots of violins and such instruments played in a soothing melody along with a strange quiet voice singing the lyrics. I'll be back with another CD.

The Vampire Hunter D series is a totally wicked one I think people should check out. I'd give a description but I kinda have a big article on it on theotaku... Also, 1984 is awesome. I realize just about everyone's read it, but I haven't read all that many books, so whatever. Also, The Samurai's Tale was pretty good...
