1. All I have to say about that is... I can't see anything but the title page. Very cute, though.
2. Wow, that was really fun to read! I never caught the Bikini Bandits the first time around (wasn't sure what to expect) but seeing it's popularity, I just had to check out the new one. I love how you made Annie go to James' site backroom for the meeting. What's with the jewels following JJ around?
3. Well, that depends. First, what genre do you want it to be? Also, how long should it be? Are we lookin at a one shot, a short tale, or a never ending story? What parts of the game will affect the story? Timeframe? you gotta think about these things.
4. Wow. That was one hundred percent entirely stupid. Okay, so some random janitor gets randomly attacked by a pointlessly naked robot chick with wires coming out of her ass, and all he can think to say is "isn't this ironic? Im supposed to be the cleaner but Ive already crapped myself and projectile vomited in your face". I don't know if any of this was meant to be funny, but it wasn't. It was just stupid.
5. That last paragraph creeped me out a bit, though it was awesome, and the whole thing was good, though it didn't push events along much. Let's see the next one!
6. Like your other one, it's acceptable, but not spectacular. You get a passing grade. The rhyme scheme is good, but nothing I've never seen before, same goes for the subject.
7. Hm, most interesting. Usually when I daydream, it's about something that makes me sad, but nonetheless this was a good poem. It isn't particularly spectacular, but it isn't bad by any means either.
8. I've always liked poems like this one, that tart wih a line like "Mister can you help me out" and go along like that. Not sure why. I guess it's cuz it kinda sounds like a song, or at least that's how I read it. Very good.
9. Y'know, walking into the theatre I was like "Oh great, another cutesy movie full of stupid jokes" thinking it would be like Ice Age or something. I was pleasently surprised, though, as it was really good. Ecah of the charachters was awesome, not like usual red riding hood stories. Okay, the grandma, as in most of those stories, was a total kickass extreme sports player, and Lil red was a karate champ, but both of them were much deeper than that. And that retard wolf we usually get was replaced with the cool and calm reporter wolf and his hyperactive squirrel sidekick. The police force of woodland charachters was hilarious, and the frog detective was great too, but by far the best chrachter in the whole movie was the rabbit. He makes appearancesin each of the stories
and in the end turns out to be the evil genius behind the whole thing.
The fight scenes in this movie I actually thought were really cool and pulled off well. The movie was funny, but in a different way then the usual crap like Maagascar and Ice Age. I really liked this movie.
10. ?Haha, the ?dark side?. Is there ?force? as well?? -Alex slaps his knee. That made me laugh. Also, the whole thing with the suit spray was funny. I find it interesting that you actually are getting a bit of real news in there.
11. Bellpickle, if your talking about Escaflowne the movie, I totally agree. The whole thing with
the beast guy killing the main badguy
was frikkin stupid. Interesting, but stupid. The end of X, while brilliant, didn't explain much.
Kamui is sittin there crying over Fuma's head, meanwhile Tokyo is entirely flooded. I guess the good guys lost? I don't understand...
King of Bandits Jing had no closure whatsoever. I'd love to redo that series and give it a proper storyline and ending.
12. Psychosomatic Billy: Another one that I want badly to put to music. If "I ever start a band, can I use this as a song? Neverevernow: O_o Light Dot: Not sure why, but I really like this one. Your poems are so... psychological and thats what makes them amazing and why your my favorite poet. Can I have your autograph? Irregular Countenance: Meh, I thought this was okay, but not all that. I didn't really get it until I read the paragraph. Id like to see your improved version though.
13. That was strange in just about aevery way, and yet I thought it was pretty funny. Most definetally entirely random to the fullest extent. Can you say the f-word on the news???
14. Hm, y'know, I wasn't sure what to expect coming in here, but I was delightfully surprised. This should be cool, because now we have a serious, funny, and half serious half funny OB story going on at the same time. I thought this was really good so far, and I can't wait for CH 2.
15. Wow, this story is getting good, the autopsy was crazy. Whoever killed this lady had serious problems in the head, I mean Jusus Christ Superstar, just look at all those injuries! I can't wit to find who done it.
16. Wow, that was great! The entire scene with the return of Syk3 the Retarded Bandit was hilarious, as well as the "cry Shy" scene. Also, the line... "Hell no, boy,? James hugged his cards. ?Charizard would fry that pikashit to? umm? well? pikashit!? In the immortal words of the greatest beer comercial ever.... BRILLIANT!
17. I have volume 1 (as you know ;) ) and I think it's about... mediocre. The TV series is pretty cool, but the manga just never really cought my attention. I think it's because one minute it'll be insanely dark and innocents are getting slaughtered and crap, then all of a sudden, they're trying to be funny, and it doesn't make a good transition. For serious samurai action, check out Blade of the Immortal. For funny stuff, stick with Rurouni Kenshin.
18. Dude, that is awesome. This right here should set an example for all of us other poets out here. When people think, "poem" THIS is what they should be thinking about. I am amazed. You managed to make an interesting poem without having to use senseless repitition or rhyme or rhythm or any of that crap. There are far to many brilliant lines for me to quote them all, and I love that you through in pieces of mythology. I also liked that it seemed as though you were the one talking. Wait a minute, aren't you the same guy who wrote my favorite poem ever? I'll be right back...
19. These are 5 more of my poems from multiple books. I was sure to take the strangest, most disturbing and morbid poems. Mostly from my new book. Minority Of One from Callous Wondering These Halls In A Daze Passing By Me All The Days Thinking About What I?m Thinking About Snatched By Fear And Pain And Doubt My Eyes Have Melted From My Skull Mouth Full Of Blood, No Thoughts To Mull A Blade Now Glides Across My Wrist Death?s Sweet Nectar, I Can?t Resist I wrote this while in school. I was depressed, needless to say
20. School - hell - the sulfurous abyss Now, mind you, I would never even think of dropping out, as I will never take for granted what I have. I will still complain my ***** off. Y'know, this thread reminded me of an old song we'd sing in third grade... Deck the halls with gasoline falalalala lalalala Light a mtch and burn it clean falalalala lalalala I don't remember the rest. Ah, to be young and naive.
21.
Yeah, I definitely don't see a difference between pretty and beautiful.
OK, let me clarify. Example: My choice for the most beautiful song ever is soldier side (see lyrics below). That song is mooving, it's amazing, but it's also depressing. It's not pretty, it doesn't make you dance, and it makes my grandma cry, but it is BEAUTIFUL. Not pretty like lonely day. Soldier Side [Instrumental] Dead men lying On the bottom of a grave Wondering when savior comes Are they gunna be saved? Maybe you're a sinner Until your alternate life Maybe your a joker Maybe you deserve to die They were crying when their sons left God is wearing black Hes come so far to find the hope Hes never coming back They were crying when their sons left All young men must go Hes come so far to fand the truth Hes never coming home Young men standing On the top of their own graves Wondering when Jesus comes Are they gunna be saved? Cruelty to the winner Bishop tells the king his lies Maybe your a mourner Maybe you deserve to die They were crying when their sons left God is wearing black Hes come so far to find no hope Hes never coming back They were crying when their sons left All young men must go Hes come so far to fand no truth Hes never coming home [instrumental] Welcome To the soldier side Where there's no one here but me People All grow up to die There is no one here but me Welcome To the soldier side Where there's no one here but me People On the soldier side There is no one here but me [Instrumental]
22. I am grimacing at the entire line up of next gen consoles. First off, the revolution, while awesome for letting us play old games, has the suckiest controller ever. I don't care how well they incorperate it inot the revolution's games, that thing sucks. The PS3 I do not like because all it seems to have going for it are graphics. It's basically just a vamped up PS2, but now it's going to eliminate all the small companies who can't afford to make this high graphic crap. ANd so, the PS3 must burn at the stake. The Xbox 360, which I was origionally agains, actually seems to show some fair promise, and it has a good enough game linup to warrant a buy, IMO. This is the only one Im considering so far.
23. Mitch, you are one of my favorite authors, and I REALLY wanna see this but the file won't work, my computer won't open it. Is there any other way I can see it?
24. Haha! I love it! That is awesome, I love the story you've got going here, with the whole waiting fifty days thing and the elitest bastards. This seems really interesting and really cool, I love OB parodies, but this one is the first one I've seen to successfully be serious, and I like that (I like the funny ones too, but it's nice to mix it up once in a while, knaamean?)
25. That is crazy and freaky as shit and I LOVE IT!!!!! At first I was offthrown by the length of the lines, but then I started reading it as if I were the lead singer in the Mars Volta singing, and it all made sense! Oh, the delicious morbidity (is that a word?) of it all! Torn apart flesh leaving its rotted coagulated pieces of blood on the floor That is freaking disgusting. You are awesome. Also, I love the word coagulated. I am now going to use it like mad.
