Not to sound like another FF fanatic, but I think 12 looks great. I'm loving the battle system idea so far. Not to mention the graphics are insane.

umm... did you read my post??? Anyway, my op. on them. Final Fantasy Tactics: XD I havent played it but I own it Final Fantasy Tactis Advanced: I really like this game, although beating all the missions and getting all the techs will drive even the most stable men insane. I love that there are 300 missions, but almost all of them are optional so people can play owever much they want. Not to mention the clan wars. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: While I think its a great game, its just not my style. It gets to boring to quick. I HATE multiplayer oon this.

My FF experience... FF1: Own and beaten it. It took around 40 hours, with complete bestiary. Great game, but too easy. Omega, though... holy ****. FF2: Got around half-way through, aand was completely hating it until I realised I had really screwed up XD. Its okay I guess, I lost it though. FF3: Can't wait for the DS remake! FF4: I can never flippin find it! FF5: I have only played a really litle bit of this (Im in the pirate cove at the beginning) I don't like it that much. The story is disturbingly bad. The graphics are disturbingly bad for a SNES game. And the battles are kinda boring. FF6: I'm around 1/4 of the way through and so far it's a pretty good game. I love the town setups. First real sign of unique charachters. FF7: I'm at the very end of disk 1 [spoiler](before Aeris dies I guess)[/spoiler] and so far I'm liking it though there are some weird plotholes.... I love the Sephiroth, Tifa, and Cloud backstory. FF8: With this one I'm around the beginning of disk 2. At first I was loving it, but it started to get REALLY boring. I mean seriously its completely and utterly pointless. Did the people actually hear the summoner lady calling them all idiots? [spoiler]Did they really not notice her splatter the President?[/spoiler] FF9: XD this is a really good (and pretty hard) RPG with a great story, but I'm still in the ice cave at the beginning. That stupid black mage is to freiking hard! I need to level up more. FF10: Man... I got all the way to Seymore version 3 only to find that I had screwed up with Tidus' sphere grid and have to start over. FF10-2: I have it, but I want to beat FF10 first. FF11: Slimy bastards, putting FF in the name for sales. I can't get it cuz my computer sucks. I also have both FF tactics and tactics advanced and crystal chronicles. Ah, how could I forget of End of Eva? That battle could only be described as ******* crazy. Also, does the battle between Oren's dad and the thugs from Kill Bill count? It was technically anime...

By far the best battle ever was Kenshin Versus Saito in Rurouni Kenshin episode... 27? A close second goes to Edward Elric versus the serial killer brothers in FullMetal Alchemist.

Yeah, it seems cliche at first, but around 15 hours into it there will be a major plot twist that wil uncliche-ify it. Just so you know, its at least 45 hours long.

I currently own all of the PS2 games by Nippon Ichi. Disgaea: Great game, and the best tactics game ever. Way too much to do though. La Pucelle Tactics: This is my least favorite one simply because its too complicated. Atelier Iris: Very fun but very easy RPG. I love the battles in this game... Phantom Brave: very interesting and fun game, I just hate how its speed based... Makai Kingdom: This one is crazy and hard. I like it, but not as much as Phantom Brave.

Tales of Symphonia has a two player mode, but if you dont both know how to play one of you will get bored QUICK. Also, with Final Fantasy and ToS, your not both on the world map. [b]And Now the best multiplayer RPG ever.[/b] Phantasy Star Online. Ive never actually played it online before, but me and my brothers and our friends have put well over 100 hours into this game on the first 2 levels alone.

Yeah.. after recently beating Tales of Symphonia, I decided I liked it more than Golden Sun, so I was wondering if I could get Isaac replaced with Lloyd Irving. I'd like to keep it essentially the same, although if the background could be made green, that would be sweet.

So, which is it? The grandois mindbenders of God of War, the crazy dungeon-crackers of Tales of Symphonia and Golden Sun, or the moving of retarded orbs in Final Fantasy 10. Personally, I think God of War had the coolest puzzles in any game. They were full of crazy stuff and... crazy stuff, like lighting a guy on fire and dumping him in a ditch to open a door.

I know this thread is probably old by now, but I just beat Tales of Symphonia and I wanted to know your theories on [spoiler] what Lloyd named the giant tree. I think he named it Mithos. It would honor Mithos and since his name is honored by the people of the world, it would make sense.[/spoiler]
