I love these boards because of the other members. I can always find others with the same interests as me, even if were nothing alike, and we can all be friends, from Morpheus who likes most of the same games as me, to Baron Semedi who is one of the only people who Ive ever thought was smarter than me. Another reason Im still here is because I am trying to become popular here. When I first came here no one knew who I was or responded to my posts and now everyone knows who I am (wheather they like me or not). In the end, I think this site is just COOL.

Okay, heres the deal. Each day I post a topic. You post your thoughts on that topic. Here's an example. [center] Which of these is most important to you and why. Your friends, your family, or your money? I'd say my family. I don't really care about my friends, as they have no real conection to me other than being my friends. Your family is your family, and they'll be your family until they die, or you get divorced. Money is great, and I am a very greedy young man, but if you have no family there is no way you will ever be happy, (not to mention if it weren't for your family you never would have grown up to get all that money.)[/center] Todays topic is... [b]Ivy[/b] from Soul Calibur 2. If you go up against Ivy at level 54, she will use every cheap trick in the book to win. Seriously, theres no getting past her, because she can attack no matter how far away or close up you are, and she is increadibly fast, using combos and moving around and GOD just thinking about her gives my a headache!

I just moved into a new house back in November. Not long after we arrived, my brother made friends with a kid named Zack. Zack isn't a bad kid. He loves video games (a personal trait), doesn't cuss, and seems nice. But there's a dark side. He is the most annoying, argumentive brat I have ever met.First of all, theres my 7 year old brother Shade. He and Zack are mortal enemies. Now, I will admit, Sahde is a selfish, bratty, spoiled pain in the *****, but I can still get along with him. Zack on the other hand can't stand to be around him and is always insulting him. There is another major problem. I have to babysit my two brothers, and all day everyday Zack is over. Theres no way to get rid of him, because as far as hes concerned I have no power over him. His most annoying trait, though, is that he likes something everyone must like it. For instance, he is OBSESSED with Neverwinter Nights, the PC game. If you even mention another game to him, it will instsntly be compared with Neverwinter Nights. He refusses to believe anything is better. My brother bought it and hated it and took it back. Zack kept telling him, "It gets better! "You dont hate it!" but my brother, who can hardly type worth crap, wouldn't listen. Zack thinks that he's my friend, but I'm constantly telling him I'm not. I usually insult him for being stupid and he says "your gay" and things like that that make him seem stupider. Can anyone help me with this? Have you ever had a similar situation?

The biggest dissapoinment in an ending was Kung Fu Chaos. I did all that only to get an easy ending level and you don't even get a cut-scene. Then again it was only a 3 hour game. Maybe grabbing the other 2 levels will give me some closure.

Also, it doesnt help that I always lose the frieing elusive nailclippers. i am a boy, as you may have guessed, but its not easy when you're a nerdy weakling who could probably be beat up by a girl (elfpirate could totally waste me :animeswea ) Also, I act very immiture (in my genius) and the other guys dont exactly be nice to me. I will say this though, Im much cooler then most other geeks (I am good at making friends.)

I am definetally going to at least rent this game. Why? Because I played a demo in which not only was the crap scared directly out of my, I also saw a woman who was pinned to a wall by a pitch fork going through her face. I was so shocked and awed (I think thats a word) that I decided I wanted it. I have a couple of problems with the gun mode, but I might just need practice.

My favorite RPG is Phantesy Star Online episode 1&2 Its a truly great multiplayer experience for all to enjoy. I mostly reccomend it to anyone just beggining in RPGs. Ther eare plenty of enemies and the environments change between 2 or 3 variations each time you play, and the game offers enough challenge and lack of repitivity to keep it interesting.

Spriggain also didn't have a solar gun, the hero didn't get ripped to shreds OR become a cyborg AND there wasn't a single girl in it. Do you know anything about the title? Did it have numbers in it? How does it begin? Was it a comedy? Try searching on animenewsnetwork.com or a review site. I doubt it was appleseed, because that is quite new.

on that note, I would like to state that if your a fan of PC RPGs, Neverwinter nights is a great choice. You can make your own server and go onto other people's. I'm working on my module today. Also, if your into stealth games like MGS, Tenchu is a great choice. Tench calls for true stealth since you have to get right next to the enemy before hitting them. The special moves are sweet. For any fans of fighting and party games, I highly reccomend Kung Fu Chaos. It isn't very long and wont keep a large group satisfied for more thaan an hour, but its still a great game. :animeknow

I could never moderate these boards, because I am way to immiture, and my posts are short. On the other hand, moderation would be easy for me, because all I do is play video games and post on otakuboards. Seriously, if you put a webcam in my house you'd see me running between upstairs and downstair, playing Tenchu and going on Otakuboards. If I were able to take the place of a mod, I would pick the Play it forum from Desbreko, even though he won't give it up, because I read all those threads ANYWAY.

[spoiler]when I saw Mustand execute those doctors, I was sad, but when they torned out to be that one girl's family, I felt shocked. The state alchemists blowing up everything was sick too. The part that touched me most, though, wad when it showed that little girl holding her deaed mother, covered in blood.[/spoiler]

BEST ACTION GAMECUBE GAMES 1. Soul Calibur 2: One of the best fighting games out there. The weapons are great, and there is a lot of charachter variety. 2. Super Smash Bros. Melee: Very cool melee game with an enormous pallet of moves. I haven't lost interst in this game over 3 and one half years. 3. Sonic Adventure 2 Battle: Yes the game is increadibly glitchchy and half the levels suck, but the story, vibe, and most of all the Chao garden have kept me interested for three years. BEST GAMECUBE STRATEGY GAME 1. Pikmin: This is one of the weirdest games Ive ever played, and it is insanely hard, but as a strategy game it is truly amazing. BEST GAMECUBE RPG 1. Phantasy star Online Episode 1-2: Get together with a few friends and blaze through the utterly repetititive funn-ess of this neeto RPG. I have logged at least 30 hours into the first two levels of this game. BEST GAMECUBE DRIVING GAME 1. F-Zero GX: I love the F-zero franchise, because you can go really fast, and still turn with ease. BEST GAMECUBE ADVENTURE GAME 1. The Legend of Zelda the Wind Waker: A very fun, bright Zelda game with an excellent story. BEST GAMECUBE PUZZLE GAME 1. Wario Ware inc. Mega Party Games: I find this game insanely addictive, and it makes me feel like I have ADD and am pouring sugar down my throat.

Don't worry, they can't ban them, that would go against fredom of speech, (or one of those freedoms). What they CAN do is make it so no one under a certain age can buy video games.

Tenchu 3 for the Xbox is the same as Tenchu 3 for the PS2. Ironically, I bought the Xbox version yesterday for 8 bucks! As for Fatal Shadows, I think it looks pretty sweet. If its anywhaere near as good as Tenchu 3, Ill end up with it, and at $40 you cant go wrong. The one major problem is that I dont think you can play as Rikimaru.

I don't normally play scary games but if you wanna know what gives me the creeps, I would have to say Pikmin. Nighmares. The game with the most gore is probably either Onimusha, or Psi-Ops, but Ive only played the former. What game was supposed to be scary but failed miserably? no idea... Monkey Ball?

This was quite possibly the best martial arts movie I've ever seen. Screw Jackiie Chan, and forget Bruce Lee, Tony Jaa rocks the house! For once, a movie with non-stop combat and the crappiest acting in the history of time. This guy does splits under cars, jumps through reefs, and fights with his knees and elboes. He doesn'y just knock a guy through a window, he jumps after him and kicks him down. Your opinions please?

I think this movie has to be good, because angel vs. devil is mone of my favorite themes, and Keunu Reeves is one of my favorite actors. I'll probably see it with my dad, because he really wants to see it.

What about the skulls in Halo 2? If yo travel around and look really hard, you'll find a skull in every level that gives you a special power. I havn't found any yet, but I want to! There are some other easter eggs in this game too.

You have to be an insomniac, (like myself) to get there. go to planet bolden, and go to the part where there are two small stairways leading to courtyards. Go to the left and stand on the water fountain at 3 AM. A sign will ask of you would like to teleport to the insomniac museum. I agree that this is the best easter egg ever. Also, in R&C 1, if you go to the sixth planet and go to the lady who asks you to do the first hoverbike races, start doing flips in front of her. If you keep doing it her boobs will grow.

The mom seemed brainwashed, and she seemed to heve no personality. The fiisg was funny, but wasn't shown enough. The only problem I had with the dad is that he wasn't dumb enough.

I would die in five minutes if I was stranded on an island. I'd freak out about having no video games and go completely hysterical. Of course if [b]Morpheus[/b] was there we could talk/debate (the latter is more likely) about video games. For a third person I would pick Baron so we could actually get of the freikin island and PLAY our video games instead of talking about them. And if Baron can't get us off, I'd take the fattest dude here and either eat him or float on him. (Okay, that was mean). And I could take someone who could find a way to make a computer out of strings and sparks. ANy computer technicians here?

Morpheus, I think you should be a motivational speeker. That last line toughed me in a way that if a woman touched me that way I'd say yeah... thats nice. :) Anywho, I agree about a lot of what you guys are saying. As for Fable being short, if you do every last little thing it can span out to about 40 hours, and thats what Im doing. The main reason I take so long on Fable, though, is because I spend a lot of time doing unnecesary things, like traveling the world pointlessly.... Sports games are defeinetally overhyped. I have NCAA football and thats all I need for football. For basketball, I get NBA Street basketball v3, and thats it. Tennis? Mario Power Tennis had me hooked for a strait month. As soon as Mario baseball comes out my sports games will be maxed out. Also, if sports games are so replayable why make new ones?
