I thought Fable was a lot better than I thought it would be. I had never heard of it until it came out, and all I heard then was that it was overhyped and short. It is not short! I have 10 hours and Im like halfway through! Halo 2 was overhyped. I own it, I love it, I cant get enough of it, but its not as good as I wanted it to be. The Grand Theft Auto series is overhyped. I never wanted a PS2 just because GTA was stealing popularity from Nintendo. I think its okay, but it just isn't great. (I still secretely want San Andreas though ;) (takes out torch and chases down OtakuSenen)

Okay, I was thinking of starting to be a nice person, but this makes me just want to avoid other people completely. Of course, it's nice to know that I can sue people for something like that... :devil:

Phantasy Star Online: I don't know why this game never became very popular. Nothing is more fun than getting 4 people in a room and playing non-stop for 8 hours. The only problem is, without the online hookup you get next to no weapons. I love this game, and consider it MMO greatness, though the conventional MMO player may not like it. :ball: :D

that one was easy, baron, and elfpirate must be right, but I have to make a new riddle. I have one that Im not sure is a riddle, but it drove me insane trying to fiigure it out. My best friend's brother is marrying my cousin's friend. My cousin's friend has 3 sisters, Carla, Dana, and Marsha. Marsha likes my best friend but my cousin's friend thinks that isn't right. My best friend's brother is marrying Susie. Susie is best friends with David. David is Carter's only cousin. Carter has a best friend named Victor. Dana thinks I should date her, and Carla likes my other friend Carl. Carl is best friends with Shawn. Shawn likes Marsha but Marsha doesn't like him. Who am I? Who is my cousin? Who is my best friend? Who is my best friends brother? Who is he marrying? Who are her sisters? Who do her sisters like? Who is my other friend? Who is his brother?

Well the answer to the easy one is easy, hes lying. How can number 2 be possible? It can't be possible!

I dont know if there was ever a thread on this, but there have been new members sinse then and they may have played it! I understand that this game is meant to be played for 150 hours, and I know people that have. I decided to pick it up, and discovered that it is an extremely addictive game. Before I knew it I had played for 10 hours with only 8 of the 300 missions. The battle system was a little weird for someone who usually plays Zelda and Fire Emblem, but I got used to it. So, do you like this game? Do you have any tips for me?

I think that playing mod should be no big deal. Like Corey said, mods are scary (no offense, you guys are great). It would seem more convinient if you PMed the guy, but often the new members don't know how to use the PM system. It took me a week to learn. On the same note, though, I agree with Dagger that you should save a thread. On the other hand, I have sometimes seen threads with all sentence long posts and posted a paragraph as kind of a "hint", but they continue to go short, untill a mod fixes them (like in the Worlds best soda thread). I also agree with Lore that if you're going to correct the person, at least contribute to the thread. Theres my oppinion, though Im not sure what it is anymore.

Um... I don't even play it online. I do play multiplayer at home with my friends though because its fun. I liked the single player, and the graphics were AWESOME! But this isn't a Halo 2 thread..... Another big dissapointment must be known. Im probably going to be hurt for this but... Xenosaga. The first level seemed to be cool, though the combat was quite repetitive. After that I walked around the stupid ship for an hour then I was killed by an invincible monster and was sent to the beggining. I stopped playing.

I applaude fantasy like Ragnarok and .hack and creativity like King of Bandits Jing. If a show has a good, lighthearted story with some cool action scenes Ill watch it. The thing I like most in anime is, of course, the battling, but if the story is good enough like it is in the .hack series, it must be worth a good watch.

Im thinking love.. power... I think this riddle is a little to open ended. Can you try to condense it more or just give us the d@mn answer.

*wonders where mods are* I am a huge fan of Japanese music. Most of the stuff by that band that plays Heart of Sword (the Kenshin ending theme) is good. All of the Inu-Yasha endings are great. I hate Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi. THey have like two actual rock songs, and the rest is pop. posers. ;) The seatbelts and Yoko Kanno are usually good, but in some shows *caughWolf'sRaincough* they are lacking.

I loved Halo 2 and Fable! Don't think of what isn't there, think of what IS there! The biggest dissapointment for me was a game I played for the first time an hour ago. Splinter Cell. The controls are unresponsive, the stealth is stupidly over used and its way to easy to be sent to the beginning of a level! Worst of all, trying to use your gun is like taking a sword and fighting six people blindfolded. You just can't see. Im glad it was my friends game and I didn't buy it like I was planning.

I have only really played 2 Final Fantasy games, hwich is funny because I consider myself a huge Final Fantsy fan. The first is Final Fantasy X, which I really liked, though I gould never beat one of the later bosses. The other is Final Fnatasy Tactics Advanced. This is a really good Tactics title with no linearity. I have Final Fantasy 7, but after 2 hours of playing my PS2 broke.
