This year can be summed up into one word: drama. Drama in school, at home, at extracurricular activites, in the media, and everywhere else. It has been an awesome year at sometimes and other times it hasn't. I hope next year will be even better. Next year, I'm going to give up eating McDonald's everyday and I want to make next year the best one yet because it shall be the last one in my school. They say that the theme of 2007 is peace, love, and happiness. I hope so.

I am terrible at: 1. Singing - my voice is really deep for a girl and it cracks like a boy going through puberty 2. Drawing - the only think I can draw is a puppy 3. Talking - I'm really quiet and I freeze
Bleach all the way. I mean, come one. One the one had you have fillers blowing out your rear and that accursed "Believe It!", and on the other you have The Strawberry. And Chad. The two are freakin' awesome, to say nothing of Orihime or Uryū. So, since ForgotteÑ-HerÖ continues to be forgotten, ironically enough, I'll repost their question.
Umm...okay? I'll have to stick with the monkey one because i don't want to be stabbed and I love Pee Wee Hermen...he's sexy. JUST KIDDING! Okay... Would you rather Have everyone around you speak a language that you don't know? or Eat ten tarantulas whole and alive? They have nothing to so with each other so choose wisely...

I used to be really really really good at dancing when I was younger. Then I got into karate and I couldn't afford the money and it would stress me to have those two extracurricular activities. I was the only 9-year-old in a class of 15-year-olds. I was two levels from the adult team but then I had to quit. I used to do ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop. It was so much fun! I miss it. I also did a little bit of ballroom dancing. If I could go back to dancing, I would be really good because karate has helped me with my foot work and hand to eye coordination along with flexibility.

I'm most of you know that as of December 11, 2006, it will be exactly one year since my best friend, Ali died (See the thread...What Screwed You Up?). I was wondering if anybody else is coping or trying to cope with a lost family member or close friend. If you have, I know how you feel. You feel sad :animecry: and angry :animeangr for those of you who know a friend who's family member died. You don't know what to say because you don't want to make them feel worse. It's very hard. I know. I've been there.
Wake up in bed naked with no idea why you're naked ? Or Wake up with a tattoo with no idea why it's there ?
I would want to wake up with a tattoo with no idea why it's there because I would liek to have a tattoo. It be so cool! I'd prefer it over being naked because you will have distrubing thoughts about what might have happened. MY TUUUUURN! Would you rather... Go to prison for life? or Be blind, mute, and deaf for the rest of your life?

Who I would like to have as a roommate... Chiyo-chan from Azumanga Daioh - She's super smart and adorable and I could never get bored with her because she's rich. Yotsuba from Yotsuba&! - She's hyper and funny so she can always keep me in a good mood. Who I would toss... Chii from Chobits - She would try and be a pervert and annoy the hell out of me by repetitively saying, "Chii." GAH! She'd also be copying everything I do. That could get annoying after a while. Hitoshi Kobe from A. I. Love You - He is really stupid and not that athletic and all he is going to do is sit in front of a computer for the entre time that he is my roommate. There are a lot more that I can add but I want to be respectful and give everyone else the chance of telling us about who they would want as roommates and who they wouldn't.
When I go shopping with my mom, she has the urge to pay everything. And fishing is recognized as a sport, reason enough not to do it for both my dad and myself. Okay then. Would you rather have game threads banned from OtakuBoards forever or burn your mother alive, put her ashes in a bottle, pee in the bottle and then drink everything? I know it's a toughy for some of you.
Game threads banned. I love my mom and I don't want to eat her along with my piss. Okay okay! Would you rather... Have nobody know you ever existed or Have everyone in your family (and pets) be killed in a terrible accident? hehe...i gotcha there

Toenails. Surgery without painkillers could kill you. My toenails have no feeling in them anyway. Now then... :D Would you rather eat your own dog? or Run on a hamster wheel for 3 days without anyway of stopping or getting out in any shape, way, or form?

Anime Your 5 Absolute Favorite Anime
Chiyo Chan Fan replied to 2010DigitalBoy's topic in Otaku Central
1. Azumanga Daioh - It's just one of those unique animes where you can just watch one episode and get a good laugh and you don't have to watch all of the previous one's in order to understand the plot. It's funny and down to earth. I can just relate to all of the characters through my own personal experiences. 2. Yotsuba - This isn't exactly an anime, but it's from the guy who created Azumanga Daioh. I can just read a book and get a good laugh from all of the cute and silly things that Yotsuba does on a regular bases. 3. Chobits - This is a very funny anime. I love these kind of animes where there is a little bit of romance mixed in but it isn't the main genre of the anime. I love Chii. She is so adorable when she always copies the dude (I forgot his name). 4. A. I. Love You - This is yet again another "not an anime" favorite of mine. It's got comedy, romance, and suspense. I like the whole technology part of it. I can understand all that stuff so I don't have to look in a dictionary everytime I read a manga to understand what something is. 5. Rurouni Kenshin - This one is totally different from the other ones but I love it so much. It used to be on during the day (like when the sun is up) but now it's on in the middle of the night. I catch up with it by reading the manga. I think it's so funny when Kenshin does the oro thing. I crack up hysterically. I like the whole martial arts part of it (because I'm involved with karate). The little bit of romance in it makes it even more better. ^ These are my favorites! If you took a really close look you will all find that they are under the genre of comedy. That's what I look for in an anime/manga all the time. If it isn't funny, it won't grab my attention at all. -
Anime Animes That need To be Remade , Revised, or Redone
Chiyo Chan Fan replied to Kenshin DX's topic in Otaku Central
And in Azumanga Daioh WHAT IS THE PLOT??? DOES ANYONE KNOW???
Azumanga Daioh does not have an actual plot. It's just little adventures that six high school girls have together. It's what makes it funny. -
How did you come up with your internet/screen name ?
Chiyo Chan Fan replied to corpseman's topic in General Discussion
I was originally going to have mine as "OXmyree" but it didn't seem right. I got it from a story that I continuously write about adn the main character is Myree. I put OX like a stupid little preppy girl because everyone else has it. I stuck with Chiyo Chan Fan because it was very self explanatory. I love Azumanga Daioh and Chiyo Chan. -
In my opinion, I do find that irritating. I can never get a super salty and buttery popcorn bag because all I can get are the "South Beach Diet" popcorn boxes and they taste like burnt stirofoam (yuck :p ) As I read more and more about the low fat items, I do start to realize that some of it does make sense but others are just a waste of valuable artery clogging goodness.

I want to be in my old house because I had so many memories there and everyone was happy there. I was happy. I didn't have a bad thing on my mind. I had a huge yard with a stream that led to this abandoned treehouse (actually two treehouses) and it was always a great day for me. I'd also like to live in the city. The lights, the sounds, the smells, everything is so bright and exciting and your never bored! I'd also like to go to Japan. It must be wonderful there. The streets are clean and you get to sleep on someone's shoulder on the train.

I sort of had an Azumanga Daioh-ish dream a couple of days ago. Mr. Kimura tried to kiss me! EWWWW! I'm serious. I was Kaorin and Chiyo was with me and her flappy ears and she was talking to me about watchign out for him but she said it really quietly and I go to turn around and.....EWWW! :animestun

What comes to mind when you think of Australia?
Chiyo Chan Fan replied to drakkeness's topic in General Discussion
kangaroos! Cute little baby kangaroos(or joeys), then they decapitate them and make them into those boots that all the girls in our grade are wearing. Also known as Uggs. :animecry: How can they wear them when they know that they were once a beautiful animal? Sorry, I got off topic... -
I'm dressing up as a Victorian Vampress and I'm going trick-or-treating. My sister is going to be a skanky geisha with a mini skirt and fishnet stockings. My dog is going to be either a pimp or a princess.

When I say New York, what do you think of?
Chiyo Chan Fan replied to ChibiHorsewoman's topic in General Discussion
I think of those Chinese people that are always taking pictures of everything. (lol) I also think of Broadway and the high rise buildings and lights at night. It's amazing to just keep looking up at night because you feel so weird. I can't explain the feeling (it's a good feeling) that's what I think of when I think of New York City. -
I watched the first couple of episodes and I absolutely love it! It's so funny and cute and I love Chii. I keep thinking in my head when she had to buy underwear, "Underpants...underpants...underpants..." LOL :D

My story starts like this: I was best friend's with a girl in my grade name Ali. When we were in fifth grade, she was diagnosed with cancer. In sixth grade, they killed the last of it but the next morning, the tumor had pieces spreading all down her spine. Finally in seventh grade on a Sunday, I visited her and she looked up and said her last words, "Mandy, I see a bright li-" and she died. Now, I look at everyone like I'm never going to speak to them again. I hope that would be considered, "screwing up my life" because I don't think I'll ever be the same way again...

My first boyfriend: I was in 7th grade. His name was Jeremy. We went out for a little over a year. We took a break because of his family situation and such. After that, those problems got worse and I said, "I don't want to bring you down so we should jsut be friends and see each other when we can." It was great. I felt empowered. It was a little nerve-racking because I was like, should I be doing this or should just wait for him to do something. I got use to it after a while. You just have to relax. Don't act "dressed up" or preppy. Be yourself. If you two really love each other, make sure you're both ready to go even further.

Junk food isn't the biggest part of my eating ritual, but I should try and limit it. Most of my junk food is either dark chocolate (yum!) or something really, really salty like french fries, popcorn, etc. I always exercise after eating junk food because even though my fast metabolism burns a lot of the calories, it takes longer and longer as I get older and older to do so. The bottom line is junk food is probably about 37% of my my diet.

My avatar shows the friendship between Osaka and Chiyo-chan in azumanga daioh. The same thing is said for my signature, and also, I love Chiyo-chan because she's cute and just like me!

Anime Anime that need a sequel/continuation
Chiyo Chan Fan replied to 5th Hokage's topic in Otaku Central
I think Azumanga Daioh should have been a little longer. Not too much longer but the episodes should be a little longer than 5 minutes. I also agree it should stay the same because it is four years of high school and adding on would destroy a big part of the plot, though. But that's just me... -
Pokemon is horrible (sorry you guys). But why not just continue the origional series. Noooooooo! They have to make several othe series to progress the first story. I think it's some kind of pyramid marketing sceme
