[I]Karina quickly felt a familiar presence, but only heart beat passed then a loud booming eruption engulfed the halls. The two outside heard an tremendously horrifying scream then a blinding pale blue flash streaked out of the tomb when it cleared the path infront of them was clear. Karina stood there unharmed she open her eyes and seen Rajaah standing just a few feet away palm pointed toward the far side of the tombs.[/I] Rajaah: > There your safe. [I]HR watched as the angel fought for his safety her grace, speed, and beauty filled his thoughts as he thought of the first time they met. [/I] -------------------------------------------------- The Battle of Valei [I]The night grew darker as the creatures defiled the inner temple walls High-Rule being among the youngest warriors in the armies of Valeigh stood there watching the flickering lights burning the temple to the ground. There were only a dozen warriors left and Valeigh's chosen had fallen prey to the creatures deceptions High-Rule tried to warn him weeks ago but the general was stubborn in his ways and sinfully prideful in his ways. High-Rule always dreamed of becoming the chosen himself he lived for the ideals Valeigh's army stood for and he would not watch as the demons within it defiled something so dear to him. [/I] [I]High-Rule looked over to the other remaining members of the army speaking from his heart he asked them to join with him in the last fight of there lives but the man hadn't appear as noble as High-Rule and slowly turned away leaves the creatures to the inner sanctum. [/I] [I]All alone High-Rule took up his blade from which he drew his courage and donned his armor from which would bare his truth and hold his last breath these were the thoughts that entered his mind as he continued onward.[/I] [I]Through a series of hidden passages he entered the inner sanctum where only the priest and chosen of Valeigh have been before he stared up at the majestic beauty of his patron angel Valeigh. He stood there seemingly hours awed by the brilliant statue that he'd never seen before then.[/I] [I]The chamber door snapped at the forceful might of the Via'pus trying to enter, he spun around holding up his weapon ready for the battle ahead knowing that now there was no turning back. It was then that the angel noticed him, the young warrior whom would fall in honor of her cause. Hundreds of years have passed since she seen a mortal being with this kind of faith and determination she paid him the honor of watching his last stand.[/I] [I]Soon the Via'pus shattered the chamber doors rushing into the room gathering around High-Rule, The lead Via'pus huge in size drenched in blood stepped up before High-Rule. Valeigh's and High-Rule's eyes widen as the chosen of Valeigh stood before High-Rule.[/I] High-Rule: Traitor you sold us out you bastard! Vol'don: > Pitiful young High-Rule, you showed much promise being the youngest of your class and still managing to defeat Yun'is. A feat even those twice your age dream of. High-Rule: You were her chosen! How could you betray Valeigh! Vol'don: She cares not for us mortal creatures, I've served her my whole life and never could one being be so uncaring. High-Rule: > She cares Vol'don, but you lost faith and that's why you don't know she watches us even now. [I]Valeigh Stood amazed could the mortal see her watching if so he was very different from all the others no mortal being can see angelic appearance unless they wish to be seen.[/I] Vol'don: > Poor young boy you could possibly see her here. High-Rule: I don't see her here I feel her watching us I have faith in her. Vol'don: Faith in her! She has done nothing for you! Except maybe watch both your mother and father waste away before your eyes! Were was she then High-Rule WHERE! High-Rule: Guiding them to a better place Vol'don, comforting me with just that thought! [I]The room froze at the intensity of the young man's words, the room flashed a pale white. Within the brilliance of the light he first saw her standing there a day he'd never forget.[/I] Valeigh: the boy is right Vol'don! I do care for all of you but only when you loss that faith do you forget that. [I]The Flash Back ends as High-Rule blacks out from the pain.[/I]

[I]Jason went out to the dinning room with Athena soon after the bell had ringed. Jason spook up just before entering the room.[/I] Jason: Athena? After dinner may I speak with you? Athena: > Of course. What do you want to talk about? Jason: > you'll see, I have to go check on something so I doubt I'll see you until later. [I]Athena nods as Jason leaves the room pondering what he could possibly want to talk about. While walking away Jason accidentally bopped into a strange man walking into the room they both paused for a moment as the strange man grabbed Jason's shoulder tightly. [/I] Strange Man: Watch it Kiddo! Jason: Excuse me Sir. [I]The man looked cross at Jason for a moment then let him pass. [/I]

[I]Rajaah simply turned away he would not harm the child he needed the child to be safe. With this very thought he vanished into the shadows letting them think he was going to harm the child perhaps for now his little secret remained just that.[/I] Rajaah: I must plan for the child's defense they seemingly can't handle the fact I'd help them. > One of us won't survive the battle ahead. Wailing Death: You must watch over them Rajaah! Carefully! [I]Rajaah stood there in silence not listening to the bubbling of his father thinking to himself how ionic all these events have been very well planned by whom ever played god.[/I] Rajaah: > you said I was the father. Wailing Death: would you have come here to protect her if I didn't? Rajaah: > of course not! Why should I risk my life for another man's child! Wailing Death: Perhaps you won't die Rajaah, besides you've revived the power you wanted by coming here then faster then predicted. Rajaah: > Yes, I have father so I will carry out this for you. Wailing Death: For once Rajaah I'm thankful I had you. Rajaah: > But I won't die for them father. Remember that! Wailing Death: Soon it will begin Rajaah, you need to slay the woman named Karina! Rajaah: Not until you tell me why! Wailing Death: She will awaken the demon and with its coming her death. Rajaah: > I won't kill her I'll insure her survival. Wailing Death: Rajaah! NO! you can't do that she must die! Rajaah: You sent me here to protect father and protect I will. Wailing Death: Your foolishness will be the death of you. Rajaah: you'll see father, I'll take the side of good and test it out then chose whom I will join.

[I]Jason looked down at her hands his heart was racing wildly as he took her hand gently rubbing it with his. He looked up at her deeply looking into her eyes he soon lost himself.[/I] OOC: Sorry for short post

[I]Rajaah appeared behind the two talking.[/I] Rajaah: Very true, Jaudiar you'll be helpless soon enough. Axel: > what do you want! Rajaah: Calm yourself Axel. [I]Axel calms slightly listening before acting.[/I] Jaudiar: What do you want Rajaah. Rajaah smiles proud of that fact it's now what he wants. Rajaah: What do you think? Jaudiar: Revenge I'd say. Rajaah: Oh, you think so poorly of my. You ever remember wondering why you didn't kill me? I'll kill when I'm ready. [I]The sword dimmed down and went dominant again.[/I] ---------------------------------------------------- Six months later While the two are at the Secret Headquarters of the Korean Dynasty Syndicate [I]Viewing the two from afar through powerful magics Rajaah laughed at the two weakening creatures.[/I] Rajaah: So my mistress, hold over me weakens with her mortal lusts. Foolish thoughts echo in the minds of the weak! [I]Rajaah continues to watch over the two figures pathetic behaviors and how easily entertained they appear to be.[/I] Rajaah: That's right waste your time with your petty consequences, while I grow in strength. Echoing in the black of the crypt Karina heard the figures voice ?[/I] ???: Welcome to your new home. Karina: What do you want with me? ???: it is not what I want with you but what they want with you. [I]The halls of the crypt silenced with his words, Karina felt a sickening surge of unholy energies brush over her very soul.[/I] Karina: > No ? it can't be! [I]Two shadowy figures arise from the depths of the abyss she seemingly recalls their gentle faces, Karina drops to her knees realizing the horrific truth.[/I] ???: It been a long time since you seen them, I can see that. Karina: I?I? ???: You what? Speechless I see.

IS anyone going to post for the story? My chracter is just kinda waiting so there is nothing i can realy do.

when i get depressed and NEED to find a handle, i think about my friends and about how tommorrow maybe the best day of my life and i want to see that :)

[I]Karina Paused at the necromancers words knowing that if he indeed speaks with truth this may in fact be a devastating encounter with the death mage's power over the dead and the ability to control them this would not be good.[/I] ????: As for your persistent knight, I think he'll find the wailing death and the winter angel a formidable opponent. So I give you one last chance Woman! Come peacefully and save your friends a most damnedable end. [I]The night skies seemingly howled with the figure's words.[/I]

You have a choice come silently and calmly or not. " Karina: What do you want! " A word with you dear. " Karina: What do I look like! " You look intelligent that's why you have a choice dear, if you choice to fight I promise you'll lose your injured friend in there. " Karina: You can't defeat all of us. " I don't need to my dear, all I'd have to do is kill a sleeping defenseless man." Karina: How dare you! Speak to me in ? " Silence!! Woman!
