1. 01. Way Away - Yellowcard -- Hmm.. haven't listened to this song in forever... Yellowcard used to be pretty popular at my school... 02. Everybody Hurts - R.E.M -- Ah yes, R.E.M. ... haven't listened to this one in awhile. A good sigh, I guess, since I used to listen to it when I was depressed, so, like every week.. 03. March - Andre Previn and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra -- This is from the Nutcracker. Haven't listened to this in a while either.. Christmas, I guess.. 04. What I've Done - Linkin Park -- New CD.. I like this song though. The rest of the CD is pretty much meh though. Meteora is sooooo much better.. but my roommate borrowed it three years ago and I haven't seen it since... grr.. 05. I Will - Sowelu -- The fourth ending for Hagane no Renkinjutsushi... 06. Just - Radiohead -- Uh.. It's radiohead. From the bends. Not my favorite track from that CD though.. I like High and Dry and Fake Plastic Trees best.. 07. (The best is Kashmir) 09. Dance of Curse -- The Escaflowne Battle theme.. Anything by Yoko Kanno is amazing... And I like that whole chorus thing.. 10. Dude (I Totally Miss You) - Tenacious D -- Tenacious D always reminds me of my roommate. Her and this other girl in my dorm would sing Tribute over and over in the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep.. annoying, yes, but... I Totally Miss her :) 11. (There was a CD store all of two feet outside the theater.. lucky for me) I love Stevie Nicks' voice... wish I sounded like that... sorta.. 14. Sunshine Of Your Love - Cream -- From the same soundtrack as Edge of Seventeen.. another happy one... 15. In Pieces - Linkin Park -- meh. Meteora's so much better. I've listened to 4 of these in the last month.. and I only like two of those four... I think I have too much music...
 2. ...procrastination causes trouble in the long run, huh? Just how long is this "long run" exactly? I'm still waiting.. Now of course, being able to write a decent paper in a day doesn't hurt... Or being able to pass just about any test with like half a second of review. They say college is harder... I hope they're right... What do I do to procrastinate? Probably read manga, or watch an anime, or play wow, or read a book, or stare at nothing, or sleep, or eat, or pretend I have a photoshop assignment... the list goes on...
 3.
Thanks for the vote. Given recent events this seems to be a fair candidate.
DAMN PAPPARAZZI...
 4. I'm not sure if this is exactly sitcom.. but it WAS pretty funny... When I was in high school, I went to a boarding school. The Christmas of our senior year, my roommate and I were walking through the local Tesco Lotus (it's like walmart but not evil) and saw their Christmas stuff, and all these Christmas trees; so we stopped to look at them. At first we were just looking at the little foot-and-a-half tall ones, thinking that we'd each get one to put on our desks to brighten our room up a bit, but the decorations for them all looked really bad, so we started looking at the bigger ones. We saw a really nice little three-foot tree, and a nice four-foot tree. But then we saw this really nice six-foot tree... forty-five minutes later, we walked (or rather staggered) out of that store with a huge tree box and bags full of garlands and ribbons and bows and such (w00t for foreign exchange rates!) and got a tuk-tuk back to our dorm. After cramming ourselves, a five foot long box, three or four bags full of big fluffy garlands and ribbons, a throw pillow, and strings of lights, and a couple more with the other stuff we'd gotten (we hadn't exactly set out to buy a Christmas tree, after all) into this minuscule motorised carriage thing, we finally get to our street without seeing anyone we knew (an accomplishment, I assure you), and we stop the driver outside the wall near our window so we wouldn't ruin our surprise by letting someone see out ever-so-festive decor before everything was ready. We paid the driver, and proceeded to (try) to toss the tree over the wall/fence.. but it wasn't as light as we thought (more like we weren't as strong as we thought), so we sorta wound up shoving it over with some difficulty; followed by the bags of decorations (not the other stuff.. we didn't want to look SUSPICIOUS or anything...). Once we were done dumping things over the wall, we ever-so-nonchalantly picked up our remaining bags, ignoring the driver's laughter, and walked the rest of the way up the street to the front gate. Once we got inside, and past any prying eyes, we sprinted the rest of the way to our room and locked ourselves in. Then we climbed out the window to retrieve the tree and decorations that we'd dumped so unceremoniously on the lawn, and proceeded to clean our room and put up our tree. Once the tree was up, We set up our ever-so state-of-the-art sound system (a CD player, some cheap computer speakers, and an old bike basket... doesn't 'sound system' sound so much nicer?) with some Christmas music, and invited our fellow dormies to see our (now much improved and very festive) super deluxe top-of-the-line newly-shinified room. After we did this, word got out, as it tends to, and our room was somewhat famous the next few weeks after we put it up. We had all sorts of random people showing up to look at it :) who would've thought that a Christmas tree would be so interesting??? *looks innocent*...
 5. 1. Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X 2. Bleach 3. Samurai Champloo
 6.
I was just thinking, Fai looked rather guilty when anyone brought up the people of Celes and what happened to them... Like he killed them all and ran away or something.. just a thought. And that little girl is f'in scary.
7.
Speaking of that little twist... Before I read the last page, I was thinking,
while Kabuto was telling somewhat of a life story, what if he is Sai's brother.[/spoiler'] No evidence, but it was just a thought that was floating through the head.
That would be.. interesting, but I don't think he is..
remember, back when Naruto-tachi went after Sasuke the first time, Sai was with Kabuto and Orochimaru for a while, so I think they would've known each other... unless he was spying or something... in which case that would make sense.. hmm... pink hair, huh? Hmm... I wonder what other member of the Sasuke fan club has pink hair and stands about doing nothing most of the time......
8. :animestun ... so that's what happened to Kabuto...
 9. As far as I'm concerned, the MPAA can rate away. Ratings and censorship aren't the same thing, and so long as they're not blurring out cigarettes like they do in some asian countries (it's really funny too.. someone puts a cigarette up to their lips.. INSTANT BLUR!! pull it away, back to normal.. :) like no one knows what they're doing...) or banning it from movies, I'm fine with it. It's not like the ratings affect what movies I can see anyway... At least not anymore.. And anyway, since you can buy movie tickets on the internet now anyway, any enterprising teen can buy themselves those 'R' movie tickets all on their lonesome (assuming they have a debit/credit card or one of those prepaid dealies you can get from drugstores)
 10. 1. Children 2. Children 3. Hypocrites 4. Girls who stick their crotches out at whatever poor guy they happen to be talking to.. 5. Children 6. The color pink
 11. When I was little, I hated my name. I wanted to be Esther, or Alex, or anything, really just something a little more normal. What is this name I hated so much, you ask? Aerielle (if anyone says one word about that frickin' mermaid, you die right now.. i'm older than that freakin movie anyway dammit! it's in the bible i swear! just spelt different). Aerielle. 8 letters when 5 would've sufficed, and been ever so much easier to pronounce... I've heard everything from ah-ree-EHL (how my parents and people from the east coast say it) to AIR-e-uhl (the south, and me, most of the time) to ahr-ee-EHL to AY-ri-ul, and more, i'm sure.. any time i got a new teacher in school, they'd go down the list.. "Brian? *here*, Mary? *present!*, Laura? *here*, Sarah *here*, um.. Ahr, uh.. air... aireeuhl? is that right? *sigh... yes, ma'am...* oh, now isn't that nice! like the mermaid, right? *grits teeth.. no, ma'am..*..." ah.. such fun.. And when i was in boarding school, it was even worse, since there's like no language in Asia that has the AH sound (like the a in mat) (at least not that I ran into)... but oh well... Over time I've just let people say my name however they want, since I can't seem to get everyone to say it the same anyway (i say it to someone one way, and they seem incapable of copying me.. why IS that anyway? mimicry isn't just a skill parrots have, doncha know...) Now I may not really care how my name's SAID, since i've heard pretty much everything, and I'll respond to them all anyway, but spelling really annoys me. Seriously. It's only 8 letters.. 8. A-E-R-I-E-L-L-E. Not Ariel, not Aeriele or Arrielle. Neither Aeriel nor Ariele. Aerielle. not exactly simple, but it's not antidisestablishmentarianism or superca(l?)lifragilisticexpialidocious either. I think I know one person who actually bothered to learn how to spell it right straightaway, and I almost had a heart attack... usually takes people a few centuries... millennia even. :animedepr Oh well. I like my name now... But still.. the mermaid thing, not funny. (ok maybe a little) EDIT: I knew a guy in high school whose last name was kok (and no, it wasn't pronounced coke, even if our principal insisted on pronouncing it that way) /random thought
 12. 1. Now? No. I usually awaken after the traditional 'lunchtime'. When I wasn't a lazy bum mooching off my parents, yeah, i did. and i usually ate ramen. or fries. sometimes both. 2. Today? I woke up at 2, so no lunch. I did eat a hot pocket after i got up though... not sure what it's called if you eat at 3... linner maybe? or dunch? i never have been much of one for organised mealtimes... 3. Plan? is that like a little plane? or a special kind of LAN? 4. People have LUNCH dates? really?
 13.
I think that if they really thought about playing hard-core, loved anime like FMA or DeathNote, the will be able to actually be like for their anime.
FMA was on adultswim monday-thursday over the summer and fall (they ran it at least twice i think) then they switched it out with Shin Chan(kill me now). Ik.. their weeknight lineup needs help. i think this is the third consecutive run of InuYasha since june.. On saturday nights they still have a pretty good lineup though. Bleach, Blood+, Ghost in the Shell 2nd Gig, and Trinity Blood.. oh and Voltron.. at 5 in the bloody morning... but then, that's what DLs and Libraries and Netflix are for, no?
 14.
[spoiler']I just wish Fai would put a damn smile on his face already. He's making me depressed.

Well I don't know about you, but I certainly wouldn't be all happy if i'd just had one of my eyes stolen by my erstwhile traveling companion, been turned into a vampire, stabbed Sakura-chan, and then had to go back to the very dimension i'd gone to all sorts of trouble to get away from....
though ever-black-wearing-emo-boy-fai is getting a bit annoying, he seems a little more realistic without the fake-happy all the time..

Hopefully the series gets a bit more cheerful. This gloomy atmosphere is getting on my nerves.

well it can't go on forever.. i hope.. *crosses fingers* once whatever the deal with Fai and Ashura is is settled it should be less emo, since Fai won't have any more curses to worry about...
 15. Well if you mean "Hero" as in "good guy" then I'd have to say Abel Nightroad from Trinity Blood. For some reason I really like they way he does that whole mild-mannered alter-ego so-no-one-will-know-what-i'm-really-capable-of-until-they're-dead-at-my-feet thing... so much better than that bloody clark kent... Now if "hero" just means protagonist, then Light, for sure. Or Hei (maybe), since he doesn't seem to be lacking in sanity...and actually fights people.. doesn't just stalk them with pen and paper.... :) embrace the shadow
 16.

Was anybody else disappointed that we didn't get to see Naruto's ultimate perverted technique that he invented during training?[/spoiler']
Oh, no.. of course not, of course not...

Did anybody else notice how quickly Sai was shafted to a secondary, Sakura-type character? He went from evil double crossing spy with no emotions to random comic relief. When the two of them went to back up Shikamaru, they didn't even do anything.
-r2

Well, now that he's NOT an evil double-crossing spy anymore... actually, when was the last time Sakura did anything? hmm.. maybe saving Kankurou like forever ago? Anyway, since that whole Sai's brother thing is kinda unresolved, hopefully he'll get another arc or something sometime soon...*crosses fingers* On another note what's with the capes all of a sudden? it's the white caped people againstr the black caped people against the black-with-red-cloud caped people... Lemme guess... NEXT ISSUE! The purple capes!!1!!111lollreskatez
17.
so he's going after Itachi, huh? Without the Mangekyo Sharingan? Maybe I'm giving Itachi too much credit, but even with Sasuke being able to use Orochimaru's powers, and his new little buddies to back him up... i can see this going like his fight with Gaara did (i.e. Naruto having to show up and save the day cos Sasuke bit off more than he could chew) but I hope not...that would kinda suck.. *random thought* i wonder where Kabuto went?
18.
And they're beating up Orihime because.....? It's been awhile since we've seen Grimmjow.. wonder what he'll do now.. I'm not sure I can see him joining up with Ichi-tachi, but that would be interesting....
19.

I personally don't think that Karin's power is all that great. I mean, yes, if there were an assassination mission, it would come in real handy, but other than that, it's pretty "eh," if you ask me. ... In regards to another matter that has piqued my interest, let's talk about Orochimaru's experimentation. So far in the Naruto world, we really haven't come across people that have two bloodline limits. At least, we didn't know we had. Although I can't really come to a proper conclusion, seeing as though Sasuke was strong to begin with, it seems that people with two bloodline limits can become a fairly major force to be reckoned with. Even without Orochimaru's training, Sasuke managed to hold his own against a Kyuubi-enraged Naruto way back when, which always had me wondering. What do you all think about it?

Concerning Karin's power, it may not be particularly interesting, but tactically speaking, it's incredibly useful... after all, you can't fight someone if you don't know where they are, right? Now what I'd like to know is how far she can be from someone to be able to find them... As for the bloodline limits, considering that having just one has been cause to wipe out entire clans (like in the water country), and that skilled wielders of kekkei genkai (bloodline limits) are already a force to be reckoned with, any shinobi in possession of more that one will almost certainly be more formidable than a shinobi with one, and definitely a shinobi without, especially if they can use them both effectively. Sasuke managing to hold his own against Kyuubified Naruto back then at least shows that even without really knowing how to use both bloodline limits very well, two are better than one, though being a jinchuuriki is probably better, or at least equal... On a slightly different note, Sasuke can use the sharingan and the curse seal at the same time, right? I can't remember..
20.
So.. Karin can find people, huh? That should be useful. So now the question is, who does Sasuke want to find? He could be looking for Itachi, but I don't think they can beat him yet... They could probably take on some of the Akatsuki, considering that Sasuke-gumi is at least equal in strenght to Naruto-tachi... But Itachi is another thing entirely... Interesting that he still won't kill people.. like Suigetsu said.. such a leaf ninja :) (take heart Naruto-tachi!! all is not lost!! your sweet Sasuke will return one day... probably... maybe... possibly... ;) ) And now Naruto-tachi know that Orochimaru's dead and Sasuke killed him... but he's not coming back. I wonder how this'll change their must-rescue-Sasuke-kun-from-Orochimaru plan...
can't wait until next chapter... get to see juugo fight... finally :)
 21.
[spoiler']So since it seems like Sasuke is going after Akatsuki does that mean that Naruto's life won't "end at his will" anymore?

..i was just thinking.. maybe all that was just for orochimaru's benefit? So he wouldn't suspect he really wasn't on his side?
On another note, does anybody else think that Sasuke's decision to leave konohagakure and train with orochimaru was a good one? As far as the shinobi there go, there probably wasn't really anyone who could have taught him better, that's for sure...
22.
as far as Ichigo's strength goes, Ulquiorra did say that Ichigo's reiatsu was, at it's highest point, a lot stronger than his, so he already had the potential to be that strong, the question was whether he'd trained enough to actually be a match for him or not... and this chapter proves that he had... even if Ulquiorra isn't totally defeated next chapter as I suspect... a side note.. Ichigo on feeling Chad's reiatsu dwindling: "must believe that he's ok!" On hearing Rukia's supposedly dead: "i'm going to save her"... :) not unexpected, but still kinda funny..
23.
The source of the curse seal, huh? ...Only the best for sasuke-kun, huh?
24. it really is like a u2 video, but the song is good, like my december is... i like that they don't just do the screaming/rapping thing all the time. can't wait for the new album, though i hope it's not ALL like this song... screaming is good too :)
 25.
I just don't think he can beat
Ulquiorra[/spoiler'] at the moment.
yeah, i don't think he's strong enough yet... even though he does tend to pull through at the last moment a lot of the time... even so, everyone's getting pretty beat up right now, and it's abut time for some more reinforcements like yoruichi-san and urahara or someone..
i wonder what urahara's doing with tatsuki and that other dude? he wouldn't have just let them in w/out some kind of plan about making them useful somehow...
