Morning lotus: Rising Sun By accumulating chackra in to your feet and to your hands and launch into the enemy and take him/ or her by surprise with a ofocused chakra punch. 2.)Morning lotus: Western star Paralysing the left hand. 3.) Lotus rebirth When finished with the five stages, thefinal damage is done. by condensing your chackra at the palm of your hand, the final blast is realesed by pushingyour palm into the opressors stomach, a poerfull blast is realesed the technique can be quite drainingifyou dont have the perfect chakra control.
