Simikiel, standing on a rock away from the others, opened his eyes, and jumped down from his perch. He approached Death Knight, smiling slightly. Simikiel: I have spoken with Ionel, Angel of Life and Ressurection. He can Ressurect Skye... And he can give you back your vitality. Death Knight: Do you not need God's permission? Simikiel: Our lord is the most holy thing, above all creation. His pacifist ways prohibit him from becoming involved in the war. I am in charge. I need only my own permission. Death Knight nodded. Simikiel looked to the ground, and then back up to face the knight. Simikiel: We only have to wait for Ionel to arrive. It should not be a long wait..

Heh, seeing as I'm in NZ with Pastbyer, yesterday was my last day at School. I'm on Vacation for Seven and a Half weeks. *sits back on deck chair*

Well, that settles that then.

OOC: *waits for Rai to post..* Time for some mindless banter in the meantime, then... ----- Sachiel: Sent from god himself, but you claim not to be with the Holy Legion? Ha! What folly! Fear not for the city, child. We hold this land strongly. Attaris will arrive soon. With him shall be hundreds of battalions. We shall not give up the Holy Land. Our powers apex here. Valen nodded. Sachiel ordered his legion outside, where they prepared to fortify the gates. The city was surrounded by a massive wall, far too high for any Demon to cross. Angels stood atop the fortification, armed with Holy Longbows. They shot down any foe who made the ill choice of trying to cross into the city. More angels armed with Composite bows also shot down into the sea of demons swarming at the gates into the city. Sachiel held his Trident out, brandishing a toothful grin. Sachiel: I'm tempted to open the gates and let them come. What say you, Valen? Valen: Would that be wise? Sachiel: Ha! It matters not if it is a wise choice, I thirst for the blood of Demons! But I fear it would not bode well with our Lord... Very well. We shall wait. But the second they break the gates... Ha! We shall have our fun.

I dunno if you can draw Meltdown from anywhere, but I know you can make it from Mystery Fluids using someone's Magic Refine..

OOC: Are you Good or Evil, Valen? It's hard for me to tell... --- In Jerusalem, atop a high hill near a temple, something was spotted. Angels in watchtowers blew their horns, and swooped down, landing silently behind the figure as it walked into the temple. Stealthily, the Angels followed it into the temple. A chorus of swords being drawn filled the air. Blades of all sorts were pressed up against Valen's neck. One Angel, an Archangel, stood there, laughing, his Trident in hand. He walked confidently over to Valen. He was Sachiel, Angel of Water. Sachiel: You've walked right into the garisson of Jerusalem. I hope for your sake that you are allied with the Holy Legion, young one, or you may recieve swift death. --- Simikiel grinned. Simikiel: Good. Now, let us trav-- Death Knight rose from his knee, and interuppted. Death Knight: Actually... Tarlain, the Dragouret here, wished to speak with you, before we depart.. Simikiel raised an eyebrow, and leant over, catching a glimpse of Tarlain over Death Knight's shoulder. He shrugged, and nodded. Silently, Death Knight stepped aside, and Simikiel walked towards her. Simikiel: Now, what's a Dragouret like you doing in an Armageddon like this?
-
Sorry about being bitchy, you guys. Rough day. -.-; --- Simikiel closed his eyes, and folded his arms. Slowly, he spoke to Death Knight. Simikiel: You are wise, Death Knight. Therefore you know of the horror that would come to pass should the land be overthrown by the Demons. We, the forces of Heaven, do nothing to provoke an attack, and yet, here we are, fighting against the brunt of Hell for no good reason whatsoever. The 'Prince of Evil' is no more then a power-hungry infidel. And if he gains control of the Earth... All hope is lost for God's people. Death Knight: I'll take it that means you want me to join you. Simikiel: I'd be a fool not to try, Death Knight. Your skill is amazing. Death Knight looked down for a moment, emotions inside him flaring. His mind was racing. He looked back at the Archangel, and answered. Death Knight: God turned his back on me a long time ago. As Death Knight went to leave, Simikiel grasped his shoulder tightly, and spoke, harsher this time. Simikiel: And what if evil is victorious? What world will there be left for your Daughter? Don't think your portals and the like will save her. Hell will scour every land, leaving nothing unsearched. Lucifer's powers are strong. He can rip through space like it wasn't there. There will be nothing left, Death Knight. Simikiel looked at Death Knight, his face filled with fustration and desperation. The archangel kept his hand on Death Knight's shoulder, waiting for the Knight's final reply.

Maybe I should ban you and Endymion just to keep the trend running. ;) Anyway--Rahzel, is this the same Rahzel that did alot of the Music in SSX Tricky on PS2?

OOC: Thanks for ignoring me, Rai, Ken... If the people I'm addressing in my post don't read it, then who the hell does? -____- There goes a good post. Posts don't just grow on trees... What do you want me to do... Post it again? Just look up. Please. I really do try, ya know..

Fumigated? I have no idea what you're talking about. But... Yeah. I refuse to get along with you, Hyrbid scum.

After removing most of his battle armour, Reverb fell backwards onto the bed in his room. He was exhausted. His first major sortie... And what a sortie it was. The Rookie Hunter tilted his head to the side, only to notice that his Roomie, Proteus, was nowhere to be seen. Reverb just closed his eyes, and let it go. Proteus was probably just taking a day off in the city. Reverb's eyes opened slowly, and he fumbled at a control panel next to his bed. He pressed a large green button, which activated some kind of mechanism. From the base of his bed, a large metal cover slid foward, soon covering the whole thing. There was a sheet of glass over his his face. Reverb closed his eyes again as two large plugs inserted themselves into his shoulders. Slowly, they began the process of restoring his Internal power battery. Iota quickly had Warlock in the Sub-Level 5 Infirmary. This infirmary was rarely used, but it was still staffed. Thankfully, everyone stationed there were from Warlock's time as a Hunter, and were fond of the Light bot. They were more than happy to repair the ex-Hunter back to normal--And even offer him a few upgrades. Namely, a more advanced Generator system. His old one was good, but was notorious for overheating in the desert. Iota sat to the side, watching as the medics and mechanics worked feverishly on Warlock. There was a noise. Iota looked to the door, and noticed a shadow. It quickly darted away, noticing Iota. The female reploid stood up, drawing her Revolvers. One of the medics repairing Warlock looked up. Medic: Is there a problem? Iota: I think so... Just... Lock the door behind me. Listen for my voice before you open it again. Medic: I... Alright. Iota walked out of the Infirmary, the large doors sliding shut behind her. She heard a shrill beep to signify that the doors were sealed. Stealthily, she walked to the right of the infirmary, down a long dark corridoor. There it was. Down the end of the corridoor, backed against a wall, was the shadow. It was dark, and too far away to see easily. Before Iota could enhance the image, it darted away again. Iota swallowed her fear, and began to pursue the creature. She reached the end of the corridoor, and turned left, following the being jumping in and out of the shadows. She aimed her guns and fired as she ran--Sadly, she missed on both shots. Fustrated, she tried again, nailing a shot right into the back of the thing's leg. It stumbled initially, before it regained it's composure and continued. Iota took note of numbers on the walls as she ran. The creature and her were progressing further and further down into the bottom levels of Maverick Hunter HQ. Finally, the creature stopped. Iota slowed down, moving foward carefully, guns aimed and ready. As she moved toward the shadowy creature, it turned to face her, before scuttling away. Sighing in annoyance, she dropped her guns to her sides, walking to the end of the corridoor. But as she reached the end of the hallway, there were no more turns. No more stairs. Instead, there was a large room. The corridoor followed onto a balcony, which lead onto a catwalk. The catwalk was suspended over what looked like a dark wasteland, bare, barren rock. The two opposite walls looked standard, but there seemed to be no end to the rocky wasteland. It drifted off into the darkness on either side. Cautiously, Iota stepped onto the steel grated balcony, the sound of her step echoing through all the desolate corners of the cave. As she made her way to the catwalk, she noticed something. In the recesses of the cave, there were what appeared to be something laying along the ground. Now that she looked closer, she saw the same things lining the entire bottom of the cave. She leaned over the side of the Catwalk, and let her image enhancement give her a better picture. In a split second, her view was enhanced with lighting and focus. The image was still grainy. But there they were. Lying along the bottom of the subterranean cavern were bodies. Rows and rows of dead, lifeless bodies. Iota didn't know what they were. Human, Reploid, Cyborg. It didn't really matter. There they were. She wretched. This was a disturbing sight. She decided to ignore the shadow she had seen, and get back to the infirmary. She had questions that needed answers, but right now, her priority was to get out of the cavern. The last thing Iota wanted was to be caught, and risk the chance of suffering the same fate as the thousands below her. She glanced at the number written on the wall in large, messy red writing. '-11' She gulped. Iota had no idea she'd come down so far. Regardless, she had to leave. Keeping her guns at the ready, the female reploid ran from the cavern, praying that Warlock would be ready soon. He'd know what to do, she reassured herself, as she reached the turn back into the main corridoor.

Simikiel watched Medra's rain of destruction. He wished to slay the demon post haste, but he knew this was not his calling. Zakkiel would soon reach the demon. Zakkiel, Angel of Storms, attacking the Demon God of the Night skies. "A glorious battle it shall be...", Simikiel thought to himself. As he began to leave the area, Medra's view shot to the skies, his fierce gaze piercing right through Simikiel. But Simikiel remained stationary, refusing to buy into Medra's tactic of fear. Or at least, that's what he made of it. Tearing himself away from the view of the Demon, Simikiel spread his massive pairs of four white wings to full span, the largest pair of which was easily twice his own height, tip to tip. He pushed them downwards swiftly. Simikiel propelled himself upward, transforming into an aurora of pure white light, and then disappearing. When he reappeared, he noticed a storm on the horizon. Frowning, he knew this was most likely the work of demons. The General of the Holy Legion looked below him. There was his target, clad in plate-mail of old, his exposed bone hard to miss. The Death Knight. Simikiel withdrew his wings, and fell, landing directly in front of Death Knight. Slightly startled, the Skeleton quickly regained his composure and drew his weapon. Simikiel raised both hands to chest level. Simikiel: I bring you no harm, Death Knight. I bear no grudge with you. Death Knight: Then what business do you have with me? Simikiel: I have seen deep into your soul. I see good. Ha, I even see love. Death Knight: What are you talking about? Simikiel said nothing, but Death Knight immediately clicked. The Angel was no doubt refering to his daughter, Zelfoh. 'How could he know?' thought Death Knight. Quickly, he answered himself. 'How mysterious, the ways of an Angel.' Death Knight: Perhaps. But I shall have no part in your Holy Legion, Angel. Be gone. Death Knight walked to the right of Simikiel. Just as he began to pass him, Simikiel spoke. Simikiel: I can give you back what you lost all those centuries ago, Death Knight. You know of what I speak. Simikiel waited for Death Knight's response, head tilted slightly to the ground. For a moment that seemed like eternity, the two stood next to each other.

My form teacher 'Prophecized' that I'd get sent home by the Principal for not shaving. Funnily enough, It happened a week later. Coincidence? I think not. I hate teachers.

Heh, it's funny.. People from all over the country here have props and stuff. Hell, I can't walk down the street without finding some random LOTR momento. *finds sword prop outside* *throws it in the pile*

That's not how it works. If you hit them in battle, you get like 10% of the experience. Not the AP.

In the highest reaches of heavens, in the great hall of the angels, the Generals and Leaders of the Holy Legion met. Seated at a large table were Archangels, members of the Holy Legion. At the head of the table sat Simikiel, and on his right, Gabriel, and at his left, Michael. Simikiel stood, and addressed the order. Simikiel: We have lost great numbers in the East. Ardarel, please speak of our positions in South America. Ardarel, the Angel of Fire, stood up. Ardarel: Our lines of defence run strong through the Equator. But to the north of them our footholds are slipping. They may soon pass our lines, sire. Simikiel: Alas. How long, Ardarel? Ardarel: A few days at best. They're nearing our first line in Panama, 300 miles as the crow flies. Their numbers are strong. Simikiel: And what of the West? Whilst Ardarel took a seat, Ziquiel, Angel of Meteors, rose. Ziquiel: They are bombarding us with attacks. I doubt we can withstand much more, sire. Simikiel: ...Very well... Attaris. Tell me of our position in the holy land. Attaris, Angel of Winter, and General of the Armies in Europe, arose. Attaris: Our claws are dug deep, sire. Our forifications hold strong. The demons are no match for our forces. Simikiel: Good, good. Ziquiel! Order your men to retreat at once. We have lost the West. Join Ardarel's forces in Panama. Do we have forces to the north? From the far end of the table, an Angel arose. Zakkiel, Angel of Storms. Zakkiel: Aye, sire. We hold territory in most of Canada. Simikiel: Excellent. Charge south. Ziquiel, do the same. See if we can't push the demons down towards our defences in Panama--They'll be overwhelmed, and boxed in. For now, I will return to earth. You all shall do the same. Gabriel, Michael, I leave heaven's gate in your hands. The Angels nodded to each other, and all left the great hall, through massive marble doors, engraved with golden runes. The language of the Angels. Simikiel left after everyone else. He had some things to take care of... Namely, the Death Knight. Ne'er before had he been matched in battle. Especially not by a thing such as him. Simikiel grasped Apragsin tightly, and knelt. Simikiel: Damn this war. Lo, you alone hold the power to vanquish all that is unholy from the universe in an instant. Why not do so, o' Lord? A voice spoke to Simikiel, as if inside his head. Simikiel, you know I cannot. Tho' the accused may be, alas, deserving of the severist of punishment by any standard, I could ne'er commit such an act. I have given you Apragsin. I have blessed the blade with my own power. I fear I can do no more, as this already may be too much. Simikiel: Forgive me, Lord. Simikiel rose from one knee, and walked out of the great hall. He was to head for Earth.

Limp Bizcut? *thought it was Limp Bizkit* Well whatever. Korn? I can't see how you say they faded out, when they've just recently put out a new album. Slipknot have taken a hiatus, I know that Corey Taylor and some other members have formed 'Stone Sour', a metal band. They're gonna regroup sometime in the future. Limp Bizkit... Well, last I heard they'd lost their guitarist. No wonder they haven't put anything out in awhile! They're probably putting some new stuff together as we type--unless they haven't found a guitarist yet.. >
