2.
Originally posted by Transtic Nerve YES! I'll always get my word in when dealing with this crappy excuse for a band. My best friends like them, it's so horrible. Sometimes I feel like disowning them. lol. I've given my reasons why you shouldn't like this band, apart fromt he terrible singing and absolute ugliness of them in a whole. The singing is what gets me. HORRID! HOOOOORRRRRIIIIIIDDDDDD! he should really get some vocal lessons. The rest of them are ok.
Oh, come on. Not everyone here likes... I dunno... Gackt, but we don't make a big fuss about it. :P
3.
Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel This is already reminding me of the last System thread. Most people were praising, TN said he hated them (it was a lot longer last time though heh) and then more praise ensued lol.
Dear Lord, history is repeating itself... o_O;
4. Signas' desk was littered with reports. It was his duty to review each and every one of them. They were all about the same thing, and he knew it. The subject? Lawsuits. Thousands and thousands of people filing lawsuits against the Maverick Hunters for the damage caused in the last battle against the Replimasters. It had been a grueling battle. The Elite squadron, led by Warlock, had charged into an ambush against Grenade, Bomb, Guts, Quick, Top and Turbo. Thankfully, Zero was able to request back up from Hunter Squadrons 0 through 17. They arrived shortly, and reinforced the Elite squadron. However, the Replimasters brought their own reinforcements in, and nearly destroyed half of the Hunters forces. With morale and ammunition diminishing, Warlock made the hasty decision of ordering a Class-13 Airstrike against the facility where the Replimasters were barricaded. He also used nearly all of his power in a single Electromagnetic blast which would temporarily knockout the Replimasters, to keep them in place while the Airstrike took place. Zero, who knew of the danger this posed, took direct command of the unit and ordered a retreat, relieving Warlock of his duty. Warlock was enraged, and critically attacked Zero with his beam sabre. When Zero ordered that Warlock be restrained by means of an EMP inoculation, and eventually fufilled the order himself, Havoc threw himself at Zero. It took alot, but the two were finally seperated, and Havoc was sedated. They boarded the APC and retreated. The airstrike, however, was interfered with by Gemini, who was still active deep within the refinery. The Class-13 missile went haywire, and crashed into a Gas plant half a mile away from the Oil refinery. The explosion was catastrophic, and the chain reaction caused by the detonation of the gas destroyed all the pipelines connected to the refinery, or even in a vicinity of it. The Replimasters vanished. When they returned to base, there was a court martial against Warlock and Havoc. Warlock, for exceeding his authority in ordering a Class-13 command and attacking Zero, was permanently relieved of his duties as a Maverick Hunter, and exiled from the sanctity of a Hunter-protected environment. Havoc was temporarily suspended from the Hunters, and placed in Isolation. Demos wasn't pleased at all. Command of the Elite Squadron passed to a very volatile Demos. Zero returned to commanding squad 0 once he had recovered, and X remained as the head of squad 17. And for awhile, nothing happened. But now, something was afoot in the Maverick Hunter HQ. There was word of a new foe spreading throughout the ranks. The Replimasters can't have just 'gone away'. Something else must've attacked them, or so the rumours went. Regardless, this was a time of caution for the Hunters. I'd love it if all the old members would sign-up for this... I'd hate to lose anymore of you. -.-' Here's the sign up. Name: (Your name or Callsign.) Type: (Reploid, Human.) Age: (How old you are/how long you've been activated.) Description: (What your character looks like.) Personality/Bio: (How your character behaves, what their history is.) Weapons: (Usually two, one long range, another short range. You may list a defensive unit as well.) If you're an oldbie returning, you don't have to fill out everything if you don't want to. But please, feel free to if you so desire.
5. Azmudan raised his blade up high, swinging it around and decapitating several Sarafan guards. Azmudan chuckled, and pulled his mask down, devouring their now free souls. He bent down, grabbing one by the chest, and bit into his neck, drinking down as much blood as he could. There was a noise. He turned around slowly, to see a group of Sarafan warriors charging at him. With a grin, Azmudan grasped his cleaver, and held it in one arm, above his head. At once, his Metamorphis power activated, and the cleaver changed drastically. It immediately lost its former appearance, and changed to something resembling a lance. The shaft of the lance coiled around at the end, splitting into two seperate spears. Azmudan whispered to it; 'Fly true..', before hurling it at the soldiers, marching towards him in a line. Needless to say, the effect was devasting. The Sarafan had no time to react before all being impaled through the head with the lance. It went through each of their skulls with ease, hardly losing speed at all. It rammed into a stone wall, ending it's violent flight. In all, six Sarafan soldiers had been impaled headwise, and were hanging on the lance from them. It was a gruesome sight, but one that pleased Azmudan. He called his lance back, and it flew back into his hand, and changed back to the long, hefty cleaver. Azmudan ate the souls of the Sarafan before moving in to drink from their veins. It had been a long time since such he had such a feast.
6.
Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel As far as I can tell, that isn't System of a Down that did that Zelda song. I've seen things to lead me to believe it was actually Mr. Bungle, and it actually sounds like something Patton would do anyway.
Are you certain? Because it sure as hell sounds exactly the same as SOAD.
7.
Originally posted by wrist cutter Which punch would that be? There's only a small percentage of people here that actually listen to Japanese music. Don't try to give me your ****, I never asked for or wanted your praise.
Cool it, we don't need that kind of language. And don't bypass the cussing censors.

Gundam NEE

Knightmare sneers as the Blaze Gundam is covered by a layer of debris. A Chameleon suit approaches Mephistopholes from behind, rifle drawn. Without even looking, Knightmare instinctively thrusts his arm out backwards, grabbing the suit by the head. He swings the mobile suit around in front of him, and looks at it. A glowing red light begins to emit from Mepha's palm... A crucifix. Immdediately, a huge, brilliant cross of crimson energy erupts from the palm of the Gundam, shooting straight through the head of the Chameleon suit. Knightmare laughs, grabbing the core of the suit, and throwing it hundreds of feet into the air. It lands on a building, and crashes through it, before exploding. Mephistopholes spins around, only to see the other Gundams retreating. His sensors detect the blinder, and he immdediately shoots upwards. He turns his back to the site, and continues. As he leaves, he sends a final message to the Gundam pilots. Knightmare: My name is Knightmare. This is the Gundam Mephistopholes. You would be wise to remember my name. Mephistopholes' main boosters kick in, and the Gundam vanishes.
9. Heh, System of a Down are awesome. Can't go past the likes of Chop Suey and Deer Dance... Not to mention their hilarious take on the Legend of Zelda.
10. Kain shows a wry smile as Medra demonstrates his brutal skill. As he watches, he hears something. It sounds like metal scraping against the cobbled stone path behidn him. Kain turns around to see a gaunt figure stumbling towards him, holding a large steel blade in one hand, dragging along the ground. His other arm is wrapped around his torso, holding it tighly. He looks hurt. Kain waits as the figure makes his way toward him. Azmudan: You must be... Kain. Kain: And who are you? Azmudan: My name is Azmudan. I've heard of your struggle to reclaim Nosgoth... And I wish to aid you. Kain raises an eyebrow as he surveys Azmudan. Kain: Your intentions are noble, Azmudan, but your condition seems frail. Azmudan: I know... Centuries of torture aren't good for one's composure. Kain: Centuries of torture? Azmudan: Yes... The infernal Sarafan have had me imprisoned in torment for a long time. Not long after you were born again as a vampire, I was captured. News of your uprising has given me a new will to live. Kain: I admire your endurance, Azmudan. And by way of your age, I'd say you have a fair load of experience behind you. Will you join me? Azmudan: I would be honoured, sire. Azmudan bows his head to Kain, and looks past him, to Medra, who is bludgeoning the Sarafan elite, one by one. Azmudan grins, and goes to join him in the fight, but Kain puts a hand on his shoulder, and holds Azmudan back. Kain: That is Medra, a companion who I've known for a long time. I would advise you to stay out of his way in battle, and for the sake of your life, don't get on his bad side. Azmudan: I thank you for the forewarning, Kain, but I'd much rather prove my worth to the both of you. Azmudan clutches his blade in both hands, and launches into battle against the remaining Sarafan elite.
11. I haven't played much of the Legacy of Kain, but I think I know enough. Name: Azmudan Age: 1796 Race: Vampire Town: Meridian Weapon: A large blade, with two handles on one side of it. Very heavy, and hard to lift (I drew it a bit short in the pic-- Should be longer and wider). Dark Gifts: Endurance: Due to his hundreds of years of torture, Azmudan has learnt to ignore and overcome any pain. Metamorhphis: Azmudan has the unique ability to change the shape of his weapon into whatever he chooses. Strength of Sin: The Lord of Sin, Azmudan, has smiled upon him, and blessed the Vampire Azmudan with some of his own power. Thusly, Azmudan is embewed with speed and strength that others could never possess. Description: Azmudan has white hair and has a very lean and gaunt figure. He wears gloves, a mask, and a cloak, for he doesn't want anyone to see the scars and mutilation his body has received whilst he was imprisoned. Beneath the cloak it is said he's nothing but rotted flesh and bones. (Like the pic? I just drew it then) Bio: Named after Azmudan, the Lord of Sin in ancient culture. Azmudan is ancient himself, and his body decrepid. He had once been a feared and powerful Vampire, but was sedated and captured by the Sarufan. After centuries of imprisonment, he began to fade away, his body losing it's human appearance, and it's Vampiric powers. However, with the news of an uprising led by Kain reached Azmudan, his will to live came back, and he broke free of his bindings, killing his torturers and devouring their blood and souls. Slowly, his form is returning. But it will take awhile for him to recover totally. His only objective now is to obtain vengeance on those who violated him.
12. Housemates, you've been in the house a week. It's time to nominate the evictees. Here's how it works. PM me with your nominations. You give someone a two-point nomination, and someone a one-point nomination. You will also have to supply a valid reason for wanting to evict this person. Please send the PMs ASAP.
Originally posted by Valen I agree, graphocs weren't that great
Oh, come on, it's a SNES game. For a SNES, I thought the graphics were quite impressive, not to mention all the Job sprites.

Hi

Hey, Neil, when you're signing up to something, remember to click 'Reply' rather than 'New'. Or make sure you're actually signing up to something.

Weird Al!

Heh, Weird Al is the King. I like all of his stuff, but in particular, all his Polkas. Heh heh.
16. Well I know for a fact that there's already at least 2 G-Gundam games that have been released in Japan... Both on the SNES, heh. A fighting one and a strategy one. They're both really good, play them if you get a chance.
17. Yeah, I've just really 'discovered' Godsmack. I like their sound.
18. Sometimes I'm more worried about the USA having Nukes than North Korea.
19. Flash rolled his eyes and pushed Zero's sabre and shield away from him. Flash: Get those the hell away from me. With amazing speed, Zero swipes his sabre back up at Flash, who quickly thrusts his forearm up, blocking the attack. Zero is shocked to see his sabre stopped by Flash's arm... Bolts of energy erupt from the blade as Zero pushes it harder into Flash, to no avail. Flash: Understand this. I was trying to distract you long enough to cut your power. You didn't stand a chance against Sigma. Next time, I won't save you. Flash pushes his forearm across, knocking Zero's Z-sabre down to the ground. He shakes his head, and walks out of the room.
20. Bishop fondled the handle of his Axe, slung over his back. He smiled, anxiously awaiting the mission. It'd been quite awhile since he got to do a real job, not just some pathetic recon assignment. He smirked, and strode eagerly alongside the others. Zanitz: You look unusually happy, Bishop. Bishop: I love battle. It's all I have left. Zanitz: That so? What about religion? Bishop chuckled, and put his arm around Zanitz' shoulder. Bishop: My boy, battle is religion. Zanitz cracked a wry smile, and Bishop began to laugh. A small chorus of 'Hear Hear' could be heard as the team made their way to the exit of King Cold's ship.
21. Flash shook himself out of stasis. With a will as strong as his, it was hard to get him to do anything against his wishes. He looked around, vision hazy, but it quickly readjusted. He saw Zero, on the ground, broken in two. He cursed under his breath and stood up, walking over to the fallen Zero. He picks up Zero's upper half, slinging it over his shoulder. He paces a few feet foward, and grabs Zero's lower torso, tucking it under his arm. Holding Zero's body with ease, Flash begins to walk back to the Renegade base. Flash: Idiot.
22. Silent Hill... ehh... Try playing that at night by yourself in a detatched room with all the windows open. I haven't played 2 yet, but I want to.

What about Hamtaro? Every episode of that has a moral at the end.
24.
Originally posted by ElvenFoxKnight Zero blocked the strike, using his MechaStaff to put a hole in Flash's foot. He ducked, tripping Flash with his Buster's plasma shot, and swooped underneath him. He pressed the "sleep" button on Flash's back, giving him rest.
Okay, THAT was cheap... I'll let you get away with it this time.
