No, it doesn't prevent you from dieing, it just revives your party (Life2/all) and causes fire damage on the opponent. What I meant was it's not worth it because you'll have to level it up heaps, and Life2 is enough because only the person wearing the curse ring needs to be revived, so Phoenix is overkill. And if it's a Boss battle, you might need to use the Summon later, so it's always best to save it... I don't know if anyone else understood that. I'm not even sure if I understood it... *wanders off*

I don't think so. And G/S/B Master, having Phoenix Final Attack doesn't really help for just one person--Life2 would be much more effective. ;) Oh, and I think you can steal another Curse Ring off the Ultima Weapon during some fight. Can't remember which.

I'm fighting the Heavyarms Custom from Endless Waltz... I hope that's okay with you. He cracks his knuckles, and steps foward, Cossack following his every move. Entering the destroyed city of Los Angeles, Flash awaits his foe. He looks around. Buildings lay in ruins, rubble was strewn across the city and the once gridlocked highways were mostly empty, a few burnt and destroyed cars littering the roads. Cossack kicks a few of them out of his way, letting nothing slow him down on the path to his destination--The central city arena. An unofficial battle area in the centre of town. It was fairly easy to find; A mile vacant area, concreted, surrounded by a few derelict office buildings and hotels. Cossack reached the arena in a few minutes. Yeah, back with a vengence. Avenge your childhoods, angry white boys! Avenge the way you were spoiled by your rich parents, and were raised in wealthy neighbourhoods! Avenge the way your mothers put you into expensive music classes and bought you all guitars! Avenge, I say, because you have so much to be angry about! I despise Linkin Park with a passion. No more than an Angry version of the Backstreet boys with guitars. Their brand of clone-hard rock annoys me very much. I don't feel like I need to like this band to be cool, unlike so many others I know, and it annoys me. However, don't think I'm just saying this to get attention, or just to be 'different'. I stand by my decision. I've downloaded their songs, listened to them, and just plain don't like them. If other people like them, fine, that's upto them. But anyone who likes 'Crawling', or doesn't find it annoying, must be deaf, or crazy or something.

All you have to do to get it is go to Mideel with Cid on disk 2, check the area around the back of the house where the maid sells you Accessories (across the bridge). You find a Beat up old key. Take it to the weapons shop, try to use it on the door at the back. After it breaks (which it will), tell the guy the truth. He'll laugh and give you a curse ring. The curse ring itself increases all your stats--But after 60 seconds in battle, you die. Most battles (excluding boss battles) won't last that long, so It's worth it.
