*wow, long wait* Thank you. Do you have any idea how many books are in this series???
-
I have read part of Eclipse and it is not disappointing, however, does anyone know if there is a forth book to this series?
-
Do you need language to maintain your culture?
MadHatter replied to ChibiHorsewoman's topic in General Discussion
I agree with Retribution. Even if you did not have the language what about tradition and all of the other things that go along with it? That person has to think about that too. -
I am happy to know that someone at least read these books. I plan to get Eclipse and hope it was as good as the others. New Moon was not that bad although Twilight had you wondering why you should continue reading it but I agree that the ending was a bit better. What does she write about in Eclipse? Summary anyone? I hear that they are planning to make a movie out of this. Has anyone else heard this rumor?

Writing How to Restore Your Creative Muse [Help thread]
MadHatter replied to Aberinkula's topic in Creative Works
That is true, you could always try skipping ahead and then trying to determine the 'past' of the story. That helps I suppose. This may sound strange but sometimes stories are better off not really having a 'past' it helps the reader try to imagine what it must have been like with you only giving hints and clues. Of course if people do not have much of an imagination...>.>' I would not mind reading your story Clurr. I assure you it is probably a very well written work of art. If you ever decide to post it, I will read it...and may I have your autograph? *laughs* -
Writing How to Restore Your Creative Muse [Help thread]
MadHatter replied to Aberinkula's topic in Creative Works
I probably should not be saying a word seeing as no one enjoys my posts anyway and just you watch, no one will ever reply to this thread again after I post this but oh well. Excuse me for having an opinion. I write probably more than anything else so this may or may not help you at all... I have never really experienced this writers block but I have had friends tell me about it...but usually they just have me read their stories or whatever and make suggestions or give ideas. *shrugs* What you might be suffering from is having too many ideas at once that your mind draws a blank when you actually need it. Instead try these and see what works. 1. Do not think about whatever it is you are trying to write about. Stressing out the thought leads to you not wanting to finish a masterpiece by your own hand. 2. Try reading your writing over again and seeing if there is something missing or something that might sound much better, and yes that gives you ideas. Random thought leads to ideas. 3. Try thinking about events that have happened to you or something you have seen elsewhere and twist it to suit your need. I would think of others but no one would probably read this anyway so *shrugs* Good luck with your writing. And Clurr, had I known it was your birthday I would have said it sooner but Happy Early Birthday. It is always nice to wish someone a Happy Birthday. There is no harm in it eh? -
I have to enter here... I think your style is wonderfull. It has a fullness about it, it cannot be explained. But as a harsh critic I must intervene and please do not take my opinion harshly. Your lines are very well planned even if you do not think so. If someone says otherwise, pay it no heed. Great art does not come from great people. Great art comes from within the mind and the style of the artist. Not because of fame or anything else. These lines are perfect to what you are trying to portray. What strikes me are the colors as Lunox says...but let me go into more. These colors are very nice, do not misunderstand but they are flat. I mean that they show no life in them. They are merely colors, beautiful colors, but colors. When you draw, you show life in every stroke of a pencil, pen, or brush. When you add color you show life in every pigment. When you make colors look flat it seems like you were in a rush or not paying much attention to detail. My suggestion is add some shade to make them seem real, that they live and breathe even though they do not exist. Other than that, I love them. Keep up the good work. I hope to see more of your unique style soon. MH

I just saw this movie a while ago and had forgotten to post about it. As a critic, I found this movie to be quite entertaining. The proportions and the artwork alone were very well done to their style. The themes and plot were carefully thought out. I will not rush into details really but to keep it short, this movie was well made and the music was beautiful, it gave you the feeling that you were in Paris. I can only hope these good opinions lead the unsure viewer to go and see this movie. It was worth it. 10/10.

I like it. The shading looks very good on this one, Tachi. Very well done! *Applauds*

Good job on your little gif. I thought that it was rather enjoyable.

I have to say that your artwork is very well drawn. Even though some things do not look proportional as jigglyness said, it all accounts for if the character is tilting his/her shoulders or not so that does not matter really. It depends on position. In my opinion for your Naruto picture, well drawn and different. No one said that you have to make a character look EXACTLY like they are supposed to. You can make them to look like they would but maybe Naruto wanted to try something different for a change *laughs* Also, just a hint here and there. I saw this picture on your deviant that looks wonderful to color in. Link: http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/52014706/?qo=5&q=by%3Atachikc&qh=sort%3Atime+-in%3Ascraps Now, if you tried to color this in, for a lady, try using lighter shades if she is to be tanned lets say, use a shade a little lighter to complement her face. If it was a man you are drawing and want him to look ragged, you can use darker shades to complement him. Good luck on your artwork!

Cracknut. It is good to see another person with writing/visual art talent. Nevermind the pictures being 'decent'. Nonsense. I believe that everyone has their own style no matter what it looks like. I think they are wonderful. You have more talent in the visual art than I could ever have, and that is the truth. I hope your anime is a big success. I wish you the best of luck and I cannot wait to see your art at work. I only wish I could be of more help, I am positively speechless...

That is simply dreadful. You may have that virus I heard was going around. Either way, drink a lot of liquids, get a lot of rest, and have an orange when you can. They actually help. And after your accidents...if it happens again, eat something salty to prevent it. It helps, honestly. I can only hope you feel much better and that your symptoms are gone.

I have a question about this program which is getting on my nerves. I can see why some people call it a pain to use. My basic problem is I am importing songs from a cd that I own. I tried one once and thought that it was my fault due to the disc being a little scratched, so I thought it could not be read properly. I tried another one that had little to no scratches on it and when I tried to play the music to figure out what songs I wanted, it echoed/skipped whatever you prefer to call it. I am not sure whether it is ITunes that is the culprit or me. I tried doing whatever ITunes HELP told me but it has failed on my part. If anyone has any idea what to do, I would be eternally grateful. ~*~ All right. I have had no help on here so nevermind. But to those of you who actually have had this problem and do not know what to do here is one method that actually worked for me. When you go onto ITunes and are importing songs, if you are having the same problem as me, just put the cd you want into the drive but do NOT download the songs yet. Go onto the EDIT tab and click PREFERENCES. Afterwards click the ADVANCED tab and then click the IMPORT tab. On there, you should find a box that is not checked in that says something along the lines of USE ERROR CORRECTION WHEN IMPORTING SONGS, or something along those lines. Click this box and then close that box down. Now pick whatever songs you want and import them. Now, when you go to your library to listen to them, I tell you now, THEY WILL STILL SOUND THE SAME. But when you actually put these songs onto your IPod, they will sound as if they have never skipped or echoed, they will be COMPLETELY FINE. In any case, I hope this helps anyone who has this problem. If anyone is confused or wants to make sure of something, PM me and I will tell you what to do.

Time should never be a problem. *laughs* Try branching out to more topics instead of just One Piece. Find something you like and make it your own grand masterpiece. All you really need are good pictures. I see great potential in you. I eagerly await more of your works.
