1. Crimson finished a complete systems check on Silvanna with about an hour to spare before mission clock starts. There was alot of action inside the base. Civilians and military personal where packing everything that could be carried out. Mechanical crews where taking anything that could be transported off their bases. Crimson figures she had enough time to head back to her old room to retreive a few items she had stored in a locked heavy footlocker. She patted Silvanna's leg before walking off towards the crew quaters. It was busy in the hallways. People moving with dufflebags filled with everything they could fit for a while. It took her twenty minutes to get past the crowds before reaching the intersection hallway that leads to the quaters. It was silent and errie as only a few MPs that stopped her a few doors down from the crew quaters she was assigned too when she arrived at the base. "I'm sorry miss but orders are to make sure everyone is on the rover. I'm affraid you'll turn around and head to your predesignated evac area." One tall MP tells her as she leans a little to see the door she needs to get to. "Please I just need to get something out of my footlocker. It's important to me." Crimson says as she tries to push by the MPs to get to the room. Both the MPs grab her by the arms and try to hold her back before one MP notices her platnium-white hair and looks over to his friend. Then they let her go before saluting. "Sorry Ma'am. We didn't recognize you." Says the slightly shorter MP. Crimson salutes the back before she nodded. "It's ok. Don't worry. It will only take me a few minutes. Please go make sure the rest of the personal and civilians are evacuated before the rover arrives." Crimson watched as the two MPs salute again before continuing on their patrols to evac everyone out. Crimson walked into her old barracks then stops to look around. It was so empty. All the beds are stripped bare of bedding and most of the foot lockers are opened and emptied except one. It was all the way in the back where only one bed remains neatly made. Her old cot and underneath her old cot was her foot locker. She walked down the row of bunks. Her hands touching the cool metal which only a few hours ago had soldiers sleeping in them. This base felt more like a home then a military instillation for the past year for her. Though she kept to herself most of the time when she could. Though it's only been three days since she became a pilot. It seemed like years since she was in this room. She reached her bunk and kneeled down. Reaching under her old cot and grabbing the handle to her footlocker. It was heavy but she gently pulls on the handle to make it slide out from underneath. It came faster then she thought but she didn't pay no attention to that and pulled a key from her pocket. She inserted the key to the lock and twisted left. Hearing the click of the locking mechanism releasing. Pulling the lock off and lifting the lid up on the footlocker. She put her hand in and pulling some standard btu's out of the locker. Underneath the standard cloths was a falls floor panel. A dial pad was underneath it as she entered her numerical password to unlock what she was really after. The false floor panel opened up and she pulled out a gun case, a pciture, a small medical pack, and a little black case before putting the panel back then putting the cloths back ontop. She placed the small medpack in the lower right pouch on her right leg, the picture and the little black case on the upper right pouch of her right leg. Pushed the locker back under the bunk before grabbing the gun case and standing up. Then she made her way back to the Knight's hanger. The hallways seemed so quiet without the people in them. For the first time since she was fourteen. She didn't want to leave this place but they had no choice. It was exposed and it surely was going to be targeted by the Barons in the near future. It was only logical to abandon a base that lost it's strategic value. Still it will take her time to get used to a new base and new faces. She made her way back to the hanger with twenty minutes to spare. She made her way over to Silvanna with hopes that she'll be able to get suited up and ready before everyone.
2. Crimson came into the hanger to find Silvanna with new armor. It was different then when they left for battle just over a day ago. The armor looked very thin compared to traditional armor. Though Saph and Hunter where already in the hanger. Crimson ignored them or any attempts to get her attention as she scrolled away on attatchments to her rifle. Also on detailed maps on the route plus on any known baron unit. Looking over any structural schematic for exploits and design flaws for her to use. Knowing that it could be completely outdated but it was all she had. She got lost in reading on everything possible for the next mission. Though she got threw it within two hours with more then four hours to go before Silvanna reached out to her. "Seems like you are thourogh with your prep work Crimson." Silvanna said. "It's usually my routine before rushing out the way we did the other day." Crimson says while checking out rifles the base had in stock for Knights. Mainly Silvanna. "We almost died because of inadiquet weaponry and ammo." "You did very well with what you had. I say even with standard equipment. You are one precise and deadly sniper. So...who trained you?" Silvanna seemed to be interested in her past. "Depends on which parents you want to know." Crimson slides down the lader before taking a computer off the maintance cart to check on the camo-cape. "My mother was the best sniper in West Point before the barons showed up. My father was a top grade sabature." "Was? So I assume they are no longer with us." Silvanna says as Crimson stops running systems checks. "Oh...I seemed to hit a tender spot. Sorry didn't mean to upset you." "My parents put all there knowledged into...me..." Crimson said returning to her system checks. "No don't tell me your sorry and I want to talk about it. Both my parents put all there knowledge into me by putting me in a chair with a helmet that transmitted it into my brain. I wanted to close my eyes. To close my eyes and shut the images, the numbers, weapons spec, everything they know before..the sounds where added. Most of my pre-teens and early teens after the barons arived where like that. From the second I woke up till they thought it was enough. When I was fourteen was when my parents died. They gave me time to run before my home for years....was turned into a glass crater. They gave me the skills to survive but....." Crimson trails out. "Wow...explains your talent at such a young age. Sorry about your parents and what they did." Silvanna says while Crimson wiped away the tears before she finishes her system checks. "But they didn't give me the skills to be a normal person. So being said I may only be your pilot for a year. Maybe a little more if I'm lucky. So I'll focus on protecting those who can. Now lets start pre-mission start ups and check list." Crimson said as she starts the pre-mission start ups and check lists. "Oh ok then. Lets started. The sooner the better and Crimson. From what you told me...sounds like they where trying to give you the chance to find them on your own. Anyways...I'll run a diagnostic on my nano-suit compound." Silvanna said as Crimson just nodded while continuing with everything. Finishing just under an hour before mission launch.
3. By the time they got back to the base. Crimson didn't feel like she didn't get thrashed by that big Baron unit and the explosion. She was sure she broken a few bones. Fractured some of her ribs and maybe get a few torn muscle ligaments from the rolling. Though she couldn't say anything about Silvanna. He was in bad shape. His right arm and leg where critcally damaged. The right side of the torso took mild damaged. The rolling did lightly damage the other parts of the Knight. She got out of Silvanna and started to walk around before sitting down. As she starts to relax a little. Saph walks over and orders her to stand. Crimson looked at Saph for a moment or two before standing up as ordered. Saph begins to rub her in places. The injuries she felt after the club wack and explosion seemed to have gone from extrememly painful to just like combat practise or a rough party. She of course where Saph rubbed hurt but she only wenced. Saph told her to get a hot meal, a hot shower, and a good night's sleep. She saluted Saph and went over to Silvanna and the repair crew surround him. She wanted to make sure Silvanna was repaired well as she heard Bear telling them they only got twenty-four hours to relax before escorting everyone in the base to a new base. "Twenty-four hours isn't long but least I can get a long sleep in." Crimson said as she let the crew do there jobs. "It's long enough for a rest, a good mea, a hot shower, re-arm and repair. Get used to it Crimson. This is your life now." Silvanna said. Crimson looked around to see if the repair crew heard Silvanna. They where going along their business as Shu, Hunter, Obsidian, Saph, and herself are pulled into a conference room. The pilot they met just before being pushed out the hanger died a few hours before they arrived back. Bear said she died because of her organs aging four times as fast due to zero. No wonder why Knight pilots last a year. Though she was doing the math in her head. If the internal organs age four times the normal. Knight pilots should last more then one year. Two to three should be the average. Four if they are lucky. Something didn't add up. Bear then said something about resonance with the Knights. They where dismissed and she made her way to the new quarters just for Knight pilots. She skipped grabbing food and a hot shower to just throw herself onto the bed and fall asleep almost as her head hits the pillow. Her dream was filled with the battle. Silvanna's voice and images from her childhood. She slept for ten full hours which isn't normal for her. She usually sleeps for six to eight hours but the battle had worn her out. Crimson woke up in a cold sweat before sitting on the bed for a twenty minutes before taking a few deep breaths. Whipping tears away from her face. She cursed a little about her perfect memory. It was a gift and a curse to have the ability to remember every little detail even the feelings at the time. It made her nightmares living hell. She looked at the time. Ten hours she's been asleep and she smelled bad. So she took off her shirt and threw it in the hamper before taking off her bra then threw that into the hamper before she bent over. Untying her combat boots with a grunting sigh of relief. Crimson took off her socks and threw them into the hamper as well before rubbing the soles of her feet then unbuckles the belt. Crimson pulled the belt from the belt loops and lets that fall to the floor with a clank. Then unbuttons the btu pants and pulls them off her legs. This time she walked over to the hamper and dropped them into it before slidding down her panties to toss it into the hamper. Though she just wanted to be with the other soldiers in the base. The perks to being a Knight pilot was pretty good. Her own room and it had a big shower. Crimson reached up and pulled a pin from her hair. Letting it fall down to her waist before running her fingers threw it. Sighing she walked into her shower then started to run a semi-hot shower. Crimson looked around before stepping into the shower. It was a habbit as she didn't like to shower with people around. So she would take a shower when everyone was sleeping but now could take a shower without worry of someone walking in on her. The water feels good washing over her skin and in her long white hair. It took her a full hour to wash up before getting dressed in btu's and a black tanktop. Leaving her hair completely down then walks back to the hanger to check on Silvanna and to check to on upgrades for Silvanna. Hoping to get a larger and more powerful sniper cannon, better satchel charges, and better ammo for the weapons.
4. Well Crimson could use a jump jet system to get to high places or glide over terrain very quickly in a short amount of time. A powerful railgun sniper cannon and DU/EP (Depleated Uranium / Explosive) rounds. And maybe a huge shotgun.
5. Crimson watches as Hunter push that big baron into the ground as the armor glows red from the thermite rounds. It gave her an idea though. It's armor is weakened by the thermite and the amount of chaingun rounds hitting it. As it fell onto it's oversized ass she checked how much rounds she has left. Five rounds is all she has left for her rifle. The armor of that thing might be weak enough for her rounds to slice threw and she still had her det-packs as well. She threw her the last five rounds into her rifle before moving as fast as she could. She only had a few moments before that thing's backup systems kicked in. Crimson opened a secure channel to Hunter, Shu, Obsidian, and Saph. "Friends I'm going to blast a hole in it's chest with the remaining rounds I have and shove my det-packs into it. That should take care of it but Hunter could you focus some of your rounds on it's center chest plate to speed the thermite up?" "Sure thing Crimson." Hunter replied as she moved to a sand dune just behind the thing. She waited as Hunter focused onto the chest plate of the thing. The thermite speeding up on eating that area as the rest of the team stay on edge just incase. Soon as she sees the spot where Hunter's chaingun's hitting the most glow red. She takes a deep breath as her Knight speaks to her again. "You know that this could hurt both of us as well if you don't get it right the first time." The Knight says with little faith in her skills. "You did turn off auto-aim and I'm sure you can't land five rounds dead on while falling from the sky." Crimson just ignored his sarcastic comments as she waited. Hearing each round of Hunter's chaingun hitting the weakening armor of the beast. Aiming down the sights would be a waste of time and she had to rely on her instincts to land each bullet precisely on a single point before landing on it's chest. Crimson closed her eyes as she started to run off the dune. Jumping at the last second to do a front flip as she uses the gravity to play into her aiming. It felt like forever for her. Each round went out of her rifle slowly. The bullet flies for a second before hitting the weakest part of the thermite infected armor. The last bullet leaves her rifle and breaks a small hole in the armor as she landed feet first on it's chest. Immediately slings her rifle onto her back with a clink from the mag-plating indicating the rifle was secure. Crimson grabs the det-packs from under her Knight's chest plate before taking one off and shoving it into the small hole before standing up to jump off sliding the rest back under the chest plate. Next thing she knew was that there was a sharp pain in her back and lower legs before being flinged off the things chest. Rolling head over before slamming into a sand dune. It hurt more then she thought as her entire lower half was badly damaged. Her legs barely worked at all and with the slam into the dune. The rest of her body wasn't responding as fast. She lost the detonator in the rolling so the only way for the det-pack to explode is for Hunter to use a well placed heat round on it. Crimson opens a channel to Hunter. Her screens where messing up and she was barely able to talk. "Hu..Hunter u..use a..a hea..eat round on..on the det-pack!" Crimson forces herself to say it loud enough before the link cuts out. In a few seconds she heard Hunter shoot one round before it's followed by a big explosion. She was sure that would be the end of that thing. No way the pilot could survive an internal explosion. She was looking over an outline of her Knight's body. She was still operational but repairs would be needed asap. Herself on the other hand could use a night in the er and a hot shower again. She pushes herself off the sand dune before stumbling around then falls onto her knees. Looking around to see Hunter, Shu, Obsidian, and Saph all standing over the big bastard's shell. They did it. They actually did it. Any remaining baron ran off with there tails tucked between there legs. Saph came on the screen as well did the others. They where all pretty beaten up and exhausted. "Lets go home guys." Saph said. Crimson stood up. Holding her left side and goes to join the rest. Kicking the big thing between it's legs. Shu, Obsidian, and Hunter all said ouch over the comm when she did that. Knowing where she kicked she started to laugh before the pain in her left side cut her laughing short. It was time to return to base and hopefully get a well deserved rest. As they walked she started to talk to her knight again. "Your name is Silvanna." Crimson said as she walked. "Silvanna? Interesting name chosen by an interesting pilot. Seems that you are more skilled and lets face it. A daredevil then I originally took you for." Silvanna said as they walked back to base. "Remind me not to pull a stunt like that again. Don't think command would like have a huge repair bill every time I go out." Crimson smirked and laughed slightly. "Oh remind me also to request specialized rounds for our sniper rifle. Standards aren't going to cut it against thick armored brutes." "You got it Crimson. Now just concentrate on getting us home so you can see a doctor and I can see the repair team. Don't talk back Crimson." His voice sounded a little like the tone her dad use to when he was alive. Crimson stayed quiet the rest of the walk home.
6. Crimson was looking over her Knight. The rifle it was equipted was massive in scale compared to normal guns. Crimson was touching the Knight's right leg when her attention was drawn to another woman on the catwalk above them. She looked very tired and like something was sucked out of her. The last pilot before them. Is she the only one who was left out of last year's batch? Crimson feels a little sad that in one years time. She'd be more likely to be dead either from the Barons or Zero consuming the soul. After Imera gave them all her best wishes. They started to climb into their Knights. Crimson was still feeling the after affects from the injection. Anyone could tell from just her face. Crimson climbed into the small yet roomy cockpit of the Knight as even the interior was painted to match the exterior. Black with dark red highlights but the lights where white. That was ok with her. It was probably just to help get adjusted inside till combat or activation of the Knight. The door closed behind her whiched caused her to panic slightly. It's one thing to be underground. It's another to be inside something with no room. As she looks for either a way to contact the workers outside or a way out. The Knight spoke to her. The voice was male, deep based, and seemed to disapprove of her. "So another wants to pilot me. So tell me girl. Why are you wanting out after suffering so much?" The voice says to Crimson. Crimson stops trying to escape the small cage. Crimson looked around for a speaker or com unit for the voice to come out. "~Sighs~ Such a drag. My last pilot knew what to do. I see that they skip the training on Knight piloting. Such a waste of tallent. So I ask again girl." The voice says. Crimson assumed it was either programed or using internal sensors to detect her. "Why are you wanting out after suffering so much?" Crimson walked into the center of this small room. Scared more so of the voice then the need to have an escape route. "W..we didn't even get time to rest. And y.your right. They did skip Knight piloting." Crimson says with a scared tone. She was trying to put herself back together. She spoke again but this time spoke a little more confident. "My name is Crimson. I'm the new pilot for the Black Knight. If I wanted out. I wouldn't have signed up for this or died with the others from the injection of Zero." The center of the small room lights up as a ring starts to slide down from the ceiling to the floor. Crimson was right in the middle of it as this dark red sticky latex like substance was coating her body. Crimson closed her eyes and tried to hold completely still. As the latex like suit tightened on her body. Crimson left off a gasp before grabbing her right arm. Just above where they injected Zero. "That's more of the attitude I want to hear out of my new pilot. I took the liberty of looking over your appilcation files to the Knight candidate program. Very intersting and it's no wonder why you where picked as likely candidate for me. In time we'll get to become one. For now we have something to do before we sit down to talk more." The entire room lit up as a holographic image of the rifle the Knight had appeared in her hands as well as the cap that wrapped around the body. Crimson moved her right arm. The Knight moved it's right arm the exact way she did. Crimson looked around. It seemed Saph was already on the move as well as Hunter and Shu. Obsidian and herself seemed to be bringing up the back end of the group as she slowly takes small safely guess steps to make sure she didn't do anything wrong. Her Knight spoke again. "Come on Crimson. It's no different from what you normally do but instead of normal things. You are in me. We are one." The Knight says as Crimson shortly starts to walk normally. The floor moved to keep her in perfect center as the screens displayed a three hundred and sixty degree vew. The first one hundred and eighty degrees are primary line of sight. The extra is for when looking over the shoulder. Crimson speaks up as she follows Saph and the others out the huge hanger door to the sandy wastes where the Baron waits for them. "Do you have a name Knight?" Crimson wanted to know if she should just call it Knight or if it had a name. "Call me what ever you want Crimson." Crimson went silent. More so on appearing beside Saph near the right side of Saph's Knight. A little on thinking of a name. "First things first. Lets take care of these guys then come up with a name." Crimson nodded slightly. She was more interested in looking up the cloak. It didn't actually cloak her to make her invisable to the naked eye. It masked the Knight's EM and Thermal signiture from sensors which in turn made the Knight vanish from optical sensors. The Barons where waiting for them when they all got out of the bunker. There where alot of them. Just from optical sensors there must of been a full platoon waiting. Five against a full platoon. Where they really no match against the Knights or are they only in large numbers to attempt to wipe them out only a few hours after surviving a long night of pain? The red stuff covering her body made her a little itchy but didn't want to scratch where it did itch. The Barons spoke. The nerve of them to order them to drop their weapons and surender. Crimson just gripped the hologram of the rifle. She knew what the Barons would do to them now that they are Knight pilots and what they would do to the people inside the underground base. Then a shot rang out. Saph's first round didn't hit anything besides the sand a few hundred meters away behind the lead Baron's head. In a split second. Shu and Obsidian took off running towards the Barons while Hunter began to use high explosives against the Barons. Crimson's Knight activated the cloak as Crimson started to climb the sand dune behind them to get into a better overview spot to snipe from. Saph drew a LMG and began to fight. Crimson had to becareful snipping. With two melee units mixing with Baron units. She couldn't risk friendly fire so she aimed towards the back of the Baron ambush. Crimson would pick off other snipers and heavy units first. That would help Shu and Obsidian greatly and would take fire off of Saph and Hunter. The Knight's computer assisted aiming was enabled so the first few shots where slightly off. They severly damaged a few Baron's but not destroying them completely. "Turn off the assited aim mode. Switch to manual." Crimson said to her Knight. "Are you sure about that? You did hit them." Her Knight says sarcastically. "Yes I'm sure about it. Switch to manual mode now!" Crimson hated the assisted aiming mode. That would before pilots who don't know how to use long range weapons. She knew how to utilize long range weapons. "Fine Crimson. Manual mode engaged." Her knight said as the next shot took off a Baron sniper's head. The sand was a great buffer to the kick back of the rifle and also helped masked the heat blast from thermal sensors. Crimson felt like each shot was hours. It took her a bit to adjust to not aiming down a real sight but soon was using the Knight's rifle as she was handling her own. The battle seemed to last all night. By the sun's rise. Crimson was down to her last magazine. Shu and Obsidian where beat up but still fighting. Saph and Hunter seem to be running low on ammo. They only had a few more Barons left to destroy before retreating back to base. Crimson moved constantly from one sand dune to the next after every magazine. It was important to keep moving least your position to be trianglulated and blasted on. If the group of five wheren't tired before. They sure would be when the battle was over.
7. Crimson felt like the pain would never end. The screaming was so bad. So many people screaminging. The right arm was burning the most where Zero was injected. She wasn't the one for much pain so she was sure that she was going to die. The night went on which felt like decades to her. Screams slowly died down till there was silence. Dead silence before she heard someone talking. She slumped down onto the wooden floor. Her body burning from the inside before forcing her head to look up to see Hunter, Saph, Shu, and Obsidian. All four seem to have survived. At first she thought she died and this was purgatory. She stumbled around. Hearing the big male say something about getting cleaned up and dressed. She sees Saph stumble into the bathroom before Crimson takes Saph's lead and heads towards the locker rooms to shower and get dressed. Crimson stumbled towards a door with her name on it. On the bench was a strange suit but she started to strip off the soaked cloths and heads into the showers. She adjusts the water to be just a bit hotter then normal. Standing under the shower head as the water washed. The sound of water was louder but it feels like they where slowed down before she turned the water off. She shakes her head thinking it's just zero's after affect. She suited up before looking at herself in a wall mirror. She was paler then normal and she was exhausted. If she was to pilot a craft she had no training. It wasn't going to be good. "Couldn't they have waited till we at least got some sleep?" Crimson says rubbing her eyes trying to keep herself from waking up before entering the hanger. Saph was already there and the big man from before. "Crimson, Black pilot. Welcome. From this point there is no going back.Do you accept?" The big man says looking at her. She felt small compared to him before walking to her Knight. "Could I take a few hours to sleep?" Crimson asks. "We need you out there now. No time to rest." The big man says leading her to the black knight. "This is your partner." Crimson looks to the Knight. Her suit was completely black with dark red highlights. The Knight was colored the same as her suit. "My partner?" She noticed the sniper rifle in the Knight's hands. "Thank you Sir." Crimson says walking down between two lines of crewmen. All saluting which made her very nervous. The big man turned her over to a small crew to help her get into the knight and prepare for battle to come.
8. Kayin, you need to give your knight's appearence, strengths, and weaknesses but all in all. Pretty goood. can't wait till KG gets this going!
9. Looks like we got everyone but Kayin. Guess he's our resident demo-man!
10. Name: Crimson Age: 21 Personality: Crimson is quiet and shy girl. Stays away from large groups if at all possible. She loves simple things of life long gone that her mother shown her in movies and such. Crimson loves to cook when she can and when she makes friends. She sticks by them as much as she can. She claims friends are the only things that keep her alive at night in this long endless war. Appearence: http://www.wallpaper...-hair-anime.jpg (Note: Eye color is crimson red instead ofblue eyes in the picture.) Blood Type: AB+ Special Training: Crimson received long range training from a very early age by her father and infiltration techniques from her mother. Combat Training: Basic hand to hand and survival techniques along with sabotage techniques. Reason for Fighting: Crimson lost her parents and entire family to the Barons at fourteen years old. She spent the years to her twenty-first perfecting her special training before applying to be a Knight canidate. Knowing the odds are stacked against her to be joined to a Knight via the Zero chemical. Knight: Black Knight Knight Appearence: The knight is consistant of mixed light and medium armor. Medium armor is protecting the chest, entire left arm, thighs, calves, shines, and head. Light armor takes over areas where mobility would be hindered. Especially around the right arm, hips, shoulders, neck, ankles, and knuckles. A cloak covers most of the body of the Knight but the main body color is a dark red. All joints and trim are black. The eyes are also black. Armor is in place to provide the best protection during covered sniping protection. Knight could take several hits before being incapacitated or destroyed. Knighs Strengths: Sniping at range is the best strength. The cloak acts as a thermal camoflage which hides the Knight's EM and Thermal emissions by most sensors. Sabotage is a secondary function for this Knight. The Knight carries a few small det-packs on a sling underneath chest armor to prevent pre-mature detonation. Knight is equipted with a monomolecuar dagger for self defense. The mix armor gives the Knight good agility. Knights Weakness: The Knight isn't equipted for close range and hand to hand. Firing the sniper cannon shifts the EM and Thermal too high for the cloak to hide. Plus the det-packs are vulerable to gun fire so a shot would detonate it. Having no armor besides the metal covering the joints. Those are also weakpoints. A flash of light near the optical units would blind the pilot and sensors temporarly. Currently the cloak is best used stationary and only covers the main body. Arms, legs, and head could be exposed if firing angle is different. ((Edited: Needed change Knight's appearence. Also it's great to see you again KayG.))
11. Ghost shook his head and patted TJ's shoulder before standing up. Slinging the rifle over the right shoulder before moving out towards the door as night creeps in on this small little town besiged by a dark dangerous creature from hell. TJ looked up and saw Ghost heading outside. "Hey where you going Ghost?" TJ asked as the others took note. "Setting up a nest across the street." Ghost said pointing at the building across the street. "A nest? What are you a bird?" Dylan said with a joking tone. "No...a sniper's nest. I'm staying up and keeping guard over the hotel's entrance. Kai pissed the creature off. It will want blood. Our blood." Gene stepped up and walked over to Ghost. "Your no good to use tired Ghost." Ghost shaked the comment off before turning around to look at Gene, Dylan, and TJ. "I've been trained by top marine long range and city snipers since I was six. I've done four years of training. Two which are three week months where I do twenty-three hour days straight. I can stay up for days if not weeks without feeling tired. I am watching the entrace to make sure you guys don't get chopped to bits and eatened by that thing. So if you guys want to argue on who wants to take first watch. Be my guest. But I am the only person here that has dexterity training to last all night and still be bright as rain as the rest of you are drooling and dragging yourself out of bed. Get a good shower. Hot food and a warm bed. Because I have a feeling after tonight. You can kiss that goodbye for a good long while." Ghost said loosing a bit of control over that calm voice of his and turning around then sprinting off over to the building across the street. Using the fire escape ladders to get to the top floor fast then onto the roof. Ghost didn't wait to hear Gene's remark or anyone. The real reason why he chosed to get all the way up here is to be alone. Ghost set up a spot that overlooked the entire courtyard of the hotel and most of the rooms on the side facing Ghost. Ghost would wait till everyone has gone to bed before heading to his room to take a hot shower and eat something. MRE's are great if you don't have anything else to eat for a while but not for every day meals. Just gets too bland and tasteless after a while. It would be a quater past one in the morning before all the lights where out and Ghost gathered the makeshift snipers nest and headed to the room. Looking around to see if anyone is awake before entering the room and neatly taking off the camo netting that was in the shape of a jacket before removing the jacket under it which included the crowl attatched to the jacket. Walks fast over to the window and shuts the curtains then returns to stripping the under-armor shirt. Ghost rubbed the Ace a foot wide bandage wrap covering just below the collar bone, under the arms and half way down the rib cage. Four metal claws hold the bandage wrap tight on the chest before taking off the mask. Ghost let out a sigh while stepping into the bathroom to get the shower water running. The door to Ghost's room is unlocked but shut. Thinking that no one would be awake at this hour so no need to lock the door. "Time for a little down time...doubt the windego can get inside a room. Too tall..." Ghost says out load slightly. Taking that thing on will be a challange in it's own right....and a great challange for Ghost. That thing is almost ten feet taller and is stinky as ****. Thought Ghost wondered where Miss Oka is. Ghost hasn't seen her all night even when perched in the adjacent building.
12. Ghost walked holding the rifle with the barrel pointing down over the left foot and the butt near the right shoulder as they walked. TJ was talking as well as scratching the back of his head. His tone was non-preference. Ghost reached over and grabbed TJ by the collar of his shirt. Pulling him close while keeping a steady pace to cover the flank. Ghost didn't pull too hard just enough to get TJ within semi-whispering distance. "Don't be too indecive TJ. That gets people killed." Ghost said in a more monotoned voice while readjusting TJ's shirt collar. "I'm better off in the distance where my rifle can do it's best. I assume you have a better close quaters fighting skills then I. I'm more or less a straight up puncher. Doesn't mean I can't hold my own against a few rough guys at bar. Got a colt .45 and a bowie knife for personal protection.": Ghost said pulling the handgun out to show to TJ before returning it to it's under left arm holster then tapping the bowie knife on the right hip. TJ showed mild interest before talking again. "So what's the real reason you pulled me in this close?" TJ said. Still in a casual tone. "Miss Oka is a werewolf and Gene seems to have it out for her spot as leader." Ghost said a bit more quietly. Luckily the coms only activate if the button is pushed or set to continuous broadcast. "From what happened on the heli before we got flown here....Something happened to Gene in his past to have a distinct hatred for were's. The Elder has something of great value to Miss Oka otherwise she'd would of went to find her brother long ago and...there seems to be something going on much bigger then we are led on to believe. If you look at all the awol and demolished Hunter chapels...to that book...it's a safe bet that Miss Oka's brother is either the one corrupting the awol hunters and/or destroying the HQs. Or something is following Miss Oka's brother and is causing the problems." Ghost got in real close to TJ's ear. "Or something even worse...Miss Oka's brother has found something very dangerous to the Elder's position. Thus..the Elder is trying to find Miss Oka's brother to either kill or imprison him before he can spill the beans." ~Ghost moves back in arms reach of TJ before letting off a laugh. "Hey TJ didn't get you for a comedian. That was a great joke. The others look back but just kept walking while TJ looked a bit confused but just went with it and laughed as well. Ghost gave TJ a 'keep it between us' look before handing TJ a water canteen. "Look a bit thirsty TJ. Here take a drink. Let's get to know each other a bit more. Seems like we are getting paired up for a while." Ghost said trying to make a friend in this strange group.
13. The group got into the helicopter but before Ghost when to join them. He'd reach into his truck and pull out a large duffle bag. It was his emergancy deployment bag. It had enough MREs to last three weeks out in the wild. Spare cloths which contained a small camo modification suit to adapt to new surroundings, and a mix of ammo for his L96C and the Colt Special .45 pistol. He'd always pack this bag every morning before heading out to work just incase. He walked over to Oka and saluted her before handing her transfer papers to sign. Once she signed it he saluted her again and moved onto getting inside the helicopter. Once inside, he sat somewhere just out of reach of most. He was thinking of asking to leave and go back to his home cell but Oka did request him by name which meant she's either heard of his skill or someone with high enough clearence passed info to Oka that made her want him on the team. It didn't matter to Ghost. He followed orders, well mostly. When off mission or during some down time. He'd get in trouble alot for talking and bending regulations at home. It annoyed the suppers to no end but when he was on a mission. Either assigned or personal. He was sharp and pretty much determined to see it through. To him, this was just another assignment. He'd closed his eyes to slip into a memory to review what has happened. Remembering all the faces, names, places, and every little detail of his room. His edetic memory was a gift and a curse. He could remember what he had for his first meal almost to the point of when he was born but it also meant he remembered every little detail on how much his life was hell before he was left to die in Oregon at the age of five. If not for what he considered to be his real parents. Biological or not. He'd be dead and just another missing person's case that never got solved. Ghost takes a deep breath before the little spat between Oka and the one called Gene snapped him out of his trance as he quickling reassembled his pistol in less then two seconds and readies it for defensive purpose. Oka was in some kind of trance herself brought on by anger instilled by the one called Gene. Gene had that cold shoulder his adopted father had. Military most likely but there was a hint of pain in it. Something he lost turned him into a cold dark stone. Oka seemed to have a fire in her. Gene claims that Oka is run by emotion. Oka claims Gene's a heartless bastard. He shook his head and holstered his pistol when the Elder interviened. Putting an end to the spat of the two who let the emotions burn unchecked. After a while. TJ and Oka came back to the copter along with Gene who seems to have gotten his ass chewed by a chuwawa. The other one named Dylan seems to have a more grayed view on the two. TJ seems to be a nice guy. Even though he will miss his home unit. This unit could prove to be fun and exciting if they stop fighting each other. Ghost closed his eyes again and started to remember a book he read about a month ago. It was about the new mods for the L96 model sniper rifle. A new scope that is smaller then his but offers thermal and night vision as well as a hundred times zoom. New carbon parts that would help reduce the weight of the rifle as well as a new barrel that's supposed to increase long range hits and decrease the flash of the muzzle. He'd already purchased these mods but it was still good to look at them while on this trip. He took a deep breath and open his eyes. Ghost saw two of the guys come up to him. To talk to him and get some kind of information out of him during the long silent copter ride. He went through this with every person he's ever met. The generic questions like: "What's with the mask or What's wrong with your eyes or the most asked question of all. Why is your name Ghost?" Ghost already had a response ready and decided to just say it before they could ask the questions. "My mask is to hide my face. I want to be remembered for what I've done. Not on how I look. I don't have some messed up face. I don't have scars under the mask either. My eyes are like this since birth. It's a very rare genetic mutation that causes an abnormal color to for around the pupil. Most have one eye colored different from the other and the reason why my name is Ghost is because by the US government. I don't exist. No birth certificate and no social security number." Ghost said pulling out the Colt .45 pistol and a small cleaning tool. He'd ejected the clip then pulled the top of the pistol back to eject the unused bullet out. Catching it with the same hand that ejected it and sliding it back into the magazine of the pistol. He'd pull the top back to indicate it was empty and started to push the cleaning tool down the barrel of his pistol. He'd ocassionally check the sights on the pistol as he cleaned the barrel. It was more or less a habit of his to clean and check his guns whenever possible. As they touched down, the pilot named Lucas. He's a sweet guy and he looks like he's in pain but carries on with his job. Started to turn off the engines in order before checking the list for emergancy dust off. He was the last one out before he patted the pilot's shoulder indicating he did a great job with the flying. As they gathered around, Oka gave them a short breifing. As she says work together and everyone says Ok, in this case for Ghost it was roger. He sinced Gene hesitating for a moment before pushing his pride back. If something isn't settled between them two. They'd have alot more to worry about the some bear attacking hikers and campers. Ghost stopped the group before kneeling down to dig in his duffle bag. "What's the hold up?" Dylan said like nothing was wrong. "I brought something along that might help us stay in contact with each other and if in trouble it would guide us to your exact location via military grade GPS." Ghost says handing out handsets to everyone. On the handsets where an ear piece that's designed to not fall off nor break in any weather condition. Part way down the line near the jaw was a round thing that stuck to the throat. "That is what captures your voice. It helps cut out white noise and unwanted chatter from others." Ghost says showing how to put it on. "The handsets are already set to a secure channel. If you get lost or in trouble. The handsets will send out a locator beacon and we'll get a notification of it on ours. We'll be able to find you within a ten meter radius of the beacon." Ghost says slinging his bag back over his back. It was important to make sure the team could find each other just incase as well be able to communicate with each other. TJ asked a questioned. "Why do we need these when we have or cells?" TJ asked. Which was a valid question. "Out in the mountains. The cells have little to no reception of comercial grade satalittes. Handheld systems like walkies are limited to range and are effected by terrain. These are military grade comms and GPS systems designed to work in almost any condition. They are waterproof, damage resistant, and have a long battery life. Perfect considering that I did some research in the area we are operating in. There are a lot of abandoned mines around here. Mostly coal mines but some are copper and other metals that could effect signal power and radius." Ghost says almost kind of proud of it. "This was gift from my folks last year." They continued the hike as he enjoyed the scenery.
14. Ghost spread the salt over the corpse's remains and said a few words before burning the remains. "Find piece with your children in heaven as God is forgiving and understanding. No more torment and no more pain. It is time to lay down for a final rest." He says digging into his pockets. As he placed two quaters over her closed eyes to pay for the fairy to heaven. He would like a torch and light the remains on fire. Over the headset, he could hear the spirit burn and turn to ectoplasmic dust. He took a deep breath and burried the remains of the corpse he just burnt. He placed a head stone with the woman in white's full name on it along side a few more for her children she killed. "May the deeds you have done be forgiven in the after-life and enjoy all time with your children woman in white." Laying a white rose with two red roses on either side of the white rose. He held his finger on the headset. Listening into the conversation before Oka ordered everyone to return to the motel. He wanted to ask what motel as he only arrived half an hour ago from the Oklahoma Hunter's branch. Slings his rifle over his shoulder and presses on the talk button on the headset to comfirm the new orders. "Roger that Ma'am. Please send motel location and room number to my personal cell. Ghost out." He says placing the headset into his pocket and pulling out his cell to confirm the location. He recieved the location and room number and contacted his branch for confirmation on being reasigned to this high ranking unit. He nodded as he listened to his branch leader give him orders. Mostly on keeping his mouth shut and try to make his home branch look good in the re-assignment. He said he'd drop by before leaving to say goodbye to everyone around ten am the day before heading out with Miss Oka. He'd hope in his truck and drove off to the motel which was rather odd seeing as he lived in that same motel just on the other side of the place. "Well..being re-assigned to a new Hunter cell isn't my idea of punishment..." Says out loud thinking to himself as he adjusts his mask to make it easier to drive in the dark. "...But those guys seem like a messed up bunch. I'm sure to fit in!" He would say even louder doing the fist pump and almost drived right off the road into oncoming trafic. "OH ****!" He yelled out getting back on the right side of the road. He sighed and drived silently to the motel. He parked next to a van with tinted windows and sighed. "I hope they aren't driving that....thing." He's always hated those vans. Didn't know why but he shrugged and carried his rifle and a small bag upstairs to the teams room. He took a deep breath and almost knocked on the door but backed away as he placed the bag right at the door then knocked on the door before walking off down the balcony to his room. He didn't want to meet his new team members after what he heard on the headset in the night so he decided he'd talk to Oka at least to get orders signed so it was completely official he was intergrated into her team. He slide his key card through the card reader and opened his door. His room was basically the same way he rented it. Plain and simple. Just a small bench for his ammo modifications and for his mask which he took off and placed where it normally goes. "Well Pops and Ma....I'm doing important things even if the world will never know of it. I miss you both so much." Right next to where his mask is placed is the only photo of his adopted parents and himself. It was taken when he turned seventeen. They both passed away a year later. He promised them he'd do something to help better the world. To make sure no kid was abandoned and left to die just because the parents where drug adicts and where afraid of their own son's eyes. He striped down to his boxers and layed ontop of his covers. He eventually drifted off to sleep till he heard voices when the day broke into his room in rays across his bed. It sounded like Miss Oka was talking to someone. He could barely make out the words but didn't want to intrued on the private conversation. He'd wait till they get done talking before going to introduce himself properly to Miss Oka.
15. Name: Ghost Age: Presumed to be 21 Gender: Male Appearence: Ghost never takes off his camo. Every inch of him is covered in camo and his face isn't seen as it's hidden under a hood and a mask but when he's eating. Mainly it's forest camo but changes depending on area. Standing average height of 5'6" with a body weight of 210LBS. His muscles are visable around his arms, legs, and upper torso indicating he takes care of his body. He has short dark red hair slicked back and the ends look like spikes that have been bent in the same direction. His skin is light. His feet are camo military grade boots with modified soles to house steel toes and heels along with hidden blade in each sole. His hands are gloves that have plates over the areas where his fingers and hands are but leaves enough room for normal hand movements. Eye color is abnormal. The outer cortex seems to be a mix of browns, greens, and blue. The inner cortex near the pupil seems to be a shade of red. He's had this abnormal eye coloration since birth. Personality: Despite his nickname he's had since he was five. Ghost is a very out going person. He loves to talk to people he likes and always offers to help even if it's not his mission. He's easy to trust others as he doesn't mind making new friends though he has a bit of problem speaking his mind. Background: Ghost was abandoned at the age of five by both of his parents. A few days after he was left out in the middle of no-where. An old man and woman picked him off the ground exactly where his parents told him to wait till they come back for him. Ghost was abnormal from other children. He has sharp eye sight and has an edetic memory. The old man and woman where retired military and owned a small amount of weapons. When he turned eight, his adopted family gave him his first gun. Though at his age at the time, there was no way he could of fired it noless hold it. It was special made L96 with a 64x32x16x8 zoom. It had a biped for steadier shots and a bullpin to make reloading easier without loosing the target. They told him once he gets old enough. He was to take this rifle, a full clip of ammo, a week's worth of supplies, and go out into the woods to kill a black bear. He was not to return till he killed one. This was to prove he was smart enough to outsmart a black bear. Till then he continued to practice his aim and skill with small arms till his sixteenth birthday when he was able to hold the rifle in his hands. He went off into the woods and sat out in a hand made seat in a tree for six days. Barely sleeping a few hours each night. Not a single bear came by. He only had enough food to last one more day so he thought of an idea. He placed what remained of his food out of the wrappers and tubs and left it in the middle of a small clearing then returned to his seat. Two days passed and only a few small critters came by to nibble at the food before scattering. He was tired. He was hungry. He felt the lack of food and sleep starting to wear on his body. But on the eighth day. A black bear comes out of the north part of the clearing. Ghost couldn't get his aim steady enough but was able to look through his scope at 8x zoom. He took long breaths to help steady his pulse rate and get a better shot. His finger started to squeeze the trigger. He was finally going to shoot his first bear. This day he would show the old man and woman that he is a man. He took a very long deep breath and he could feel the time slow down. Every beat of his heart felt like minutes as he squeezes the trigger a bit more. As the trigger was almost to the point of letting a bullet fly before three small cubs come out of the woods from where the big bear came from. He had a perfect shot but something in his heart told him no. He couldn't kill the mother bear so he watched as the bear and her cubs eat what's left of his food before they scattered off back into the deep woods. He would make it back to the cabin and placed his rifle back against the wall. The old man and woman both smiled at his return. Though he told them he waited eight days and finally saw a black bear. He almost pulled the trigger and taken it's life but the bear had cubs. He couldn't bring himself to kill a mother bear so he let her go. He didn't bag a kill nor did he prove himself to his adopted family. They both looked at him and laughed. They told him that was the point of the hunt was not to kill but to know when to take a shot. He became a man when he decided not to shoot the mother bear. He left his adopted family at eighteen to explore the world. He was given a mask when he left and was told that people should like him for his skill not his looks. He's worn that mask ever since. Weapons: L96 Sniper rifle with a 8-64x variable zoom scope and biped attatchment. A Colt .45 hand gun given to him as a farewell gift from his Mother and a bowe knife from his Father. Fighting style: Prefers to engage at mid to long range. Has had some hand to hand training during his late ninteenth and early twenty at a mixed martial arts self defense school. Though compared to those who specialized in MMA. His skill is basic at the best of times.
16. Seems like the two RPs I was in seems to have died....sucks...

17. So......um what's taking everyone to post? Not to be a jerk but Saz Aikeen and I have posted already. Waiting on Sage, Aikeen, and Alex to post next
18. Alphens was already in the room with Alex and the two new squad mates. He came out of his room which had a great over view of two important areas of the acadamy. The training ground and the woods. He walked out of his room with his pistol in his left hand and a cleaning tool jamming in and out of the barrel with his right hand. He sighed looking at the male. Already knowing he's an Alpha just by his build and height. The other girl was cute but he'd learned to not trust a pretty face. He'd guess that she was a werewolf as well but compared to Sage. She was not an omega. Probably an Alpha. though he had nothing against normal werewolves.... He felt pretty outnumbered right now seeing as he was the only human in this building. He walked over and offered his hand to the other male. "Squad force recon and marksmen. Name's Alphans De Ishtra Alicush Von Dominuse the Fourth. Alphens for short." Alphens said looking up at the much taller person infront of him. Thane looked down at the sole human in the room as Sage walks in. Thane didn't shake Alphens hand but just simply said his name. "Name's Thane Marshell." He thought to himself to watch Thane as he looked over at the new female. Offering his hand to her. "Pleasure to meet you Miss..." She also didn't shake his hand. "My name is Aikeen Weathers." Alphens nodded and looked over to Alex. "I just want to make this clear." He walks back towards his room. Turning around to face them all. "You turn feral. I will kill you without hestitation." Alphens returns inside of his room and shuts the door. "What's with him?" Sage says while raiding the fridge. "Is he making a threat?" Thane says. "Humans." Says Aikeen. "I read his file. His entire family was killed infront of him when he was only two by a pack of feral werewolves. Unlike most humans who seen there loved ones being slaughtered. He doesn't just kill our kind on sight. Give him time. He'll grow on you. On all of us. Besides. He is the best damn sniper in this school. Be glade he's on our squad." Alex had that glow around him. Alphens saw it when they where paired up. Though still not trusting any werewolf. Everyone kind of felt sorry for him. Though he didn't expect it to last. Aikeen and Thane got shown there rooms as Sage continues her raid on the fridge.

"Well....it's hard to say I will go after the Crimson Angel." Her eyes scan the silenced pistols the guards hold before looking over to T'kires. "To much messy work that would complicate my search for my father. Besides. It will take more than a few silenced pistols on safety to hurt me." SHe says before moving fast. Disarming the guards and and holding their guns in her hands. She broke them down into parts with in seconds as she doesn't even look at her hands but keeps her eyes on T'kires. The pieces of the guns falling onto the floor before she's only holding the broken down handles of the guns. "And I'm not a drinking partner. I can't get drunk." She said downing the last drink. "Filter out all the alcohal and use it as a bio-fuel source." The guards let out a groan of anger as they watch their guns fall to pieces as T'kires just lets out a vourian smile. She rolled her eyes and kneeled down then reassembles their pistols before handing them back to the guards. She walked over and sat down next to T'kires before lightly pounching his shoulder. She didn't talk for a good while as she seemed to be off in another world. Though if he would look into her eyes. The blue lines in her eyes would be flashing in an almost computing fashion. "So what do you think? T'kires asked, She looked at him before looking at the pad. "Just the target. Crimson Angel is too much of a risk and besides." She looked at him with a wink. "He's doing good work." T'kires just laughs as he casually takes the pounch to his shoulder and drinks his drink. He leaned back as she seemed to go back off into her own little world as the blues in her eyes flashed rapidly. They had several hours before they even needed to leave the club. So it's not like she needed to leave right now. At the moment she was accessing the local net as she accessed the club's cameras easily by her standards. She even made a ghost image as she split the live image into two pieces. That way she could see what's going on in the club without tripping security alarms. This was more of a defensive act for her to do if she was staying in one place longer then an hour. It was even a subroutine to analyze local surroundings to plan escape routes. "Tell me more about yourself." T'kires said just out of the blue. Which caught her off guard and nearly falls off the place she was sitting. She recovered from nearly slipping off her seat. "I already told you about me." She said as she gets back onto the seat. "You told me why you are here but not about yourself." He says looking at her. "I've seen many castes before but they all seem to look the same. You how ever are different then the rest of them." She almost wanted to crack his head open for wanting to know more about herself but she calmed herself as she looked at him. Though she talked her voice had a cold undertone to it. She did not like talking about herself period but she took a chance at it since he didn't try to make some kind of move on her. "I'm a third generation experement hybrid my goverment was doing. The previous generations...did not make it past birth then past five years. Due to reworked growth programs and genetic modifications. They wanted a what humans would call...a furry. Though my exact look was due to my father altering key genes to be unique and one of a kind. My mobile node was made only for my use. No other can use it and if you where to try and hack into it. It would fry anything used to crack it." She would take a small pause in her speach. "I am fashioned after the black wolf located in Maine, United States, Earth's mountains. I have a thin layer of fur the same color of my hair growing from my body. I am unique in many ways. I am the lightest model ever born in the past thousand years. I am the strongest model of my weight class and then some. I am agile. I am fast. I can hack any computer naturally but my father has helped me hone my skills into a very capable hacker. I learned how to use my sword on my own. Making many mistakes in it's use. Through military training I learned how to handle the two massive weapons. The mini-gun and the micro-missile launcher. I also can use the micro-missile as a rough demolition explosive. The armor I wear I have built using scraps. I trust my armor with my life and it's served me well. And I know your asking yourself about my eyes. I am accessing the wireless net. Doing research on things." T'kires dropped his glass as she spoke. It shattered against the hard floor as she turned her head to look at him. "Well...now that's more then I thought would be told." "There really isn't much to tell you that I am willing to share with someone else. Just count yourself lucky I didn't decide to do the opposite of what I normally do when people prod into my own life." She said handing her glass to him as it was only sipped from. "I do not want to know what the opposite is so..thanks for sharing with me." He says taking the glass. "Sure I won't get sick?" He laughed at the joke. She felt something she hasn't been able to feel for a long time. She laughed at the joke as she shook her head no. It felt good to laugh. She checked her internal cloak on the time and they had plenty of time to spend. "I haven't laughed in years. Lets go enjoy ourselves for the night. You though don't drink too much. You can't filter the alcohal out like I can drinking buddy." She said standing up. He smirked as he got up to. "I assure you I can hold my liqure. What do you think I am? Human?" They both laughed at the answering question as they walk back into the bar.
