[color=hotpink][size=1]I love the ghost cat episode! But that's probably just because I love any episode with Shampoo in it. She is, hands down, the best character in the entire series. As for Kuno, I don't know if I'm a big fan. I enjoyed feeling sorry for him in Nihao my Concubine, but when I see him in the episodes I get a bit irked. He is definately a boob-grabber. Well, maybe I like him more than I think. After all, he just wants the love of Akane and "the pig-tailed girl." One thing I don't understand is why are all the male characters so obsessed with Akane? She (seriously, lol) is not cute and she has a major attitude problem. It just baffles me. Oh yes, and if you want to see Lum, she's in the series Urusei Yatsura, which I believed was dubbed into English under the name "Those Obnoxious Aliens."[/color][/size]

I'm just stating that Akane, Ukyo, and Shampoo are the main ones, not to mention Kodachi and Kuno hanging all over him all the time. I really like Ryouga, too. He's such a sweet character and he loves Akane so much, and yet he can never get the attention from her he deserves. He's so cute! He's the only male character on the show that I absolutely adore. Ranma just sort of annoys me because of his huge ego. I haven't really watched a ton (I've seen a few from the first season, and then I own some here and there, and seen all the OAVs), but I've read a lot of episode summaries and I've kept track of some of the manga. One of my favorites is the one where they could to the beach and Shampoo has the "love pills" I believe. It's good fun. ^_^[/color][/size]

[color=hotpink][size=1]I looked at the official directory thread and I couldn't believe that we didn't have a thread for this series. I think its a good a time as any to start one. So who here actually likes this series? For all of you InuYashu nuts, it was also made by Rumiko Takahashi and InuYasha borrows a lot of elements from this show. I find Ranma mostly light-hearted fun, for the most part. It's a romantic comedy about this guy named Ranma who becomes cursed so that when he's hit with cold water, he turns into a girl. Not to go into lots of detail, but he has three fiances and a load of enemies, various ones among them also cursed to turn into a nice crew of animals. So tell me, do you like the show, what episodes/movies/OAVs have you seen, and what characters are you particularly fond of? I'm pretty interesting in seeing if others want to discuss this series. I thought it would breathe a nice breath of fresh air into this forum.[/color][/size]

[color=hotpink][size=1]Well, I really don't remember where exactly or how exactly I learned, but it HAD to have been somewhere between first and fourth grade. See, I used to live in this trailor park and there were a lot of kids out there that were about my age. They were considered the "bad" kids because they were always trying to talk about and I GUESS to have sex. They were the kids that when you played truth or dare, if you said dare they always made you hump something. You know who I'm talking about. Anywho, so one day I'm walking around the way and they are all at this one little boy's house on a gazeebo type thing. And they were taunted me, yelling "You're a VIRGIN!" in that crazy sing-song way that kids do. And I was like "SO!" and truth be told, I had no freaking idea what a virgin was, lol. At some point in time while I lived there, me and a friend of mine stole my dad's porn magazines (I think he kept them in the bathroom, seriously, lol) and we would always look at them. I kept them hid under my bed in my room (well, I shared this room with my sisters) and one day my mom found them. I think I blamed it on my younger sister, who had to have been in second grade at the time. But yeah, I was pretty messed up, lol. And for some reason, I grew up not wanting to have sex until I was married.[/color][/size]

I really feel sorry for Marissa, though, because it seems as though she has a ton of crap going on in her life and it just keeps building up and building up. But it was very nice of Summer and Seth to fix up her room at her dad's place. I'm sure that in reality they could have never finished all of that, but you know, it's just a TV show. Too bad that Luke's leaving, but I never really liked his character anyway. And as for the next episode, well, I'm NOT happy that Teresa is coming back. And it especially sucks that Eddie's been hitting her. I want Ryan and Marissa to stay together and be OKAY. So what do you think about Caleb asking Julie Cooper to marry him?[/color][/size]

[color=hotpink][size=1]The only times that I go to the movies is where it's an absolute MUST SEE movie that I've been looking forward to forever (Matrix, LOTR) or some of my friends are going and I tag along and it just happens to be a good movie. I can count on one hand how many times I've been the movies in the past two years, and two times were for Matrix movies and another two for LOTR movies. So yeah, it's got to be something that has me hooked. I definatley plan on seeing Kill Bill 2 and Spiderman 2 in theaters. OH YES, and Troy. ^_^ *Melts*[/color][/size]

[color=hotpink][size=1]I find astrology fun. It's not something that I believe in, but it is something that's very entertaining. I myself am I a Taurus and I find myself having some of the traits that are typical to Taureans. My mother also possesses these traits. Now, is this because she's also a Taurus or because I have just inherited lots of aspects of her personality? One thing I do like about astrology is that Taurus/Pisces pairings are supposed to be wonderful. And well, I can most definiately vouch for that. ^_^[/color][/size]

I didn't start using it until I saw some of friends (for some reason Josh is sticking out in my head) and all the different ones advertised in people's sigs. So yeah, I joined and started my own little insane website. I used a different Chobits picture everyday in my posts. ^_^ [b]How frequently do you work with my otaku?[/b] I used to post in it everyday, now I just go VISIT everyday and then post when something that sounds remotely interesting comes to mind. I like to make sure my colors and pictures all mesh well. I've been on this "theme" kick lately, with my latest being Oruha from Clover. She's so dang pretty. ^_^ [b]What all of you do with my otaku?[/b] I mostly use it as a blog, but I also upload a lot of my fanart and keep up with my fanlistings. Sometimes my entries are relevant to the OB, but most of the time they are just me rambling about the insaneness that is QA. I really do need to scan some of my art. Originality is what people are really looking for and what stands out. Why would you want to copy something that has already been done? Okay, so you people say that when you look at something and draw it, you are copying it. It is completely different to draw a landscape as you see it instead of a piece of art that's already been done. You obviously know that you have skill if you can COPY well, so why not try out something on your own? That's all I'm saying. There's just something so sexy about gay men that you can never have running around and doing the things that they do. I really wish I could get my boyfriend on the show so that I could him made over, plus my apartment (not like he needs a make-over, but if we lived on our own, I'm sure our apartment would...). My favorite is KYAN, the grooming GUY! He always wears those tight shirts and those sexy pants and I just melt every time I see him. [color=hotpink][size=1]The Neutrogena cleaning milk just SOUNDS soothing to me. My mom wears a lot of make-up, whereas I don't, so her face is completely different than mine and used to all the chemicals and crap she puts on it. She uses Avon foundation with SA and it helped to clear her face up. I seriously think I just need something really gentle instead of those stupid "scrubbing" cleaners. Which only make things worse. [color=hotpink][size=1]Okay, so I know that this thread is going to come off as pretty weird and maybe wont be your idea of "intelligent" discussion, but I just want to relate my case and see if anyone else has been in the same predicament. I have almost always used soap to wash my face with. But lately my soap was really drying my face out and I was having a pimple or two here, nothing big. My face is almost perfectly clear. Well, I decided to start using some facewash because I didn't like soap. Wow, what a big mistake. I started using that face face Clean and Clear puts out called Morning Burst and it broke my face out completely. Not huge pimples or anything, but big red patches and lots of tiny bumps completely covered my face. As soon as I quit using it and went back to soap, it cleared right back up. And this has happened before when I've used Avon cleansers and Clearisil. Maybe my face is just ultra sensitive to the chemicals involved, but I am seriously beginning to think that these facewash companies just put out this stuff that breaks your face out more so that you'll just keep using their product in hopes that eventually your face will clear up. Anyone else like to share an opinion?[/color][/size]

Okay, so maybe you have an extremely bad case and you just cannot get on with life if you don't have your ritlin, but I think it's ridiculous. My little sister was diagnosed with ADD when she was younger and when she was on ritlin she would cry about everything. She would always yell out that no one loved her and that she hated her life and she would just go on and on. As soon as she was off, she quit doing that crap. You tell me.[/color][/size]

This person was talking about taking Japanese from an exchange student. It's hard enough to learn a foreign language in school, much less from a person who does not even have perfect English. I live on my own and I go to college and I know how difficult it is. Also, I barely get by with $500 a month.
