[color=crimson][size=1]Oh God, I'm going to have to go to the movies now just so I can see the trailer from LOTR 2 and see my sweet Legolas again...Oh my, oh my....Yes, I am in love with him, and he was so awesome throughout all three of the novels. I just wish I could find the magic portal to Middle Earth located somewhere in New Zealand and become an Elf Princess so I can marry him. Don't you guys think I'd make the perfect Elf? With my grace and beauty and everything? *laughs* Just joking of course....ANYWHO, YES, I am excited about the next movie, as if you couldn't tell. But even though I'm excited about that, I'm MORE excited for the release of the first movie on video/DVD on August 6th! That's less than a month away now! I'm so excited it's not even funny! And I liked the Harry Potter movie. Of COURSE it wasn't as good as the books, no movie ever is, but it was really cute and everything. I'm looking forward to watching the second one. And besides, little kids with British accents is the CUTEST thing! So yeah.... And DON'T bash the new member just because she doesn't like Harry Potter and chose to express her opinion. You'll make her feel unwelcome and she wont post around here anymore. How would you like it if you were in that situation? You WOULDN'T. She might be pretty young, so yeah. [color=crimson][size=1]I draw my own anime creations and I do alot of fanart. I post alot of it in the Artwork forum if you would like to look up any of my threads. I also have alot of it posted on my website, which you can look at by clicking the link in my signiture. But yeah, you just do what your heart leads you do. Sometimes I get really inspired when I see other people's artwork. I want to do my own manga series one day, but I haven't built up my skill level enough yet in my opinion. I just like to draw poses and stuff, not really much of the other stuff.[/color][/size]

Chamber of Secrets is a good book, so I'm looking forward to the movie, too, although I HATE the way that Dobby looks. Ugh, that is NOT what Dobby looks like!!!!!! Okay, anyways...[/color][/size]

[color=crimson][size=1]I was a kid who watched Nick when she was a kid, but that was until Cartoon Network was created. But anyway, all the shows on Nick are dumb to me. Like Shyguy said, all the old shows that we so good, like all the original Snick shows, especially Are You Afraid of the Dark are gone and the quality of TV will never be the same anymore. The innocence and stuff that was on TV will NEVER be there again because today's society is just accepting more and more stuff. By the time our kids are watching Nick, there will be cartoons where second graders are having sex and it will totally accepted and nothing else thought of it. It's so pathetic.[/color][/size]

[color=crimson][size=1]Actually, I think if your parents died when you were at thirteen rather than at a younger age, it would hurt alot more and take a whole lot more time to get over it. You would have already spent thirteen years with them and then for them to be cut off from you at such an age, when you are about to enter the hardest years of your life, then it would be a whole lot worse than if you were five or so. I think that if you were five, you wouldn't have had the same amount of time to get to know your parents so it wouldn't be a scarring and you wouldn't necessarily get over it or anything, but I just don't think you would be torn as much. I don't know, that's just my opinion. It just doesn't seem right that Chiriko's background is so dull, and then his character was never played and never done justice, and then he died off so quickly. THAT was sad...[/color][/size]

Like Suboshi and Amiboshi's parents getting killed in front of them, and Nakago, and Soi getting sold and everything. They were like what, eight or nine years old or younger? So yeah, Chiriko can't be an exception, although I think he lived a sheltered life. His parents probably freaked out when they found out he was destined to be one of the Suzaku Seven and made every effort they could to keep him from being hurt in the course of his lifetime. Or what he had of one anyway, since he was only thirteen.[/color][/size]

Every one of the Suzaku Seven had very unique yet tragic/challenging/other sort of pasts. Even though he was 13, he could have had some sort of major thing happen in his life. [color=crimson][size=1]I think the character whose background you never got to glimpse was Chiriko. I mean, every character was so well developed, most of the Suzaku Seven were, except for him. Even Mitsukake had a whole episode dedicated to him and what happened to him in his past. The only thing they tell us about Chiriko is that he's 12 years old and a super genius. He just HAPPENS to know the right time to come and save them before Amiboshi could kill the whole lot of them. Does he have a background story as well? Is there an entire OVA episode dedicated to him?[/color][/size]
