The site's done fixing but the image results still won't upload :animedepr

I'm trying 2 upload a picture as an avatar but it says "Your image needs to be in JPEG format." even if I use a .gif or a .jpg picture

I'm trying to create my own quiz but the last part where you upload the image results won't upload why is that?
