Through the Manga Alley, there is not one thread about any manga collection so I decided to start on my own. I am sorry if there is one like this out there and I didn't even see it. So what manga have you bought for your own collection and explain why you bought it, someone bought it for you, or was given to by someone. (WARNING: please don't list what you have in your collection without any explanation. This will make it harder for people who only just list down without any explanation. Thank you and enjoy this thread.) Here is my collections of manga that I bought, was bought for me, or was given to me: 1. [B]Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Vol. 1[/B] - When I was little I was kind of cheap, so I went to the Thrift store and I saw this manga on the book case. I was looking at it and read a couple of the first page and ask my mom to buy it for me. I thought someone threw away a pretty good manga. 2.[B]Rave Master Vol.1[/B] - When I was in middle school I had this book catalog and as I was going through it, I saw the manga of it and I really wanted it for my puni little manga collection I had. So I ask my mom to get it for me and she was ok with it, I think. 3. [B]Yu-Gi-Oh Vol.1[/B] - The same reason as #2. 4.[B]Jinki Extend! Vol. 1-3[/B] - During my time in high school, I was into anime and manga. When I was at barns and noble, I saw this series and pretty much got into it. By the time I waited until the fourth book was suppose to come out they didn't have it, so I was kinda pissed off and so I never got to complete this series yet. 5. [B]Fruit Basket Vol. 3 & 7[/B] - These were given to me, and they were in kind of in a bad condition. I even read them, but I like the series. 6. [B]Negima Vol. 2 & 3[/B] - They were given to me by my friends. I don't know the details, but I never figure it out why they given it to me. 7. [B]Chobits Completed series[/B] - When I was in my younger high school day, I saw the first volume of Chobits and I pretty much love this series. I bought it at barns and noble. They at least got the whole series while I was waiting for the next volume to come out. 8. [B]Ai Yori Aoshi Vol. 1-10 [/B]- During the middle of my hiigh school days, I eventually bought the series at barns and noble, where I only thought this place was where I only could get my manga there. When I saw the cover for the first Volume in a New-Type magazine, I pretty much wanna get the series. Right now I want to finish my Ai Yori Aoshi series, but times like these I am buy getting different series. 9. [B]Hana-Kimi Vol. 1 -21 [/B]- A few months ago, I was reading the first volume, and I pretty much fell in love with the series. The storyline is pretty good and I am almost done with the series. I'm hoping that I wil finish this series soon. Right now I'm on book 15 and the story is still good. 10. [B]Eiken Vol. 1-4[/B] - Same situation as the #9, but I like it, but not as much as the Hana-Kimi series. 11. [B]Pretty Face Completed series [/B]- A few weeks ago, I bought the first volume and it was pretty good. It has lots of funny stuff happening in the story. This is one of my favorite series so far, so I'm hoping to continue reading Pretty Face. I just finish book 1 and going to start on book two pretty soon.

Oh ok, thank for that Ace. I know I have to look some where else for it so it won't be a bother. So here is the question, what is the Live Action about? Is it like a sequel to the anime? Any idea on what's it about?

Does anyone know when the second season is going to get started? I hope that it would be release soon. So any idea when is the release date?

Where do you go to watch the episode of Lucky Star? Desbreko and Dagger has made the sub title better, so where to look for theirs?

My very first manga was Mobile Suit Gundam Wing vol. 1. I even still have that book for all these years and I still keep it in my drawers with my other manga

This series is getting good more because I just finish Bleach 147 and need to watch more episode. I know thats kinda behind, but soon I'll catch up to the current episode and hope that things get more exciting. I'm hoping that [spoiler]Ichigo can last longer on his hollow transformation, so that the battle would be more interesting when he does alot of cool moves.[/spoiler] I'm hoping this series is getting more good as I watch more episode. Sorry, but I forgot to put this in my last post, so here is the question: What episode does the movie Bleach The Diamond Dust Rebellion take place after?

If I was in a video game, I would want to be in either in an action/ adventure game or in a RPG route. For action/adventure I would want to be in the [B]Devil May Cry[/B] series because teaming up with Vergil first is how I would start. Soon after I was defeated by Dante once, I'll join him from there on out and then we would kick some serious demon ***. My weapon would be a Gun Blade because those thing are awesome. In the RPG route I would want to be in the [B]Disgaea[/B] series because with me around, demon are going to coward when they don't realize that I have alot more power then they do. I would like to be around Laharl, Etna, and Fallen Angel Flonne because they alway make thing interesting and fun where ever they are.

Currently I am reading [B]Hanazakari no Kimitachi e[/B] or better known as [B]Hana-Kimi [/B]for short. This series is getting good as I won't spoil the story much, so here is a breif summary about whats it about: [I]While living in the U.S., Mizuki Ashiya watches a program on TV featuring high jumper Izumi Sano. She becomes completely enamored with his grace and skill. When troubles with her classmates arise, Mizuki decides to chase Sano and enrolls in Osaka High, the all boys' school that Izumi attends in Japan. With the help of her best friend, she cuts her hair and disguises herself to remain near her idol.[/I] Another series I'm also reading is [B]Pretty Face[/B], a funny series that involve a guy going through a transformation, which put him in a awkword position. Drawing is good, also the character too. Storyline so far is funny and I wanna know what happen more, but I'll wait until I get more books >.

d4wood you don't have to list the option in order if you want to, you can list your own if you want to I have a few more character to list. 1. [B]Masashi Rando[/B] (Pretty Face) - I would want him as my brother (after the accident when people are around I treat him like a sister) because me and the doctor really know who he is. When ever we hung out at school, things tend to be fun and never dull. 2. [B]Mizuki Ashiya[/B] (Hanazakari no Kimitachi e) - we be great as friends. After I discover Mizuki's secret, I would decide that I would help her get closer to her idol/love Sano together. Even after I saw her as a girl, I wouldn't tell her secret to anyone and continue as if we never had this encounter before. 3. [B]Shuichi Nakatsu[/B] (Hanazakari no Kimitachi e) - I enjoy him as a friend because even though he like Mizuki, its still fun to make fun of him even though people in the school knows that he is gay. Being around him everyday seems to be enjoyable and everyday is never intended to get boring.

I have thought of a few more character for now. 1. [B]Chie Satanoka[/B] (persona 4) - yes she can kick but with her kung-fu move and its not gonna be fun getting hit by her. I would enjoy her company as a friend because she is the person who anyone can hang out with. Maybe when we go defeat some Shadows and do some tag team move and defeat them together. 2. [B]Nanako Dojima[/B] (Persona 4) - reason why is that we be great as brother and sister. She seem very adorable and fun to hang around with. Even though she is young I would like to take care of her when she is feeling down and buy her candy or ice cream when she is feeling sad.

I watch some gundam series before and it was Gundam Wing, Mobile Suit Gundam: The 8th MS team, and Gundam Seed and a old gundam show, forgot whats it called. Well I haven't even thought about watching another gundam anime yet. So what gundam series is good and popular right now?

Oh ok, these anime sound great to watch, when I have time I'll try to watch them at my own time. Another thing, I forgot what title its called, but its an anime that has some sword fighting, only skills, and he is kind of an immortal guy. This guy have scars on his face and he wear almost like a nazi sign on the back, but its suppose to be a symbol of peace or harmony. What anime title is it? Awhile ago I saw a trailer for this anime series and forgot the title.

Okay Since people play alot of games that reach the 100 hour mark, lets make it a little different for this thread. What games do you play that makes you play for more then 100 or more hours and its still fun no matter what?

For myself, I have a couple of games or few or just one right now, ok maybe just a few. [B]Persona 3 FES[/B] - for total gameplay all together its is around 100 hours and it was kinda suprise too. [B]Disgaea DS[/B] - this game I been playing alot and just leveling up without realizing how much I spent on the game.

This is going to be like my other post for anime/manga, but for video games thats all. The option here is the same as the other one. Ok which video game character, guy or girl, would you pick and which of the following would you do to him or her? Here is the option: 1. be friends 2. make him or her be your older sibling 3. make him or her be your younger sibling 4. going out on a date together 5. make him or her your family like father, mother, cousin, etc 6. have sex with him or her (optional if you want) 7. making him or her marrying you with love 8. think of some other idea that you would make ( WARNING: Please don't go crazy in your post. Also please don't put any stupid ideas that will get yourself in trouble ok?) Now thats done, here are some things that you got to do. Make a list of video game character name with what you wanna do to him/her and if you want explain why. The list can be as long as you want. Here I will start off so you can get some kind of idea. 1. Dante (Devil May Cry series) - I would like him as a awesome friend because when we fight demon together, we would have fun and joke around. Plus we kick some serious demon butt. 2. Yuffie Kisaragi (Final Fantasy 7 series) - I would like to be with her every single day because Yuffie is so entertaining to be around with and plus she is hot too *Ahem*. When he want to fight a powerful opponent by himself, I'll let him do it until he is very satisfy with fighting a powerful opponent. 9.[B]Yachiru Kusajishi[/B] (Bleach)- I would really want her as my best friend too because with her around, everyday is always a fun day with her around. Even with Kenpachi around, Yachiru always lighten the day up with her cuteness and funny remarks. I would also marry her when is look more mature. 10.[B]Nanao Ise[/B] (Bleach)- My wife that I would marry. Even with her cold looks and her strict order, she is still lovely and beautiful.

Currently I am playing [B]Monster Hunter Freedom 2[/B], fun game and I hope that some of my friends will join me on a quest together soon. This game is actually fun and somethime the monster can be a real pain. Overall, this game remind me of games you play online like almost WoW or GW.

I could only think a few, here is what I think of: Eureka Seven - briefly in the anime S-CRY-ed - somewhat in the anime Ghost Stories - this anime has it Inuyasha - it has that reborn - manga has that My-Hime - somewhat of a older sister and younger brother relationship Scrapped Princess - it has that Hana-kimi - funny older sister and yonger brother relationship in manga Bleach - Genju and Kukaku Shiba relation is funny >.< thats all I could think of...
