Hah, I would bring a genie, ask for some wishes, and then on the third wish ask for infinite wishes, and then get stuff to my heart's content, until I feel ready to go back home, when I'd just ask so :D

And we never see any stars neither. Damn light city...:bawl: :bawl:
Originally posted by Deus_Ex_Machina Well... it didn't hurt, but, you really wouldn't want a scar there.... ;) ...and no, it's not my back..
heh, very, very unlucky guy... It seems to me that everyone seems to have a hill-related injury. And so what does this teach us, kids? And if we're on the subject of scars, some guy kicked a lump out of knee ina football (soccer) match, and I only noticed when I felt something trickling down my leg. I now have a scar there, but it's not huge, just a kinda small bulge with a faint line coming from the bottom of it... -

All the best RPG's need a stronger villian so that a team of good guys can beat him. I like the unfair advantage. When do we begin?
Originally posted by Squashed Snail Heh, well I don't live near the sea, but I live in Australia. We've recently had a few severe storms, but nothing much to stop the sunsets.... :)
I've said it before, and I'll say it again... People in Australia are very lucky!! I wish I could see the sunset every day.... ...but I don't, because that ruins the "Special" effect when you do see one, as you can get too much of a good thing
Originally posted by BOBB Correct me if I'm mistaken, but aren't, like, almost half of the 2000 banned members? That's what James told me a while back.
Really!!!! But then shouldn't they have themselves stricken from the record or something. No wonder half the people don't post...

I'd start talking to myself(just like Tom Hanks) and making friends with volleyballs! :p
I was thinking that too. Couldn't go without someone. I'd rather go with someone I hated then with no-one at all. I couldn't stand being insane!

You are all so unlucky. I've had scrapes, but never, ever been injured. Some people have all the luck. The worst I had was when I went skiing last year, and on the top of a mountain covered in a huge blizzard, I got off a gndola, and my skis were in my hand. Then I slipped on ice, fell on my butt, and saw the first ski fall right in front of my hand (Whew...) ... ...and then saw the second one smash my middle finger, and probably nearly chopped it off, though I was wearing thick gloves, but the ski fell on the sharp side. Now I just have a nasty internal scar that has elongated my right middle finger (So it wasn't cut off) Still skiied down a 7km run after that though -
Oh, I can't be bothered. I'd just take everything I have ever (Even the grass), lob it all in my new place (Wherever it is), and place it it like it was in the old place. Being serious: Suntan lotion Sunglasses A pack of flares
Originally posted by Squashed Snail I feel sorry for you people who hardly ever see them... We see them practically every day....
Where the hell do you live?????  Down here in London, it always rains in our suburbia, so we hardly see the Sun, never mind the sunset. But, yes, I have seen a sunset over the sea, and it WAS amazing.... The Sun was huge and orange, and I was bathed in a dark orange glow (Kinda thing...)
Originally posted by PiroMunkie Eh, I make a note not to use "smart" words around a lot of people. Mostly when I do use "big words" like that it's because I planned my sentence ahead of time instead of just droning on with whatever comes to the top of my head at the time like I do here on these boards. But when people use 'em with me I understand what they are saying most of the time. I don't really like "big words" as I do more odd sounding words. I couldn't give you an example of the top of my head but ya.
Also, intelligence is not based on big words. You can know a lot of stuff, but still use ordinary English  Anyway, big words don't make a person intelligent. They are easy to remember, it's just how you use that intelligence. If I haven't said it a hundred times, a guy or gal can be great in school, but still be dumb, as they study for tests. Anyway, the wisest always try to make their thoughts simple...
Originally posted by DuoGod of Death + People are ignorant...we refuse to learn from the past....oh and it isn't suddenly...all through history man has plagued themselves with the hate...and giving in to it...
People are afraid of what they don't know. That's why films like "Independance Day" were released, as people are afraid and paranoid of the unknown. People hate each other as they are frightened of each other. Think about it: If you've been bullied, then you hate the bully; If you've been invaded, then you hate the invader... ...all because you are afraid of them Hate stems from fear Fear stems from suffering Suffering stems from hurt Hurt stems from a little hate If we weren't afraid of one another, we would have no reason to fear one another
Originally posted by Squashed Snail Well the human race believes we aren't..... Hehe, well monkeys, or cows, or whatever, they're probably thinking that their race aern't animals, and we're animals..... :drunk:
This isn't animal farm, y'know. Animals aren't smart enough to think like that, though I know what you're getting at. But that's 'cos they see it through their perspective. Anyway, most monkeys don't know much about humans. They'd rather view as aliens than animals...

I could swear something ain't right. I read the newspapers, and just see "Man murdered" "Lunatic shoots 10" "Robbers steal 6 million dollars" What is wrong with people? Have they suddenly gone insane, and decided to go around killing everyone. Some New Year, it's just got worse and worse as it goes on. It's like the world is falling into chaos. It's just more obvious now. It was like this before, but not as severe. At this rate, humans will wipe themselves out. Why? Why do people wage wars, kill others, steal, blah? I know it sounds pessimistic, but it's true? How many of you have been discriminated, bullied, prejudicied, and so on? Something's wrong with the world, and soon enough it's gonna fall into chaos. I don't understand why people have to go to such extremes to achieve their ends, why it is done with violence. The world revolves around greed and ideals... It's just depressing to see what we've become as a race, just primitive if you look at it. As they say, "Only the strong survive"? How did we come to this? Does anyone know? And does anyone have thoughts on what I'm saying? Please tell me what you think
Originally posted by Duo Maxwell me too, I was brushing my hair at the swimming carnival today and on girl asked is your hair natrually like that? my hair also happens to have diff colours ranging from golden brown to a dark brown that looks somewhat grayish, anyways my friend turns to me and asks is your hair dyed? I just stared at her and said if it was wouldn't my roots be a diff colour? something else that boters me is the fact people think I'm something like 3 years older than I actually am. I was sitting next to my friend and complained how she was 5 days older then me (it happened to be her birthday) and her twenty-something brother says your only 13?! I thought you were 16! and I turn to him and say yes for five days I'll be 13
WOW, another plot twist:eek:  !!! You just can't tell people apart on the Net. You're only 13!! You sound older than that. But yeah, people say to me that I look older than my age (I'm only a year older than you, Duo)
Originally posted by Renee Thats a lot of peeps... and I thought you had to have 1000 post to be a No Life. Or at least you used to have to have 1000 post. I'm done now.
Nah, you just need to spend a long time on the Boards to have no life (Like 2 hours). Luckily, I'm only on for half an hour. It actually depends if you have a social life, not how many posts you have...
Originally posted by Duo Maxwell true... but I'm not the average girl and anyway I couldn't think of a name when I regestered, the fact that I was obsessed with duo at the time doen't help either
So what would you call yourself if you could change your name? Don't change your name though. It's always cool to have someone different. Everyone's slightly different, so don't feel left out.
