I'd like to think that I'm not the only person with odd fears or dislikes. Now, I'm not talking about full-on phobias or anything, I just mean things that bother you more than the average person. For example, I hate large bodies of water. Oceans, lakes, etc., I detest them all with every bone in my body. Actually, I love swimming pools, and I can swim very well, but if I can't actually see solid ground somewhere nearby, I freak the heck out. I don't like being on boats either. To me, water just feels like a recipe for disaster. Also, large, open rooms. If a room is spacious and doesn't have much furniture or stuff on the walls to counter that, I get creeped out. This gets to be bothersome inside office buildings and sometimes peoples' living rooms. I usually get goosebumps and have an urge to leave the room. If stay long enough, I have to close my eyes and eventually I get antsy. What about you? Is there any situation/thing/animal/whatever that bothers you more than it should?

I don't think I've listened to a song from the radio in a while. Mostly I've been manipulating daydreams via movie soundtracks and classical music. After biking all over the county, my feet are burning and I can't sit down on anything harder than a goosefeather pillow. Should semi-freedom hurt this much?

Apparently I am the only one in this house that realizes that there is an overpowering chlorine taste in the water. It is disgusting and now I've been drinking mainly orange juice for the past week and it needs to stop. I have a strong urge to drink a glass of water, and I'm going to be PO'd if the water continues to taste like a chemical factory.

This evening I was walking around a park with some friends and for the most part, it was awesome. Exceeeeept for the stoners. OH GOSH THE STONERS. XD Why would you smoke pot on a children's playground when there are children not but a few feet away?! Even worse, they started following me and my friends around the park. Finally, right as our little group of five was about to leave, some guy stoned right the hell out of his mind parks his bike right in front of us. It would have been intimidating if not for the blank stare and random, "What're you doing?" that he managed to cough out. This is where I learned that I should keep my mouth shut in the case of questions. I instantly said, "Nothing illegal!" with a huge grin. Baaad choice of answer. The guy started glaring at us and for some reason all I could do was laugh and laugh. Luckily, one of my friends grabbed me and steered me around the bike. The stoners were not inclined to follow us anymore, I guess since 1.) they were high as kites 2.) one of my pals is incredibly tall and menacing

OKAY. I can usually handle bug bites. HOWEVER. When a troll of a mosquito decides to bite the side of my face or DIRECTLY BETWEEN MY EYES, I think it's about time get myself some bug spray to take that little lady DOWN.

The only time I've ever had anything to do with cancer was when my grandfather died from it. I hate to say it, but that didn't have too much of an effect on me. I think it was because he refused treatment. He just didn't give a ****. He just sat in the hospital and said that there was no point in someone his age fighting so hard against something that had spread so quickly. If he had acted a little more concerned or actually tried to stay alive, I think I, and in fact the whole family, may have been more devastated. I'd like to think that he knew that and decided that he was going to act like he didn't care one way or another about dying, if only for the sake of those around him. My grandfather was a bada**. At least in my opinion.
