Cashews and Pistachios are pretty much my favorite nuts of all time. Oh! And almonds! However, I hate peanuts. I can't even stand to eat peanut products, for the most part.

Haven't slept well in a couple days since I found a bed bug on Friday. I freaked out, washed and heated most of my possessions, then called the local pest company. They brought in dogs to try and sniff out more, but they couldn't find anything. They searched every corner and under every piece of furniture but still nothing. But now I can't sleep. I keep waking up every half hour or so and turning on my lamp in hopes of finding and killing any suckers that escaped the search.

[spoiler]Korra was caught by police, something that never really happened to Aang unless it was a plot device. Plays the Avatar Card? Toph's daughter doesn't care about your status, she just knows you wrecked a neighborhood. But on that note, it seems to me that Lin Beifong is being kind of overly-hostile toward Korra.[/spoiler]

"Respect you elders" sounds good on paper, but it's getting on my nerves. If I treat someone nicely and they treat me like crap, then I don't care how old they are, they are not getting my respect. Respect is earned and being older than me doesn't give someone a free pass to be rude.

Only about 5.5 weeks of school left! O_O Also, the hospital sent me a letter asking me to come to one of the four days of open interviews. I'll have 15 minutes to convince the interviewer that I'm an ideal candidate for their summer program...

I actually started working out with my friend recently. We decided to start with running, and now we have calves of steel. We'll be doing some lifting pretty soon since my arms are still about as strong as wet noodles. I have a feeling that getting my arms back into shape is going to hurt a lot. ;^;

My friend that got hit by a car showed up at school today to collect some assignments.He was in a wheelchair and he had on a back and a leg brace. Luckily, he seems to be healing very nicely! However, he's a little jumpy now. A car honked its horn in the parking lot and I thought he was having a heart attack since he freaked out so bad. I guess I never really thought about anything other than the physical effects of getting hit by a car.

Took Boo's advice and the lady was really understanding about everything! I've successfully scheduled an interview! Thank you, Boo!!! Also, everyone wish Sangome a happy birthday!!! :D

Then I didn't even give them a number to call me back, though they probably wouldn't want to now. HOW DO I FIX THIS?![/color]

How do teachers somehow always manage to give out huge projects all at the same time?! On that note, I have a lot of research to do about koalas now.

There are supposed to be some intense thunderstorms going on today, but so far all we've got are some gray clouds and a little bit of light rain.

It's 9:30 a.m. and already I have eaten half a chocolate bunny. My little cousins are begging for hints as to where I hid the plastic eggs for the egg hunt after lunch. One of my aunts decided it was a good idea to buy one of my cousins their own bunny. This five year old does not know how to properly deal with new pets and is chasing the bunny around the yard. Sounds like a good Easter this year! So what about you? Any plans, traditions, etc.?
