Day-Care: Your mother doesn't care how well you are at the moment, you will be taken away if your she finds a scratch on you that the workers can't explain. Pre-Kindergarten: Naps are great and parmesean cheese is made to be sprinkled on pizza. Kindergarten: You never fall asleep during nap time unless they're giving out a prize that you don't know about. 1st Grade: You can make your own cheese in a frying pan. 2nd Grade: I obviously did something to my 1st grade teacher who was also my 2nd grade teacher who then quit once I moved on to the 3rd. 3rd Grade: Girls are smarter than boys. 4th Grade: 4th graders aren't very mature when it comes to cameras. 5th Grade: When you're teacher is racist, it's not good to be the darkest person in the classroom. And no one cares when you're screaming at a young adult whos dragging you by the wrist through the hallway. 6th Grade: Boys are idiots and Vermont is a state. 7th Grade: All the cool kids are black and dress in designer clothes and curse. 8th Grade: Girls are jerks. 9th Grade: Girls are pretty. 10th Grade: Black girls are jerks. White girls are pretty. 11th Grade: Growing up in a school where the top two majorities are minorities can really mess up your head. 12th Grade: Friends aren't real friends when you have to approach them about everything and them never you and you debate whether or not you can trust them before telling them anything. Freshman Year of College: Moon bounces are still fun but putting girls and guys together annoys the hell out of me.

I can honestly say that I'm an extremely unsafe driver who takes precautions. I text, eat, talk on the phone, mess with the radio, do my hair, etc while driving. However, I do all of these things at low speeds and in low traffic. If I'm on an unfamiliar road I usually avoid doing any of these things (unless I'm really hungry) and I keep two hands on the wheel and both eyes on the road. If I'm on a very familiar road, which usually lacks any traffic in my town, I lean back and take both hands off the wheel and put them behind my head, tuck one leg under me controlling the wheel, and the other on the accelerator. Needless to say, it scares the hell out of my friends when they're riding with me. And I'm usually texting and singing loudly while doing this. I usually decrease my speed by about 5-8 mph so if I do lose control, it wouldn't be nearly as hard to regain control even though it still would take a little work. Surprisingly, it's never happened. Also in bad weather I don't do any of these. I know it's not the best thing but I'm too laid-back to actually care I think. Curse my non-chalantness.

Sandwiches, the best thing made WITH sliced bread
Binxy replied to Jabberwocky's topic in General Discussion
Luckily I like to make sandwiches since I work where I do it constantly. But otherwise my favorite sandwich would have to be pepperoni and peppered turkey with provolone and pepper jack cheese slightly toasted enough to give a thin crispy flake to the bread and melt the cheese, plenty of lettuce, almost no tomato, carrots, banana peppers, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and usually spicy mustard. Sometimes I use honey mustard or both. A little dab or mayo to liven it up and that's that. -
Hm, most artists after 2001 aren't worth listening to. After that, it's no longer hip hop. It's mostly rap crap. I would stick with Lil' Wayne though and look for some of his mixtapes. Personally, I'm a good fan of Salt-N-Pepa, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Missy Elliot, older Eve stuff, Lil' Wayne, and Lady Sovereign. I stray away from newer music.
I'd have to disagree with something here. You mention Halle Berry in spandex, but yet no mention of Angelina's booty in Wanted (any questions as to why I enjoyed wanted?)
Never saw Wanted more than once. I glanced at Jolie's *** too but the storyline threw me off too much. Catwoman had some kind of action in it atleast. I could rewatch that one.
Have to agree with Nomurah!'s picking I am Legend anyone with even a vague knowledge of biology and chemistry better be prepared to have their intelligence insulted right from the offset by so many factors of this movie, in fact rather than going off and outlining them I'm going to just get the five page article that does already did it. I am Legend Junk Science
Ever seen the show Look Around You? I Am Legend is nothing compared to that. I actually questioned scientific matter after seeing that show. Not as bad as some things out there.
As for my thoughts...if we're going to punish the guy for distributing them, we need to punish the girl as well...that is, assuming she consented to having the picture taken. If she did, then she needs some sort of reprimanding as well.
There is some reprimanding in certain states about things like this. Teen who participate in sexting have the choice to either register themselves as sex offenders or have to take a two week course on sex education including writing a paper about how what they did was wrong. Most parents don't want their children to have to take the class or register and are trying to find ways to beat the system for their children. I've also heard about a case where two 12-year old girls were having a sleepover and took pictures together on their cellphones of themselves in training bras. Somehow a parent got hold of one and reported to the other's mother that he had fully nude photos of her daughter. The mother saw it as innocent but he didn't. I forget the rest of the story but anyhow. Sexting shouldn't be illegal. It's just another way for the government to exploit minors. Almost anyone who sends a picture like that knows what could result from it and it's their fault. Simple as that. One teen girl committed suicide as a result of her sending out nude photos that resurfaced miles away to people all over. She should have known. And child pornography I would agree with however. If you're under 18 and your nude, it's child pornography. Whether it is forced or not.
... the remake of Friday the 13th... I Am Legend. It's just dumb entertainment, that doesn't take any thought process to get into.. I guess that's why so many people enjoy this kind of stuff? Not sure. Many people would argue over IAL, but that's just my opinion.
I would so be one of those who argue with I Am Legend. That movie had so much behind it and represented a lot of solitude, remorse, and companionship. I was crying every other scene, I swear. I would agree though that the chosen ending could have been better. Anyway, not too much into that. I'm not a big movie watcher. I actually hardly ever watch movies but I've seen a few horrible ones. Catwoman. Had nothing to do with the real story of Catwoman. Was based on nothing. Cats don't run along walls. Smart director who made plenty of money by putting Halle Berry in spandex which is the only reason I even watched it more than once. Clerks 2. Bad representation of a fast food restaurant. No storyline. Made me refuse to look at a donkey for over a month. Wanted. The story was slow and slow and slow and then rushed through the last twenty minutes. Made little to no sense. Was kinda weird. Some Steve Harvey Stand Up I Don't Remember The Name Of. He's just not funny at all. And the fact that I watched the entire thing with him having a shaved head just made it awkward.
Yes, it can be more than one things you ask or tell. Personally, I wouldn't tell my younger self anything at all, for fear of screwing up the past. As for my older self, I'd want to know if I have any love interests, how was high school, where did I go to college, what's my job now and if I have any regrets. Oh, and I'd demand to know her chest size. Yeah.
Ok, but in fear of screwing up the past, if you ask your older self questions couldn't that possibly screw up your future by you knowing what was going to happen and thereby being able to alter it? Anyway, my younger self, I would probably say to never date a guy named Taylor. Her life would go so much smoother. My older self, I would ask hundreds of questions about what the future is life, my career, my weight, and probably my love life. Maybe it won't suck as much by then.

I wouldn't say it was horribly disgusting or anything, nor would I disagree with their views. It would be the same as if you had a sibling you had never met before and twenty years later discovered them as a stranger and started an intimate relationship with them. Incest is only illegal because of the biological effects that could occur if a child was born and because pretty much every government has a background of religion which saw it as morally wrong. Personally, I don't think that it's repulsive or distasteful. The two of them knew what they were getting ready to go into and they chose to anyway. Court orders aren't going to stop them from having a relationship with one another.

I work in the fast food industry now, Subway to be exact, and it's very important to enforce taking food without paying for it. Besides the fact that employees where I am do receive one free meal every shift, if anyone is allowed to take anything extra it could lead to many problems. I don't have any type of management position but I'm often put in charge of the shifts I work and I enforce it as much as it needs to be. If someone thinks that they can just take food, they'll begin to overeat and just continuously 'drop' or 'waste' an item and sneak extra things. Soon after that, they'll begin to give close friends and relatives free food or reduced prices. I've seen it happen so many times which is why I enforce it so much. It loses the company money and just lets people cheat society. The owner of my building has actually prosecuted someone for theft over giving away a free sandwich. Simply, it ruins inventory and it's not your merchandise to take. It's the same as stealing from another person. A person who signs your checks.

It depends more on what a person's tastes are in entertainment. Some people are just completely thrown off all together that they would ever watch a cartoon but you'd have to introduce anime more as animated adult television. The majority of anime shows and movies have more adult content and themes and sometimes have many underlying meanings in them. My former girlfriend didn't think that anime was anything great until I introduced her to Bleach since a man my mother worked with let me borrow his box set. She blew it off at first because apparently I caused a distraction while she tried to watch anything so I told her to watch it later on that night when I left and she became addicted immediately once she understood what was going on and could focus more on the storyline. Preferably just look for genre's that someone enjoys on a regular basis and slip them an anime with the same and see how it blows over.

I've actually cried in various games that I've played. One being Final Fantasy VII. Yes, it's been said but everyone cries over the same part. It's sad, I was attached to the character somewhat but oh well. Gameplay goes on. Another which made me cry for probably an hour straight was Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core. The ending to the game was so tear jerking. At the time when I finished it, I was in the hospital visiting my grandfather. My face was soaking wet, eyes bloodshot, and I had to have had the ugliest expression ever at that moment. And I refused to play it a second time simply because I don't want to watch it happen all over again. I've cried over a few others but, none I can recall right now.

Personally, I have no problem with the military. They have a purpose and they serve it. But I do despise their reason for having a purpose. I am completely against war in general. If two countries can not settle differences or conflicts by simply meeting and talking it through, then they have no moral respect for the people they have charge over. And me being in the U.S. makes me detest the current war in Iraq even more. Though I'm not one of those, "Bring our troops home!" people who protest. At the moment, they need to stay, but so much could have been saved if no one had gone in the first place. I do plan on serving in the military though. In a matter of one or two years, I plan to enlist in the Air Force and work toward Vehicle and Vehicular Equipment Maintenance. Even so, I don't plan to spend much time doing so after my time is up. My career path is focused on childhood education. I love being around kids and very much want to work in an elementary school as a teacher. For whoever chooses to go into the military, all the love to you. Anyone who has the patience, endurance, and determination to push themselves is all the worthy. But to the jerks who do so and eventually make higher ups and have no respect for anyone under them, -enter vulgar language here-. If you have respect for me, push me, and push to make me do something, I have no problem. But if you care nothing about me, punish me for your own satisfaction, and see me as pathetic in your eyes, you have no right to be where you are.
