I'd feel stupid wandering around this website without a clue of what to do. How has everyone been since I left? Changes for me: Was a high school freshman, now I'm going to be a junior in four months. My short hair is long now! And I can legally drive.[/SIZE][/FONT][/CENTER]

[CENTER][FONT="Palatino Linotype"]I'm a daddy's girl, too, Paramount! Always will be. So of course I love my dad. I look up to him, and go to him when things are wrong. My mom... not so much. Her life resolves around her computer. My brother and I are nearly forgotten. =\ Oh well. Her loss. I love my best friends, Kayla, Britney, Shaynee, Courtney, Veronica, and Natalie. They've been there for me when nobody else would even try to help me with anything, even if it's just homework. My friends Ethan and Steve. Seriously. I love these guys. I know I can rely on them and trust them. My boyfriend, Jesse. Eh. Boyfriend's not the word for it. Best guy friend with benefits. I've known him all my life (really, I have), and he's like my therapist when I need him. My little brother, Tyler, because I'm so damn protective over him. [CENTER][FONT="Palatino Linotype"]x.x; There's a bunch of new threads! I need to read them when I'm finished with this... So, this thread is another advice one. My weight lifting class is brutal on me. I'm possibly the worst student in that class. We have a quarter-mile track behind our school, and every day that I have that class, we have to run around it twice in a set amount of time. Yesterday, it was two minutes and thirty seconds. Ha. I can't do that. I don't know why, but I get tired extremely quickly. If I don't stop when I feel myself getting tired, I get this really horrible pain in my side and I can't breathe. I don't have asthma, so that might answer a few questions, and as far as I know, I don't have a history of breathing problems. (My parents smoke, so maybe it's the second-hand smoke?) So, my questions are: Is there a way to not get so tired so quickly? Is the pain in my side a sign that I might need to get it checked out? Do you think my teacher is a bit hard on us?[/FONT][/CENTER]

[CENTER][FONT="Palatino Linotype"]First of all, I wanted to thank everyone that commented on my other high school post. It helped me a lot, although I still didn't sleep the night before. I met a guy. >///> In my health class. He's a Junior named Kevin. Oh man. He's amazing. Not what my friends would consider "cute" but he's different and unique. I like guys like that. Looks don't count, in my opinion. Anyway, he's really helpful. We wrote notes to each other today while the rest of the class was forced to watch Oprah. Yes. Oprah. Quote from my health teacher: "Don't stress about this class. Think of it as a free period. Although, I will have to give you homework once a month so your parents don't suspect anything." I was happy to see that I knew most of the people in my choir class. Most of them are my friends, or girls that I went to school with in 7th grade. My biology teacher looks a lot like my best friend's dad (whom I call Dad.) When I walked in the room the first time, I thought, "Dad?! When did you become a teacher?!" So, the school is okay. Very crowded. Gay-Straight Alliance is awesome. Evan (the guy that wears girl clothing) never shuts up, or shares his food, though.[/FONT][/CENTER]

[CENTER][FONT="Palatino Linotype"]=\ So, I went to the orientation for my high school today. I didn't know the buildings were going to be so huge. The main building is two-story, along with a few other buildings that surround it. I think my biggest fear about going into high school is getting lost, and having a panic attack. I have panic issues when I'm in a place with a lot of people, and I usually break down and cry when I become too paraniod. Also, I only have one class with my best friend. Choir. Not good at all. =\ She's my support. Always has been. I'm almost done with my honors English assignment. [U]The Andromeda Strain[/U] wasn't as boring as I thought it would be, but I didn't think I'd be going back through it a billion times just to find a certain paragraph. Anyhoo~ -Getting off track- I signed up for the Gay-Straight Allience at my new high school. (My dad is NOT happy about that. He's extremely homophobic) I'm thinking about going into drama, just because I like to perform for people. So, for you high schoolers. -Poke poke- Advice for me during my next four years at school? [spoiler]Renesmee is a horrible name.[/spoiler] It made me sad, though. I thought back to Twilight, and Bella's relationship with Edward then. I never expected them to [spoiler]have sex and then have a half-human half-vampire baby.[/spoiler] Well, I did expect it... but not like that. I'm a hard-core Twilight series fan, and my dad is taking me to see the movie the day it comes out as a birthday present (it releases two days after my birthday). Anyway, I love the book so far. After getting lost in Barnes & Noble for almost an hour (the one where I live is HUGE), getting the book was worth it. I'm already on page 101, and it's amazing. I literally cried when I skipped ahead and read a certain part. Has anyone else bought/plan on buying/read/finished it? If so, what do you think of it? [/FONT][/CENTER]

[CENTER][FONT="Palatino Linotype"]I had to have three root canals when I was in 6th grade. Really, though, it's not as bad as you might think. You don't feel it, unless you decide to be a smart-*** like I did and bite down on the needle-things that they put in your cavities. Dr. J (My dentist): Emily, don't bite down on those. Me: Mm-hm. -Bites down- Screams were heard from the waiting room. But if you don't do something like that, you won't have a problem. You won't even feel it because I'm sure that they'll numb your mouth. Just stay calm while the dentist is working.[/FONT][/CENTER]

[CENTER][FONT="Palatino Linotype"]I had a dream last night, and I have to share it with OB. I was walking down the street that I live on with my 12-year-old brother, Tyler. Suddenly, we hear some girl scream, "Taco Bell is on fire! Put it out with the cats from Candy Mountain!" So, Tyler starts crying because his favorite fast-food place is Taco Bell, and I try to calm him down. And for some reason, my cat Shadow flings herself against the street, and she starts talking to me. "Emily," she said, "the Andromeda Strain is taking over Nevada! We have to save Taco Bell! It's our only chance of survival!" When I looked back at Tyler, he wasn't there anymore. Instead, he was floating in the air above our house, screaming that Taco Bell wasn't worth living for anymore, and then jumps off the house. But, he didn't really die. He just reappeared next to me, like a video game character. I woke up after that. x.x Oh, but it was a very strange dream. [/FONT][/CENTER]

[CENTER][FONT="Palatino Linotype"]I recently had a dream about my friend Ethan, but just increased my affection for him. For some reason, he had a mansion as a house, and he was dressed in a tux. I was dressed in some sort of skimpy, frilly white dress. Anyway, the whole dream was just us walking around his mansion, holding hands and talking. Oh, and we often stopped walking and kissed a bit. I'm dreaming about him a lot more often lately. I wonder why. >

[CENTER][FONT="Palatino Linotype"]^^; I don't know the years that these movies were made, but my favorites are: [B]Spirited Away[/B] - This is the first anime movie that I ever saw, and I fell in love with it during the first five minutes of it. I even named my cat Chihiro in honor of the movie, but that was a few years ago. [B]Howl's Moving Castle [/B]- Another all-time favorite. The first time I saw Howl, I instantly had a crush on him. -Oh, fangirl!- It just has an amazing storyline and wonderful ending. [B]Princess Mononoke [/B]- Haha. I guess you can tell that I'm a huge Hayao Miyazaki fan. Anyway, this moving is so touching. I cried at the end because it was so wonderful. [B]The Ring 1 & 2 [/B]- My favorite scary movies. My neighbor made me watch the first one when I was in 3rd grade, and I hated it the first time because of the freakish faces. But I've grown to love the movies as I grew older. [B]Red Vs. Blue [/B]- Oh my gosh. The RVB movies are so funny. Well, they might not be unless you're a Halo fan. [B]The Exorcism of Emily Rose [/B]- At first, I thought this movie was going to be really stupid and boring, but it was actually pretty damn scary. It gave me nightmares.[/FONT][/CENTER]

My friend Ethan is Canadian, and he sometimes calls soda "pop." It's adorable, in my opinion. But then again, every thing he does is adorable to me. And, other than on TV, I've never heard anyone call sprinkles "jimmies."[/FONT][/CENTER]

As long as the s/he is happy with the female partner breast-feeding, and the female partner is happy doing it, there should be no problem. I think I would cry if anything happened to my game (yes, I still have it). It holds a lot of memories for me, plus it has an awesome storyline. [B]Dance Dance Revolution -[/B] I've been playing it for a few years, and I love it, especially when someone older challenges me in arcades. They usually think that because I have a small, seemingly breakable figure, I suck at it. XD [B]Fable - [/B] My all-time favorite Xbox game. I'm always good in that game, because I feel horrible if I do anything bad. Although, I will kill a few villagers for a house to rent out. [B]Eternal Sonata - [/B]I think it has a really touching storyline. Also, the music is amazing, and I've been looking for the soundtrack for a few months. [B]Okami - [/B]Oh my gosh. Amazing, beautiful, touching game. I really cried the first time I beat it. This game also has awesome music, and Issun is so adorable. [B]The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - [/B]Also another game that I've grown up with. Sadly, I don't own the game anymore (thanks to my brother and his hammer...), but it's most certainly a game I'll refuse to forget. It's the first game that ever gave me nightmares about zombies. [B]Haunting Ground - [/B]Freaky game, but it's amazing. I refuse to play the game without my dad in the room, but he loves the game, too. It's difficult at some parts, but working through those parts is worth it because of the multiple endings.[/FONT][/CENTER]
