As Magus said already OB has a mature enough member-base that when threads like this are created where you can give examples of anime you didn't like along with an explanation why, it doesn't lead to a flame-fest. I'm rather glad they've stuck with Ichigo's new mask for the most part, it's a huge improvement over his old one and looks properly intimidating. [SIZE="1"]Just finished [B]Basilisk [/B]a couple of minutes ago, I'd been meaning to watch it for a year or two but just never seemed to get around to it. Overall an OK series with plenty of decent characters on both sides (although the Kouga are generally portrayed as the more sympathetic side from what I could see), Muroga Hyouma has become one of my favourite anime characters for his ridiculous zen-badassness. Ending was a tad predictable, I'm not sure if Basilisk just drew inspiration from Romeo and Juliet or if it was a Japanese-style remake but there was plenty of similarity. [/SIZE]

Besides from his fights so far it appears he gets more attuned with his Vizard powers by fighting other hollows rather than training with other Vizard, and given he's about to fight the Zero Espada...[/SIZE]

Nice to see Kubo has swapped realms again without bothering to resolve the cliffhangers he creates like a better story-teller would. Well this week's chapter is a tad predictable, Madara and Taka have buggered off apparently and the Kages plus the Samurai Lord agree to form a six-nations alliance though Danzou is apparently going to be ostracised for fleeing and both Raikage and Tsuchikage support Kakashi taking over as the Alliance leader instead of him. They also agree the remaining Jinchuuriki need to be guarded/watched to prevent their capture. Another big reveal is that Kisame can fuse with his sword Baishin from Bleach style in order to turn himself into a monster with tailed-beast level chakra and that he's found where Killer Bee has been hiding out and the two of them are going to duke it out next week. So yeah, pretty predictable save for Kisame turning into a Bleach movie villain and my losing faith yet again in Kishi to do something original. [/SIZE]
