I've already been here quite some time under the name of Majin Gohan(I despise that name now and it was banned for a reason I'm not quite sure on. He really should have been banned back in March though(and I should have been too for that matter, but I was banned eventually and I'm still not clear why). Unfortunately the rules weren't so strict and neither were the mods or admins.

I think that games should just be bought by anybody no matter how violent (but maybe that' because I'm not 18 yet). I hate having to get my mom every time I want to purchase a violent game and she could care less. I'm still perfectly sane

You forget that Cell wanted to kill everybody himself. Letting a meteor kill a few people would spoil some of his fun. Anyways most meteors burn up in the Earth's atmosphere so it probably wasn't any sort of threat to Earth. But it's just a television show, there's no need to put too much thought into this

No problem. I had a little trouble on that mission too

All you have to do is run up this flight of stairs that's close to the blue marker where you drop off 8-ball and he hides. Run to the corner of the building you're on top of that gives you the best view of the stairs leading to the boat. After that it's all up to how quickly you can kill off the guards. Hope this helps
