Join your local gym, run 10km 3 times a week and do some resistance classes...and take up kick boxing...If you don't want to do kick boxing then just do an extra 10km run each week. Yeah, I would have added fellowship of the rings to my list but I haven't seen it yet. I'm waiting for the cinemas to be less crowded. But i'll definitely see it soon. Nothing compares to the book though

Will you guys just think of what's going on here for a sec....Your arguments...however justified you think they maybe are getting you nowhere....
