Location, location, location--Where are you from?
Ben replied to Baron Samedi's topic in General Discussion
CT, USA, in a place that most people call Groton. If any of you plan a visit (though for the life of me I can't see why you would...:p) look me up, somehow... -
Some of this I copied, but put together it works well. Use DNA surgery to change all monsters into dragons. Then use Dragon Capture Jar to switch them all to defense mode. Have something like Cure Mermaid or Dancing fairy to increase your lifepoints every turn. Then have fire princess on the field. If you opponent doesn't do anything, they'll be dead in about 16 turns.

Nevermind, I changed my mind. You started already and I didn't really like the animousity I thought that uppercase and stretched "really" was sending out.

I thought parts of the movie were fairly predictable, but is was stil great. But whether through slurred talking or pirate jargon, I don't know, some of the conversations lost me.

Are you still accepting sign-ups Raiha? Or from my past RPG posts do you deem my quality too low? :p

The rarest cards in my deck are probably Barrel Dragon, Goblin Attack Force, and Horn of Heaven. Outside my deck I have Imperial Order, Mask of Restrict, and Serpent Knight Dragon. I have others, but my memory is a little fuzzy right now. :p

Smiles are not a bad thing, you know. Some people think they're nice.
Originally posted by Ruby So what would be the chance of him coming here?
A lot better when you PM me saying: Go there and read. :p I read the poem and what's under the spoiler tags. I'm touched. Thanks so much for writing the poem and for letting me know about this. :D :love2:

I've been wondering about something for a while that has to do with Jam Breeding Machine: Could you sacrifice the tokens to Set a monster?

*Puts as wallpaper* I like it. It's better than the picture of stonehenge I had before. Hope you don't mind me using it. I like the idea of someone walking in and asking: "What is that?" :D

Jeric laughed as he watched Hallucin slay the unicorn. She had played right into his hands. How could she have not noticed that it was too easy? He continued to smirk. The baby unicorn had been just another illusion. The mother, however, was something much worse. It was a real unicorn, but Jeric had seen to it that it was no longer a symbol of purity. Through many curses and enchanments he had reft the soul of the beast away. He had replaced it with one of the fouler fiends of the Book. A power-leeching imp of the Netherworld. Hallucin had known she would be cursed, but to this extent she could not even have dreamed... "One does not mock the Dark Lord without a price." he said grimly. "Indeed, husband." said Kilda, slowly threading her away across the room. "Perhaps now she will learn why it is I who am the Master, and she the servant." said Jeric grimly."She is dangerous, love. Be wary of her." "I will. But now I must return to the corruption of the forest." she replied.

Ben had seen the Otaku Prom thread in the Adventure Forum, he frequented it often. Both the thread and the forum. He was of two minds about going to the prom. He enjoyed social events. He would usually just hang out with a handful of friends, but wander away sometimes on the off-chance that someone might ask him to dance. But, many people were getting dates to the prom....he surely could not do so. He could think of several people to ask to go, but was much to shy to actually ask them. He decided to make it known that he was going, with or without someone to go with. "Hey everyone, I'm coming with or without someone to go with me." Wow, who would have expected him to say that with the line preceding it... Ben sighed. The deed was done.

Jeric put his hand to the stab wound in his arm and spoke two words he had memorized from the book. It was instantly healed and the poison was forced out of his body and onto the floor. He touched his fingers to it. "Potent." he said. Then he felt her subtle powers at work. He began to regret the curse. That this beautiful creature would die as soon as....they embraced. He smiled. "Leave me alone enchantress, or you will die." he said. She narrowed her eyes, searching for something within him. There was something different about him. It seemed like another bit of magic... "What have you been up to?" she asked, moving seductively closer. The look he gave her was a terrible mix between a cringe and a smile. "I invoked something called the Lovers' Curse." he answered. "And what does that do?" she asked, taking another step closer, her breath on his neck. He struggled with it. Her powers seemed much more potent when she was this close. But just the thought of what this next remark would do to her gave him the strength to say it. "If I betray Kilda, I die." he said simply. Hallucin was clever enough to put two and two together. She backed away from him, her eyes burning. She turned and walked towards the door. "This is not the end, Jeric." she said. ""Your precious Book will not protect you forever."

O.O.C.: Sorry it's been so long. I just got back from vacation yesterday. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jeric paced around his room. He had summoned one of the Book's dark minions to keep an eye of Hallucin. He wasn't sure if she would notice, but knew that it could not be traced back to him. Looking through the minion's eyes, he could see that she was on her way to him. The news excited him, but he forced the pleasurable thoughts away. He would not be a slave to her magic. He had devised a way to not only resist her advances, but also to hopefully stop them entirely. It would be a complex matter, the result of two interwoven curses from the book. He decided that he had better get started. He went to the Book, which he had left closed on a podium near the center of the rounded room. He opened it and began to recite the words of the curse. After several minutes of recitation and manipulation of magical forces, the curse was complete. He felt a shudder as its grip took hold of him, as did Kilda as it took ahold of her. The Lovers' Curse had been cast. "Now, for Hallucin..." said Jeric, turning the Book to another page. The top line read: The Servant's Devotion ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ O.O.C. The Lovers' Curse makes it so that if Kilda betrays Jeric, she dies, and if Jeric betrays Kilda, he dies. The Servant's Devotion makes it so that if Jeric dies, the cursed servant will die as well. Some of the more observant people here may see where I am going with this...

Lennod went to where the training droids were kept when not in use. He noticed with consternation that there were very few left. He silently cursed Xanko. He took what battle droids were left and went to the portal room, a place he was sure would be empty at this time. His guess proved to be true, the portal room was empty. The droids followed him into the room. He closed the door and pushed a small button near it. A large blast-resistant cover shielded the durasteel window, shutting out the light of the stars. Lennod deactivated the lights in the room. Then he activated the droids. It took a miute for their eyes to adjust to the darkness. When they made out his shape in the dark, they began firing. There were five of them. He dodged their blasts, activating his green light whip. He knew that it would now be easier for the droids to pinpoint him, but dodging was not the focus of his practice. He rushed at the droids, his light whip trailing behind him. He hopped elft and right to avoid their shots then used a force-enhanced jump to fly over the top of them. Then he spun and lashed out with his whip. Arms, legs, and blasters were the object of his whip, and he severed them all. The droids' limbless bodies threshed wildly on the floor. He gathered them up using the force. Then he walked out of the room, carrying the droids with him. The portal room returned to normal.

If toy guns were banned, we would have a lot of very disappointed kids out there. Not only that, but kids could get in serious trouble if they had a toy gun hidden, which I am sure a few of them would do. Also, if they lack the ability to buy a fake gun, some of them may attempt to get real one later on. That's just a thought....I don't really care since I don't play with toys too often. :p

"Who's that meditating before the sleep cycle has ended?" came a voice from the doorway. "Abob." came the reply. Abob stood up. "Don't let me interrupt you, I'm just grabbing something from a locker." said the Jedi, walking over to the same wall Abob had just minutes before. Abob, for some reason, could not clearly see the Knight. Abob sat back down and continued his meditation and, soon enough, the blocks were whirring about his head again. From within his meditation, Abob thought he sensed probing of some sort into his mind. The feeling was gone in an instant. A couple minutes later Abob stood up, the sleep cycle had ended and the others would be getting up soon. But where had the Jedi gone? Abob had not heard the door's hiss of opening, nor had he detected any movement from the Jedi Knight. Puzzled, he exited the room. After the boy had left, Lennod relaxed. He had been concentrating hard on maintaining the thought that he was not present. By doing so, the boy was unable to determine his presence either. (O.O.C. Basically it's a maintained "Jedi mind Trick") The boy had gotten up early today. Always before, Lennod had arrived in the chamber first. Then, when the boy showed up, he would shiled himself from detection. He had been doing this since the day the boy boarded the ship. Lennod needed the practice to maintain this ability, but he thought the boy would benefit from the exercise as well. "Soon." thought the Knight. "He may see me."
