yeah. he doesnt care about the fact that they are related, cuz aeka and yosho were gonna get married. he doesnt want his daughter staying in such primitive conditions with a commoner. there is also the chance that they might want to get married if they were together too long, and she already has a fiance who is "worthy" of aeka. plus, tenchi looks weak and scrawny.

[/B][/QUOTE] not the same thing. a super saiyan only needs to lose someone (that is only one of the ways they can initially become super saiyan) for the first time. every time after that, they can do it at will. i do believe that that isnt the case with the light hawk wings.

For example, the "Custom Gundums" were shown even though it was before Gundam Wing. I don't know... it could be either. It could be that it is in real time to the alternate universe that is gundam wing, or it could be an alternate universe to an alternate universe, cuz the custom thing doesnt fit the flashbacks.

yosho would win. he can beat tenchi in an instant. tenchi only gets the light hawk wings when he is in trouble. tenchi could never beat yosho, cuz yosho is smart, and would trick tenchi into messing up. the onlyway tenchi would win would be if grandpa yosho went psycho and started doing bushido on everyone and then tenchi had to save the day. then all of a sudden, tenchi would get nearly magical, jurai powers like usual and everyone would be happy. xcept yosho, cuz he wouldnt have gotten to continue beating the crap out of everyone.

ever see gundam wing? or endless waltz? same thing. gundam wing is an alternate universe to the gundam series, it even happens in a different time mensuration system. instead of Universal Century, it is in After Colony; gundam wing never actually happened. furthermore, endless waltz is an alternate universe to gundam wing, so that didnt happen either. who knows why they make alternate universes? probably because (like was said already) they wanted to see how successful it could be. but i think, its cuz when you get to the end of a story line, and you want to continue with the series, and theres nothing left to do... make up a new storyline loosely based upon the original! then fanatical fans like us will sop it up like sponges. besides, if there had been no alternate universes.....there would be no *gasp* SAKUYA!

DBZ is dubbed, and most people are upset that a lot of the blood is gone and the swearing (which, by the way, there is no swearing in DBZ, the subtitlers just put them in). what can you expect anyways, from an american television station. we like to think that the t.v. is causing our problems, even though (as arnold schwarzinager [or however you spell his name] sad) they have the same t.v. and movies in austria, and the kids arent killing eachother there. if we didnt blame the violent cartoons and movies, who would we blame? besides, it is kinda fun to complain about the dubbing. ^_^

4 is kinda late, but not really. i know people who stay up late.... but 10:30! that is when i start waking up! i try, and it is very hard for me to go to bed before 1 oclock. just the other day i wanted to go to bed at 1 so i could get some sleep, but stayed up til 3 anyways. and, uh..., yeah. i would love to see tenchi back on toonami. i watched it several times, but it did get kinda tedious. i think it has been long enough that they can put it back on now. i havent seen 3 or so episodes out of all the series. i feel so empty.

trigun rocks. ive seen much of the series, i have to watch two or three more tapes. it is my favorite animé. vash the stampede is a great character, hilarious, kick , and very insightful. the voices for the show are great too. i have a cd from trigun where for about half of it the japanese characters are talking, and the emotion of the english vash equals the japanese one. cowboy bebop is such a good series, i love the action, the mystery, and the way the story line jumps around a lot.

[/B][/QUOTE] there are more types of gundams and mobile suits and mobile armors than there are zoids. You just havent seen enough of the many gundam series. There are at least thirty five gundam series (including the novels and video games) and each of them has many types of gundams and mobile suits. One series alone had 20 different types, and each series has new suits. There are over 30 different versions of the the Zaku mobile suit alone. I dont know which series I like better, gundam has obviously shown its popularity through the fact it has so many series and has been around for so long, and zoids is such an interesting concept. I think they both are awesome.

i used to watch cardcaotor sakura and taped it every day when it was on toonami, but they took it off:mad: and i havent seen it since.
