I wanna say though, I think my original point is what I wanna get some opinions on. It was during his fight with gokou for the first time. He eventually came to sense the spirit bomb gokou made. (I believe) He was only ok at this at that point. He finished fighting with all of the earthlings and went back to his "space station headquarters" and then went to get the dragonballs on namek. When he got to the station, he bragged about having a new ability to sense people's energy signals. But, like I said, he wasnt good at this. He found out that frieza had already left for namek and went straight to get his scouter. That meant that he did learn to sense energys but he couldnt do it well enough to rely on this. Anyway, so yea, he learned to sense energy on earth after and during the fights with gokou, krillen and gohan.

Wow, I wonder if you (forest pixie) were reffering to me as one of the newb's who are all ciked about inu and act like its brand new. To me, that sounds alot like the way queen asuka sounded back when everyone was giving praise for yu yu. I personally will admit, I never had seen inu before cn started airing it, but then again, I didnt act like some stupib newb. In fact, I felt that the thread you got on my case about (with name spellings of all things) was about a theme in the show that not a single person on the boards had even mentioned. (not that Im the only person to see it.) But come on, acting above everyone cause you were into inu "way back when" isn't a very nice thing to do. I believe in this in a way shown by dbz. When someone only thinks about where they will end up, it leads them to something that is nasty, such as hell or a bad situation. But when we stop thinking about where we will end up and base our actions on the good in our hearts, it will lead us to our true destiny or fate. Vegeta took only actions to benefit himself, then one day he took actions that benefited others regardless of where it left himself. Then his destiny took the path it should have. The destiny that was for the good in vegetas soul. But if if had ignored the good in him and gone to the bad, he would have ended where wasted objects end. It saddens me to know this thread fell from grace. This thread will not be noticed the way as it would have been before... oh well. Tetsiga, inuyasha, shashomaru. The tetsiga was made from their father's tooth, a full demon. Shashomaru, a full demon. Inuyasha is a half human. The tetsiga was only handlable by inuyasha and the human women with him, kagome. Kagome drew it and inuyasha could hold it but not draw it, shashomaru couldnt do either. This brings forth the theory that the father whom mated with a human women believed that demons were evil by nature, and that humans had a good nature to them. Tonight this was only reinforced when kagome struck the tetsiga with an arrow and "deactivated" its powers. What do you think? The story of inuyasha is truely on par with any anime in existance. The love story created is amazing and at the same time the actions and other elements of the show are amazing. This show is slowly winning my love. I am truely amazed with the depth of story and style.

Well, its important to know that power levels in the series stop being told after the frieza saga. However, there is one spot after where power levels are mentioned. Its when babi di is gathering energy and gokou, gohan and vegeta go into the space ship. When gokou fights the light eating monster, I think his name was yarkan, babi di measures his powerlevel in numbers with some device. Thing is, the measuring unit is a new one that was never refered to before then. So with that one event not being counted, the power level issue is non-existant in dbz after the frieza saga. That said, even having power levels after the frieza saga is a mistake in itself. So, yea there was a mistake, by the site, and by you if your trying to use power levels after the frieza saga.

Yea, Im with everyone else, not only is this guy a fool, but hes mean. I say not only do you not go to school, but you should also get as many kids as possible to not go to school as well. Then, all sorts of stuff could happen, but the most likely would be a review of this guys decisions by a superior board and then its all down hill for him. I would put my money on the ps2 to win the "war" in terms of sucess on the buisness charts. In the gamers eyes the war is more difficult to call. The winner in my opinion... after the reasons for each. third place: xbox The xbox has great power, but as seen with the dreamcast, thats not enough to carry a system all the way. Most important in the xbox's problems is a lack of in house platform designing. It takes years to develop good titles and once you have one, thats all you need. However, xbox has nothing, they have to resort to thrid party designers and hope that those guys are putting out a varied list of games and making those games well enough to take advantage of the xbox's power. Fact is that with out the games to take advantage of that power, the xbox isnt any better off than the other two, and with that in mind, its even worse off because they dont have the creativity of in house design or the flexibility with other designers that have already been working with sony and nintendo for years. second place: not awarded. first place: tie: gamecube and ps2 Gamecube has amazing power but most of all, they have the in house design to take advantage of that. They have the best platformers in the buisness and thats what keeps them alive. The game play on the cube is the best advantage it has on the others, with the processing power and the games, in house and third party, to take advantage of that power, there is no doubt that the game cube will be a power to contend with. The only disadvantage for the gc is the limited amount of third party game developers they can work with due to sony's overwhelming control on that sector of game development. Sony: It has almost every advantage, the game play is excellent because althought the theoretical capabilities of the system are not as high as the other two systems, it has been shown that the games and developers sony has in its pocket can fully exploit the ps2's power. With that power being fully used, the games are on par with the other systems simply because the other system havent gotten to go to their extremes yet. Most important in the sony's advantage is its games. In house as development is great and its connection with third party developers is far greater than the other two. The ps2 has the greatest diversity of game titles and it is also reverse compatible which makes for a gaming nastalgia the others have a hard time matching. Plus, with the diversity of games and designers at sony's finger tips, it makes for a perfect senerio where only sony can put forth an honestly descent rpg. Even with these advantages, the sony will have a hard time beating the nintendo, nintendo has the game play and in house design down. Where as the sony has diversity in game titles as well as excellent game play. Sony will win in the overall, but for the serious gamer, nintendo will be possibly the true winner. Just like a contest between the ps1 and the n64, the 64 won on gameplay and graphics (most often), while the ps1 had the titles and diversity to grab ahold of the general gaming crowd.

This is almost rediculus, The parents are always responsible for the moral education. Due to the fact that almost no one is gonna disagree with that, and since you didnt give your own opinion, I would say this thread is asking to be closed. Nothing personal, but I just dont see a point to this thread, atleast until someone comes up here and says something rediculus like " teachers and civil servants are responsible..." Then maybe a debate could occur but until then, this is almost silly.

In reference to the song mentioned, I wanted to add that, there is another version that I have heard that also makes just as much or more sense. (I believe it too) The pocket full of posseys was from the fact that the dead victims had to just sit around for long periods before they were taken away. This is where the flowers come in, they were used to stuff the pockets of the dead to try and cover the scent of the decomposing bodies. (ewww, nasty) And the ring around the posey was from the broken blood vessels that appeared on the victims neck after contracting the desease.
