well im not trying to be mean or anything, but some mods around here arent too nice about threads on topics that already exist. actually they can be quite harsh. I would suggest you go to the death of safety thread and put your opinion, and hence bring that topic back. I would really like that, even though some of the peace-nicks might not. you may have to go to page 2 to find it.

dude, dont get on my case about that stuff. If you really believe a bullet keeps the same velocity over its entire distance then you need to take more time looking into this stuff. plus, the bullet didnt hit a bone or anything, unfortunatly it hit him just below the rib cage and to the left side of his body. it destroyed several of his major organs and went in but not out. its also important that you think about this stuff that you write because if you look at the quote you put up of what I said and the actual post, you will notice I never wrote "an awful lot". I just suggested that it was possible the lack of an exit wound would indicate a possible long distance shot. (although you are right about gravity and wind playing in with a shot, but loss of velocity is a result of those, which means we both have valid points. but it is true that the second a bullet leaves the barrel it starts "loosing steam". even if its only tiny amounts.) I mean its not like bullets have the time to let gravity and wind affect them when its close range. and really, I never even said something like wind and gravity dont effect bullets. You would have to be a pretty simple minded person to think gravity doesnt apply to bullets. more over, the real point Im writing is because there are plenty of snipers who kill in combat. try admiring them. not some loser who kills kids. one other thing is that I will admit when people have a point, and one thing is obvious. this guy is smart, usually the most dangerous people are.

well honestly, I'll take a bit of credit for it. political debates once ruled the lounge and the administrators didnt like it too much. plus, when there was one thread up, people would start another on a similar but not exactly the same subject. there got to be too many and eventually people didnt stand for it. plus, on subjects like this, opinions are strong, and nobody on the boards likes full out arguements. If I was you I would just delete this thread, before someone closes it and you cant get rid of it anymore. once its closed you cant even delete it. although I do love to talk about this stuff.

Ive heard about this fella alot. really bad stuff. all of the victims had one shot. most died. to me that means hes not using the assault rifles they show on tv. if he had those, no one would have made it because he could have easily gotten off the second shot to make the kill with no prob. thats why I say its a bolt action rifle. also, with the fact that the last boy shot didnt have an exit wound, it would indicate that he was really, really far away. he still hit the "target" though, so hes a really dangerous dude. I hope they figure out who he is, and then they find him. then I hope he puts up a fight and you know what happens when you shoot at cops... they shoot back. hopefully the cops are as good a shot as he is. then justice will be served, well, as much as can be done.

endymion, I hear that. the hamtaro thing, now that show is childish. dragon ball is fun, it seems to grow on you.

my problem with this topic is that people are stepping back and looking at things in a hypothetical sense or with a sense of almost spiritual inqusition. with this debate being the intellectual one I had mentioned before, we cant look at things from a hypothetical or spiritual perspective. we've got to stick to the realist point of view that tells us a dream is a dream. spirits are not material and even though I believe I have you, along with all of you, I dont believe I can prove there is a such thing, nor can anyone else. with this "realist" view, it is impossible to stand back and say we could possibly be in a dream state or something. I stick to what I said before, and what others said before me... "I think, therefore I am" although, I will say that the thinking thing does not apply to my realist side.

I actually dont mind it much. I dont really think its great or anything, but its not all that bad. a little too young for me, but there could still be worse programs than this. although I love how krillen is almost as strong as gokou and at some points stronger. the comedy of the show is also a perk. but its still not all that good. Id give it a 4 out of 10. not good , but still could be alot worse.

editing like that doesnt matter to asuka. she dis likes all this stuff(she may still, like it, but less or just dis likes the fans) the second any of us know about it or like it. I just have to say its awefully rude to say the things she says. oh by the way. yu yu hakashu is the best most greatest, most awesome, funniest, most diverse, developed and kick butt anime ever made. yey! oh wait, that stuff is looked down on by some. but maybe if yu yu wasnt on cn and it was a, buy each ep. for twice what its worth, only through import deal,... then it might be ok to like yu yu again. or maybe you just have to be the first to know about it to be allowed to appreciate it. who knows... Intresting, I understand what you are saying but before I go into a response, I would like to mention that "arguing" was for the lack of a better word. I never really meant it as if people in the thread were upset and insulting each other. and so... proving another exist. if another person thinks, that should be enough, but how can I tell that another person is thinking? well, I cant, but somethings must be taken on faith. I imagine that in this disscusion simply taking something on faith is not enough. Instead, let us base this on interaction. as you were saying, if rico digs a hole and it effects the earth then that alone means rico exist, because if you are really going to take the "intellectual" approach to this, then you know that a dream can not interact with reality and there for rico can not be a dream.

what do you think? is there anybody in here who knows what Im talking about. music and bands that would other wise be perfect if those darn fans did exist. there are plenty of these bands in my opinion, but Im not going to get into the ones I feel this way about because Im pretty much to only guy on the boards who likes the music I do. point is, do you know any bands like this? do you feel the same way about this stuff as me? or am I all alone? well name some of these bands if your down with the subject. and describe those horrible fans that ruin what ever music it is.

You are capable of action phisical or mental, where as if you didnt exist you couldnt do anything at all. this is almost rediculus. argument for the sake of argument usaully leads to ignorant fights. and atleast with a stupid fight you would get more proof that you exist. even in the matrix, in the digital world, those people are thinking, they are actually doing something. even though their bodies are in some nasty stuff and they have no idea, they still wouldnt be in the matrix if they didnt exist in the "real" world. if you think about anything, you exist.

I really thought that we were all semi-knowledgable enough about dragon ball to know power levels mean nothing. especially when referenced in numbers. oh well.

I actually have zone of enders and I really didnt think it was all that great. as for ac2, I think it appeals to the more realistic side of mechs. Its all about realism, although I will admit the controls do leave something to be desired. I still say ac2 is awesome. But now my intrest is on the robotech and gundam stuff. Im having a hard time getting to try them, but Im sure the effort to find them and the wait will be worth it. Just one question, I heard that the feddy gundam in fed vs zeon has a big sheild and never uses it, is this true?

I really do know how much friends mean, but what is a friend? I have a ? for the fella above me who uses jin. 1. do you use him on tekken 3? 2. how well do you use him? are there combos you know that are un-written? Im not gonna come out with my special stuff, but do you know what Im talking about when I get into this topic. Im sure you would. we both know he does all the different styles. question is how do you use them. can you get to each style with out hitting buttons to go into set style patterns and then go through each to reach your desired one... or do you know the quick step. well then akuma. Im not trying to speak for altron, such a thing would be rude... but oh wait, I guess I am. what I think altron was saying is not that mahq is bad, I bet he would or does like the site, but I think he was getting at the fact that you were busting on me and others for wanting spoilers and then talking about going to a web site to find out rather than actually watching the series and coming up with your own impression of the series. I doubt he really meant insult, but for someone to be critical of another for not knowing and then saying the way to the "end", or knowledge, myself and others seeking, is through something besides the "true" source and something like a web site is just silly. getting on me for asking for spoilers and then saying to use a web site and not showing that you knew for yourself is the problem. even more important, is that, because of previous interaction between myself and you, domon, has brought me to know that you do know alot about g gundam none the less, a bunch of other gundam series. bottom line, you know what your doing, altrom meant no harm, but come on and help us out with the spoilers. geez...

yes indeed d is one bad dude. unfortunatly i havent seen this latest incarnation of vhd. although I would like to mention that there are some anime fans in my home town of williamsburg, VA. who should feel like some real dummies because literally more than 3 years ago I started talking about how I had saw a show where they mention vhd being redone. no one heard about it nor saw anything, I began to wonder myself and then it came to present and what was released. blood lust. it confirmed my talk and now I dont look like an idiot anymore. oh wait, thats just on this one subject. oh well.

yea, the more I look around the more I see spellings that differ but the sub on the tape says "uubu".
