[size=1] You know, I just remembered. I think there's some diet and all you eat is meat and meaty-things O_o, and not eat a lot of carbs. Then, after you've lost all the weight, you eat a whole bunch of carbs and salads to keep that weight. My friend tried it out once, and she lost about twenty pounds. [/size]

I think Bestbuy has this huge after-Thanksgiving sale, but I never really saw anime at a discounted pirce at stores. [/size]

[size=1] O_o;; Of course dieting works! And you really don't have to starve yourself! I sound like a commercial. Well, I think most importantly is to cut down on carbohydrates and don't eat too much meat. Eating dinner early (5:00 PM-6:00 PM) and not eating or drinking anything after ('cept drinking water) REALLY REALLY helps. Cut down on snacks if you eat a lot. My problem is that I don't eat lots of snacks, but I eat like a cow when it comes to meals. ::shrugs:: My mom says you should eat most at breakfast, a little less at lunch, and not eat that much at dinner. And after you do excercise, don't eat too much. Of course, I guess throwing in a couple of daily runs and stuff will help you out. Go play some sports with your friends. I should. O_o. Heh, I know all this stuff and yet I never practice it. ^_^ [/size]
