O.o I can't play the trailer on my Windows media player!! oh well, maybe i'll see it on tv. :3 Anyways, the graphics are awesome, makes me wonder why i ever said they were bad. And it runs very smoothly, needless to say. But I think the new zelda game is placed right after Link comes out of Termina. Since all of that time jumble in Termina, many years must have passed in Hyrule, and Link meets up with Zelda's descendant or whatever. So the new game would settle between Majora's Mask and a Link to the past. Is that right? I always get the games mixed up somehow. But Link's sister? How did that come up? Let's say that father died, and likewise to his mother. That brings up the uncle Link was living with. If hundreds of years have passed, wouldn't his uncle be dead? Same with his sister, also! But Link's uncle could be like a foster parent, and the uncle had a daughter. But the only other thoery i thought of was the seperate link thing. But then that would leave a huge gap between Majora's mask and a link to the past. Maybe new games on gamecube will fill it up if the seperate link theory is true.

Um, my sister and I think the hamsters look scary, Well, I know I think they look scay. I mean, just look at them for a long time! And I think the storyline is stupid too.
-
I used to be upset about the graphics myself when I first found out about it, but after you think about it for a while, it seems okay, but, I think Link's head looks REALLY big...

Hm, I tried it once but fell down and twisted my ankle.

I'm sick of hearing gunshots outside my window
eleanor replied to Lady Macaiodh's topic in General Discussion
I live in Alpharetta, a suburb in Georgia, but It's pretty safe. I usualy hear car skids and crashes though. I guess thats why it's a law to have car insurance in GA -
A deatil of History?!!!!!!!? Over ten million innocent people died because of that Big, Sadistic Moron. I'm glad we kicked Germany's A**. But really, Hitler killed himself and his family because he was losing the war. But really, this Le pan or whatever dude didn't sound like hitler. Hitler persuaded, I guess you could call that. Everybody liked his ideas and he didn't seem to evil, but once he got control, BOOM!

We visited Japan when we went to Korea, and it was pretty cool! Their culture is cool, I guess. The only thing that disturbs me is that they tried to take control of Korea about FOUR times and failed. Makes me feel kinda angry. But I loved Japan for this one thing- MANGAS GALORE!~ And their CHEEEP TOO!
-
Okay, okay, so American IS the hardest, but have you ever heard of KoReAn?!?!?!? I'm Korean my self (still born in the U.S. my mom and dad were born in Korea) and IT'S STILL SO FREAKIN HARD!!!!!!!!!!! You know, I got a 68 on my last test and that the second highest. Thats right, I have to go to a Korean school on Saturday. SOHARDSOHARDSOHARDSOHARDSOHARD!!!!! Anyways, Spanish id pretty easy for me, but French was hard. Japanese and Chinese? My mom is a teacher at the Korean School and she knows Japanese and Chinese perfectly. (She's always going on about how hard they had to work in Korea. They went to school at night, even the elementary kids, and teachers could hit children for no reason back then and not get into much trouble. Scary.) She says Korean is a lot harder, and I believe her.

Has anyone here ever used a walkthrough in one of the Zelda games? I know I NEVER have. Most people I know use walkthroughs they get through the internet to get through all those tricky temples and dungeons, and all that extra stuff. Not only are they spoilers, they well, spoil the game for you! Everyone knows that Zelda has all those mazes and twists and turns that make it hard to finish. Because Zelda is NOT one of those games you can finish overnight. In the end, it kinda spoils it for you because you know you didn't solve it all by ourself. Well, that what I think. I'm proud that I finished without help! ^_^ I sound pretty arrogant, don't I?

Um...nothing happened to the Oddysey of Hyrule. It's still up and running. Maybe you mean Hyrule:Legend of Zelda?
-
Yeah, the game hasn't been released yet, but some Zelda site, maybe Zelda Elements, had an interveiw with Shigero Miyamito, and he kept on saying that Zelda fans that are dissappointed with the graphics should play the game first and that the gameplay was good. And hey, who yould argue with the master of the games, himself?

Hm, yeah Chibi Afros sound strangely familiar...heh..

Anime Anime Fans are isolated...Opinions?
eleanor replied to sandramaxwell06's topic in Otaku Central
If someone DOES say that carttons are for kids and you should stop watching it, well, this is what I said. "Thanks for the help, old lady!" Then I walked away. -
I believe that was the last episode. But then a CCS movie came out and Li came back and met Sakura at a festival and they fell in love and stuff.

Anime Anime Fans are isolated...Opinions?
eleanor replied to sandramaxwell06's topic in Otaku Central
Yeah, I HAVE to agree with that, Sandra! My school isn't the type where people go around making fun of people every second, but yeah, the "popular kids" do it an awful lot. One day I was doodling on a piece on paper in Reading class cuz it's boring. I was drawing Link's head when this snobby girl comes up to me and says, "WHAT in the World are YOU drawing?" "Um, Link, I don't think you know him." "Oh, like that Pokemon stuff! You are such a freak." (My friend says I draw really good, so I guess you can tell the difference between Link and pokemon characters. I mean seriously, LINK and ASH? I think anybody can tell the difference). Then one day I saw this boy I knew wearing a DBZ t-shirt and people were looking at him like he was the freak of all time. Then this girl walks up and says, "Is that a CARTOON show? Only kids watch cartoons now, and we're in SIXTH grade." Then she walked off like some model or something and I got pissed off. They don't even know the difference between anime and cartoons and they're making fun of it. I mean she's the one talking about disney shows all day (not making fun of it!) and we hardly ever talk about anime shows. So to this day I stay as far away from these idiots as possible and stick around with my friends who don't mind anime. Oh yeah, and Sandra? I gotta admit. I don't hate Sailor Moon or something, but if the whole school is wearing black or blue bookbags and I saw a colorful bookbag with a picture of Sailor Moon on it, well, I wouls look too. ^^ -
Sure why not? And anyways, i you don't like it just stay away from it. There seems to be a problem with some people...there's a big, fat warning that says yaoi or yuri on a story or website, and EXPLAINS what it is. But people who hates this stuff decide to go in anyway and start annoying the hell outta people.

Drops of rain splattered down Jash's face. He put on his face protecter and sat down on hte stump. It was no use making a shelter if the lightining was going to came again, and from the looks of it, it probably would. 'Why is it raining it so much? It's getting pretty annoying...' 'Maybe I should get out of here, into a new land.' Jash looked around into the endless masses of tall trees. Leaves rustled in the air as a cold wind swept through the air. UNknown to him, he was just in a small part of Hyrule. A stomping noise could be heard the brown and withering leaves in the ground crunched loudly. Jash looked up to be meeted by his horse, Midnight. He had found him wandering through the forest one night. Surprisingly, the wild horse took a liking to him and remained his companion ever since. Jash raised his hand and patted Midnight's mane. She was jet black all over with deep hazel eyes. His mane and tail stuck just a bit and was ivory white. ''Let's get out of here girl.'' Jash whispered softly into the horse's ear and patted her. Midnight perked up and neighed. Jash smiled softly as he gathered his things and stuffed it all in his large sack. Maybe if he got out of here he would escape the blasted rain. Jash grumbled as he managed to get on his horse only to see his dagger slip out of his sack. Jash scowled and dismounted, leaving a impatient horse. He snatched it up and accidently drew blood from his fingers. Crimson red blood dripped from his hand onto a small dent in the log. Jash looked at his dagger in annoyance. The large dagger reflected his handsome face despite the blood. One crimson eye stared back at him as long thick blonde bangs hanged off of his head covering the other eyes. Other short bangs fell from the cap, barely above his visible eye. A long, black cap that hung off his head sat on his head, held on by a large, baggy strip of cloth connected to the tips of his hat covered his lips, barely hanging from the perfectly rounded nose. The connecting points were pushed back from long, elfin ears. Jash stuffed the dagger into its holder and threw it into the back which was hanging from the horse. Jash pushed the strip of cloth higher up his nose to protect his head from the rain. "Sorry Midnight, now lets go!" Jash exclaimed as he hopped onto his large horse. "SPEED!!!" Jash yelled out into the chilly air, his voice echoing off the dense foilage. Midnight seemed to go slow-motion before going twenty times faster than any regular horse would. Wind whizzed through Jash's long blonde bangs as he laughed in joy. He lowered down and poked his head out foward to go even faster. Trees appeared and dissappered before his eyes as Midnight managed to barely dodge them. Jash and Midnight sped off into the darkness, not knowing the troubles that lay ahead of him. Jash looked around in amazement. He had never gone this far from the place he called home. Sunlight burst forth from the sky as Jash shielded his eyes quickly. No trees, just endless plains, green grass endlessly swaying in the warm breeze. He was a little hot thoiugh, being used to the shade the trees provided for him before. Midnight had slowed down and was now cantering off into the distance. Jash swam acroos a stream to get to the other side and cool off. Midnight, prefering to stay on the other side. He incredously looked at his master. How could he bear to swim in water? Midnight for a reason hated water, only going to drink when it was needed. Jash crawled out from the bank and rolled out onto the dry, warm grass. He could get used to this pace, it's just he preferred darker places more. Jash rolled around to get up, but instead fell down a strage hole in the middle of nowhere and landed with a thud. Jash saw strange balls of light floating around and a girl standing right in the middle... HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA! cliffhanger! love doin those on fanfiction.net.

O.o she did? no she didn't! O.O maybe I'm just stupid, but I don't recall Zelda kissing Link. All she did was place her hand on Link's.

A dark sky loomed over Shiedan. A thunderbolt made a splitting sound, lighting the dark village to show small huts scattered about the area of the small dwelling. Dark clouds rolled on in the sky, a cold wind blowing about through the huts. Trees shook in the wind as it swirled around the dense forest. All of the huts were dark; no light seemed to live in the village. A small glow, a flame of light flickered in the distance. A small hut, isolated from the rest. A small, old woman sat, huddled in thick layers of the few blankets she possessed. An old, wrinkled hand reached out, trembling in the harsh, icy air surrounding her. The fire beside her dwindled down to mere ashes, leaving smoke in the air hovering above it. The old woman coughed roughly, her weak throat pulsing in pain. She sighed, the breath raspy. Her wrinkled hands made a horizontal sweep through the air. A shimmering picture cleared out before, showing a dense forest. It was dark with mist in the air. Fogged air surrounded the high trees, which seemed to have no end. A stump was seen in the mist, with a boy sitting on it, motionless. The only thing that could be heard was the melodious sound coming from the youth?s harp. Three notes struck the air, echoing its wonderful sound through the forest. The old woman?s lips rose slowly at the corners, a small smile gracing the wrinkled head. She touched the shimmering picture before her with affection. Her fingers touched the boy, sending waves throughout the whole picture. Yes, she remembered that day? ~Flashback~ ?Come on now! You can do it! Just breathe!? A maid said soothingly as she took her mistress? hand into hers. Juana shut up her eyes and clenched her teeth painfully. ?Ahhhhh?I?can?t?it hurts too much?? Juana wailed out. ?It?s your first time isn?t it? Oh dear.? Nishile, the maid, was with much sympathy. Juana nodded her head slowly. ?Help?me?? Apparently, Juana was having her first baby. ?Come on, everybody woman has to go through it eventually. You can do it.? Nishile said, worry filling her sweet tone. Alas, it seemed that Juana couldn?t. ?Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! Oh?? Juana screamed out, falling back onto her bed after making another attempt. Several nurses rushed over, all saying soothing words. Rashele opened the door and pushed her way through the young ladies. ?Oh, my daughter? Are you all right?? She asked sympathetically. Juana hissed, knowing her mother was pretending all this nonsense. She would be screeching at her at getting pregnant in the first place if these nurses weren?t here. She closed her eyes and tried to look away. Rashele looked at her daughter haughtily. She never really loved her anyway; she was forced to, knowing that all Shiekan women had to have a baby. The Shiekan race was dispersing, with only a few left. Already, they were hiding in the deep in the dense lost woods. She was jealous, really. He daughter was everything the mother wanted to be. Nice, polite, courteous, humble, charitable, charming? All those good things. But most of all, beautiful. Yes, it was shameless, but she hated her daughter for she was so beautiful. She sneered in disgust. ?Oh, would you please excuse us ladies? We?d like to be alone.? Rashele said in her fake, honey sweet tone. Juana flinched. ?Oh no?? ?Oh, yes, of course Miss. Rashele.? The nurses mumbled as they hurried out of her way. They knew not to mess with her temper. ?Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh?? Juana screamed, the baby was coming out. Now. ?Shut up you wench!? Rashele snapped at her. ?You slut, you! You had to get pregnant didn?t you!?? Rashele nearly screamed. Juana cried out in pain. ?Shut up! I?m going to force this miserable brat of yours out now if you don?t shut up!? Juana couldn?t hold back. ?AHHHHHHHH!!!!!? Rashele slapped her and went to the end of the bed. The baby?s head was bulging out. Rashele grabbed it and made an attempt to pull it out. Juana screamed in agony, her womb severely hurt and radiating with pain. But, the baby refused to come out in such a miserable way. Rashele scowled impatiently. She pushed down on Juana?s womb, miracously not killing the poor infant. Juana screamed, the scream mixed with horror and the utmost pain she had ever felt in her life. The door burst open and Rashele quickly lifted her hands and pretended to sooth the large stomach. Incar, a handsome young man, fled next to her newly wedded wife and held her hand. ?Are you all right dear?? He asked, panic filling his deep voice. An old woman walked calmly into the room and pushed Rashele out of the way. ?Juana dear, are you okay?? She asked, her soothing voice reaching Juana?s long ears. ?Grandma?? She managed to make out. Grandma, otherwise known as Shala, knew of Rashele?s rather disturbing attitude towards her daughter. A smile fell upon Shala and Juana. Shala placed her hand on Juana?s stomach. The pain seemed to ease away. Yes, Shala was a woman of great magic. ?Now push Juana.? Shala said comfortingly. Juana, now unaware of the pain, breathed in and pushed as hard as she could. ?Yes! You?re doing great my dear.? Shala exclaimed. The baby was halfway out. Juana screamed as sweat dripped off of her pretty face. Juana made a final attempt and fell back with a thud. Rashele looked on in disgust. ?Juana!? Incar exclaimed, squeezing her hand. Shala lifted the newly born infant. ?I?m sorry Incar. I really am.? Shala said, tears forming in her eyes. Incar broke into a small sob, his head resting upon Juana?s breastbone. Juana?s body had failed to take in so much pain. Shala held the baby, now wrapped in a soft, warm blanket. Rashele?s eyes glinted with mischievous evil. Shala?s eyes narrowed considerably. She knew what her daughter-in-law was up to. She wondered how her son had fallen in love with a woman like that. She had to take the boy away from Rashele. Incar was still sobbing. ?Give me the baby.? Rashele hissed out as she snatched it away. Shala took it back quickly and glared. ?I?ll be taking care of this one!? She snapped at Rashele. Rashele pretended to sob, trying to get the attention of Incar. ?But with my husband gone, I?ll have no one!? Rashele wailed out between fake sobs. Incar paid no attention. Shala whisked her shawl from the hanger and strode out the door. ?Come back here you miserable old bat!? Rashele screeched at the top of her lungs. Rashele ran out of her house screeching. ?She?s stealing my baby! Get her! GET HER!!? Rashele screeched, making everybody wince. Nobody pain attention. They knew Shala knew best in this village. Shala hurried to her hut. ?He is one of the warriors?I can feel it in my bones. He can?t stay. He must live to learn on his own and fight. Yes, I will do that.? Shala thought quickly. She was awfully sorry she had to give the baby up. It looked so sweet and nice. She smiled. ?Jash. That?s your name.? She ran into her hut and opened a cabinet. Her now dead son used to be a great fighter. Dagger, bow and arrow, deku nuts, deku sticks, golden scale? The item of weapons went on. ?Ah yes! The harp. The ocarina too.? Shala quickly placed all the items in a large sack. She picked it up despite its weight and hurried out to the forest. ~End of Flashback~ ?I wonder how he?s doing.? Shala thought. She was now an extremely aged woman, ready to die any moment. Her magic powers allowed her to live a long life. But it had to end one day. Rashele had already dies from a severe cold. Shala touched the picture one last time before going into an endless sleep. * * * Jash?s talented hands stroked the strings of his golden harp. The three notes echoed far, but seemed to do nothing. Jash constantly tried to sooth his heart. He was always alone. No friends. No family. ?Where am I from anyway? Who?s my mother??? The loneliness seemed to eat away at his brave and courageous heart. Pluck. Pluck. Pluck. The song eased his mind and soul a little. Not that much. He heard it once in a dream. A strange boy clad in green was sitting on a stump in the forest. Three notes drifted from his shining blue ocarina. It eased his heart, and he fell into bliss. It was a beautiful song indeed. Jash closed his eyes. He was thirsty. He walked slowly over to the pond, carrying his harp with him. He looked at his reflection. It soon faded away as rain started thundering down once again. Jash looked up slowly, not surprised. It had been raining for some time now...
