Well, when your paernts go out of the house for a long time, tell him you want to play a game, and when he agrees find something to tie him up with and tie and hands together than his feet, then put him in a closet and shut the door. and leave him there for a while, and tell him you wont let him out until he promises he wont bug you any more.. then before your parents come home (if hes scared out of his mind) take him out and say if he tells on you than you'll just do it again the next time they leave.. simple as that[/SIZE]
