BEWD are easy to come across. I think one person I know doesn't have one. It's not a staple card, especially not with my deck, since a lot of my cards lower Light type cards' attack and defense, and in turn, raising Dark types' attack and defense, so my Blue Eyes is left out. It's about time they released some info. They first advertised it on AOL like 3 years ago saying they were filming back to back, but now I finally have a release date. All of this info is certainly amusing, but I'm just a little skeptical for no particular reason.
Originally posted by Syk3 Oh god, I hate that. My toe will hurt like hell if someone touches it (imagine if they step on it) and I've ruined countless socks that are now partly bloody. I'm probably going to be going through the same surgery that you did, so can you tell me what's going to happen? Tips maybe or whatever?
It won't hurt bad, you'll only feel the shots and it takes like 15 minutes (it's just waiting in the lobby for 5 hours that is annoying). Anyway, just tell them not to put the aenistetic (sp?) shot's needle in the infected part (it will supposedly hurt like the worst shot you've ever had I hear) and just to put a few shots around the toe, but I don't know if that works for everyone like it did for me. Anyway, it will be disgusting to see all of the blood if it gushes like mine did, but that's about all. You'll feel nothing but a little bit of pressure. Luckily, they don't cut the corner of your toe open (like I thought they would), they just stick a nail remover in there and dig the nail out, then cut it off. Didn't work the same way for me though. The doctor was pretty incompetant it seemed and didn't have a nail remover, so he used tweezers and scissors, and took out a scalpel, but didn't use it. At the end, he said "Hmm, I didn't get to use the scalpel," in a sad sort of way, and I thought, "Thank God this maniac didn't get to use the scalpel." E D I T: Oh yeah, it will feel so much better when it's done. Earlier I hit my toe (and held my breath like I always do, so I don't yell out in pain), but I didn't feel anything. They say you should be out of physical activity (like P.E.) for a week, but it's not that bad, I play all sorts of stuff still.
Originally posted by Lalaith Ril Now a'days I honestly can't see how a sack of beads can be worth so much money.
Only if they're hackey sacks. Hackey Sack is the best game ever :) Anyway, I have a few, a snake, a lizard, and a Sammy Sosa/Mark McGuire pair. They're not worth anything, though, because my brother removed the tags and took them in the bath :| I shall never touch them again . . .

I took Tae Kwon Do for a few years and got my black belt (oh my gosh!) but it seriously taught me nothing. If I got into a fight with someone, I'm not going to use all of the moves that they taught me because you can only use them in certain situations. I would much rather fight normally and get smeared across the floor instead of making a fool of myself, getting laughed at and then getting smeared across the floor. I don't know how the other institutes have taught all of you, but I know that mine didn't help me at all. My mom says, "Well, it gave you self-confidence," but I could have gained that any other way. If I take up any style of fighting, it will probably be fencing.

Ramen Noodles can be any meal of the day. Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, and anything else. But this is getting off track :p
Originally posted by Shyguy I had my appendix(sp?) removed when I was in the sixth grade, and I had to spend three or four days in the hospital because of it. I really do not like being in hospitals, they seem really dirty to me for some reason. The hospital that my mom works for has a Subway resteraunt inside of it, and that just seems disgusting to me. Who would want to have a sandwich made in a hospital? Ergh... -Shy
I've always loved going to hospitals for some reason. Maybe it's because of the silence, maybe it's because of the endless vending machines (yes, it's probably the vending machines), but I've always just enjoyed being there.

I'm sorry about your break-up and I'm sure it must hurt, but if you tried your best and the relationship still wasn't going in the right direction, then you might have made the right choice. But don't listen to my advice, I've never been good with relationships . . .

I forgot how, but if you go to selectsmart.com you can create quizzes like that. ShyGuy made his that way and their system is pretty good.

I think that's a brand of Ramen Noodles, but I eat Maruchan Ramen. Top Ramen is a generic brand I think :p But then again, Maruchan could be too, heh. But back on topic again . . . this is a great little survey you've put together, how did you come up with it? Just sitting down and it popped into your mind? Heh . . . that's how I get all of my ideas, letting my mind wander :p

I also never let anyone handle my cards, but I left them somewhere one day and came back to get them and someone had stolen the six that I mentioned. I confronted the guy who I thought stole them, but his friend stole them and sold them, so not only will I deal with the guy, but next weekend, I'm getting Kazejin and Sanga from the guy who I thought stole them (not by stealing). We need a few more mods for the Otaku Anime Forum.
Kinetic replied to Domon's topic in Help & Feedback
I myself have thought about this and think that HyperShadow would be a great mod for the Yu-Gi-Oh forum since he knows the game inside and out, and he is on a lot, as well as helping out all of the people new to the game, and even explaining things to people who are good at it. So, in conclusion, my nomination is HyperShadow. -

Well, I voted in the fourth choice just because I don't know which you should do and I thought it was humorous :p I myself am not good at either and don't know much about them, so it really comes down to which you enjoy doing more.

I've had a lot of injuries too, but I've only had to go to the hospital once. It is sort of a mix of your first incidents. I split my head open on the window sill because I was sitting on the top of a chair waving goodbye as my mom saw a friend off. I was very young, so I don't remember it, but I remember it hurt very badly. I also might have fractured my arm slightly, but it's not bad. Other than that, I've led a very uninjured life.

Auron was laid out in the corner, blood dripping from his face. "I never cared for them. Why should I be helping them? It's not my place to sacrifice myself. Is it because I detest Malius so?" Auron thought. The others were struggling with Malius, knowing that Auron's sacrifice would be the only way for Gaia to live on. Miko looked into Auron's eyes. They were black, as black as the water within a cave. He lay in a pool of blood, his body torn to shreds. How he detested life and all of the beings it brought into this Hell. Auron stared straight back at Miko, seeing the pain in his eyes. Miko turned away, casting a spell to help in the fight against Malius. A tear came from Auron's eye. "I mustn't show signs of weakness," he thought, wiping it away. Another one dripped down his face, and another, until his face was sopping with them. He stood up and raised his hands toward the sky. "Why must I live this Hell! Why, God?! If you even exist! Why have you put us here! Why must we fight these continuous battles! Kill me! Strike me down! I know you are listening!" Auron shouted as high as his battered body would let him. "Kill me! Kill all of us! Destroy this wretched land!" A gentle wind came through, rustling Auron's dirt-ridden hair. He lowered his hands, more tears and blood dripping from his face. He walked forward, a new surge of power within his body. Malius raised his arm once more, Auron only being pushed back slightly by the wind. He continued to walk. Malius tried once more, only stalling Auron. He continued to walk. Malius shot another bolt of electricity from the palm of his hand. Auron screamed out in pain. The bolt stopped and Auron, hurt as it did, continued to walk toward Malius and the stones. "I will rid this awful land of you and your tyranny." Malius reached out and punched Auron in the face, knocking him down. "Damn you to Hell, Malius, if there is such a place worse than this land," Auron said, raising his sword, only to have it shattered into pieces by Malius' fist. Auron continued to walk. With Malius distracted by Auron, Kain and Elsyan took it upon themselves to give a surprise attack. This stalled Malius, giving Auron enough time to raise his hands once more. "I said kill me! Mutilate me in every form possible, you horrible entity!" Auron said, he laid his hands on the podium where the stones sat. A blue light surged throughout him. Malius tried to stop him but the light was too powerful. The stones glowed a blue light as well and there was a great flash, everyone blinded. When the excitement died down, the stones were gone and Auron was lifeless on the ground. Small gems appeared around the necks of the warriors fighting Malius.

I agree, I thought there was a 20 line limit without banners and 10 line limit with them.

Actually, YuGiOh is highly looked down upon in many places, whereas everyone loves Magic the Gathering :p I myself have had Princess of Tsurugi, Sword of Dark Destruction, Remove Trap, Reverse Trap, De-Spell, and the almighty Suijin stolen from me and sold.
-
The thing is, it doesn't even hurt, but wow, there are a lot of people here who have had bad cases of surgery (I remember your dental incident, that idiotic dentist).
-
On the first turn, if you go first, you can't attack. If you go second, and they laid down a monster, you can attack. I don't think you can attack if they have nothing on the field. That's why I like to go second in duels, so that I can make sure I'm able to attack, unlike them.

I also have another one on my right toe, but the nail hasn't grown in very far yet and I can pry it out with a small screwdriver or other . . . erm, unusual intruments that I will dispose of when I am done, and I have already pried it out, so I know I can do it, I just need some nail clippers (since I have lost mine and my mom won't let me use scissors, but I'm about to go do it anyway. Wish me luck :p)
-
Hmm . . . Well, you have a lot of tribute cards, so you're depending on a good draw to get Dark Magician or Summoned Skull (unless you get Black Forest Witch). You also have a lot of monster removal magic cards (as well as Man-Eater Bug), so a Dependant Dark deck? I don't know, I've never been very good at classifying things. I also depend on a good draw :p I have too many magic cards.

The first thing I have to say is that you should replace Mystic Clown's with Whiptail Crow's, Battle Ox with Neo, Dark Elf and Ryu-Kishin with more La-Jinn's, and take out Man-Eating Treasure chest, since you have more than enough tributes. Other than that, it's a very nice deck, and I don't know how you feel about traps, so having few is your choice. Great deck, though.

It was an ingrown toenail, so that means it grows deep down into your toe and presses against your skin. It hurts so much because it was about to break the skin and whenever you touch it, it hurt very badly. It's also because I didn't tell anyone for months on end and so it grew worse.
-
Not for those with extremely weak stomachs I was gone for a good portion of the day getting surgery done on my toenail, which was hurting by just touching it. Anyway, they made it numb and doug it out, and I felt nothing but the feeling of when your foot falls asleep, but softer. Blood was gushing everywhere and I had a new respect for doctor's tolerance to blood. Anyway, I now have 3/4 of a nail and am wondering if anyone else here has had surgery before.
