I've seen the show a couple of times and I have to admit that it could be much better. They could get better actors for the most part. Now I'm not saying I'm some godly acting guy but they could still get better actors (mostly in Helena's case). The only other problem I see is that their ripping off Smallville's idea of continuing the Superman series (Batman in this case). Smallville actually hit it off, and although I've only seen it about 1 - 1 1/2 times, it seems a little better than Birds of Prey. Some of the scenes where she's jumping around buildings are also very obviously computer graphics. I'm not talking about when it switches scenes and has the overhead view of the city, they did good with that. It's like in Lord of the Rings (the movie) when Legolas jumps down from the Troll's head, you can obviously tell that Legolas is computer animated. I'm not sexist or anything, I loved the Charlie's Angel's movie (:p) but I'm just not very fond of this show.
Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel I'm actually really surprised that Aries name isn't based of the god of war Aries... Maybe it's from Aries Spears haha :P.
And who's Aries Spears? I swear I learn a new derivitive (if that's the right word and if I spelled it right) to my screen name every day.

Seriously, it just popped into my head and I thought it sounded cool. I had no idea at the time that it was an astrological sign (or related to Aerith from FF7 by some people). I didn't even know about the Greek god Ares, but yeah, it just came to me.

You mean Aeris (or Aerith) heh, don't worry, half of the board makes that mistake about my name. I didn't even know where it came from when I typed it into the s/n box, I just thought it sounded cool. I later find that it's an astrological sign (like Leo, Cancer and all of the others).
Originally posted by Phantom I mean...Seriously...It would almost be useless...you only learn from your mistakes, and if a newby is told by a stupid msg redirect "You may not doublepost..."
I agree, but I recently told someone that double posting was against the rules and was SPAM but all I got in return was being called a jackass (even though I answered his/her question).

I agree that he's not a very good singer, but I still like the lyrics and other things that the band produces. The instrument play is great, and even though he's not the greatest (not nearly), I still like the band.
Originally posted by Cera Oh, come on. You'd pass up the opportunity to dress up, make a fool of yourself, and walk for three hours straight in freezing October weather, while begging door to door for candy? Me, I love Halloween.
Take away the walking and begging door to door and that would be an ideal night for me. Like I said in the other thread, sometimes I'll just break out into song and all kinds of things. Earlier today in Dodgeball, I started singing a melody and dancing around the gym. I love doing these kinds of things.

I never said that I thought I was too old. I just don't feel like going to the store, buying a costume and walking my lazy butt around the street when I can just go buy a bag of Kit-Kats.
Originally posted by Cera And I randomly break out singing those songs anyway, so there. :p
I have to admit that I do this at school because my friends freak out easily. I just stand up in class or at lunch and go "When you wish upon a star, make no question who you are, when you wish upon a star, your-dreams-come-truuuueee." Lol, it's hillarious, and sometimes I do other things that freak people out. It's fun.

It doesn't sound very much like them, so I'm not sure they did it. I can't find the lyrics to Innervision though. I went to systemofadown.com and getlyrics.com but still couldn't find it.

I've heard of him. It's all over the news and on the radio. I personally think that it's more than just one person, but that's my opinion. On the Halloween topic, that sucks for you, but I stopped celebrating Halloween 2 years ago so I wouldn't care.

1. There's multiple answers: They enter the same tunnel at 2:00 on opposite days, they enter at 2 AM or 2 PM or there are two one-way tracks. Those are probably all wrong, but I gave it a try. 2. He wrote that they get nothing.

Arikel's: 6.I cannot be felt, seen or touched; Yet I can be found in everybody; My existence is always in debate; Yet I have my own style of music. What Am I? Soul 8.The word CANDY can be spelled using just 2 letters. Can you figure out how? M & M 9.A man was born in 1955. He's alive and well today at age 33. How is this possible? He was a baseball player cryogenically frozen by his son? Some of them were just stupid but some I couldn't figure out. The others that I did figure out were already told.

I heard that one. I didn't like it as much though. It didn't have a rythym that I was fond of.

Sometimes, but not usually. They usually lead to religious debates and form into political debates and people start arguing.

Back in the King's Chamber room "You're a fool Auron. Even without the power of the stones, I could kill you in an instant," Malius said. Auron didn't speak. He stood up and started walking toward malius. He drew his blade. "Idiot!" Malius remarked. He used the force to push Auron back into the wall again. Auron was an empty soul, he didn't even know why he was here anymore. In the corridors "There's no way she just fell through the wall. We need to find her!" Kain exclaimed. He started running down the corridor, the others following. Mara started to awake.

I've said bad things about it in the past, but it really is a great movie. The animation is amazing (I was flipping channels and thought I was seeing a live-action movie at first because it was so detailed), the plot is good (although it doesn't follow the games) and it was just great overall.

Heh, I get good grades. I always get straight A's at the beginning of the year but after holiday break, I always tend to start slipping. But I like the school I'm in this time, so maybe I'll do better. I don't know about Physics/Chemistry because my teacher is the worst. Seriously. He doesn't teach. He tells us to sit down and read every day, but we can't do that because he's always lecturing us because one person acts up, and he's a hypocrite. He says he doesn't believe in group punishment, but he does it every day. In English, Algebra (gah, taking it again to touch up, it's too easy this time around), Computer Lab, PE, World Geography and Spanish 1 I think I'm making all 90's though. E D I T: BTW, CWB, I love that banner, my friend has a shirt like that. It's hillarious.

I've got over half of that CD on my hard drive. They are my new favorite right now. The songs I mostly listen to are Shimmy and ATWA.

It's true. Like that one "If you could change something about yourself, what would it be?" I had like 50 things, that was just plain idiotic of myself. Anyway, I don't really have any secrets. I stole a Putt-putt ticket for free Go Kart rides, but that's all I can think of. . .

Well, after an absence, I didn't feel like reading 7 pages, but I still see two lists that I'm on. Hah, you're all fools. . . Well, let's see, role models. . . TN because I don't really know him, and I doubt he knows much about me, but I've always had respect for him. Piromunkie has always been a role model of mine as well. I don't know, he just seems very role-model-ish. Anime Lover is a role model because you've always been there when I'm depressed, and we've only known each other for a few months, but you've been there :p There's over 40 people I could name, but I don't really feel like typing reasons. . . (no particular order) Sirven Phantom James and Adam of course Cera Queen Asuka Baby Girl Sephiroth Amiboshi Neil DeathKnight Ok, that's not 40 but I haven't been here in a while and I'm forgetting people.
Originally posted by Mina Karusala The editing out guns made that ep when 2 of the guards burst in on Kaiba when working on that portable holo-generater look extermely stupid. If they were gonna edit out the guns, they should have edited Kaiba's reaction. Why kick a chair at someone unarmed? Kaiba could have taken them both easily.
I was going to mention that, but you got here first. It's hillarious. They edit them out and replace with deformed fingers, it's just hillarious.

I don't know, I think this thread could be alright. We've had quiz threads before, just don't spam much.
