The title doesn't make much sense, does it? Anyway, what I'm saying is, alot of people act different when they're alone. I, myself act like a dork, just to joke around. Does anyone else act different when they're alone? It just came to mind, because I was trying to make my brother freak out, but hopping around the house (Told you I was insane), and I just thought it was funny.

I like it, especially the text :) The only thing I can see, is that Trunks looks a little bit squashed.

Hehe, thanks, it's my first, but I had planned on making it, and thought of parts over time. Anyway, it's not a rush, we still need a few more people.

Yet again, you amaze me with another banner SS :) I didn't notice the pictures in the background until you mentioned them, and they are a good transparency. The fonts are great as well, and the small font, that makes it looks high-tech was done very nicely. The only suggestion I would make, is that the brackets outside the 'high-tech' looking font might be bigger, just a personal opinion, though. Very nice :)

Here's my bio: Name: Kizdean Age: 25 Gender: Male Location: Kinyo, naturally. Weapon(s): Katana Skills: He is skilled with a sword, and a gun, yet he does not have a gun. He uses a katana that he bought from a man, and has trained with it ever since. Magic: None, but a small blast of wind that he learned from an old man, but it is not very effective, more of an escape method. Appearance: Look at the attatchment, drawn by Voodookanaka (Thanks Voodoo!) Biography: Kizdean was alive before the attack happened, and took shelter in a nearby forest, with a group of other people. They hunted for their food, and once they heard of the villages being made, the travelled to Kinyo. During their travels, Gix's soldiers had taken the lives of his group, and he had escaped. He is a hybrid, and highly looked down upon, but he could not care less. Other: N/A

A New Dawn Society was at it's peak...technology was advanced beyond your wildest dreams. The humans had expiremented with genetic technology, and had created a new race...the elves. The elves were looked upon as outcasts from the humans, and the hybrids, otherwise known as the kin of a human and an elf were highly looked down upon. Viral warfare was large, yet all of the world was peaceful. World leaders were no longer tense, and were friendly with one-another. There were still those few with the lust for war, yet every time they appeared, they were taken care of. It seemed as though all of the world was perfect. What the people did not know, however, was that an ancient magic, stronger than any technology, was growing over the horizon. A sorceror named Gix was bent on world domination, and with his dark powers, he created an army of men who also had these hidden powers, as well as the undead. Soon, a war raged between Gix, and the rest of Society. Many large cities were destroyed, and both sides were equally powerful. That is, until, Gix spread the plauge. He conjured up a fearful virus, infecting most of the remaining people in the world. He had won the war, and very little people had escaped his grasp, and the plague. -Ten Years Later- The few hundred people that had escaped built villages, raised children, yet. . .every time they started to grow, Gix's army would arrive, and burn the town down, killing all of them. There were three hidden villages, however, that Gix was unable to find. These villages were Kinyo, Odis, and Riverdale. Few people who were in Gix's army had escaped, teaching the remaining people the art of magic, and melee. There were few mages, and few warriors, but those that had learned the skills, banded together, or traveled alone, to defeat the terrible Gix. In Kinyo, there were already many skilled people preparing for the journey to defeat Gix. Odis and Riverdale had people preparing as well, but not as many. Riverdale was the village of the elves, Odis, the village of the humans, and Kinyo..the largest of all of the villages, was home to humans, elves, as well as hybrids. All seemed to be going well, there was news of the other villages preparing for the battles, and that comforted the others that were going to try to defeat Gix. However, even though it had not reached them yet, the plague was still infesting the world. It had grown weak, but it still lurked around the corners of the world. The peoples of Earth had lost most technology, so few guns remained. They had crafted other forms of weaponry, such as swords, bows, and of course, there were the mages. The few guns that remained were very valuable, and treasured, but there were those that preferred the medevil weaponry. There will be one person allowed to have a gun (maybe another, if you really want it), and there will, of course, be mages and warriors. Lets try to keep it at an even number, and if we have too many entries, I will have to choose who will be in, depending on your sign-up, and to even it out. Here's the sign-up sheet: Name: Gender: Location: (Kinyo, Odis, or Riverdale) Weapon(s): Skills: Magic: (if you're a mage) Appearance: Biography: Other: (other info or items)
Originally posted by Sensei-San There is clearly nothing wrong with DragonBall, if he likes it as a favourite anime, then he must like it for a good reason. If PiroMunkie said it was the best anime ever you would probably just agree with him, lol.
Lol, actually, I'd disagree, I personally hate the show, but it's whatever you favor.

That really is just a picture with some text, but that's how I used to have to do things, and you had the font effect, so it's good. ::thumbs up:: BTW: Where'd you get that font?
Originally posted by TN I've never used that pic before. Although, he does somewaht look like Kyo from Dir en grey. In real life, Hakuei is rather tall, and Kyo.... well.... he's not lol. My old Dir en grey banner was simplistic. I didn't put alot of time in it. a picture with a few design lines and text and that was it. Can anyone tell me why the prefered the old one?
Hmm...I'm sure it was that pic...because I was fond of it. Maybe wrist cutter or someone used it. Anyway, very nice, still.

I was admiring it from some other forum. It's nice how you used the lines, dots, and faded text. Simplicity is great, and the way you ordered it is great. The pictures are great as well, I remember the one in front from somewhere...an old banner of yours, maybe?

Strong Points Oh man, hmm...Can't think of any, seriously. Weak Points 1) Short temper, I explode at small things. 2) I'm easily embarrassed, and slightly psychopathic. Seriously, everyone says they are, but does everyone mean it? I don't show it to anyone, but you have no clue what goes on in my head. 3) There's so many things I could think of, but I'd have to say my minimal amount of strength/scrawniness...it's not very important, but I have a mind-block, and don't feel like thinking of things to say.

I see your point, and I was harsh, but I just hate it when people say they're big anime fans (which you didn't, you could be just getting into anime, and I didn't take that into consideration), and then say they love DBZ :p I know I used to do that >.< But then I moved on, and even though I still post in the DBZ forum, I really dislike it. In the wise words of Transtic Nerve: "Whatever floats your boat".

Anime Don't you hate it when one calls an anime " weird"?
Kinetic replied to projekt_navi's topic in Otaku Central
I didn't say it was, but the fact that it's your favorite... Scryed, Evangelion, Kenshin (less, but still), the Gundam series, even though it's gone far mainstream. Most of the dubbed animes on Cartoon Network, especially including Cowboy Bebop. Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, Akira, Ghost In the Shell, Trigun, and so many more that I can't think of them all. -
Anime Don't you hate it when one calls an anime " weird"?

They're probably saying that because of DBZ. I'd show them something with more depth, and plot, if you want them to like anime. -
Originally posted by another "otaku" who loves DBZhey! dont be dissing dbz. its the best anime out there! i agree with you about pokemon's animation though. it definitely sucks.
 Man, I hate it when people actually think they're a fan of anime, and then the second sentence I hear is "DBZ's the best anime ever!" Dear God hold me back before I strangle someone. I'm fine with it, but when I hear someone say that, I just die (if QA sees that post, she'll agree). 1) It has no plot whatsoever 2) It's repetitive! 3) 5 minutes lasts 10 episodes 4) All it is, is a bunch of idiots punching each other's brains out. I was just going to post on how "I think it is awful", and would have said most of what I did say, but now it's directed partly at you. Pokemon is the same story, and I didn't like Akira either (it's just not my taste), but DBZ "takes the cake".

Lol, all I did was center my wallpaper in there...I couldn't tell you how I made it, because it was spur of the moment, and me clicking on random things :p It had something like 10-15 layers, with filters (since that's all I know how to use is filters), and different layer effects to make it look good. I actually used enlight.boom, just with the streaks, though, because it was plain around the edges. But alas, that's all I know how to do is use filters, and change the layer blending modes...and half of the tools on the toolbar. *edit* Ah yes, I can't make anything without those tiles I invented :p Really easy, too...Clouds, Pixelate>Mosaic (cell size 15), Accented Edges, and a new blending mode :p And I had my backteria things, too, those were the base layers...and one of the top ones was chrome, polar coordinates, and to get rid of the line, motion blur. Then color, and that's just part of it :p

It's very good, but as No-Name said, I think the cross-hair should be in the top left corner. It's awesome, other than that, and I think I'll have to go and try out the technique :p Man, Piro has had PS so little time, and knows triple, if not quadruple what I do :bluesweat:

This is really a Favorites topic, and "Who'd win in your view" topic, which are both against the rules. I've got nothing wrong with you, because you're cool, and you're posts have been very clean, but this is against the rules. In my view, Knives would win, but I shouldn't be saying that.

Anime Don't you hate it when one calls an anime " weird"?
Kinetic replied to projekt_navi's topic in Otaku Central
I agree, and I can't stand people that think DBZ is the greatest anime ever, because it has no plot, and is just action over and over. I had trouble with NGE, but that's because I couldn't get a hold of episodes 23-26...I didn't know who Kaoru (I think that's his name) was :p But I wouldn't call it wierd. -
OOC: That's funny...I always considered you the leader, and Auron the guy who sits there, states his mind briefly, and leaves, whether the others come or not :p Until now...since he's bent on destruction o.o --------------------------- Auron had travelled quite a distance since his brief stop by the tree. He was near the edge of the town. He fumbled in his pocket, noticing that he had no money. "I'll have to steal a horse", he thought, entering the gates of the town. He proceeded to look around the town for the stables. He would grab a horse and leave. If someone tried to stop him...they would die. He noticed the stables, and walked up to a brown horse, and jumped on. The stable master saw this, and walked up to Auron. "You can purchase it, but until then, it's my horse", he said, tugging at the horse's reins. Auron opened the side of his trench coat, revealing his long-sword, and the stable master backed away slowly. "Thank you", Auron said, striding towards the other end of the village.

The lazer scene was great, and I agree that it did have good graphics. I think...wait, no spoilers, crap, I had some good insight about parts of it, too. Anyway, I look forward to #2, and when she wakes up in the lab in the city, you can see a sillouette of Mat. That isn't really a spoiler, since no one knows who Mat is, and even if they did, it doesn't mean anything if they didn't watch the movie.

I know absolutely nothing about the band, but I took the quiz, and I got Sakito. Is that good? I dunno, but I think I will try out this genre of music. I don't know if genre was the right word to use, but it sounded good at the moment :p

Bid For Power is a DBZ game, made out of the Quake 3 module. If you got the version that they had before FUNimation got on their case, and made them change the names and all of that, like I have, it rocks, but I got a virus from it, and had to delete it. It's a really good game, much like Quake, it has Melee, you can fly, quick, weak blasts, and blasts that you have to power up for, for a good while, like the Kamehameha. Over all, it's a good game, but this goes in the game section.

OOC: The long awaited return of Tyron and Aerow :D BTW: D_A, I'm slightly insane, and an enemy now ;) ---------------------------------- Auron had traveled to the end of the field, and was out in the open now. If anyone...or anything were to attack him, there would be no where to run. "Malius...", Auron said, staring at the enormous castle, nearly thirty miles in the distance. He sat by a lone tree, to think about what he would do. He remembered living in the castle...for a short period of days, as a servant. He knew the way around, and had escaped, those many, many years ago. He knew of the passage to the throne room. Malius was such an egomaniac...Auron knew that he would have both of the stones in the throne room. There was still much to be done. Malius' stones could be taken with ease, and he knew that Mara, and the others would come eventually. Still...that's only four stones. There was one to be found, but where? That would be solved in due time. He stood up, and started walking towards the village, miles ahead of the castle. He had decided not to induce havoc unto the peoples of Gaia. Not until he had the stones. At that moment, all of hell would break loose, causing the Apocalypse. He kept on walking...

Or, you could just go to that ColumbiaHouse, or whatever, and get it for 4 dollars :p That's what I do...I'm not sure if it's only DVDs, though.
